Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a water pump, especially to a water pump having direction adjusting mechanism.
  • Description of Related Art
  • A conventional water pump (as known as a pump) is commonly seen in daily life and used as a device for conveying a working fluid. The operation means of the water pump is to allow a working fluid to enter the water pump, then to be pressurized and accelerated via the operation of an internal impeller so as to be discharged out of the water pump, thereby achieving an objective of conveying the working fluid.
  • Moreover, when a conventional water pump is desired to be installed, disposed positions of a water inlet port and a water outlet port of the water pump may have to be changed due to different installing locations, so that the structure of the water pump is required to be redesigned and reproduced, which causes a lot of inconveniences.
  • Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention has devoted himself for improving the mentioned disadvantages.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention is to provide a water pump having direction adjusting mechanism, wherein locations of a first pipe member and a second pipe member can be changed via adjusting a fastening position of a second housing relative to a first housing, so that a mechanism of adjusting locations of a water outlet port and a water inlet port can be provided.
  • Accordingly, the present invention provides a water pump having direction adjusting mechanism, which comprises: a first housing, formed with an accommodation space and including a first pipe member communicated with the accommodation space, and a plurality of first fasten parts, wherein the first fasten parts are symmetrically arranged at a periphery of the first housing and spaced from each other with intervals; a stator set, including a base plate and a coil structure disposed on the base plate, wherein the coil structure is accommodated in the accommodation space, and the base plate is covered at one side of the first housing; a partition cover, enclosing the coil structure, wherein a water isolation space is partitioned from the accommodation space via the bottom plate and the partition cover; an impeller set, disposed on the partition cover and arranged at one side of the first pipe member; a rotor set, disposed corresponding to the coil structure so as to be arranged in parallel at one side where the impeller set facing the stator set; and a second housing, engaged at another side of the first housing corresponding to the base plate, and including a second pipe member communicated with the accommodation space, and a plurality of second fasten parts, wherein the second fasten parts are disposed corresponding to the first fasten parts, and symmetrically arranged at a periphery of the second housing and spaced from each other with intervals.
  • In comparison with related art, the water pump having direction adjusting mechanism provided by the present invention has advantageous features as followings: the first fasten parts are symmetrically arranged at the periphery of the first housing and spaced from each other with intervals; and the second fasten parts are symmetrically arranged at the periphery of the second housing and spaced from each other with intervals; as such, when a direction of a water inlet port or a water outlet port (the first pipe member or the second pipe member) of the water pump is desired to be changed, the fastened locations of the second fasten parts of the second housing are adjusted relative to the first fasten parts of the first housing, so that the location of the first pipe member and the location of the second pipe member can be correspondingly changed for providing the mechanism of adjusting the locations of the water inlet port and the water outlet port; accordingly, the present invention is novel and more practical in use comparing to related art.

  • The partition cover 30 is served to enclose the coil structure 22, and a water isolation space 101 is partitioned from the accommodation space 100 via the bottom plate 21 and the partition cover 30. As such, the coil structure 22 is prevented from being in contact with water in the accommodation space 100 so as to be protected from being damaged.
  • The impeller set 40 is disposed on the partition cover 30 and arranged at one side of the first pipe member 11 of the first housing 10. According to this embodiment, the impeller set 40 includes a plate piece 41 and a plurality of blades 42 arranged on at one side of the plate piece 41. According to this embodiment, the partition cover 30 is formed with a flange 31 arranged at one side facing the impeller set 40, and the flange 31 is served to enclose an outer periphery of the plate piece 41.
  • The rotor set 50 is disposed corresponding to the coil structure 20 so as to be arranged in parallel at one side where the impeller set 40 faces the stator set 20.
