Abstract
Description
- This application claims the benefits of Chinese Patent Application No. 201810103436.1, filed on Feb. 1, 2018, which is hereby incorporated by reference in this application.
- The present invention relates to technical field of stereo garage, and more particularly, to a comb tooth type transport mechanism.
- With the high development of city construction, the problem of lacking parking lots is particularly serious. The problem about parking difficulty is urgent to be solved. The space of stereo garage can be more fully utilized, thus it can save land resources and costs of land construction. The stereo garage is the mainstream trend about parking lots in the future. Cars need to be adjusted to the middle position after getting into the stereo garage for avoiding cars without being parked as required, which will cause a great accident during the car being handled. Once an accident is occurred, the parking equipment or the vehicle itself will suffer huge damage. In addition, cars need to be rotated 180 degrees for being picked up conveniently because the car enters and exits the stereo garage in different directions.
- Therefore, there is a need for providing a comb tooth type transport mechanism capable of rotating and lifting the car, to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
- In order to solve the above technical problems, a comb tooth type transport mechanism capable of rotating and lifting the car is provided by the present invention.
- To achieve the above-mentioned objectives, the comb tooth type transport mechanism provided by the present invention comprises a turntable, a rotating device, first comb teeth, a lifting platform, a lifting device and a positioning roller. The rotating device is disposed at a bottom of the turntable so as to drive turntable, the turntable is provided with an opening to receive the lifting platform, the lifting platform and the lifting device are disposed on the turntable, the lifting platform is lifted or lowered by the lifting device, the first comb teeth are fixed on the turntable and parallelly arranged at opposite sides of the lifting platform, and the positioning roller is disposed on the turntable along a length direction of the first comb teeth and located at an end of the first comb teeth.
- Preferably, the positioning roller is arranged to be lifted or lowered on the turntable.
- Preferably, a second comb teeth are arranged at opposite sides of the lifting platform, the first comb teeth and the second comb teeth are mutually connected when the lifting platform is moved to the opening.
- Preferably, the comb tooth type transport mechanism further comprises a carrier, wherein the lifting platform is provided with a slide rail on which the carrier is slid, third comb teeth are provided at opposite sides of the carrier and engage with the first comb teeth.
- Preferably, a wheel is arranged on the third comb teeth.
- Preferably, the carrier is provided with a vehicle centering device.
- Preferably, the vehicle centering device is configured with two push rods which are slidable and separately configured at opposite sides of the carrier.
- Preferably, the two push rods are driven synchronously and oppositely.
- Preferably, the positioning roller is provided with an inductive switch.
- As compared with prior arts, the comb tooth type transport mechanism provided by the present invention is provided with first comb teeth on opposite sides of the lifting platform on the turntable. A passage for cars to travel and to be parked on is formed by two first comb teeth. Since the first comb teeth can prevent the car from slipping, it can be used to avoid the accident when the car is slip during being moved. Therefore the comb tooth type transport mechanism is safe and reliable. The lifting platform lifted or lowered by the lifting device can enter or exit the opening on the turntable, it will facilitates cars to be jacked up and carried by the carrier moved on the lifting platform. In addition, the turntable driven by the rotating device can be rotated and make the car parked on it to be turned around for leaving conveniently.

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the carrier of the comb tooth type transport mechanism provided by the present invention. - Detailed descriptions about the comb tooth type transport mechanism provided by the present invention are shown below in conjunction with figures and embodiments:
- Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 provided by the present invention includes a turntable 1, arotating device 2,first comb teeth 3, alifting platform 4, alifting device 5 and apositioning roller 6. Therotating device 2 is disposed at a bottom of the turntable 1 which is driven to be rotated by therotating device 2 in order to make the car parked on it to be turned around, so that the car can be driven to leave easily. The turntable 1 is driven by therotating device 2 through a method in which the driven gear is driven to be rotated by the driving gear which is driven to be rotated by the motor. In other embodiments, the turntable 1 can be driven by therotating device 2 in other ways in the prior art. The turntable 1 is provided with anopening 11 to receive the lifting platform, both thelifting platform 4 and thelifting device 5 are arranged on the turntable 1, and thelifting platform 4 is lifted or lowered by thelifting device 5 to enter or exit theopening 11. Thefirst comb teeth 3 are fixed on the turntable 1 and parallelly arranged at opposite sides of thelifting platform 4 for the car to travel and to be parked on it. That is to say, cars need to be parked on thefirst comb teeth 3 after entering the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100. Since thefirst comb teeth 3 are composed of a plurality of rectangular tooth spaced apart, the frictional resistance to the automobile can be increased, thereby preventing the automobile from slipping during they are handled. Thepositioning roller 6 is disposed on the turntable 1 along the length direction of thefirst comb teeth 3 and is located at the end of thefirst comb teeth 3. The car can be restricted from moving forward and positioned on thefirst comb teeth 3 by thepositioning roller 6. Preferably, for the car can enter or exit the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 conveniently and avoiding thepositioning roller 6 hindering the car, thepositioning roller 6 is arranged on the turntable 1 and liftable relative to the turntable 1. After the car entering the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100, thepositioning roller 6 is raised and the car is positioned on thefirst comb teeth 3. However, thepositioning roller 6 is lowered when the car is transported to exist or enter the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100, thus avoiding thepositioning roller 6 hindering the car. In this embodiment, two ends of thefirst comb teeth 3 are provided withpositioning rollers 6, that is to say, there are 4positioning rollers 6. In other embodiments, the number ofpositioning rollers 6 can also be set to 1, 2 or 3, etc. In order to make the devices of the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 work together, at the same time to improve the work efficiency and the level of the automation, thepositioning roller 6 is provided with an inductive switch (not shown) through which signal can be transmitted to the controller to control thepositioning roller 6 thus thepositioning roller 6 can be lifted or lowered. - More specifically, as shown in
FIG. 1 ,second comb teeth 41 are disposed on opposite sides of thelifting platform 4. When thelifting platform 4 is lifted or lowered to theopening 11, thefirst comb teeth 3 and thesecond comb teeth 41 are mutually connected. In other worlds, when thefirst comb teeth 3 and thesecond comb teeth 41 are connected with each other, a passage can be formed for cars to travel and to be parked on it. Furthermore, the rectangular tooth of thesecond comb teeth 41 are inserted into the gaps between the respective rectangular tooth of thefirst comb teeth 3, thereby reducing the resistance to the car due to the gap of thefirst comb teeth 3 so that the car can travel on thefirst comb teeth 3 easily. - Referring to
FIGS. 3 to 5 , the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 further includes acarrier 7 which is moved to thelifting platform 4 when thelifting platform 4 is moved to the bottom of theopening 11 after the car being parked on thefirst comb teeth 3. Specifically, thelifting platform 4 is provided with aslide rail 42 for thecarrier 7 to be slid on it and thecarrier 7 can enter or exit thelifting platform 4 along theslide rail 42.Third comb teeth 71 are provided on the opposite sides of thecarrier 7 driven by thelifting platform 4 and can be connected with thefirst comb teeth 3. When thecarrier 7 is raised, thethird comb teeth 71 are raised together to pass through thefirst comb teeth 3 in a cooperative manner, thereby the car parked on thefirst comb teeth 3 can be lifted to a high position and carried into the parking garage. Avehicle centering device 72 is also disposed on thecarrier 7 and is provided withpush rods 721 slidably and separately configured at opposite sides of thecarrier 7. In this embodiment, two push rods are driven synchronously and oppositely, that is to say, two push rods are slid separately in opposite directions. Cars which are parked not in the middle position will be moved to the middle position bypush rods 721 slid synchronously from the middle to the sides. Also, in other embodiments, when the car's biased parking position has been sensed, the car can be pushed to the middle position by thepush rod 721 set on one side, but not limited to this. In order to reduce the resistance when thepush rod 721 pushes the car and reduce the damage to the car tire, a plurality ofrollers 711 are disposed on each of the rectangular tooth of thethird comb teeth 71. - Referring to
FIGS. 1 to 5 , the working process of the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 is further described below. - When cars are stored, at the beginning, the
second comb teeth 41 of thelifting platform 4 are connected with thefirst comb teeth 3 disposed on the turntable 1, thus the top surface of thefirst comb teeth 3 and the top surface of thesecond comb teeth 41 are coplanar to form a passage for the car to travel. The car enters the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 along thefirst comb teeth 3 set on two sides of the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100. When the front wheel of the car touches thepositioning roller 6, the car is in place and the four wheels of the car are parked on thefirst comb teeth 3 and thesecond comb teeth 41. Then the driver leaves the car. The car triggers the inductive switch and thepositioning roller 6 is driven to be lowered. Thelifting platform 4 is driven by thelifting device 5 and then downs to the bottom of theopening 11. Thecarrier 7 enters thelifting platform 4 along theslide rail 42 to the middle position. Thecarrier 7 driven by thelifting device 5 is raised above the position of thefirst comb teeth 3. More specifically, thethird comb teeth 71 of thecarrier 7 passes through thefirst comb teeth 3 in a cooperative manner and the car is lifted by thecarrier 7 to a high position. Then thepush rods 721 driven by thevehicle centering device 72 are slid synchronously and push the car to the middle position of thecarrier 7 to complete the centering action. At last the car is removed from the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 by thecarrier 7 and stored in the parking garage. - When cars are picked up, firstly, the
positioning roller 6 is lowered to avoid obstructing thecarrier 7 from entering the turntable 1, thelifting platform 4 driven by thelifting device 5 is raised above the position of thefirst comb 3, and the car is carried by thecarrier 7 to the turntable 1 along theslide rail 42. Then the liftingdevice 5 is lowered to the bottom of theopening 11, during this process, thefirst comb teeth 3 are passed through by thethird comb teeth 71 of thecarrier 7 in a cooperative manner and the car falls on thefirst comb teeth 3. After thecarrier 7 being moved to leave the turntable 1 along theslide rail 42, the turntable 1 is rotated by 180 degrees for the car can be driven to leave without reversing. - In summary, the comb tooth
type transport mechanism 100 provided by the present invention is provided withfirst comb teeth 3 on opposite sides of thelifting platform 4 on the turntable 1. And a passage for the car to travel and be parked on is formed by means of the twofirst comb teeth 3. Since thefirst comb teeth 3 can be used to prevent the car parked on it from slipping. Thus it can avoid the accident caused by the car when the car is slid during transported. Therefore, the comb toothtype transport mechanism 100 is safe and reliable. Thelifting platform 4 can enter or exit theopening 11 on the turntable 1 by lifted or lowered by means of thelifting device 5, which facilitates the car to be jacked up and carried by thecarrier 7. And the turntable 1 can be rotated by therotating device 2 to make sure the car to be turned around, thereby the car can be driven to leave easily. - Many other changes and modifications can be made without departing from the conception and range provided by the present invention. It should be understood that, the present invention is not limited to any particular embodiment, and the range provided by the present invention is defined in the annexed claims.
