Description

Washing equipment drainage channel and washing equipment
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly relates to a drainage channel of washing equipment and the washing equipment.
Background
The traditional full-automatic pulsator washing machine generally comprises an inner barrel, an outer barrel, a vibration damping part and a power system, wherein the inner barrel rotates relative to the outer barrel during washing and dewatering so that clothes and washing water generate actions to achieve the purpose of washing the clothes or dewatering, the outer barrel is arranged outside the inner barrel and provides support for the inner barrel, the outer barrel is used as a water containing barrel, and drain holes are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the inner barrel so that the inner barrel and the outer barrel are communicated. In the process of washing, clothes are placed in the inner barrel, the water levels of the two barrels are as high, but the outer barrel is not contacted with the clothes, the volume of the outer barrel of the existing washing machine relative to the inner barrel is larger, so that the quantity of washing water stored between the inner barrel and the outer barrel is larger, the washing liquid between the two barrels cannot be fully utilized, the water consumption of washing is increased, the concentration of the washing liquid during washing is reduced, and the overall volume of the washing machine is larger. In addition, after the washing machine is used for a period of time, dirt and even mildew can be attached to the inner wall of the outer barrel and the outer wall of the inner barrel, so that clothes to be washed can be polluted, and the barrel wall is difficult to clean.
In order to save water resources, washing machines are increasingly adopting a mode of a non-porous inner barrel, so that the inner barrel is separated from the outer barrel, only the inner barrel is used for storing water, and the outer barrel is free of water. The side wall of the inner barrel is provided with a drain hole near the upper end, so that when the washing machine dehydrates, water is thrown on the inner wall of the inner barrel under the action of centrifugal force, moves upwards along the inner wall of the inner barrel and is discharged from the drain hole at the upper end of the inner barrel, the water-saving effect of the washing machine is improved, and the dosage of detergent is saved.
However, in the above solution, since the washing machine rotates at a high speed during dehydration, water in the laundry is thrown out through the drain holes on the sidewall of the inner tub and directly hits the sidewall of the outer tub, which is prone to splashing around, and if water is left on the inner wall of the outer tub for a long time, bacteria are still prone to growing, which is not beneficial to environmental protection.
In addition, in order to increase the washing capacity of the washing machine, a larger inner tub is required, i.e., the height or diameter of the inner tub needs to be increased. If the inner tub has a larger size, the outer tub and the cabinet accommodating the inner tub also need to be enlarged as the inner tub is enlarged.
The increase of the shell of the washing machine is limited by the space of the region for installing the washing machine, the position for placing the washing machine in the ordinary user home is limited, the purpose of increasing the capacity of the washing tub by increasing the shell of the washing machine is unrealistic, and how to increase the capacity of the inner tub becomes a difficult problem which troubles designers on the premise of not increasing the shell of the washing machine.
Chinese patent application No. CN99230455.5 discloses a single-tub water-saving washing machine, wherein a water collecting device is arranged at the tub opening of the washing tub, the water collecting opening of the water collecting device is covered at the tub opening along the washing tub, a water collecting cavity at the tub opening of the water collecting device is connected with a plurality of water discharging pipes, which are symmetrically arranged along the outer wall of the washing tub from top to bottom, when spin-drying, the water collecting device collects the centrifugal water flow rotating at high speed and guides and discharges the water flow downwards, although the structure omits an outer tub, when the washing tub rotates, especially when the washing tub rotates, because the water discharging pipes protrude out of the outer wall of the washing tub, when the washing tub rotates, the protruding water discharging pipes form a certain wind resistance, which not only generates large noise, but also affects the rotation balance of the washing tub.
The present invention has been made in view of this situation.
