a pair of disks, each of said disks having a peripheral edge, said peripheral edge being coupled to said distal end of an associated one of said uprights, each of said disks being coupled to said second surface of an associated one of said wheels having said central member being spaded from said reel,
an axle extending through said cylinder and each of said disks, said axle having a first end,
a crank being coupled to said first end of said axle wherein said crank is configured to be manipulated thereby facilitating the hose to be wrapped around said cylinder, said crank having a leg and a foot, said leg being coupled to said associated disk having said foot extending laterally away form said associated disk wherein said foot is configured to be gripped,
a pair of rods, each of said rods being coupled to and extending between said pair of uprights, said rods being spaced apart from each other, and
a guide being slidably positioned on each of said rods such that said guide freely travels between said pair of uprights, said guide having an opening extending therethrough wherein said opening is configured have the hose extended therethrough thereby facilitating said guide to guide the hose when the hose is wrapped around said reel; and
a base being configured to be positioned on a support surface, said reel being selectively positioned on said base wherein said base is configured to support the hose, said base comprising:
a pair of stands, each of said stands having a pair of legs and an arm extending upwardly from said pair of legs, each of said legs being configured to abut the support surface having said arm corresponding to each of stands extending upwardly from the support surface, each of said stands having a peripheral edge, said peripheral edge corresponding to each of said stands having a front side, said front side corresponding to each of said stands having a slot extending inwardly therein, said slot corresponding to each of said stands having a bounding edge, said bounding edge being curved, each of said disks on said bracket being positioned in said slot on an associated one of said stands such that said base supports said reel, and
a panel being coupled between said arm corresponding to each of said stands, said panel having a slot extending therethrough such that slot defines a handle wherein said handle is configured to be gripped thereby facilitating said base and said reel to be carried.
