Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The invention relates to a fixing device for working gap between the stockpiling box equipment designed to increase the machine performance by preventing attachment of yarn, decrease the consumption of spare parts, prevent the deformation caused by time, heating and various reasons in the stockpiling box of yarn crimping machine.
  • Invention is about the device for fixing and adjusting the gap between the stockpiling box and body platin designed to increase the machine performance by preventing attachment of yarn, decrease the consumption of spare parts, and prevent the deformation caused by time, heating and various reasons in the stockpiling box of yarn crimping machine.
  • Invention is about the upper and to blades designed to increase the machine performance bye preventing attachment of yarn, decrease the consumption of spare parts, prevent the deformation caused by time, heating and various reasons in the stockpiling box of yarn crimping machine.
  • BACKGROUND
  • For yarn crimping procedure currently being used, yarn bundle is pulled means of feeding cylinders With adjustable tension from the creel unit via a special pulling assembly. Through adjustable valve pressure found at the exit of stockpiling box, the accumulated yarn is crimped. To preserve the shape of crimped yarn, preform fixing is performed with steam. Yarn exiting from stockpiling box are unloaded on a conveyor band through a channel and move towards yarn fixing machine. Stockpiling box consists of parts such as cylinders with at least one of them with radius or none with radius and with sharp edged corners rotating in opposite direction to each other, lower blade, upper blade, inner wall, outer wall and valve. The gap between the yarn feeding cylinders and working gaps between side wall, inner wall, upper blade, and side blade significantly affects the performance of machine and operating life of these parts. Current design leaves this tolerance, which is adjusted initially in time, depending on time and temperature and causes the parts to be worn by friction to each other.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The purpose of the invention is to increase the performance of the machine by preventing the deformation caused on the elements of yarn stockpiling box.
  • The purpose of the invention is to decrease the consumption of spare parts by preventing the deformation caused on the elements of yarn stockpiling box.
  • The purpose of the invention is to increase the performance of the machine by preventing it to become a machine which continuously requires special adjustment.
  • Another purpose of the invention is to have ceramic in the middle for preventing damage to yarn while passing through stockpiling box fixing part.
  • Another purpose of the invention is to be fed by a product providing a lubricating effect such as air, water, lubricant or steam from the slot opened (8,9) in upper and lower blade or any of them to prevent the attachment of yarn, which is pulled by feeding cylinder with radius (1), to blades and walls (5,10).

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • The invention is a part fixing pulling cylinders, lower blade, upper blade, inner wall and outer wall to each other (4), which at least one of the cylinders is with radius preventing deformation caused by high temperature or by time, in the yarn crimping, machine stockpiling box.
  • The invention is an adjustable (12) assembly part fixing the whole stockpiling box to body platin before pulling cylinders, preventing deformation caused by time.
  • The invention are the advanced (6,7) blades with a channel (8,9) structure in the lower and upper blade of the parts of stockpiling box., preventing yarn attachment and providing high performance cooling.
  • Stockpiling box is connected to body platin with only stockpiling box connector (13). The stockpiling box subject of invention (12) is connected to the platin (11) from the other side of yarn feeding cylinders (1,2,3) through platin adjustable fixing equipment and prevents deformation caused by time and temperature.
  • Stockpiling box is the cornerstone of the yarn crimping machine and the crimping effect given to yarn is done inside this box. The operating principle of the system; required to be pulled from the creel by means of cylinders which at least one of them is with radius, found before the stockpiling box. For the tensions of the yarns in the yarn bundle to be equalized before feeding, they are ensured to become like a rope by bending over each other via bending mechanism. This yarn bundle (4) is entered towards the middle of feeding cylinders (1,2,3) through stockpiling box elements fixing part. In case of any other circumstance, the desired crimping effect cannot be provided. In the middle of this fixing part (4), a ceramic is placed to prevent deformation of yarn while passing.
  • Yarns passing between the feeding cylinders (1,2,3) will be transferred to valve section by passing through inner wall (5), outer wall (10), upper blade (6) and lower blade (7). For these parts to perform properly and provide the desired effect, the gap tolerance between then is very important. Also, deformation of this gap in time is observed to cause attachment of the yarn and decreasing the performance of the machine. Hence, current operating gap is protected by stockpiling box elements fixing part placed at the entrance of stockpiling, box (4). Also, damage to yarn is prevented through the ceramic placed on the part.
