Furniture with a top plate
The present invention relates to furniture with a top board such as a table.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-103659 filed in Japan on May 21, 2015 and Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-118527 filed in Japan on June 11, 2015. , The contents of which are incorporated herein.
A table for performing various meetings, operations, eating and drinking, and the like includes a top plate and support legs that support the top plate.
In such a table, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a configuration is disclosed in which a frame member is provided on the lower surface of the top plate, and support legs that are opposed to each other are connected by this frame member. With such a configuration, the upper portions of the support legs are integrally connected, and the bonding strength of the support legs to the top plate is increased.
In addition, furniture with a top board such as a table or desk for performing various meetings, work, eating and drinking, etc. includes a top board and supporting legs for supporting the top board.
In such furniture with a top plate, it is necessary to strengthen the support legs according to the size of the top plate, the size of the load placed on the top plate, and the like.
For example, Patent Document 2 discloses a configuration including a horizontal member that connects left and right legs. By supporting the support leg with such a horizontal member, the support leg is strengthened.
Further, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which a frame member is provided on the lower surface of the top plate and the supporting legs facing each other are connected by this frame member. With such a configuration, the upper portions of the support legs are integrally connected, and the bonding strength of the support legs to the top plate is increased.
In the furniture with a top plate, when power supply, communication, etc. are performed in an electronic device used on the top plate, it is necessary to guide the wiring from the floor surface to the top plate. Therefore, in Patent Documents 1 and 2, in such furniture with a top plate, wiring for power supply, communication, etc. in an electronic device used on the top plate is provided in a wiring insertion space formed inside the support leg. The structure which guides from a floor surface to a top plate by making it penetrate is disclosed. According to such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the wiring from being exposed to the outside, improve the appearance of the appearance, and prevent the wiring from being entangled with the user's foot.
Japan National Fair No.5-222096
However, in the configuration as described above, when the top plate is long in one direction and the distance between the support legs is wide, if the load acting on the top plate is large, the top plate and the frame member are bent downward and supported. The leg may be deformed in the direction in which the distance between the lower ends of the legs increases.
In order to prevent such a phenomenon, it is conceivable to increase the strength of the top plate and the frame material by increasing the thickness in the vertical direction. However, with such a method, the space below the top plate may become narrow and interfere with the user's lower limbs.
The objective of this invention is providing the furniture with a top plate which can suppress interference with a user's leg while raising intensity | strength.
However, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 2, since the horizontal member for connecting the legs is provided below the top plate, the user's lower limb interferes with the horizontal member, and the leg storage space is sufficient. May not be secured.
Further, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the top plate is long in one direction and the distance between the support legs is long, the top plate and the frame member are bent downward by a load acting on the top plate, and the support legs May be deformed in a direction in which the interval between the lower end portions of each becomes longer. In order to prevent such a phenomenon, it is conceivable to increase the strength of the top plate and the frame material by increasing the thickness in the vertical direction. However, with such a technique, the space below the top plate is narrowed, and there may be a case where the leg storage space cannot be sufficiently secured.
Further, as disclosed in Patent Documents 1 and 2, in order to insert the wiring into the support leg, the wiring extends along the floor surface from the power supply provided on the floor surface to the lower end of the support leg. Exposed. For this reason, an external appearance may be impaired or a user may step on the wiring along the floor surface under the top plate.
An object of the present invention made there is to provide a furniture with a top plate capable of improving the appearance while suppressing the interference with the user's lower limbs while suppressing the strength and suppressing the exposure of the wiring.
1st aspect of the furniture with a top plate which concerns on this invention is the lower connection which connects several legs standing on a floor surface, the top plate supported on several legs, and the lower parts of all the several legs A member and an upper connecting member that is provided below the top plate and connects the upper portions of all the plurality of legs, and a plurality of adjacent legs in plan view by the lower connecting member and the upper connecting member In between, the recessed part which becomes concave toward the inward of a top plate is formed.
In this way, in all the plurality of legs, the adjacent legs are connected to each other by the lower connecting member and the upper connecting member, so that each leg is firmly fixed at the upper part and the lower part. Thereby, the intensity | strength of the support structure of the top plate comprised from all the legs, a lower connection member, and an upper connection member can be raised, suppressing making a leg thick.

Hereinafter, an embodiment for carrying out furniture with a top plate according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the present invention is not limited only to this embodiment.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an overall configuration of a table 110 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the legs 120 of the table 110.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the table (furniture with a top plate) 110 includes a plurality of legs 120 erected on the floor surface F, an upper connecting member 140 (see FIG. 2), a lower connecting member 150, and the like. A top plate 130 supported on a plurality of legs 120.
In the table 110 of this embodiment, the top plate 130 has, for example, an elliptical shape in plan view. The top plate 130 is short in the first direction X along the top surface 130f of the top plate 130, and is long in the second direction Y orthogonal to the first direction X in the plane along the top surface 130f. The top plate 130 is not limited to an elliptical shape in plan view, and may be an oval shape in plan view, a rectangular shape in plan view, or the like.
As shown in FIG. 2, two legs 120 are provided on each of the top plate 130 on one side and the other side in the second direction Y. Each leg 120 has a substantially rectangular shape in plan view. The longitudinal direction of each leg 120 having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view is inclined with respect to the first direction X and the second direction Y, and as the distance from the center of the top plate 130 in the first direction X increases. It is arranged so as to extend outward in the second direction Y.
The upper connecting member 140 connects the upper end portions (upper portions) 120t of all the legs 120 together. The upper connecting member 140 includes an upper beam 142, a first beam 143, and a second beam (second leg connecting portion) 144.
The upper beam 142 is fixed to the upper end portion 120t of each leg 120, and toward the center of the first direction X as it goes inward of the top plate 130 along the second direction Y from each leg 120. It is provided to extend diagonally.
The first beam 143 is provided so as to extend along the first direction X on each of one side and the other side in the second direction Y of the top board 130, and adjacent upper portions in the first direction X. The beams 142 and 142 are connected to each other.
With the upper beam 142 and the first beam 143, an end connecting portion (first leg connecting portion) 141 that connects the upper ends 120t of the legs 120 adjacent to each other in the first direction X along the upper surface of the top plate 130 is formed. Is formed.
The second beams 144 are provided in pairs in the first direction X with an interval. Each of the second beams 144 extends along the second direction Y and connects the upper beams 142 and 142 adjacent to each other in the second direction Y.
Such an upper connecting member 140 is fixed to the lower surface of the top plate 130 via a plurality of mounting brackets (not shown).
The lower connecting member 150 connects lower end portions (lower portions) 120b of all the legs 120 to each other. The lower connecting member 150 includes end plates (first leg connecting portions) 151 and 151 provided on one side and the other side of the top plate 130 in the second direction Y, and these end plates 151, 151, a connecting beam (second leg connecting portion) 152 for connecting the two members 151 to each other.
Each end plate 151 has a thin plate shape in the vertical direction, and extends outward from the top plate 130 along the second direction Y from the base portion 151a located at the center of the top plate 130 in the first direction X. Accordingly, it has extending portions 151b and 151b formed in a Y-shape (V-shape) so as to extend on both sides in the first direction X. Each extending portion 151b is fixed to the lower end portion 120b of each of the two legs 120 adjacent in the first direction X.
The connecting beam 152 has a thin plate shape in the vertical direction, and extends along the second direction Y at the center of the top plate 130 in the first direction X. The connection beam 152 is connected to the base portion 151a of the end plate 151 on one side in the second direction Y and the base portion 151a of the end plate 151 on the other side.
In the upper coupling member 140 and the lower coupling member 150, the second beams 144 and 144 and the coupling beam 152 are disposed inward with respect to both end portions 130 s and 130 s in the first direction X of the top plate 130. The top plate 130 has a width dimension smaller than the width dimension along the first direction X. Thus, when the upper connecting member 140 and the lower connecting member 150 are viewed in plan, there are portions (concave portions) 1100A and 1100B that are concave toward the inner side of the top plate 130 between the adjacent legs 120. .
In all the legs 120 of the table 110 configured as described above, the adjacent legs 120 are connected by the lower connecting member 150 and the upper connecting member 140 so that each leg 120 has an upper end 120t and a lower end 120b. Firmly fixed. Thereby, it is possible to increase the strength of the support structure of the top plate 130 including all the legs 120, the lower connecting member 150, and the upper connecting member 140 while preventing the legs 120 from being thickened.
Further, since the lower connecting member 150 and the upper connecting member 140 form the concave portions 1100A and 1100B inward of the top plate 130 between the adjacent legs 120, the concave portion 1100A. The lower limb of the user can be accommodated in 1100B.
As a result, while increasing the strength of the legs 120, it is possible to suppress interference with the user's lower limbs below the top plate 130, and to ensure a wide space for accommodating the lower limbs.
The lower connecting member 150 and the upper connecting member 140 connect the legs 120 adjacent in the first direction X by the end connecting portion 141 and the end plate 151. Further, the lower connecting member 150 and the upper connecting member 140 connect the end connecting portion 141 and the end plate 151 facing each other in the second direction Y by the second beam 144 and the connecting beam 152. With this configuration, even if a plurality of legs 120 are provided with a large space on one side and the other side along the second direction Y in the top plate 130, all the legs 120 are provided. The upper end portions 120t and the lower end portions 120b can be firmly and integrally connected.
Further, the lower connecting member 150 has a plate shape positioned parallel to the floor surface F. By configuring in this way, the lower connecting member 150 can suppress the upward projecting dimension from the floor surface F. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress interference between the lower connecting member 150 and the lower limb while firmly connecting the lower ends 120b of the plurality of legs 120.
Further, the upper connecting member 140 is fixed along the lower surface of the top plate 130. Accordingly, the upper connecting member 140 can perform the reinforcing function of the top plate 130 and increase the strength of the top plate 130.

In the extension part 251b, the leg support part 251c located below the lower end part 220b of the leg 220 has a thickness 2T1 in the vertical direction of the plate part 255 in the other part (the part where the leg 220 is not installed). The thickness of the plate portion 255 is set to be larger than 2T2.
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 14, wiring insertion holes (openings) 257 and 257 penetrating the plate portion 255 in the vertical direction are formed in the leg support portion 251 c.
Furthermore, bolt insertion holes 258 and 258 are formed in the leg support portion 251c vertically through the plate portion 255 on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the extension portion 251b with respect to the wiring insertion holes 257 and 257. In addition, a female screw hole 259 is formed in the leg support portion 251c so as to penetrate the plate portion 255 vertically between the wiring insertion holes 257 and 257.
These wiring insertion holes 257, bolt insertion holes 258 and 258, and female screw holes 259 are formed between the extending wall portions 256 and 256 on both sides in the width direction of the plate portion 255.
As shown in FIG. 12, the leg 220 has a hollow cylindrical body 221 that forms a substantially rectangular shape in plan view and forms an outer shell of the leg 220, and a partition wall 222 and a fixed plate portion 223 provided inside the cylindrical body 221. And comprising. Two partition walls 222 are provided in the cylindrical body 221 at intervals along the longitudinal direction Q of the legs 220 in plan view. Each partition wall 222 is provided to face each of the side wall portions 221 a and 221 a located at both ends in the longitudinal direction Q of the cylindrical body 221 with a space in the longitudinal direction Q. Accordingly, a wiring insertion space Sh that is continuous in the vertical direction is formed between the partition walls 222 and 222 inside the cylindrical body 221 of the leg 220. The lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 is formed with a communication portion 229 that opens downward and communicates with the wiring insertion space Sh. Further, the upper end portion 220t (see FIG. 8) of the leg 220 is also opened upward and communicated with the wiring insertion space Sh.
The fixing plate portion 223 is provided so as to connect the side wall portion 221a and the partition wall 222 at each of both end portions in the longitudinal direction Q of the cylindrical body 221. The fixed plate portion 223 is opposed to the leg support portion 251c of the end plate 251 of the lower connecting member 250 with an interval therebetween, and is provided above the lowermost end 220s of the leg 220 by a predetermined dimension. Further, the fixing plate portion 223 is formed with a bolt insertion hole 223h penetrating vertically.
Such a leg 220 is placed on the leg support portion 251c of the end plate 251 of the lower connecting member 250, and bolts (connectors) are connected to the bolt insertion holes 258 and 258 from below the plate portion 255. ) 290 is inserted, and its tip 290 s is protruded upward through the bolt insertion hole 223 h of the fixing plate 223. By screwing the nut 291 into the tip 290 s of the bolt 290, the leg 220 is coupled to the leg support 251 c of the end plate 251 of the lower coupling member 250. Here, the head portion 290b of the bolt 290 is formed to be lower than the projecting height toward the lower side of the extending wall portions 256 and 256 so as not to contact the floor surface F in a state where it abuts against the lower surface 255b of the plate portion 255. Has been.
In the leg support portion 251c of the end plate 251 to which the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 is joined in this way, the wiring insertion holes 257 and 257 communicate with the wiring insertion space Sh between the partition walls 222 and 222 of the leg 220. To do.
Further, the screw shaft portion 292n of the adjuster 292 is screwed into the leg support portion 251c of the end plate 251 of the lower connecting member 250 from below the plate portion 255 into the female screw hole 259 between the wiring insertion holes 257 and 257. Yes. By rotating the adjuster 292 around the axis of the screw shaft portion 292n, the adjuster 292 protrudes and descends downward, and the disc-shaped grounding portion 292a formed at the lower end of the adjuster 292 can be grounded to the floor surface F. Thereby, the level adjustment of the table 210 can be performed by absorbing the unevenness of the floor surface F.
In the table 210 having such a configuration, the wiring 2200 along the floor surface F is surrounded by the lower surface 255b of the plate portion 255 and the extending wall portions 256 and 256 on both sides in the width direction below the lower connecting member 250. It can be housed in the wiring housing part Cs formed in this way, and can be guided to the lower part of the leg 220 along the connecting beam 252 and the end plate 251 of the lower connecting member 250. The wiring 2200 passes through the wiring insertion hole Sh 257 formed in the leg 220 through the wiring insertion hole 257 formed in the leg support portion 251 c of the end plate 251 below the leg 220. The wiring 2200 is guided to the upper portion of the leg 220 through the wiring insertion space Sh, and is guided to the top plate 230 through an opening (not shown) formed in the upper end portion of the leg 220.
In the table 210 configured as described above, a plurality of legs 220 standing on the floor surface F, a top plate 230 supported on the plurality of legs 220, and a plurality of legs provided along the floor surface F are provided. A lower connecting member 250 that connects the lower end portions 220b of 220, and the lower surface of the lower connecting member 250 is formed with a wiring accommodating portion Cs that is continuous along the direction of connecting the lower end portions 220b of the legs 220. Yes.
Thus, by connecting the lower ends 220b of the legs 220 adjacent to each other with the plurality of legs 220 by the lower connecting member 250, the respective legs 220 are firmly fixed. Thereby, the intensity | strength as a structure comprised from the some leg 220 and the lower connection member 250 can be raised, suppressing making the leg 220 thick.
Moreover, since the lower connection member 250 is provided along the floor surface F, it can suppress that the lower connection member 250 interferes with a user's leg. Further, since the wiring 2200 along the floor surface F can be accommodated in the wiring accommodating portion Cs formed on the lower surface of the lower connecting member 250, the exposure of the wiring 2200 below the top plate 230 is suppressed, and the user Interference between the lower limb and the wiring can be suppressed. Thereby, a lower limb accommodation space can be secured below the top plate 230.
Therefore, according to such a table 210, while improving the strength of the leg 220, it is possible to suppress interference with the user's lower limbs and suppress exposure of the wiring 2200, thereby improving the appearance and usability. It becomes possible.
Further, the lower connecting member 250 is formed so as to protrude downward from the lower surface of the plate portion 255 in the direction in which the lower end portions 220b of the legs 220 are connected to each other, and to be spaced apart on both sides of the plate portion 255 in the width direction. The extended wall portion 256 is provided, and a space surrounded by the plate portion 255 and the extended wall portion 256 is a wiring housing portion Cs. With this configuration, the downward C-shaped wiring housing portion Cs can be easily formed by the plate portion 255 and the extending wall portions 256 on both sides.
Further, since the lower connecting member 250 is formed in a downward C shape by the plate portion 255 and the extending wall portions 256 on both sides, the plate portion 255 is reinforced by the extending wall portions 256 on both sides and becomes strong.
With such a lower connecting member 250, the lower end portions 220b of the plurality of legs 220 can be firmly connected.
Furthermore, since the upper surface of the lower connecting member 250 is the plate portion 255, the upward projecting dimension from the floor surface F can be suppressed.
Further, the extending wall portions 256 and 256 are formed to be offset inward in the width direction with respect to the width direction both ends 255s and 255s of the plate portion 255. As a result, the plate portion 255 appears to float upward from the floor surface F, and the plate portion 255 appears thin, improving the appearance.
Further, since the extending wall portion 256 is a rib extending along the direction in which the plate portion 255 continues, the extending wall portion 256 also functions as a reinforcing element of the plate portion 255, and the strength of the lower connecting member 250 is increased. Can be increased.
Further, between the extended wall portions 256 provided on both sides in the width direction of the plate portion 255, the bolt 290 that connects the leg 220 and the lower connecting member 250, and the floor F are grounded and the height of the leg 220 is adjusted. An adjuster 292 for performing the above is provided. Thereby, it can prevent that the volt | bolts 290 and adjusters 292, such as a volt | bolt, are exposed outside, and can improve an external appearance.
In addition, a wiring insertion space Sh that is continuous in the vertical direction is formed in the leg 220, and a communication portion 229 that connects the wiring housing portion Cs and the wiring insertion space Sh is formed on the lower surface of the leg 220. With this configuration, the wiring 2200 accommodated in the wiring accommodating portion Cs below the lower connecting member 250 and along the floor surface F is guided to the wiring insertion space Sh in the leg 220 through the communication portion 229. Thereby, exposure of the wiring 2200 can be further suppressed.
Further, the lower connecting member 250 is provided so as to abut against the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 from below, and the lower connecting member 250 has a portion of the leg 220 that abuts against the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 at the lower wiring accommodating portion Cs and the leg 220. A wiring insertion hole 257 that communicates with the wiring insertion space Sh is formed. With this configuration, the wiring 2200 that is accommodated in the wiring accommodating portion Cs below the lower connecting member 250 and that runs along the floor surface F passes through the wiring insertion hole 257 formed in the lower connecting member 250. It is guided to the insertion space Sh. Thereby, exposure of the wiring 2200 can be suppressed.
Further, in the plurality of legs 220 of the table 210, the adjacent legs 220 are connected to each other by the lower connecting member 250 and the upper connecting member 240, whereby each leg 220 is firmly formed by the upper end portion 220t and the lower end portion 220b. Fixed. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the strength of the support structure of the top plate 230 that includes the plurality of legs 220, the lower connecting member 250, and the upper connecting member 240 while preventing the legs 220 from being thickened.
In addition, the lower connecting member 250 and the upper connecting member 240 are formed with recesses 2100A and 2100B that are recessed inwardly of the top plate 230 between the adjacent legs 220, so that these recesses are formed. The portions 2100A and 2100B can accommodate the user's lower limbs.
As a result, while increasing the strength of the legs 220, it is possible to suppress interference with the lower limbs of the user below the top plate 230, and to ensure a wide space for accommodating the lower limbs.
Also, the lower connecting member 250 and the upper connecting member 240 connect the legs 220 adjacent in the first direction X by the end connecting portion 241 and the end plate 251. Further, the lower connecting member 250 and the upper connecting member 240 connect the end connecting portion 241 and the end plate 251 facing each other in the second direction Y by the second beam 244 and the connecting beam 252. With this configuration, even though the top plate 230 is provided with a plurality of legs 220 with a large space between one side and the other side in the second direction Y, the plurality of legs 220 are provided. Upper end portions 220t and lower end portions 220b can be firmly and integrally connected.
(Other embodiments)
In addition, the furniture with a top plate of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment described with reference to the drawings, and various modifications can be considered within the technical scope.
For example, although the upper connecting member 240 is provided in the above embodiment, the upper connecting member 240 is not an essential configuration. In addition, when the upper connecting member 240 is provided, the configuration is not particularly limited.
Further, the shape of the lower connecting member 250 when viewed in plan may be appropriately changed according to the number of legs and the arrangement thereof.
Furthermore, the wiring accommodating portion Cs formed in the lower connecting member 250 is not limited to the downward C-shape, and may be a semicircular shape, a semi-elliptical shape, or the like that opens downward.
Further, although the lower connecting member 250 integrally connects the four legs 220, the number, directions, and the like of the legs 220 to be connected can be appropriately selected. For example, the lower connecting member 250 may connect the legs 220 adjacent in the first direction X, or may connect the legs 220 adjacent in the second direction Y. Further, the lower connecting member may connect the legs 220 facing each other in an oblique direction intersecting the first direction X and the second direction Y.
In addition, the lower connecting member 250 is provided so as to abut against the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 from below, but if the connection strength between the lower connecting member 250 and the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220 can be secured, The connecting member 250 may be provided so as to abut against the side surface of the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220. In this case, in order to introduce the wiring 2200 accommodated in the wiring accommodating portion Cs of the lower connecting member 250 into the wiring insertion space Sh of the leg 220, the wiring accommodating portion Cs and the wiring insertion space are provided on the side surface of the lower end portion 220b of the leg 220. What is necessary is just to form the communication part which connects Sh.
Further, in the lower connecting member 250, the extending wall portion 256 is formed in a rib shape continuous along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255, but is not limited thereto. The extending wall portion 256 may be formed discontinuously along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255. In this case, the space between the extension wall portions 256 and 256 is intermittently formed along the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255, and the space between the extension wall portions 256 and 256 is connected in the longitudinal direction. A wiring housing portion that is continuous along is formed. In addition, the wiring 2200 along the floor surface F can be introduced into the wiring accommodating portion Cs through the gap between the extension wall portions 256 and 256 adjacent in the longitudinal direction of the plate portion 255.
Furthermore, although the lower connecting member 250 has a downward C-shape configured by the plate portion 255 and the extending wall portion 256, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the lower connecting member 250 may be a rectangular tube that is continuous along the floor surface F, and the inside of the lower connecting member 250 may be a wiring housing portion Cs that is completely closed.
Furthermore, the materials of the members such as the legs 220, the top plate 230, the upper connecting member 240, and the lower connecting member 250 that constitute the table 210 shown in the above embodiment are not particularly limited, and are wood-based materials, metal-based materials, and resins. A system material or a combination thereof may be used.
In addition, the present invention can be similarly applied not only to the table 210 but also to other furniture with a top plate such as a desk and a counter.
In addition to this, the configuration described in the above embodiment can be selected or changed to another configuration as appropriate without departing from the gist of the present invention.
According to the furniture with a top plate according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress interference with the user's lower limbs while increasing the strength of the legs.
