Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to a tabletop-equipped article of furniture such as a table.
  • Priority is claimed to Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-103659, filed May 21, 2015 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-118527, filed Jun. 11, 2015, the entire content of each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • A table which performs various conferences, work, eating and drinking, or the like has a top plate and support legs which support the top plate.
  • For example, in such a table, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a configuration is disclosed in which a frame member is provided on a lower surface of a top plate and support legs facing each other are connected to each other by the frame member. According to this configuration, upper portions of support legs are integrally connected to each other, and thus, the joining strength of the support legs with respect to the top plate increases.
  • A tabletop-equipped article of furniture such as a table or desk which performs various conferences, work, eating and drinking, or the like includes a top plate and support legs which support the top plate.
  • In the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, it is necessary to strengthen the support legs according to the size of the top plate, the magnitude of a load placed on the top plate, or the like.
  • For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration having a horizontal member which connects right and left legs. The support legs are supported by the horizontal member, and thus, the support legs are strengthened.
  • In addition, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a frame member is provided on the lower surface of the top plate and the support legs facing each other are connected to each other by the frame member. According to this configuration, the upper portions of the support legs are integrally connected to each other, and thus, the joining strength of the support legs with respect to the top plate increases.
  • In the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, in a case where power is supplied to electronic equipment or the like used on the top plate, communication is performed using the electric equipment, or the like, it is necessary to introduce a wire from a floor surface to the top plate. Accordingly, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of each of Patent Documents 1 and 2, a configuration is disclosed in which a wire for supplying power to electronic equipment or the like used on the top plate or for performing communication using the electronic equipment is inserted into wire insertion spaces formed inside the support legs, and thus, the wire is introduced from the floor surface to the top plate. According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the wire from being exposed to the outside, to improve the appearance, and to prevent the wire from being entangled with a user's legs and being damaged.

  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION Technical Problem
  • However, in the above-described configurations, in a case where the top plate is long in one direction and a gap between the support legs is wide, or the like, if a load acting on the top plate is large, the top plate and the frame member may be bent downward, and the lower end portions of the support legs may be deformed in a direction in which a gap between the lower end portions is widened.
  • In order to prevent this phenomenon, it is considered that the top plate or the frame member is thickened in up and down directions to increase the strength thereof. However, in this method, the space below the top plate is narrowed, and thus, an interference with a user's lower limbs may occur.
  • An object of the present invention is to provide a tabletop-equipped article of furniture capable of suppressing an interference with a user' lower limbs while increasing strength thereof.
  • However, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 2, the horizontal member which connects the legs to each other is provided below the top plate, a user's lower limbs interfere with the horizontal member, and a lower limb accommodation space cannot be sufficiently secured.
  • In addition, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, if the top plate is long in one direction and the gap between the support legs is wide, the top plate and the frame member may be bent downward by the load acting on the top plate, and the lower end portions of the support legs may be deformed in the direction in which the gap between the lower end portions is widened. In order to prevent this phenomenon, it is considered that the top plate or the frame member is thickened in the up and down directions to increase the strength thereof. However, in this method, the space below the top plate is narrowed, and thus, a lower limb accommodation space cannot be sufficiently secured.
  • Moreover, as shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, in order to insert the wire into the inside of the support legs, the wire is exposed along the floor surface from a power source or the like provided on the floor surface to the lower end portions of the support legs. Accordingly, the appearance is likely to be impaired or a user is likely to step on the wire along the floor surface below the top plate.
  • Therefore, another object of the present invention is to provide a tabletop-equipped article of furniture capable of suppressing an interference with a user's lower limb while increasing strength thereof, suppressing an exposure of the wire, and improving the appearance thereof.
  • Solution to Problem
  • According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tabletop-equipped article of furniture, including: a plurality of legs which uprightly stand on a floor surface; a top plate which is supported on the plurality of legs; a lower connection member which connects lower portions of all of the plurality of legs to each other; and an upper connection member which is provided below the top plate and connects upper portions of all of the plurality of legs to each other, in which a recess which is recessed toward the inside of the top plate is formed between the plurality of adjacent legs in a plan view by the lower connection member and the upper connection member.
  • In this way, in all of the plurality of legs, the adjacent legs are connected to each other by the lower connection member and the upper connection member, and thus, the upper portion and the lower portion of each leg is rigidly fixed. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent each leg from being thickened, and it is possible to increase the strength of a support structure of the top plate configured of all the legs, the lower connection member, and the upper connection member.
  • In addition, each of the lower connection member and the upper connection member has the recess which is recessed toward the inside of the top plate between adjacent legs, and thus, it is possible to suppress interference between the lower connection member and the upper connection member and a user's lower limb, and it is possible to secure a wide lower limb accommodation space.
  • According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, each of the lower connection member and the upper connection member includes a first leg connection portion which connects the plurality of legs adjacent in a first direction along an upper surface of the top plate to each other and has a recess, and a second leg connection portion which connects the first leg connection portions facing each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction in a plane along the upper surface of the top plate to each other and has a smaller width dimension than a width dimension of the top plate in the first direction.
  • According to this configuration, in a case where the plurality of legs are provided in each of one side and the other side of the top plate in the second direction, it is possible to connect the plurality of legs adjacent to each other in the first direction by the first leg connection portion in each of the one side and the other side.
  • In addition, the first leg connection portion on the one side and the first leg connection portion on the other side along the second direction are connected to each other by the second leg connection portion, and thus, it is possible to integrally connect the upper portions and the lower portions of all of the plurality of legs to each other by the lower connection member and the upper connection member.
  • In addition, the first leg connection portion has the recess which is recessed toward the inside of the top plate between the plurality of legs adjacent in the first direction. The second leg connection portion has the smaller width dimension than the width dimension of the top plate in the first direction, and thus, the second leg connection portion has the recess which is recessed toward the inside of the top plate between the plurality of legs adjacent in the second direction.
  • According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the lower connection member is formed in a plate shape positioned to be parallel to the floor surface.
  • According to this configuration, it is possible to decrease the size of the lower connection member protruding upward from the floor surface. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress interference between the lower connection member and a user's lower limb while rigidly connecting the lower portions of the plurality of legs.
  • According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the upper connection member is fixed along a lower surface of the top plate.
  • According to this configuration, the upper connection member can reinforce the top plate, and thus, it is possible to increase the strength of the top plate.
  • According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the upper connection member is formed in a curtain plate shape which is positioned in a plane orthogonal to a lower surface of the top plate.
  • According to this configuration, it is possible to increase strength of the upper connection member with respect to a force in up and down directions. In addition, by the upper connection member, it is possible to partition the space for a user's lower limbs which facing each other in a state where the top plate is interposed therebetween.
  • According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, a wire accommodation portion continued in a direction in which lower portions of the plurality of legs are connected to each other is formed in the lower connection member.
  • In this way, the lower portions of the plurality of adjacent legs are connected to each other by the lower connection member, and thus, each leg is rigidly fixed. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the strength of a structure configured of the plurality of legs and the lower connection member.
  • The lower connection member is provided along the floor surface, and thus, it is possible to prevent the lower connection member from interfering with a user's lower limbs. In addition, a wire along the floor surface can be accommodated in the wire accommodation portion formed in the lower connection member, and thus, it is possible to suppress exposure of the wire below the top plate, and it is possible to suppress the interference between a user's lower limb and the wire. Accordingly, it is possible to secure the lower limb accommodation space below the top plate.
  • According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the lower connection member includes a connection portion which extends in the direction in which the lower portions of the plurality of legs are connected to each other and extension wall portions which protrude downward from the connection portion and are formed with a gap therebetween on both sides of the connection portion in a width direction, and a space which is surrounded by the connection portion and the extension wall portions is the wire accommodation portion.
  • According to this configuration, it is possible to form a downward C-shaped wire accommodation portion by the connection portion and the extension wall portions on both sides.
  • In addition, the lower connection member is formed in the downward C shape by the connection portion and the extension wall portions on both sides, and thus, the connection portion is reinforced by the extension wall portions on both sides to be strengthened. It is possible to rigidly connect the lower portions of the plurality of legs to each other by the lower connection member.
  • According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the extension wall portions are formed to be offset toward the inside with respect to both end portion of the connection portion in the width direction.
  • Accordingly, the connection portion appears to float upward from the floor surface, the connection portion appears thin, and the appearance is improved.
  • According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, each of the extension wall portions is a rib extending along the direction in which the connection portion is continued.
  • According to this configuration, the extension wall portion functions as a reinforcing element of the connection portion, and thus, it is possible to increase the strength of the lower connection member.
  • According to a tenth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, at least one of a connector which connects each of the plurality of legs and the lower connection member to each other and an adjuster which comes into contact with the floor surface and adjusts the height of each of the plurality of legs is provided between the extension wall portions provided on both sides of the connection portion in the width direction.
  • According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the connector such as a bolt or the adjuster from being exposed to the outside, and it is possible to improve the appearance.
  • According to an eleventh aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, a wire insertion space continued in up and down directions is formed in each of the plurality of legs, and a communication portion which communicates with the wire accommodation portion and the wire insertion space is formed on a lower surface or a side surface of each of the plurality of legs.
  • According to this configuration, the wire which is accommodated in the wire accommodation portion below the lower connection member and is disposed along the floor surface is introduced into the wire insertion space inside the leg through the communication portion. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress the exposure of the wire.
  • According to a twelfth aspect of the present invention, in the tabletop-equipped article of furniture, the lower connection member is provided to abut the lower end portions of the plurality of legs from below, and an opening portion which communicates with the wire accommodation portion below the lower connection member and the wire insertion space of each of the plurality of legs is formed at a portion of the lower connection member where abutting the lower end portion of each of the plurality of legs.
  • According to this configuration, the wire which is accommodated in the wire accommodation portion below the lower connection member and is disposed along the floor surface is introduced into the wire insertion space inside the leg through the opening portion formed in the lower connection member and the communication portion formed in the leg. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the exposure of the wire.
  • Advantageous Effects of Invention
  • According to the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the interference with a user's lower limbs while increasing the strength of the leg.
  • In addition, according to the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of the present invention, it is possible to suppress an interference with a user's lower limbs while increasing the strength thereof, to suppress the exposure of the wire, and to improve the appearance thereof.

  • DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
  • Hereinafter, embodiments of a tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an entire configuration of a table 110 according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing configurations of legs 120 of the table 110.
  • As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the table (tabletop-equipped article of furniture) 110 includes the plurality of legs 120 which uprightly stand on a floor surface F, an upper connection member 140 (refer to FIG. 2), a lower connection member 150, and a top plate 130 which is supported by the plurality of legs 120.
  • In the table 110 of this embodiment, for example, the top plate 130 has an elliptical shape in a plan view. The top plate 130 is formed to be short in a first direction X along an upper surface 130 f of the top plate 130 and to be long in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X in a plane along the upper surface 130 f The shape of the top plate 130 is not limited to the elliptical shape in a plan view and may be an oval shape in a plan view, a rectangular shape in a plan view, or the like.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, two legs 120 are provided in each of one side and the other side of the top plate 130 in the second direction Y. Each leg 120 has an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view. A longitudinal direction of each leg 120 having an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view is disposed to be inclined in the first direction X and the second direction Y and to extend outward in the second direction Y as being away from a center portion in the first direction X of the top plate 130.
  • The upper connection member 140 connects upper end portions (upper portions) 120 t of all the legs 120 to each other. The upper connection member 140 includes upper beams 142, first beams 143, and second beams (second leg connection portions) 144.
  • Each upper beam 142 is fixed to the upper end portion 120 t of each leg 120 and is provided to be inclined toward the center portion in the first direction X toward the inside of the top plate 130 along the second direction Y from each leg 120.
  • Each of the first beams 143 is provided to extend along the first direction X in each of the one side and the other side of the top plate 130 in the second direction Y and connects together the upper beams 142 and 142 adjacent to each other in the first direction X.
  • An end connection portion (first leg connection portion) 141 is formed by the upper beams 142 and the first beam 143, and the end connection portion 141 connects together the upper end portions 120 t of the legs 120 adjacent to each other in the first direction X along the upper surface of the top plate 130.
  • A pair of second beams 144 is provided with a gap therebetween in the first direction X. Each of the second beams 144 extends along the second direction Y and connects together the upper beams 142 and 142 adjacent to each other in the second direction Y.
  • The upper connection member 140 is fixed to a lower surface of the top plate 130 via a plurality of attachment brackets (not shown).
  • The lower connection member 150 connects lower end portions (lower portions) 120 b of all the legs 120 to each other. The lower connection member 150 includes end plates (first leg connection portions) 151 and 151 which are provided on the one side and the other side of the top plate 130 in the second direction Y and a connection beam (second leg connection portion) 152 which connects the end plates 151 and 151 to each other.
  • Each end plate 151 is formed in a thin plate shape in up and down directions and includes extension portions 151 b and 151 b which are each formed in a Y shape (V shape) to extend toward both sides in the first direction X from a base portion 151 a positioned at the center portion of the top plate 130 in the first direction X toward the outside of the top plate 130 along the second direction Y. Each of the extension portions 151 b is fixed to each of the lower end portions 120 b of two legs 120 adjacent to each other in the first direction X.
  • The connection beam 152 is formed in a thin plate shape in the up and down directions and is formed to extend along the second direction Y at a center portion of the top plate 130 in the first direction X. The connection beam 152 connects the base portion 151 a of one end plate 151 and the base portion 151 a of the other end plate 151 in the second direction Y to each other.
  • In the upper connection member 140 and the lower connection member 150, the second beams 144 and 144 and the connection beam 152 are disposed inside both end portions 130 s and 130 s of the top plate 130 in the first direction X and each have a smaller width dimension than the width dimension of the top plate 130 along the first direction X. Accordingly, when the upper connection member 140 and the lower connection member 150 are viewed in a plan view, portions (recesses) 1100A and 1100B which are recessed toward the inside of the top plate 130 are provided between the adjacent legs 120.
  • In all of the legs 120 of the table 110 configured as described above, the adjacent legs 120 are connected to each other by the lower connection member 150 and the upper connection member 140, and thus, each leg 120 is rigidly fixed by the upper end portion 120 t and the lower end portion 120 b. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the legs 120 from being thickened, and thus, it is possible to increase the strength of a support structure of the top plate 130 configured of all the legs 120, the lower connection member 150, and the upper connection member 140.
  • In addition, the portions 1100A and 1100B recessed toward the inside of the top plate 130 are formed between the adjacent legs 120 by the lower connection member 150 and the upper connection member 140, and thus, a user's lower limbs can be accommodated in the recessed portions 1100A and 1100B.
  • As a result, it is possible to increase the strength of the legs 120, to suppress an interference with a user's lower limbs below the top plate 130, and to secure a wide lower limbs accommodation space.
  • In addition, in the lower connection member 150 and the upper connection member 140, the adjacent legs 120 in the first direction X are connected to each other by the end connection portions 141 and the end plates 151. Moreover, in the lower connection member 150 and the upper connection member 140, the end connection portions 141 facing each other in the second direction Y are connected to each other by the second beams 144 and the end plates 151 facing each other in the second direction Y are connected to each other by the connection beam 152. According to this configuration, wide gaps are provided between one side and the other side of the top plate 130 along the second direction Y, and thus, even when the plurality of legs 120 are provided, the upper end portions 120 t and the lower end portions 120 b of all the legs 120 can be rigidly and integrally connected to each other.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 150 is formed in a plate shape positioned to be parallel to the floor surface F. According to this configuration, it is possible to decrease the dimension of the lower connection member 150 protruding upward from the floor surface F. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress the interference between the lower connection member 150 and a user's lower limbs while rigidly connecting together the lower end portions 120 b of the plurality of legs 120.
  • Moreover, the upper connection member 140 is fixed along the lower surface of the top plate 130. Accordingly, the upper connection member 140 can reinforce the top plate 130, and thus, it is possible to increase the strength of the top plate 130.
  • Other Embodiments
  • In addition, the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described with reference to the drawings, and various modified examples are considered within a technical scope thereof.
  • FIRST MODIFIED EXAMPLE
  • FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a first modification example of the table 110.
  • In the above-described embodiment, the upper connection member 140 and the lower connection member 150 have different shapes from each other in a plan view. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
  • For example, as shown in FIG. 3, an upper connection member 140A may be formed to have a shape similar to that of a lower connection member 150 in a plan view, may extend in a V shape, and may include end beams (first leg connection portions) 145 and 145 which connect the upper end portions 120 t of the adjacent legs 120 in the first direction X to each other and a connection beam (second leg connection portion) 146 which extends in the second direction Y along the center portion in the first direction X of the top plate 130 connects the end beams 145 and 145 to each other.
  • SECOND MODIFICATION EXAMPLE
  • FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a second modified example of the table.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, hanging walls 145 w, 145 w, and 146 w which perpendicularly hang downward from the lower surface of the top plate 130 and are positioned in a plane orthogonal to the lower surface of the top plate 130 may be integrally formed with the end beams 145 and 145 and the connection beam 146 configuring the upper connection member 140B.
  • According to this configuration, the hanging walls 145 w, 145 w, and 146 w partition a portion below the top plate 130 to user's lower limbs spaces facing each other in a state where the top plate 130 is interposed therebetween and can function as a curtain plate which hides at least a portion of the lower limbs of users facing each other in a state where the top plate 130 is interposed therebetween. In addition, the upper connection member 140B can increase strength with respect to a force in the up and down directions and can increase reinforcement effects of the top plate 130.
  • Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4, the upper connection member 140B may be formed in a curtain plate shape which is positioned in a plane orthogonal to the lower surface of the top plate 130.
  • THIRD MODIFICATION EXAMPLE
  • FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a third modification example of the table.
  • As shown in FIG. 5, each of end beams (first leg connection portion) 147 of an upper connection member 140C and each of end plates (first leg connection portion) 157 of a lower connection member 150C may include base portions 147 a and 157 a extending along the first direction X and extension portions 147 b and 157 b which extend to be inclined from both ends of the base portions 147 a and 157 a toward the legs 120 in a plan view.
  • FOURTH MODIFICATION EXAMPLE
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a fourth modification example of the table.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, an upper connection member 140D and a lower connection member 150D may include a plurality of (for example, four in the example of FIG. 6) extension portions 148 and 158 radially extending from the center portion of the top plate 130 toward the legs 120.
  • In the above-described embodiment and the modification examples, each leg 120 is configured such that the longitudinal direction of each leg 120 having an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view is disposed to be inclined in the first direction X and the second direction Y. However, the present invention is not limited to this and the longitudinal direction of each leg 120 may be disposed to extend along the first direction X or the second direction Y.
  • In addition, the shape of each leg 120 is not limited to the approximately rectangular shape in a plan view and may be a circular shape in a plan view, a polygonal shape in a plan view, or the like.
  • In addition, the upper end portions 120 t and the lower end portions 120 b of the plurality of legs 120 are connected by the upper connection members 140 and 140A to 140D and the lower connection member 150, 150C, and 150D. However, installation heights of the upper connection members 140 and 140A to 140D and the lower connection member 150, 150C, and 150D may be appropriately changed as long as the upper portions of the legs 120 are connected to each other or the lower portions thereof are connected to each other.
  • Moreover, materials of the members such as the legs 120, the top plate 130, the upper connection member 140, the lower connection member 150, or the like configuring the table 110 shown in the above-described embodiment are not particularly limited. That is, the materials may be wood based materials, metallic based materials, resin based materials, or a combination thereof.
  • In addition, the present invention is not limited to the table 110 and can be similarly applied to other tabletop-equipped articles of furniture.
  • Moreover, the configurations described in the above embodiment can be selected or can be appropriately changed to other configurations as long as it does not deviate from the gist of the present invention.
  • FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing an entire configuration of a table 210 according to a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing configurations of legs 220 of the table 210.
  • As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the table (tabletop-equipped article of furniture) 210 includes the plurality of legs 220 which uprightly stand on the floor surface F, an upper connection member 240 (refer to FIG. 8), a lower connection member 250, and a top plate 230 which is supported on the plurality of legs 220.
  • In the table 210 of this embodiment, for example, the top plate 230 has an elliptical shape in a plan view. The top plate 230 is formed to be short in the first direction X along an upper surface 230 f of the top plate 230 and to be long in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X in a plane along the upper surface 230 f The shape of the top plate 230 is not limited to the elliptical shape in a plan view and may be an oval shape in a plan view, a rectangular shape in a plan view, or the like.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, two legs 220 are provided in each of one side and the other side of the top plate 230 in the second direction Y. Each leg 220 has an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view. A longitudinal direction of each leg 220 having an approximately rectangular shape in a plan view is disposed to be inclined in the first direction X and the second direction Y and to extend outward in the second direction Y as being away from a center portion in the first direction X of the top plate 230.
  • The upper connection member 240 connects upper end portions 220 t of the plurality of legs 220 to each other. The upper connection member 240 includes upper beams 242, first beams 243, and second beams 244.
  • Each upper beam 242 is fixed to the upper end portion 220 t of each leg 220 and is provided to be inclined toward the center portion in the first direction X toward the inside of the top plate 230 along the second direction Y from each leg 220.
  • Each of the first beams 243 is provided to extend along the first direction X in each of the one side and the other side of the top plate 230 in the second direction Y. Each of the first beams 243 connects together the upper beams 242 and 242 adjacent to each other in the first direction X.
  • An end connection portion 241 is formed by the upper beams 242 and the first beam 243, and the end connection portion 241 connects together the upper end portions 220 t of the legs 220 adjacent to each other in the first direction X along the upper surface of the top plate 230.
  • A pair of second beams 244 is provided with a gap therebetween in the first direction X. Each of the second beams 244 extends along the second direction Y and connects together the upper beams 242 and 242 adjacent to each other in the second direction Y.
  • FIG. 9 is a sectional view when the table is viewed in the first direction. FIG. 10 is a sectional view showing a connection structure between the upper connection member 240 and the top plate 230.
  • In addition, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a plurality of connection beams 249 are provided between the second beams 244 and 244 with gaps therebetween along the second direction Y. Each connection beam 249 extends in the first direction X and both end portions of the connection beam 249 are connected to the second beams 244 and 244 via connection brackets 272 described later. Accordingly, two second beams 244 and 244 and the plurality of connection beams 249 are connected to each other in a ladder shape in a plan view.
  • The first beams 243, the second beams 244, and the connection beams 249 are formed by beam materials 260 as described below.
  • As shown in FIG. 10, a cross section orthogonal to a long side of each beam material 260 has an approximately rectangular shape which is long in up and down directions, and two grooves 262 are formed on one side surface 260 a of the beam material 260 with a gap therebetween up and down.
  • Each groove 262 is continuously formed over the entire length of the long side of the beam material 260 along the long side of the beam material 260. Each groove 262 is formed in a so-called dovetail groove shape in which an opening width 2 s 2 on a groove bottom portion 262 b side in the up and down directions is wider than an opening width 2 s 1 on the side surface 260 a of the beam material 260 in the up and down directions.
  • In the beam material 260 configuring the first beams 243 and the second beams 244, the side surface 260 a on which the groove 262 is formed is disposed toward the inside of the table 210. In a state where an upper surface 260 t of the beam material 260 abuts a lower surface 230 b of the top plate 230, the beam material 260 is fixed to the top plate 230 via attachment brackets 271.
  • Each attachment bracket 271 includes a first flat surface portion 271 a which abuts the lower surface 230 b of the top plate 230 and a second flat surface portion 271 b which is orthogonal to the first flat surface portion 271 a and abuts the side surface 260 a of the beam material 260. In the attachment bracket 271 used in the second beam 244, a surface in the second direction Y is formed in an approximately right triangle shape. In the attachment bracket 271, an insertion hole 271 h which penetrates the attachment bracket 271 perpendicularly to the first flat surface portion 271 a and an insertion hole 271 j which penetrates the attachment bracket 271 perpendicularly to the second flat surface portion 271 b are formed.
  • In the attachment bracket 271, a bolt 280 is screwed into a screw hole 230 h formed on the lower surface 230 b of the top plate 230 in advance through the insertion hole 271 h, and thus, the attachment bracket 271 and the top plate 230 are connected to each other. In addition, a seat member 282 in which a female screw hole 282 n is formed is inserted into the upper groove 262 of the beam material 260 configuring the first beams 243 and the second beams 244, a bolt 281 is screwed into the seat member 282 in the groove 262 through the insertion hole 271 j, and thus, the attachment bracket 271 and the first beam 243 and the second beams 244 configured of the beam material 260 are connected to each other.
  • In the way, the first beams 243 and the second beams 244 are fixed to the lower surface 230 b of the top plate 230 via the plurality of attachment brackets 271, and thus, the upper connection member 240 is connected to the lower surface 230 b of the top plate 230.
  • For example, the top plate 230 is configured of a panel-shaped core material 231 and skin materials 232 and 233 which cover upper and lower surfaces 231 f and 231 g of the panel-shaped core material 231. The core material 231 is formed of an aluminum alloy, cardboard such as fiberboard or corrugated fiberboard, or the like, and has a honeycomb structure in which a plurality of holes 231 h which penetrate the core material 231 in the up and down directions and have hexagonal cross-sections are arranged in planes along the surfaces 231 f and 231 g. The skin materials 232 and 233 are formed of a resin based material, a wood based material, or the like, and are adhered to the upper and lower surfaces 231 f and 231 g of the core material 231.
  • FIG. 11 is a planar sectional view showing a connection structure between the upper connection member 240 and the connection beam 249.
  • As shown in FIGS. 8 and 11, both end portions of the connection beams 249 are connected to the beam materials 260 and 260 configuring the second beams 244 and 244 via the connection brackets 272.
  • As shown in FIG. 11, each of the connection brackets 272 includes a first flat surface portion 272 a which abuts the side surface 260 a of the beam material 260 of the second beam 244 and a second flat surface portion 272 b which is orthogonal to the first flat surface portion 272 a and abuts the side surface 260 a of the beam material 260 of the connection beam 249, and the connection bracket 272 is formed in an approximately right triangular shape in a plan view. In the connection bracket 272, an insertion hole 272 h which penetrates the connection bracket 272 perpendicularly to the first flat surface portion 272 a and an insertion hole 272 j which penetrates the connection bracket 272 perpendicularly to the second flat surface portion 272 b are formed. The connection bracket 272 can be used by changing the orientation of the attachment bracket 271.
  • In the connection bracket 272, a bolt 283 is inserted into the insertion hole 272 h, a tip portion of the bolt 283 is screwed into the seat member 282 inserted into the upper groove 262 of the beam material 260 configuring the second beam 244, and thus, the connection bracket 272 and the second beam 244 (beam material 260) are connected to each other. Moreover, the seat member 282 is inserted into the upper groove 262 of the beam material 260 configuring the connection beam 249, a bolt 284 is screwed into the seat member 282 in the groove 262 through insertion hole 272 j, and thus, the connection bracket 272 and the connection beam 249 (beam material 260) are connected to each other.
  • As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the lower connection member 250 is provided along the floor surface F and connects lower end portions (lower portions) 220 b of the plurality of legs 220 to each other.
  • FIG. 12 is a view when the lower connection member 250 is viewed from below.
  • As shown in FIGS. 8 and 12, the lower connection member 250 includes end plates 251 and 251 which are provided on the one side and the other side of the top plate 230 in the second direction Y and a connection beam 252 which connects the end plates 251 and 251 to each other.
  • Each end plate 251 includes a base portion 251 a which is positioned at the center portion of the top plate 230 in the first direction X, and extension portions 251 b and 251 b formed to extend toward both sides in the first direction X from the base portion 251 a toward the outside of the top plate 230 along the second direction Y. The base portion 251 a and the extension portions 251 b and 251 b form a V shape.
  • The connection beam 252 is formed to extend along the second direction Y at the center portion of the top plate 230 in the first direction X. As shown in FIG. 12, both end portions 252 a and 252 a of the connection beam 252 are each connected to the base portion 251 a of one side end plate 251 and the base portion 251 a of the other side end plate 251 in the second direction Y via bolts and nuts 253.
  • As shown in FIG. 8, in the upper connection member 240 and the lower connection member 250, the second beams 244 and 244 and the connection beam 252 are disposed inside an outer peripheral end portion 230 s of the top plate 230 in the first direction X. In addition, in the upper connection member 240 and the lower connection member 250, the first beams 243 and 243 and the extension portions 251 b and 251 b of the end plate 251 are disposed inside the outer peripheral end portion 230 s of the top plate 230 in the first direction X in a plan view. Accordingly, when the upper connection member 240 is viewed in plan, portions (recesses) 2100A which are recessed toward the inside of the top plate 230 are formed between the adjacent legs 220. In addition, when the lower connection member 250 is viewed in plan, portions (recesses) 2100B which are recessed toward the inside of the top plate 230 are formed between the adjacent legs 220.
  • FIG. 13 is a sectional view showing a connection structure between the lower connection member 250 and the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220. FIG. 14 is a sectional view taken along line D-D in FIG. 13.
  • As shown in FIGS. 12, 13, and 14, each of the base portions 251 a (refer to FIG. 12) and the extension portions 251 b and 251 b of the end plates 251 and the connection beams 252 (refer to FIG. 12) configuring the lower connection member 250 includes a plate-shaped plate portion (connection portion) 255 which is thin in the up and down directions and extension wall portions 256 which are integrally formed with a lower surface 255 b of the plate portion 255 and extend downward from the lower surface 255 b. The extension wall portions 256 are continuously formed on both sides in a width direction (a horizontal direction orthogonal to the direction in which the plate portion 255 is continued) of the plate portion 255 along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 14, each of the extension wall portions 256 is formed to be offset with respect to an end portion 255 s of the plate portion 255 in the width direction by a predetermined dimension toward the inside in the width direction. The extension wall portion 256 functions as a rib which increases the stiffness of the plate portion 255.
  • In this way, a downward C-shaped wire accommodation portion Cs, which is surrounded by the lower surface 255 b of the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256 and 256 on both sides in the width direction, is formed below the lower connection member 250.
  • As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the leg 220 is provided on each extension portion 251 b of each end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250. The end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250 abuts on the lower end portion 220 b of the leg 220 from below. In the extension portion 251 b, a thickness 2T1 of the plate portion 255 in the up and down directions of a leg support portion 251 c positioned below the lower end portion 220 b of the leg 220 is set to be larger than a thickness 2T2 of the plate portion 255 in a portion except for the leg support portion 251 c (a portion in which the leg 220 is not installed).
  • Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 14, wire insertion holes (opening portions) 257 and 257 which penetrate the plate portion 255 in the up and down directions are formed in the leg support portion 251 c.
  • In addition, in the leg support portion 251 c, bolt insertion holes 258 and 258 which penetrate the plate portion 255 in the up and down directions are formed on both sides of the extension portion 251 b in the longitudinal direction with respect to the wire insertion holes 257 and 257. In addition, in the leg support portion 251 c, a female screw hole 259 which penetrates the plate portion 255 in the up and down directions is formed between the wire insertion holes 257 and 257.
  • The wire insertion holes 257, the bolt insertion holes 258 and 258, and the female screw hole 259 are formed between the extension wall portions 256 and 256 on both sides of the plate portion 255 in the width direction.
  • As shown in FIG. 12, each of the leg 220 includes a hollow tubular body 221 which has a rectangular shape in a plan view and forms an outer shell of the leg 220 and partition walls 222 and fixing plate portions 223 provided inside the tubular body 221. Two partition walls 222 are provided inside the tubular body 221 with a gap therebetween along a longitudinal direction Q of the leg 220 in a plan view. The partition walls 222 are each provided with a gap therebetween in the longitudinal direction Q to face side wall portions 221 a and 221 a positioned on both end portions of the tubular body 221 in the longitudinal direction Q. Accordingly, a wire insertion space Sh which is continued in the up and down directions is formed between the partition walls 222 and 222 inside the tubular body 221 of the leg 220. A communication portion 229 which is open downward and communicates with the wire insertion space Sh is formed at the lower end portion 220 b of the leg 220. In addition, the upper end portion 220 t (refer to FIG. 8) of the leg 220 is open upward and communicates with the wire insertion space Sh.
  • Each of the fixing plate portions 223 is provided to connect the side wall portion 221 a and the partition wall 222 to each other in each of the both end portions of the tubular body 221 in the longitudinal direction Q. The fixing plate portion 223 faces the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250 with a gap therebetween above the leg support portion 251 c and is provided above the lowest end 220 s of the leg 220 by a predetermined dimension. In addition, in the fixing plate portion 223, a bolt insertion hole 223 h which penetrates the fixing plate portion 223 in the up and down directions is formed.
  • In a state where the leg 220 is placed on the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250, a bolt (connector) 290 is inserted into each of the bolt insertion holes 258 and 258 from the lower side of the plate portion 255, and a tip portion 290 s of the bolt 290 protrudes upward through the bolt insertion hole 223 h of the fixing plate portion 223. A nut 291 is screwed into the tip portion 290 s of the bolt 290, and thus, the leg 220 is connected to the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250. Here, a head portion 290 b of the bolt 290 is set to be lower than a protrusion height of the bolt 290 toward the lower portions of the extension wall portions 256 and 256 such that the head portion 290 b does not come into contact with the floor surface F in a state of abutting the lower surface 255 b of the plate portion 255.
  • In the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 to which the lower end portion 220 b of the leg 220 is joined as described above, the wire insertion holes 257 and 257 communicates with the wire insertion space Sh between the partition walls 222 and 222 of the leg 220.
  • In addition, in the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250, a screw shaft portion 292 n of an adjuster 292 is screwed into the female screw hole 259 between the wire insertion holes 257 and 257 from below the plate portion 255. The adjuster 292 rotates around an axis of the screw shaft portion 292 n, the adjuster 292 protrudes or contracts downward, and thus, a disk-shaped ground portion 292 a which is formed on a lower end of the adjuster 292 can come into contact with the floor surface F. Accordingly, it is possible to adjust a level of the table 210 by absorbing unevenness of the floor surface F.
  • In the table 210 configured as described above, wires 2200 along the floor surface F are accommodated in the wire accommodation portion Cs formed to be surrounded by the lower surface 255 b of the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256 and 256 on both sides in the width direction below the lower connection member 250, and thus, the wires 2200 can be introduced to the lower portion of the leg 220 along the connection beam 252 and the end plate 251 of the lower connection member 250. The wires 2200 pass through the wire insertion holes 257 formed in the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 below the leg 220 and is inserted into the wire insertion space Sh formed in the leg 220. The wires 2200 are introduced to the upper portion of the leg 220 through the wire insertion space Sh and are guided to the top plate 230 through an opening (not shown) formed in the upper end portion of the leg 220.
  • In the table 210 configured as described above, the plurality of legs 220 which uprightly stand on the floor surface F, the top plate 230 which is supported on the plurality of legs 220, and the lower connection member 250 which is provided along the floor surface F and connects the lower end portions 220 b of the plurality of legs 220 to each other are provided, and the wire accommodation portion Cs continued along the direction in which the lower end portions 220 b of the leg 220 are connected to each other is formed on the lower surface of the lower connection member 250.
  • In this way, the lower end portions 220 b of the adjacent legs 220 in the plurality of legs 220 are connected to each other by the lower connection member 250, and thus, each leg 220 is rigidly fixed. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the legs 220 from being thickened, and it is possible to increase strength of a structure configured of the plurality of legs 220 and the lower connection member 250.
  • Moreover, the lower connection member 250 is provided along the floor surface F, and thus, it is possible to prevent the lower connection member 250 from interfering with a user's lower limbs. In addition, the wires 2200 along the floor surface F can be accommodated in the wire accommodation portion Cs formed on the lower surface of the lower connection member 250, and thus, it is possible to suppress the exposure of the wires 2200 below the top plate 230, and it is possible to suppress the interference between a user's lower limbs and the wires. Accordingly, it is possible to secure the lower limbs accommodation space below the top plate 230.
  • Therefore, according to the table 210, it is possible to suppress the interference with a user' lower limbs while increasing the strength of each leg 220, to suppress the exposures of the wires 2200, and to improve the appearance and usability of the table 210.
  • Moreover, the lower connection member 250 includes the plate portion 255 which is continued in the direction in which the lower end portions 220 b of the legs 220 are connected to each other and the extension wall portions 256 which protrude downward from the lower surface of the plate portion 255 and are formed with a gap therebetween on both sides of the plate portion 255 in the width direction, and the space surrounded by the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256 becomes the wire accommodation portion Cs. According to this configuration, it is possible to easily form the downward C-shaped wire accommodation portion Cs by the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256 on both sides.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 250 is formed in the downward C shape by the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256 on both sides, and thus, the plate portion 255 is reinforced by the extension wall portions 256 on both sides to be strengthened.
  • It is possible to rigidly connect the lower end portions 220 b of the plurality of legs 220 to each other by the lower connection member 250.
  • Moreover, the upper surface of the lower connection member 250 becomes the plate portion 255, and thus, it is possible to decrease the dimension of the lower connection member 250 protruding upward from the floor surface F.
  • In addition, the extension wall portions 256 and 256 are formed to be offset toward the inside in the width direction with respect to both end portion 255 s and 255 s of the plate portion 255 in the width direction. Accordingly, the plate portion 255 appears to float upward from the floor surface F, the plate portion 255 appears thin, and the appearance improves.
  • In addition, each of the extension wall portions 256 is a rib extending along the direction in which the plate portion 255 is continued, and thus, the extension wall portion 256 functions as a reinforcing element of the plate portion 255. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the strength of the lower connection member 250.
  • Moreover, the bolts 290 which connect the legs 220 and the lower connection member 250 to each other and the adjusters 292 which come into contact with the floor surface F and adjust the heights of the legs 220 are provided between the extension wall portion 256 provided on both sides of the plate portion 255 in the width direction. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the bolts 290 such as bolts or the adjusters 292 from being exposed to the outside, and it is possible to improve the appearance.
  • In addition, the wire insertion space Sh continued in the up and down directions is formed in each leg 220, and the communication portion 229 which communicates with the wire accommodation portion Cs and the wire insertion space Sh is formed on the lower surface of the leg 220. According to this configuration, the wires 2200 which are accommodated in the wire accommodation portion Cs below the lower connection member 250 and are disposed along the floor surface F are introduced into the wire insertion space Sh inside the leg 220 through the communication portion 229. Therefore, it is possible to further suppress the exposures of the wires 2200.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 250 is provided to abut the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220 from below, and the wire insertion holes 257 which communicate with the wire accommodation portion Cs below the lower connection member 250 and the wire insertion space Sh of the leg 220 are formed at the portion of lower connection member 250 abutting the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220. According to this configuration, the wires 2200 which are accommodated in the wire accommodation portion Cs below the lower connection member 250 and are disposed along the floor surface F are introduced into the wire insertion space Sh inside the leg 220 through the wire insertion holes 257 formed in the lower connection member 250. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the exposure of the wires 2200.
  • Moreover, in the plurality of legs 220 of the table 210, the adjacent legs 220 are connected to each other by the lower connection member 250 and the upper connection member 240, and thus, each leg 220 is rigidly fixed by the upper end portion 220 t and the lower end portion 220 b. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the legs 220 from being thickened, and thus, it is possible to increase the strength of a support structure of the top plate 230 configured of the plurality of the legs 220, the lower connection member 250, and the upper connection member 240.
  • In addition, the portions 2100A and 2100B recessed toward the inside of the top plate 230 are formed between the adjacent legs 220 by the lower connection member 250 and the upper connection member 240, and thus, a user's lower limbs can be accommodated in the recessed portions 2100A and 2100B.
  • As a result, it is possible to increase strength of the legs 220, to suppress an interference with a user's lower limb below the top plate 230, and to secure a wide lower limbs accommodation space.
  • In addition, in the lower connection member 250 and the upper connection member 240, the adjacent legs 220 in the first direction X are connected to each other by the end connection portions 241 and the end plates 251. Moreover, in the lower connection member 250 and the upper connection member 240, the end connection portions 241 facing each other in the second direction Y are connected to each other by the second beams 244 and the end plates 251 facing each other in the second direction Y are connected to each other by the connection beam 252. According to this configuration, wide gaps are provided between one side and the other side of the top plate 230 along the second direction Y, and thus, even when the plurality of legs 220 are provided, the upper end portions 220 t and the lower end portions 220 b of the plurality of legs 220 can be rigidly and integrally connected to each other.
  • Other Embodiments
  • In addition, the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above with reference to the drawings, and various modification examples are considered within the technical scope of the present invention.
  • For example, in the above-described embodiments, the upper connection member 240 is provided. However, the upper connection member 240 is not an essential configuration. Moreover, in a case where the upper connection member 240 is provided, the configuration thereof is not particularly limited.
  • Moreover, the shape of the lower connection member 250 in a plan view may be appropriately changed according to the number or disposition of the legs, or the like.
  • Moreover, the shape of the wire accommodation portion Cs formed in the lower connection member 250 is not limited to the downward C shape and may be a semicircular shape or a semi-elliptical shape which is open downward, or the like.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 250 integrally connects four legs 220 to each other. However, the number, the direction, or the like of the connected legs 220 can be appropriately selected. For example, the lower connection member 250 may connect the adjacent legs 220 in the first direction X to each other or may connect the adjacent legs 220 in the second direction Y to each other. In addition, the lower connection member may connect the legs 220, which face each other in an inclination direction intersecting the first direction X and the second direction Y, to each other.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 250 is provided to abut on the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220 from below. However, the lower connection member 250 may abut on the side surface of the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220 as long as connection strength between the lower connection member 250 and the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220 can be secured. In this case, the wires 2200 accommodated in the wire accommodation portion Cs of the lower connection member 250 are introduced into the wire insertion space Sh of each leg 220, and thus, the communication portion which communicates with the wire accommodation portion Cs and the wire insertion space Sh may be formed on the side surface of the lower end portion 220 b of each leg 220.
  • In addition, in the lower connection member 250, the extension wall portion 256 is formed in a rib shape which is continued along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The extension wall portion 256 may be discontinuously formed along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255. In this case, the space between the extension wall portions 256 and 256 is intermittently formed along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255, and the wire accommodation portion continued along the longitudinal direction is formed so as to connect the spaces between the extension wall portions 256 and 256. In addition, the wires 2200 along the floor surface F can be introduced into the wire accommodation portion Cs through a gap between the adjacent extension wall portions 256 and 256 in the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255.
  • In addition, the lower connection member 250 is formed in the downward C shape configured of the plate portion 255 and the extension wall portions 256. However, the shape of the lower connection member 250 is not limited to this. For example, the lower connection member 250 may be formed in a rectangular tubular shape continued along the floor surface F, and the inside of the lower connection member 250 may be a completely sealed wire accommodation portion Cs.
  • Moreover, materials of the members such as the legs 220, the top plate 230, the upper connection member 240, the lower connection member 250, or the like configuring the table 210 shown in the above-described embodiment are not particularly limited. That is, the materials may be wood based materials, metallic based materials, resin based materials, or a combination thereof.
  • In addition, the present invention is not limited to the table 210 and can be similarly applied to other tabletop-equipped articles of furniture.
  • Moreover, the configurations described in the above embodiment can be selected or can be appropriately changed to other configurations as long as it does not deviate from the gist of the present invention.
  • INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
  • According to the tabletop-equipped article of furniture of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the interference with a user's lower limb while increasing the strength of the leg.

Claims (12)

1. A tabletop-equipped article of furniture, comprising:
a plurality of legs which uprightly stands on a floor surface;
a top plate which is supported on the plurality of legs;
a lower connection member which connects lower portions of all of the plurality of legs to each other; and
an upper connection member which is provided below the top plate and connects upper portions of all of the plurality of legs to each other,
wherein a recess which is recessed toward the inside of the top plate is formed between a plurality of adjacent legs in a plan view by the lower connection member and the upper connection member.
2. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 1,
wherein each of the lower connection member and the upper connection member includes
a first leg connection portion which connects the plurality of legs adjacent in a first direction along an upper surface of the top plate to each other and has a recess, and
a second leg connection portion which connects the first leg connection portions facing each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction in a plane along the upper surface of the top plate to each other and has a smaller width dimension than a width dimension of the top plate in the first direction.
3. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 1,
wherein the lower connection member is formed in a plate shape positioned to be parallel to the floor surface.
4. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to any one of claim 1,
wherein the upper connection member is fixed along a lower surface of the top plate.
5. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to any one of claim 1,
wherein the upper connection member is formed in a curtain plate shape which is positioned in a plane orthogonal to a lower surface of the top plate.
6. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 1,
wherein a wire accommodation portion continued in a direction in which lower portions of the plurality of legs are connected to each other is formed in the lower connection member.
7. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 6,
wherein the lower connection member includes a connection portion which extends in the direction in which the lower portions of the plurality of legs are connected to each other and extension wall portions which protrude downward from the connection portion and are formed with gaps therebetween on both sides of the connection portion in a width direction, and
wherein a space which is surrounded by the connection portion and the extension wall portions is the wire accommodation portion.
8. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 7,
wherein the extension wall portions are formed to be offset toward the inside with respect to both end portion of the connection portion in the width direction.
9. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 7,
wherein each of the extension wall portions is a rib extending along the direction in which the connection portion is continued.
10. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 7,
wherein at least one of a connector which connects each of the plurality of legs and the lower connection member to each other and an adjuster which comes into contact with the floor surface and adjusts a height of each of the plurality of legs is provided between the extension wall portions provided on both sides of the connection portion in the width direction.
11. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to any one of claim 6,
wherein a wire insertion space continued in up and down directions is formed in each of the plurality of legs, and a communication portion which communicates with the wire accommodation portion and the wire insertion space is formed on a lower surface or a side surface of each of the plurality of legs.
12. The tabletop-equipped article of furniture according to claim 11,
wherein the lower connection member is provided to abut on the lower end portions of the plurality of legs from below, and
wherein an opening portion which communicates with the wire accommodation portion below the lower connection member and the wire insertion space of each of the plurality of legs is formed at a portion of the lower connection member where abutting the lower end portion of each of the plurality of legs.
