Abstract

A washing machine balancing ring comprises a balancing ring body (2), wherein a ring-shaped rib (4) is arranged in the periphery of the balancing ring body (2), the balancing ring body (2) is connected to the ring-shaped rib (4), and multiple drainage holes (5) are disposed between the balancing ring body (2) and the ring-shaped rib (4). The ring-shaped rib (4) is connected to the balancing ring body (2) through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure is provided with multiple drainage holes (5). A washing machine inner tub provided with the washing machine balancing ring is also disclosed, wherein the balancing ring is mounted on the opening of the tub body (1), the ring-shaped rib (4) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the tub body (1), and the tub body (1) and the tub bottom (3) are each of a sealed structure. The washing machine inner tub can drain away water smoothly, the drainage is not affected by the balancing ring at the upper end, and can effectively prevent washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes. The fixation strength between the inner tub and the balancing ring is higher, and when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub is smaller, thus reducing vibration noise during dewatering of the washing machine.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the field of washing machines, and particularly relates to a washing machine balancing ring, an inner tub and a washing machine.
  • BACKGROUND
  • In the ordinary full-automatic washing machine, there are many leakage holes on the bottom and side wall of the dewatering bucket (inner tub), therefore, the water can freely flow into and out of the dewatering bucket and can be discharged smoothly, with a high dewatering efficiency. However, during washing, there is water between the outer tub and the dewatering bucket. The outer tub is a water storage bucket, and the water therein cannot be used, which causes a large amount of water to be wasted. At the same time, dirt and bacteria are easily accumulated between the side walls of the inner tub and outer tub, thus being not beneficial to human health.
  • To solve this problem, a washing machine provided with a non-porous inner tub has been developed. The whole inner tub uses a sealed water storage design, only a circle of dewatering holes are formed in the tub wall below the balancing ring, and the lower middle portion of the inner tub wall is not provided with empty small holes for dewatering. The water for washing and rinsing is only contained in the inner tub, so that the tub is both a water storage washing bucket and a centrifugal dewatering bucket. The outer tub of the washing machine is actually only a passage for collecting the water drained from the non-porous inner tub during dewatering. In the inner tub, some of the tub bottom is provided with a drainage outlet, and some of the tub bottom is completely sealed. For the washing machine with the tub bottom provided with a drainage outlet, the inner tub can drain away most of the water through the drainage outlet when draining. When centrifugally dewatering, the inner tub rotates at a high speed, and the residual water in the clothes is pushed up into the outer tub through the tub opening and the circle of dewatering holes distributed below the balancing ring along the tub wall of the non-porous inner tub under the action of centrifugal force, is collected into a drainage pipe of the outer tub bottom through the outer tub wall and is discharged out of the washing machine. For the washing machine with the tub bottom fully sealed, the water in the inner tub is also discharged from the circle of dewatering holes in the upper portion of the tub wall by controlling the rotation speed of the inner tub, and the dewatering is the same as the above manner. Since the washing machine saves the water in the “sandwich layer” between the inner tub and the outer tub of the conventional washing machine, the average water saving effect can be up to 50% or above. The washing machine, especially the washing machine with the tub bottom fully sealed, discharges water absolutely by the dewatering holes in the upper portion of the tub wall. But the dewatering holes are formed in the side wall and positioned below the balancing ring, the drainage process is largely blocked by the balancing ring, the drainage is not smooth enough, thus affecting the drainage and dewatering efficiency.
  • Chinese Patent with Application No. of CN201210011789.1 discloses a sealed inner tub, comprising a side wall and a bottom that are integrally connected. The side wall and the bottom are sealed, the top of the side wall is provided with a drainage groove and a balancing ring, and a plurality of notches are uniformly arranged around the bottom of the balancing ring. The notches form the drainage groove, the bottom of the inner tub is provided with a mounting hole for allowing a driving shaft of a driving device to pass through, and the periphery of the driving shaft is hermetically connected to the periphery of the mounting hole. During washing, the inner tub is filled with the water flow, and after the water level reaches the set water level of the washing machine, the impeller is rotated and the washing is finished, the inner tub rotates at a high speed to generate a centrifugal force, and the water flow in the inner tub and the moisture in the clothes are spiral and completely discharged through the drainage groove of the inner tub. When the washing machine is washing, the washing water is easily splashed into the outer tub by the dewatering holes below the balancing ring due to the action of surge, and the drainage efficiency is limited due to the influence of the balancing ring when draining.
  • In view of this, the present disclosure is provided.
  • SUMMARY
  • The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art, therefore, a water-saving washing machine inner tub and a washing machine are provided. The drainage is smoother and is not affected by the balancing ring at the upper end, and can effectively prevent washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes. In addition, the riveted structural strength between the inner tub and the balancing ring is higher, and when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub assembly is smaller, thus reducing vibration noise during dewatering of the washing machine.
  • To solve the above technical problem, the basic conception of the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is as follows.
  • According to a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a washing machine balancing ring, comprising a balancing ring body, where a ring-shaped rib is arranged in the periphery of the balancing ring body, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib, and multiple drainage holes are disposed between the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib.
  • The bottom of the current balancing ring is provided with a ring-shaped rib, the balancing ring is fixedly mounted on the upper end of the inner tub body through the bottom ring-shaped rib, and drainage outlets are formed in the side wall of the upper end of the tub body or the lower end of the balancing ring. During dewatering, water rises to the upper end of the tub body, part of the water is discharged from drainage holes, but some of the water falls back due to the action of the upper-end balancing ring, thus affecting the smoothness of drainage. In the present disclosure, the periphery of the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped rib, multiple drainage holes are disposed between the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib, so that the drainage holes are located on the top of the inner tub, and penetrate from top to bottom, thus the drainage is not affected by the balancing ring. Therefore, the drainage is smoother, the drainage and dewatering efficiency are higher, and the position of the drainage holes is higher. When the washing speed is low, even under the action of washing centrifugal force, the water would rise along the tub wall and fall back into the tub at the top, thereby effectively preventing washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes above.
  • Further, the ring-shaped rib is connected to the balancing ring body through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure is provided with multiple drainage holes.
  • Further, the connecting structure comprises reinforcing ribs, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib through the multiple reinforcing ribs, and a gap exists between the adjacent reinforcing ribs, thereby forming the drainage holes; or, the connecting structure comprises a ring-shaped plate, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib through the ring-shaped plate, and the ring-shaped plate is provided with multiple drainage holes.
  • The connecting structure between the ring-shaped rib and the balancing ring can fixedly connect the ring-shaped rib with the balancing ring, and can form the drainage holes that penetrate from top to bottom and are used for drainage. When the connecting structure is a reinforcing rib, the structure is simple, the formed drainage holes are large in size, and the drainage effects are better; and when the connecting structure is a ring-shaped plate, washing water can be better prevented from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes above during high water level washing. Both of the reinforcing rib and the ring-shaped plate can be arranged simultaneously to obtain better connection and support effect, and arranging of an appropriate number of reinforcing ribs and an appropriate number of drainage holes can be considered comprehensively, so as to achieve high dewatering efficiency and anti-overflow effect.
  • The connecting structure comprises an outer ring-shaped convex rib that is disposed on the balancing ring body and is convex in a peripheral direction, and the upper end of the ring-shaped rib is bent inwardly and is fixedly connected to the outer ring-shaped convex rib, and the outer ring-shaped convex rib is provided with multiple drainage holes.
  • The balancing ring is provided with an outer ring-shaped convex rib that is convex in a peripheral direction, the ring-shaped rib is connected to the outer ring-shaped convex rib in a wrapping manner, on the one hand, the outer ring-shaped convex rib can fix the balancing ring, and on the other hand, the outer ring-shaped convex rib and the ring-shaped rib that is connected to the outer ring-shaped convex rib in a wrapping manner are provided with corresponding drainage holes. The drainage holes penetrate from top to bottom, so that dewatering and drainage are not affected by the balancing ring, the drainage is smoother, at the same time, and this method is simple in structure and is easy to implement.
  • Further, the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib, wherein the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is convex towards the periphery of the balancing ring body and is arranged above the water outlet end of the drainage holes.
  • When the washing machine performs dewatering, the rotation speed is relatively high, and the water flow may be ejected rapidly from the drainage holes under the action of centrifugal force. The water flow can be blocked by the ring-shaped water-retaining rib that is arranged above the drainage holes, so as to avoid this situation and bad influence on the surrounding environment such as walls, thus enhancing user experience.
  • Further, the lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a downward lower ring-shaped rib, there is a gap between the outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and the inner wall of the ring-shaped rib, thereby forming a drainage passage, and the drainage holes are arranged at the top end of the drainage passage.
  • During dewatering and drainage, the above structure can guide the drainage, prevent the water obtained by dewatering from moving along the circumference of the tub wall, increase drainage smoothness, and improve dewatering efficiency.
  • According to a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a washing machine inner tub provided with the above-mentioned washing machine balancing ring, comprising a tub body and a tub bottom mounted on a lower portion of the tub body. The balancing ring is mounted on the opening of the tub body, the ring-shaped rib is fixedly connected to the upper end of the tub body, and the tub body and the tub bottom are each of a sealed water storage structure.
  • In the washing machine inner tub of the present disclosure, the ring-shaped rib of the balancing ring is fixedly connected to the upper end of the tub body. The tub body and the tub bottom are each of a sealed water storage structure; so that dewatering is only achieved through the drainage holes arranged on the top and washing water cannot enter the outer tub. At the same time, because of the arrangement of the drainage holes in the balancing ring, drainage is not affected by the balancing ring and is smoother, drainage and dewatering efficiency are higher, and can also effectively prevent the washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes above.
  • Further, the ring-shaped rib of the balancing ring is inserted into the opening of the tub body, and the upper end of the tub body is fixedly connected to the ring-shaped rib; preferably, the upper end of the tub body is bent from the outside to the inside and wraps the ring-shaped rib, and the upper end of the tub body is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib.
  • Through the above manner, the upper end of the tub body can wrap the ring-shaped rib therein and perform riveted fixing. The fixing strength is higher, so that the deformation of the inner tub body assembly is small when the washing machine is in the dewatering operation, thereby reducing the vibration noise during the dewatering operation of the washing machine. Simultaneously, sealed connection between the ring-shaped rib and the tub can be achieved to prevent water from entering the outer tub.
  • Further, the tub body is provided with a ring-shaped constricting structure having an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tub body below the balancing ring, and the constricting structure is a ring-shaped protrusion that is concave by the tub body from outside to the inside and is formed in the inner wall of the tub body, or the constricting structure is an inner ring-shaped convex rib disposed circumferentially on the inner wall of the tub body.
  • The constricting structure is a circle of protrusion at the upper end of the tub body, where the protrusion is pressed from outside to inside and faces the inner wall of the tub body. In the case of washing, that is, the rotation speed is low, the washing water that rises along the inner tub under the action of centrifugal force during the washing can flow back into the inner tub at the structure without being discharged from the drainage holes at the upper end. The arrangement of the constricting structure is also advantageous for fixing the ring-shaped rib, especially when the upper end of the constricting structure is bent by 180° from the outside to the inner wall, the sealing effect is good and the fixing strength is higher.
  • According to a third aspect, the present disclosure provides a washing machine, and the washing machine is provided with the above-mentioned washing machine inner tub.
  • For the washing machine provided with the above washing machine balancing ring or washing machine inner tub, during normal washing, it can effectively prevent washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes. During dewatering, the drainage is smoother, the dewatering efficiency is higher, and the riveting structural strength between the inner tub and the balancing ring is higher. When the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub assembly is smaller, thus reducing vibration noise during dewatering of the washing machine.
  • After adopting the above technical solution, the present disclosure has the following beneficial effects compared with the prior art:
  • 1. The present disclosure improves the balancing ring of the existing washing machine, the periphery of the balancing ring is provided with a ring-shaped rib, a plurality of drainage holes are arranged between the balancing ring and the ring-shaped rib, the axes of the drainage holes are perpendicular to the ground, dewatering is not affected by the balancing ring, and drainage is smoother. At the same time, the position of the drainage holes is high, and its setting of penetrating from top to bottom can effectively prevent washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes when the washing speed is low.
  • 2. In the washing machine inner tub of the present disclosure, the upper end of the tub body is provided with a constricting structure, and the ring-shaped rib is fixed to the upper end of the constricting structure of the tub body. The constricting structure arranged on the upper end of the tub body can effectively prevent washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes. In addition, the upper end of the tub body can be bent from the outside to the inside, wraps the ring-shaped rib and is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib. Therefore, the riveted structural strength between the inner tub and the balancing ring is higher and the sealing is achieved, and when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub assembly is smaller, thus reducing vibration noise during dewatering of the washing machine.
  • The specific embodiments in the present disclosure will be further described in detail below by combining the following drawings.

  • In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that the terms “up”, “down”, “front”, “back”, “left”, “right”, “vertical”, “inside” and “outside” indicate location or position relations which are based on the location or position shown in the accompanying drawings, which is merely used to facilitate the description of the present disclosure and simplify the description, rather than to indicate or imply that the referred devices or components must have a specific location, be configured in a specific orientation and operation, therefore, it cannot be interpreted as limiting the present disclosure.
  • In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that, unless there are specific provisions and definitions, the terms “installation”, “link” and “connection” shall be understood in a broad sense, for example, it can be fixedly connected, or removably connected, or integrally connected, or mechanically connected, or electrically connected, or directly connected, or indirectly connected through an intermediary. For the persons with ordinary skills in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood based on the specific situation.
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the present disclosure provides a washing machine balancing ring, comprising a balancing ring body 2, wherein a ring-shaped rib 4 is arranged in the periphery of the balancing ring body 2, the balancing ring body 2 is connected to the ring-shaped rib 4, and multiple drainage holes 5 are disposed between the balancing ring body 2 and the ring-shaped rib 4.
  • In the present disclosure, the periphery of the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped rib, multiple drainage holes are disposed between the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib, so that the drainage holes are located on the top of the inner tub, and penetrate from top to bottom, thus the drainage is not affected by the balancing ring. Therefore, the drainage is smoother, and the drainage and dewatering efficiency are higher. The position of the drainage holes is higher, so that when the washing speed is low, even if the water rises along the tub wall under the action of washing centrifugal force, the water will fall back into the tub at the top, thereby effectively preventing washing water from rising along the tub wall and overflowing from the drainage holes.
  • The ring-shaped rib is arranged in the periphery of the balancing ring body, the ring-shaped rib and the balancing ring body are coaxially arranged, the height of the ring-shaped rib is preferably less than or equal to the height of the balancing ring body. Further, the upper end of the ring-shaped rib is preferably lower than the upper end of the balancing ring, and the lower end of the ring-shaped rib is lower than the lower end of the balancing ring, so as to facilitate the installation of the balancing ring and facilitate the drainage.
  • Embodiment 1
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, this embodiment provides a washing machine balancing ring. There is a gap between the ring-shaped rib and the balancing ring body, the ring-shaped rib is connected to the balancing ring body through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure is provided with multiple drainage holes 5.
  • There is a gap between the balancing ring body and ring-shaped rib in the periphery, so as to facilitate the setting of the top drainage hole, and the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib are connected by the connecting structure, therefore, the balancing ring can be installed by fixing the ring-shaped rib, the structure is simple, and the fixation is easy.
  • Further, the connecting structure comprises reinforcing ribs 6 and/or a ring-shaped plate (not marked), so that the following solutions can be used for the setting between the ring-shaped rib and the balancing ring body:
  • Method 1: as shown in FIG. 4, the balancing ring body 2 and the ring-shaped rib 4 are connected by multiple reinforcing ribs 6. There is a gap between the adjacent reinforcing ribs, thereby forming the drainage holes 5. The reinforcing ribs are longitudinal reinforcing ribs. The longitudinal reinforcing ribs can be the same height as the ring-shaped rib, so as to form a passage, or can also be less than the height of the ring-shaped rib. The space between the outer side wall of the balancing ring and the inner side wall of the ring-shaped rib can be divided into small areas to facilitate drainage. This method has simple structure, good connecting and supporting effect, can form large drainage holes, can drain water smoothly and has good drainage effect.
  • Method 2: the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib are connected by a ring-shaped plate, and multiple drainage holes are distributed in the ring-shaped plate; the inner ring of the ring-shaped plate is fixed to the balancing ring body, and the outer ring of the ring-shaped plate is fixed to the ring-shaped rib, so that the supporting, connecting and fixing effects are better; and meanwhile, multiple circles of drainage holes can be arranged on the ring-shaped plate, so that a good drainage effect can be achieved.
  • Method 3: the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib by the reinforcing ribs and the ring-shaped plate, the reinforcing ribs are arranged on one side of the ring-shaped plate or penetrate through the ring-shaped plate, and the ring-shaped plate between adjacent reinforcing ribs is provided with drainage holes. The combination of the method 1 and the method 2 can further improve the connecting and supporting effects, and be also conducive to keeping the deformation of the inner tub assembly small during rotating at high speed, so as to reduce the vibration noise when the washing machine performs dewatering. At the same time, multiple drainage holes can be arranged to achieve the effect of smooth drainage. In addition, the inner tub assembly of the present disclosure is the whole inner tub, comprising the tub body, the tub bottom and the balancing ring.
  • Method 4: as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting structure comprises an outer ring-shaped convex rib 7 that is disposed on the balancing ring body and is convex in a peripheral direction, the upper end of the ring-shaped rib 4 is bent inwardly and is fixedly connected to the outer ring-shaped convex rib 7, and the outer ring-shaped convex rib is provided with multiple drainage holes 5. The balancing ring body of the method is provided with a ring-shaped convex rib, and is connected with the ring-shaped rib in a wrapping manner to achieve fixation. The fixing effect is slightly poor, but the structure is simple and the implementation is easy. The ring-shaped convex rib and the part, wrapping the ring-shaped convex rib, of the ring-shaped rib are correspondingly provided with drainage holes that penetrate from top to bottom. Therefore, the drainage can also be achieved, and are not affected by the balancing ring, so as to achieve effect of smooth drainage.
  • Embodiment 2
  • As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, a balancing ring body 2 is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib 9 which is convex in the periphery direction of the balancing ring body, and the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is arranged above the water outlet end of the drainage holes 5. The ring-shaped water-retaining rib is arranged above the water outlet end of the drainage holes, an appropriate distance away from the drainage holes is suggested to meet the following condition that the water that is ejected quickly can be blocked, and the smooth drainage is not hindered.
  • When the washing machine performs dewatering, the rotation speed is relatively high, and the water flow may be ejected rapidly from the drainage holes under the action of centrifugal force. The water flow can be blocked by the ring-shaped water-retaining rib that is arranged above the drainage holes, so as to avoid this situation and bad influence on the surrounding environment such as walls, thus enhancing user experience.
  • Embodiment 3
  • As shown in FIG. 2, the lower end of the balancing ring body of this embodiment is provided with a downward lower ring-shaped rib 10, there is a gap between the outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib 10 and the inner wall of the ring-shaped rib 4, thereby forming a drainage passage 11.
  • Further, the drainage passage is composed of a plurality of longitudinally arranged passages, and top end of each passage is provided with at least one drainage hole.
  • Preferably, each passage is mainly composed of a lower ring-shaped rib that coordinates with a longitudinal reinforcing rib and a ring-shaped rib.
  • For the structure of this embodiment, on the top of the inner tub, the drainage passage is formed by using the lower ring-shaped rib below the balancing ring and the ring-shaped rib in the periphery, which facilitates the rising of the water in the inner tub and facilitates the smooth drainage. Combined with the longitudinal reinforcing ribs, a plurality of longitudinally arranged passages are formed, the top end of each passage is provided with a drainage hole, so as to further increase the drainage speed and improve dewatering efficiency.
  • Embodiment 4
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, a water-saving washing machine inner tub of the present disclosure comprises a tub body 1 and a tub bottom 3 mounted on a lower portion of the tub body, wherein the balancing ring is mounted on the opening of the tub body, the ring-shaped rib 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the tub body 1, and the tub body 1 and the tub bottom 3 are each of a sealed structure.
  • The balancing ring is mounted on the upper portion of the tub body. The ordinary non-porous inner tub is only provided with a circle of dewatering holes in the tub wall below the balancing ring, or notches are formed at the bottom of the balancing ring to form a drainage groove. During draining, the inner tub rotates at a high speed, thus generating a large centrifugal force. Therefore, the water in the inner tub and the clothes can be discharged from the drainage holes in the side wall, but when the water rises to the top, part of the water will fall back into the inner tub under the action of the top balancing ring, thus greatly affecting the drainage and dewatering efficiency. The periphery of the balancing ring of the present disclosure is provided with a ring-shaped rib, and a plurality of drainage holes are arranged between the ring-shaped rib and the balancing ring. During centrifugal dewatering, the water in the inner tub rises to the top and is directly discharged without being affected by the balancing ring, so that the drainage is smoother and the drainage and dewatering are more efficient. The drainage holes in the application are positioned at the top end, the position of the drainage holes is raised, and the tub top and the tub bottom are each of a sealed water storage structure, so that the washing water can be prevented from overflowing from the drainage holes, the overflowing of the washing water caused by splashing of the washing machine is effectively prevented or reduced, and water can be saved; and meanwhile, the ring-shaped rib is fixedly connected with the upper end of the tub body, so that the riveted structural strength between the inner tub and the balancing ring is higher, in such a way, when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub assembly is smaller, thus reducing vibration noise during dewatering of the washing machine.
  • Further, the ring-shaped rib 4 of the balancing ring is inserted into the opening of the tub body 1, and the upper end of the tub body 1 is fixedly connected to the ring-shaped rib 4.
  • Preferably, the upper end of the tub body is bent from the outside to the inside and wraps the ring-shaped rib, and the upper end of the tub body is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib.
  • Through the above manner, the upper end of the tub body can wrap the ring-shaped rib therein and perform riveted fixing. The fixing strength is higher, so that when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub body assembly is small, thereby reducing the vibration noise during the dewatering of the washing machine. Simultaneously, sealed connection between the ring-shaped rib and the tub body can be achieved to prevent water from entering the outer tub.
  • Embodiment 5
  • As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the tub body of this embodiment is provided with a ring-shaped constricting structure 8 having an inner diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the tub body below the balancing ring, and the constricting structure 8 is a ring-shaped protrusion that is concave by the tub body from outside to the inside and is formed in the inner wall of the tub body, or the constricting structure 8 is an inner ring-shaped convex rib disposed circumferentially on the inner wall of the tub body.
  • The constricting structure is a circle of protrusion at the upper end of the tub body, where the protrusion is pressed from outside to inside and faces the inner wall of the tub body. In the case of washing, that is, the rotation speed is lower, the washing water that rises along the inner tub under the action of centrifugal force during the washing can flow back into the inner tub at the structure without being discharged from the drainage holes at the upper end, and the fixation of the ring-shaped rib is facilitated.
  • Further, the ring-shaped rib 4 of the balancing ring is inserted into the constricting structure 8, and the upper end of the constricting structure is fixedly connected to the ring-shaped rib. The ring-shaped rib is clamped in the constricting structure and is connected to the constricting structure, so as to realize the fixing of the balancing ring, and the installation is simple and the implementation is easy.
  • Preferably, the upper end of the constricting structure is bent from the outside to the inside and wraps the ring-shaped rib, and the upper end of the constricting structure is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib. This manner not only can enhance the fixation strength, but also can achieve sealing, so as to prevent water from flowing into the outer tub.
  • Preferably, the upper end of the tub body is bent at a degree of 180° from the outside to the inner wall, wraps the ring-shaped rib, and is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib.
  • When the upper end of the tub body is bent at a degree of 180° from the outside to the inner wall, the upper end of the tub body can wrap the ring-shaped rib therein and perform riveted fixing. The fixing strength is higher, full sealing can be achieved, so that when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub body assembly is small, thereby reducing the vibration noise during the dewatering of the washing machine. Simultaneously, water can be prevented from flowing into the outer tub.
  • Embodiment 6
  • The embodiment provides a washing machine, and the washing machine is provided with the above-mentioned washing machine inner tub.
  • The washing machine of the present disclosure is a full-automatic washing machine, and can be a turbine full-automatic washing machine, a dual power washing machine, and the like. During washing, the inner tub rotates at a low speed, and the washing water rises along the tub wall. When reaching the constricting structure at the upper end of the tub body, the washing water can fall back into the tub body, even if the water level is higher, the rising washing water will not overflow from the drainage holes at the top end. During drainage or dewatering, the inner tub rotates at a very high speed, and the water in the inner tub rises along the tub wall and is discharged from the drainage holes between the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib. The drainage is not affected by the balancing ring and is smoother, and the dewatering efficiency is higher. At the same time, the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib are fixed by the longitudinal reinforcing ribs, the ring-shaped rib is wrapped by the upper end of the tub body that is folded inwardly at a degree of 180° , and the ring-shaped rib and the upper end of the tub body are riveted by rolling riveting to be fixed, so that the fixing strength is high, the sealing is good. And when the washing machine performs dewatering, the deformation of the inner tub assembly is smaller, thus reducing the vibration noise during the dewatering of the washing machine and preventing water from flowing into the outer tub.
  • The above descriptions are only preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. Although the present disclosure has been disclosed in the above preferred embodiments, the preferred embodiments are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Those skilled in the art can make some changes or modifications to equivalent embodiments by using the above indicated technical contents without deviating from the technical scope of the present disclosure. But, for the contents without deviating from the technical solution of the present disclosure, any simple changes, equivalent variations and modifications made to the above embodiments based on the technical principles of the present disclosure are still within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (19)

1. A washing machine balancing ring, comprising a balancing ring body, wherein a ring-shaped rib is arranged in a periphery of the balancing ring body, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib, and multiple drainage holes are disposed between the balancing ring body and the ring-shaped rib.
2. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 1, wherein the ring-shaped rib is connected to the balancing ring body through a connecting structure, and the connecting structure is provided with multiple drainage holes.
3. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 2, wherein the connecting structure comprises reinforcing ribs, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib through multiple the reinforcing ribs, and a gap exists between each two of the adjacent reinforcing ribs to form the drainage holes;
or, the connecting structure comprises a ring-shaped plate, the balancing ring body is connected to the ring-shaped rib through the ring-shaped plate, and the ring-shaped plate is provided with multiple the drainage holes.
4. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 2, wherein the connecting structure comprises an outer ring-shaped convex rib that is disposed on the balancing ring body and is convex in a peripheral direction, an upper end of the ring-shaped rib is bent inwardly and is fixedly connected to the outer ring-shaped convex rib, and the outer ring-shaped convex rib is provided with multiple the drainage holes.
5. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 1, wherein the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib, wherein the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is convex in a peripheral direction of the balancing ring body and is arranged above an water outlet end of the drainage holes.
6. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 1, wherein a lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a lower ring-shaped rib downwardly, and a gap is provided between an outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and an inner wall of the ring-shaped rib to form a drainage passage.
7. A washing machine inner tub provided with the washing machine balancing ring according to claim 1, comprising a tub body and a tub bottom mounted on a lower portion of the tub body, wherein the balancing ring is mounted on an opening of the tub body, the ring-shaped rib is fixedly connected to an upper end of the tub body, and the tub body and the tub bottom are each of a sealed structure.
8. The washing machine inner tub according to claim 7, wherein the ring-shaped rib of the balancing ring is inserted into the opening of the tub body, and the upper end of the tub body is fixedly connected to the ring-shaped rib.
9. The washing machine inner tub according to claim 7, wherein the tub body is provided with a ring-shaped constricting structure having an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the tub body below the balancing ring, and the constricting structure is a ring-shaped protrusion that is concave by the tub body from outside to inside and is formed in the inner wall of the tub body, or the constricting structure is an inner ring-shaped convex rib disposed circumferentially on an inner wall of the tub body.
10. A washing machine provided with the washing machine inner tub according to claim 7.
11. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 2, wherein the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib, wherein the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is convex in a peripheral direction of the balancing ring body and is arranged above an water outlet end of the drainage holes.
12. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 3, wherein the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib, wherein the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is convex in a peripheral direction of the balancing ring body and is arranged above an water outlet end of the drainage holes.
13. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 4, wherein the balancing ring body is provided with a ring-shaped water-retaining rib, wherein the ring-shaped water-retaining rib is convex in a peripheral direction of the balancing ring body and is arranged above an water outlet end of the drainage holes.
14. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 2, wherein a lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a lower ring-shaped rib downwardly, and a gap is provided between an outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and an inner wall of the ring-shaped rib to form a drainage passage.
15. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 3, wherein a lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a lower ring-shaped rib downwardly, and a gap is provided between an outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and an inner wall of the ring-shaped rib to form a drainage passage.
16. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 4, wherein a lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a lower ring-shaped rib downwardly, and a gap is provided between an outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and an inner wall of the ring-shaped rib to form a drainage passage.
17. The washing machine balancing ring according to claim 5, wherein a lower end of the balancing ring body is provided with a lower ring-shaped rib downwardly, and a gap is provided between an outer wall of the lower ring-shaped rib and an inner wall of the ring-shaped rib to form a drainage passage.
18. The washing machine inner tub according to claim 8, wherein the upper end of the tub body is bent from outside to inside and wraps the ring-shaped rib, and the upper end of the tub body is fixedly riveted with the ring-shaped rib.
19. The washing machine inner tub according to claim 8, wherein the tub body is provided with a ring-shaped constricting structure having an inner diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the tub body below the balancing ring, and the constricting structure is a ring-shaped protrusion that is concave by the tub body from outside to inside and is formed in the inner wall of the tub body, or the constricting structure is an inner ring-shaped convex rib disposed circumferentially on an inner wall of the tub body.
