The invention relates to a water pump with a direction adjusting mechanism, wherein a first shell seat is provided with an accommodating space and comprises a first pipe body communicated with the accommodating space and a plurality of first locking parts, and the first locking parts are arranged at the periphery of the first shell seat in a spaced and symmetrical arrangement mode; the stator group comprises a bottom plate and a coil structure arranged on the bottom plate, the coil structure is arranged in the accommodating space, and the bottom plate covers one side surface of the first shell seat; the separating cover covers the coil structure and separates the accommodating space into a water-proof space through the bottom plate; the fan blade group is arranged on the separation cover and is positioned on one side of the first pipe body; the rotor set is arranged on one side of the fan blade set facing the stator set in parallel corresponding to the coil structure; and the second shell seat covers the other side surface of the first shell seat corresponding to the bottom plate, the second shell seat comprises a second pipe body communicated with the accommodating space and a plurality of second locking parts, and the plurality of second locking parts are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first locking parts and are arranged at the periphery of the second shell seat in an interval and symmetrical arrangement mode.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a water pump, and more particularly, to a water pump with a direction adjustment mechanism.
Background
In daily life, a water pump (also called as a water pump or a pump) is a common device for conveying working fluid. The water pump is operated in such a way that after working fluid enters the water pump, the working fluid is pressurized and accelerated through the operation of the internal impeller and then is delivered out of the water pump, so that the purpose of conveying the working fluid is achieved.
Moreover, when a common water pump is installed, the positions of the water inlet and the water outlet of the water pump are required to be changed due to different installation places, so that the structure of the water pump must be redesigned and manufactured, and great inconvenience is caused.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and studies to solve the above problems in combination with the application of the above prior art, and as a result, the present inventors have improved the present invention.
Disclosure of Invention
An objective of the present invention is to provide a water pump with a direction adjustment mechanism, so as to adjust the position of the water inlet and the water outlet by adjusting the locking position of the second housing with respect to the first housing to change the relative position of the first pipe and the second pipe.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water pump with a direction adjustment mechanism, wherein a first housing of the water pump with the direction adjustment mechanism has an accommodating space, the first housing comprises a first tube communicating with the accommodating space and a plurality of first locking parts, and the plurality of first locking parts are arranged at the periphery of the first housing at intervals and symmetrically; the stator group comprises a bottom plate and a coil structure arranged on the bottom plate, the coil structure is arranged in the accommodating space, and the bottom plate covers one side surface of the first shell seat; the separating cover covers the coil structure and separates the accommodating space into a water-proof space through the bottom plate; the fan blade group is arranged on the separation cover and is positioned on one side of the first pipe body; the rotor set is arranged on one side of the fan blade set facing the stator set in parallel corresponding to the coil structure; and the second shell seat covers the other side surface of the first shell seat corresponding to the bottom plate, the second shell seat comprises a second pipe body communicated with the accommodating space and a plurality of second locking parts, and the plurality of second locking parts are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first locking parts and are arranged at the periphery of the second shell seat in an interval and symmetrical arrangement mode.
As a further improvement of the invention, the sealing device further comprises a sealing ring which is clamped between the first shell seat and the second shell seat.

Compared with the prior art, the water pump with the direction adjusting mechanism is provided with the first locking parts which are arranged at intervals and symmetrically on the periphery of the first shell seat; in addition, the periphery of the second shell seat is provided with second locking parts which are arranged at intervals and symmetrically, so that when the direction of a water outlet or a water inlet (a first pipe body and a second pipe body) of the water pump needs to be changed, the positions of the first pipe body and the second pipe body can be changed relatively only by adjusting the locking position of the second locking part of the second shell seat relative to the first locking part of the first shell seat, and accordingly, a mechanism for adjusting the positions of the water outlet and the water inlet is achieved, and convenience and practicability of the water pump are improved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a three-dimensional exploded schematic view, a three-dimensional external schematic view and a cross-sectional view of a water pump with a direction adjustment mechanism according to the present invention are shown. The present invention relates to a water pump 1 with a direction adjustment mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the water pump 1), which includes a first housing 10, a stator set 20, a separation cover 30, a fan set 40, a rotor set 50, and a second housing 60. The first housing 10 and the second housing 60 are covered with each other; the stator set 20, the separating cover 30, the fan blade set 40 and the rotor set 50 are assembled in the first housing 10 and the second housing 60 to form the water pump 1. The structure of the water pump 1 will be described in more detail below.
The first housing 10 has a receiving space 100. The first housing 10 includes a first tube 11 and a plurality of first locking portions 12 communicating with the accommodating space 100. The first locking portions 12 are disposed at the periphery of the first housing 10 in a spaced and symmetrical arrangement.
The stator assembly 20 includes a base plate 21 and a coil structure 22 disposed on the base plate 21. The coil structure 22 is disposed in the accommodating space 100, and the bottom plate 21 covers a side surface of the first housing 10.
The separating cover 30 covers the coil structure 22 and separates the accommodating space 100 into a water-proof space 101 through the bottom plate 21; therefore, the coil structure 22 is not damaged by contacting water entering the accommodating space 100.
The fan blade set 40 is disposed on the separating cover 30 and located at one side of the first tube 11 of the first housing 10. In this embodiment, the fan blade set 40 includes a plate 41 and a plurality of blades 42 disposed on one side of the plate 41. In this embodiment, the partition cover 30 is formed with a protruding ring 31 on a side facing the fan blade set 40, and the protruding ring 31 frames an outer periphery of the plate 41.
Furthermore, the rotor set 50 is disposed in parallel with the side of the fan blade set 40 facing the stator set 20 corresponding to the coil structure 22. Specifically, the plate 41 of the vane set 40 is provided with a groove 410 on the other side opposite to the side where the plurality of vanes 42 are provided, and the rotor set 50 is disposed in the groove 410.
The second housing base 60 covers the other side of the first housing base 10 corresponding to the bottom plate 21. The second housing base 60 includes a second tube 61 and a plurality of second locking portions 62 communicating with the accommodating space 100. The second locking portions 62 are disposed corresponding to the first locking portions 12 and are disposed at the periphery of the second housing base 60 in a spaced and symmetrical arrangement.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the plate 41 of the fan blade set 40 is provided with a positioning hole 411 on a side surface where the plurality of blades 42 are disposed; the second housing base 60 has a positioning post 63 formed on a side facing the fan blade set 40, and the positioning post 63 is inserted into the positioning hole 411. In addition, the outline of the second housing seat 60 is provided corresponding to the outline of the first housing seat 10; preferably, the first housing 10 and the second housing 60 have a circular contour.
in this embodiment, the water pump 1 further includes a sealing ring 70. The seal ring 70 is interposed between the first housing 10 and the second housing 60 to ensure the sealing property therebetween. Preferably, the first housing 10 has a top edge surface 102 facing the second housing 60, the top edge surface 102 is provided with a groove 103, and the sealing ring 70 is disposed in the groove 103.
Furthermore, the water pump 1 further comprises a plurality of locking assemblies 80. The plurality of first locking portions 12 and the plurality of second locking portions 62 are locked to each other by the plurality of locking members 80. Specifically, each of the first locking portions 12 and each of the second locking portions 62 are screw holes; each locking member 80 is a screw.
Accordingly, after the stator assembly 20, the separation cover 30, the fan blade assembly 40 and the rotor assembly 50 are assembled on the first housing 10, the first housing 10 and the second housing 60 are fixed by the plurality of fixing components 80.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a direction adjustment of a water pump with a direction adjustment mechanism according to the present invention is shown. The first locking parts 12 are arranged at intervals and symmetrically at the periphery of the first shell seat 10; in addition, the second housing base 60 is provided at the periphery thereof with second locking portions 62 (see fig. 2) arranged at intervals and symmetrically. Therefore, when the water outlet or the water inlet of the water pump 1 needs to change the direction, the relative position of the first tube 11 and the second tube 61 can be changed by adjusting the locking position of the second locking portion 62 of the second housing 60 relative to the first locking portion 12 of the first housing 10, so as to meet the required water outlet and water inlet position.

1. A water pump having a directional adjustment mechanism, comprising:
The first shell seat is provided with an accommodating space and comprises a first pipe body and a plurality of first locking parts, wherein the first pipe body is communicated with the accommodating space;
A stator set including a bottom plate and a coil structure disposed on the bottom plate, wherein the coil structure is disposed in the accommodating space, and the bottom plate covers one side surface of the first housing;
A separating cover which covers the coil structure and separates the accommodating space into a water-proof space through the bottom plate;
The fan blade group is arranged on the separation cover and is positioned on one side of the first pipe body;
a rotor set, which is arranged in parallel corresponding to the coil structure on one side of the fan blade set facing the stator set; and
And the second shell seat corresponds to the other side surface of the first shell seat, and comprises a second pipe body and a plurality of second locking parts which are communicated with the accommodating space, wherein the plurality of second locking parts are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first locking parts and are arranged at the periphery of the second shell seat in an interval and symmetrical arrangement mode.

4. The water pump with the direction adjustment mechanism as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of locking members, wherein the plurality of first locking portions and the plurality of second locking portions are locked to each other by the plurality of locking members.
