- Referring to
FIG. 2 , a structural schematic diagram of the tree-like homepage system is shown according to one embodiment of the present invention. In the exemplary embodiment, the tree-like homepage system comprises a plurality of homepages connected according to an administrative management relationship inside an organization or a personnel internal relationship. Specifically, the tree-like homepage system is a multi-level homepage connected/nested homepage set and is used for mapping an organization branch or organization internal relationship, namely a superior and subordinate connection relationship among all levels of homepages is decided by the administrative management relationship or a relationship inside an organization. Each of the homepages may be used for performing management operation on subordinate homepages belonging to the homepage. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , a root homepage (top-level homepage) in the tree-like homepage system may correspond to an organization or personnel owning the maximum administration authority in actual organization management. For example, the root homepage serving as the topmost homepage of the tree-like homepage system owns a management operation authority such as homepage movement, homepage correlation, homepage deletion, homepage creation or homepage authority setting for all other homepages in the tree-like homepage system. - During actual implementation, each of the homepages may correspond to a homepage ID or an identification number in the embodiment in order to rapidly and accurately realize management such as homepage search and homepage communication for each homepage, it is assumed that the identification number is taken as an example, as shown in
FIG. 2 , it is assumed that each homepage in the tree-like homepage system is created based on the identification number and may own at least one identification number with a preset length, for example, the length (the preset length) of the identification number may be an integer which is larger than or equal to 4, so that it is convenient to extend personnel and organization branches in an organization. As shown inFIG. 2 , the identification number may be formed in a way of combination of a fixed number and a variable number according to an actual demand, a 12-digital number may be in a 4000xxxxxx form if the identification number is the 12-digital number, wherein 4000 is fixed, x is an integer ranging from 0 to 9, and when the tree-like homepage system is created based on the identification number in such a form, a 12-digital number field distributed to the tree-like homepage system of an organization in which the sum of branch organizations and employees is smaller than 10000 is in a 4000 abcd xxxx form, wherein abed is a constant. It should be noted that, for a homepage owning a plurality of identification numbers, the identification number of the homepage is the smallest number in all the identification numbers owned by the homepage, such as a digital number of which the identification number is 12, then, identification numbers which may be owned by the root homepage of the tree-like homepage system are 4000 1000 0000-0999, 2000-2999 and 6000-6999, and the identification number of the root homepage is 4000 1000 0000. It should be noted that all letters i, j, k, m and n for identifying each-level homepage inFIG. 2 are non-negative integers, and both two symbols as shown in the figure represent for homepages. - One aspect of the present invention provides a method for processing multifunctional services for processing each service in the tree-like homepage system based on the tree-like homepage system, and the method for processing multifunctional services is applied to the
homepage management platform 10. The specific process and steps of the method for processing multifunctional services are introduced in detail below in conjunction withFIG. 3 . It should be appreciated that the method is not limited byFIG. 3 or the following specific orders. - Step S11, a service processing instruction is responded based on a current homepage;
- step S12, one or more homepages corresponding to a service visibility authority preset in the current homepage are selected from the tree-like homepage system so as to be used as target homepages; and
- step S13, service processing is performed on the service processing instruction based on the current homepage and/or the target homepages.
- According to the embodiment, in the step S11-step S13, the processing of corresponding services such as various different types of services including recruitment information publication, product information publication, purchasing information publication, fund raising and investment project information publication as well as upstream and downstream organization group and online activity publication is realized based on a connection relationship (relationship of administrative subordination) among all the homepages in the tree-like homepage system, so that the rapid response and effective processing of a service information processing instruction are realized.
- Specifically, in the step S11, the service processing instruction may be information publication, deletion, editing, communication and the like initiated by an organization or service information query, comment, retransmission, communication and the like initiated by a user. In addition, the current homepage may be any one homepage such as a branch organization homepage or an employee homepage in the tree-like homepage system and is not limited by the embodiment herein.
- During actual implementation, each of the homepages may be integrated with one or more of service functional modules such as an organization dynamic functional module, a visiting card presentation module, a picture presentation module, a video presentation module, a recruitment information presentation module, a product publication or purchasing information presentation module, an organization fund-raising and investing information presentation module, an organization activity information publication module and the like. Moreover, during actual implementation, an entry link of each service functional module may be directly published below a cover photo of each homepage or folded in “more” links below a cover of each homepage.
- In the step S12, the tree-like homepage system corresponds to the administrative management relationship inside an actual organization or personnel internal relationship, therefore, service processing may be performed under homepages within a certain range, for example, the service visibility authority preset in the current homepage may be set to include all subordinate homepages of the current homepage if the current homepage corresponds to an East China marketing director, and then, information may be simultaneously published in the homepages corresponding to the service visibility authority when a homepage manger publishes the information on the current homepage under the service visibility authority, wherein a target homepage may be a superior homepage, an equative homepage or a subordinate homepage of the current homepage and is not limited in the embodiment herein. It should be explained that the preset service visibility authority may be preset by the superior homepage of the current homepage or set by the current homepage. In addition, during actual implementation, the service visibility authority may be generally divided into five grades: public, within an organization, all subordinate homepages, direct subordinate homepages and self. For example, the visibility of the current homepage may be set as that the current homepage is only visible (invisible) for the superior homepage, or the equative homepage or the subordinate homepage or all the homepages in the homepage system and the like.
- In the step S13, there are various actual implementation ways of the step S13 according to different service types and the like when a service corresponding to the service processing instruction is processed.
- As an implementation way, when the service processing instruction is a service query instruction, the service information corresponding to the service query instruction may be queried in the current homepage and/or the target homepages, and a query result is pushed to the current homepage for displaying.
- For example, a visitor queries a picture service on the current homepage, the service query instruction may require to only query pictures or photo albums presented on the current homepage or query photo albums or pictures, related to the pictures or photo albums presented in the current homepage, in other homepages in the tree-like homepage system. During actual implementation, the visitor accessing the homepages may initiate a picture query instruction by virtue of a picture tab or a photo album tab, then, the
homepage management platform 10 queries corresponding pictures and the like in the current homepage and/or the target homepages based on the picture query instruction and pushes a query result to the current homepage for displaying. - For example, if the service query instruction is a homepage visiting card query instruction, a homepage visiting card may be a visiting card of the current homepage or the superior and subordinate homepages of the current homepage with a user access authority. During actual implementation, the visitor may click “visiting card” in a homepage tab bar to initiate the homepage visiting card query instruction, so that the homepage management platform pushes and presents homepage visiting card information such as an overview, a brief introduction, top management teams, industrial and commercial information, an organization structure and other contents of the homepage.
- During actual implementation, the visitor may also execute operation such as commenting and sharing on the viewed service information based on the accessed homepage during multifunctional service processing.
- As the other implementation way, as shown in
FIG. 4 , when the service processing instruction is a service information presentation instruction, the step S13 may be realized by steps S130 and S131 which are specifically described as follows. - Step S130, to-be-presented service information input based on the current homepage is acquired according to the service information presentation instruction; and
- step S131, the to-be-presented service information is pushed to the current homepage and/or the target homepages, and information presentation is performed on a corresponding page position of the current homepage and/or the target homepages.
- In the embodiment, in the steps S130 and S131, homepage management personnel may present the to-be-presented service information within the range of the service visibility authority, such as the subordinate homepage or the equative homepage of the current homepage, preset in the current homepage based on the current homepage and/or the target homepages, and the to-be-presented service may be, but not limited to recruitment information publication, product information publication, purchasing information publication, fund raising and investment project information publication as well as upstream and downstream organization group and online activity publication. It can be understood that the service information may be presented according to the presentation rules and positions of different types of preset services on the homepages when the to-be-presented service information is presented.
- As another implementation, when the service processing instruction is a communication instruction, the target homepages are target communication homepages and integrated communication may be realized between the superior and subordinate homepages in the tree-like homepage system, as shown in
FIG. 5 , the step S13 may also comprise the following steps S132 and S133. - Step S132, a communication service type is determined according to the communication instruction; and
- step S133, a communication connection between the current homepage and each of the target communication homepages is established according to the communication service type.
- Due to the communication connection between the current homepage and each of the target communication homepages, realized based on a superior and subordinate relationship among the homepages in steps S14 and S15, the visitor may initiate real-time communication to a corresponding organization or employee based on the accessed service information, so that the convenience of communication about a certain service between the user and the organization may be greatly improved, and the user may more rapidly and comprehensively know about the service information. An integrated communication tool may be integrated into one or more functional units of one or more homepages in the tree-like homepage system according to an actual demand.
- Specifically, the communication service type in the step S132 may be, but not limited to one or more of an IM (instant messaging) instruction, an audio call instruction and a video call instruction. The service information publication is realized by that the information is published to one or more homepages based on a relationship between the superior and subordinate homepages in the tree-like homepage system according to an actual demand, and different service information may correspond to different competent departments or employees (different homepages), therefore, a communication functional tab may be integrated under each service module presented on the homepages in order to facilitate the user to send a communication instruction to administrative departments corresponding to different homepages based on different service information, and thus, the visitor clicks the communication functional tab to send a communication request to the corresponding target communication homepage so as to realize communication. The communication instruction initiated based on job hunting information by a job hunter is illustrated herein.
- It is assumed that the job hunter (visitor) may view recruitment information published by an organization or a person corresponding to the tree-like homepage system by virtue of a “recruitment tab” on the current homepage and may click a job on a job list to browse job details and delivery a resume to the job, and meanwhile, the communication icon for initiating the communication instruction is presented on the job list to facilitate the job hunter to initiate the communication instruction such as the IM (instant messaging) instruction, the audio call instruction and the video call instruction to the corresponding job, so that the IM conversation as well as audio and video IP calls or E-mails between the job hunter and the target communication homepage is realized.
- It can be understood that the management personnel of the target communication homepage may receive, manage and read the received resume based on the target communication homepage and initiate the IM conversation as well as audio and video IP calls or send mails and the like to a resume deliverer on a viewed homepage of the resume according to a job application, the communication instruction and the like initiated by the job hunter. In addition, the management personnel of the target communication homepage may also view candidates in various states based on the target communication homepage and perform related operations, for example, the candidates are transferred to other stages (for example, a new resume is transferred to a viewed bar), and information of the candidates is noted (for example, related information such as the names, employment dates, departments and jobs of the candidates are filled-in), so that it is convenient to realize the mutual communication such as interview notice issue and admission notice issue between a recruiter inside the organization and the job hunter.
- Further, for any service information presented on the current homepage in addition to the recruitment information, the embodiment provides an entry for communication with a service provider for the visitor based on any homepage in the tree-like homepage system according to an actual demand, for example, the user may also click the communication tab to initiate IM, audio communication, video communication or mail communication and the like to product-related management personnel when browsing related products on a product list, so that product details are further known.
- As a further implementation, when the service processing instruction is a mail sending and receiving instruction and the target homepages are target postal communication homepages, as shown in
FIG. 6 , the step S13 may be realized by the following steps S134-S136. - Step S134, an instruction operation position on the current homepage when the user initiates the mail sending and receiving instruction is acquired;
- step S135, a mail sending and receiving type is determined according to the instruction operation position, a mail sending and receiving window corresponding to the mail sending and receiving type is called and presented; and
- step S136, a mail content input by the user is acquired based on the mail sending and receiving window presented on the current homepage and is sent to the target postal communication homepages (target homepages).
- In the embodiment, the convenience and operability of a mail sending and receiving process may be effectively improved by adopting a mail sending and receiving way given in the steps S134-S136, wherein there are two mail sending and receiving types including addressed postal communication and unaddressed postal communication, the unaddressed postal communication means that the user may send an unaddressed mail, namely an “internal letter”, to other user homepages in the tree-like homepage system on the premises that the user does not know a mailbox address of a target postal communication homepage and does not leak the self-mailbox address, for example, the user may realize a function of sending and receiving the unaddressed mail (internal letter) between two individuals, between an individual and an organization and between two organizations in a way such as a mail sending link on the visiting card or the homepage as well as a mailbox internal letter contact person and internal letter writing. During actual implementation, the implementation way of the step S12 is different for different mail sending and receiving types in the embodiment and is specifically described as follows.
- (1) When the addressed postal communication is adopted as the mail sending and receiving type, a mailbox address is acquired based on the mail sending and receiving window, and a homepage corresponding to the mailbox address is selected from the tree-like homepage system according to the service visibility authority preset in the current homepage so as to be used as a target postal communication homepage, wherein the service visibility authority is described in detail in the step S12, and the descriptions thereof are omitted herein in the embodiment.
- Each organization homepage or employee homepage in the tree-like homepage system may be preset with two mailbox addresses such as a user ID mailbox address formed in a way of “organization ID.org”@gcall.com” and a digital mailbox address formed in a way of identification number @gcall.com according to an actual demand. Meanwhile, the user may view a homepage ID mailbox address and/or a homepage identification number mailbox address on the logged-in homepage. Therefore, once the user needs to send and receive a mail, the mailbox address of the homepage may be filled in an addressee bar so that the sending of the mail is realized.
