Abstract

The existing disclosure discloses a comb with a function of combing and straightening hair. The comb has an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth. The upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching with insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a PCB board is arranged in the rear end of the lower cover. By combining a hair straightener and a straight hair comb into one product, the comb has a function of combing and straightening hair. It can achieve the effect of straightening and combing hair. It has strong practicability and is easy to use.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The existing disclosure relates to field of application of a comb, particularly to a comb with a function of combing and straightening hair.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

A comb is a tool for combing hair. In the era of ancient Chinese civilization, the Yellow Emperor Princess —Fang Lei was inspired by a fish bone and created the comb. It was originally named as wood comb, because it was made of wood. Now there are many types of combs, such as Sandalwood comb, Zaomu comb, Peach Wood Comb, Horn Comb etc. Combs can be divided into five categories including utility comb, craft comb, travel comb, high-end boutique comb and health comb, over 300 varieties.
The existing comb only has a simple function of combing hair. It only can comb hair and cannot straighten hair. The existing hair straightener only can straighten hair but cannot comb hair. Meanwhile, the hair straightener straightens hair by griping and pulling hair by heating plate, but cannot achieve the effect of combing and straightening hair. During straightening process using the comb for straightening hair, hair is heated around, which will achieve the best straightening effect because of large heated area. While straightening hair, hair may be pulled, clipped and pulled off.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The prior art is difficult to meet people's need. In order to overcome the existing problems, the existing disclosure provides a comb with both the function of combing and straightening hair. By combining a hair straightener and hair comb to one product, it can achieve the effect of straightening and combing hair.
In order to achieve the purpose, the existing disclosure adopts the following technical solution: a comb with a function of combing and straightening hair. It comprises an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth, wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching with the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove. An upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component. The upper cover is also provided with holes matching with the insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes. The PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat. The PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet. A mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet with an insulation foam cotton is provided between the metal fixing sheet and the lower cover. An insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover with a PCB board arranged in rear end of the lower cover. A retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover. The retainer ring is provided with a key groove matching with a power key on the side which is arranged in the key groove. There is a hole for connecting a power cable on rear end of the upper cover with a power cable seat.
A comb with the function of combing hair and straightening hair, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth. Wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching with the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove. An upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat. The comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching with insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and the PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet; an insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover; a PCB board is arranged in rear end of the lower cover; a retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover; a decorative panel is provided in the lower end of the lower cover, and rear end of decorative panel is provided with a key groove matching with a power key, and the power key is arranged in the key groove; a hole for connecting a power cable is provided on rear end of the upper cover, and a power cable is arranged in the hole for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat.
Further, the comb teeth are provided with a number of teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction.
An additional insulation sleeve is provided at the back end of the comb seat with insulation foam cotton arranged at the power key.
In addition, a decorative panel is provided on an outer side of the lower cover. A bead head is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth.
The comb teeth are made of aluminum material. The comb also contains an NTC heating element which is arranged between the metal fixing sheet and the mica sheet.
Compared with prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantageous effects: by combining the hair straightener and hair comb to one product, the comb has a function of combing and straightening hair. The comb teeth, using a die-casting process, are made of aluminum material which has a high thermal conductivity, so that heat can be conducted easily. The comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction, wherein the S shape makes the force applied onto the hair as well as the heated area of the hair sufficiently large, resulting in straight hair. Generally, a beaded head is provided on upper end of each comb tooth, the beaded head being able to prevent burning or scalding the scalp of the user. The beaded head can be provided by hot melt technology. The comb has strong practicability and is easy to use and to promote the use.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In the following description of embodiments, reference is made to the accompanying drawings which form a part hereof, and in which it is shown by way of illustration specific embodiments of the disclosure that can be practiced. It is to be understood that other embodiments can be used and structural changes can be made without departing from the scope of the disclosed embodiments.
With reference to FIGS. 1 to 4, in embodiment 1 of the present disclosure, a comb with a function of combing hair and straightening hair is provided. The comb has an upper cover 1, a lower cover 2, a PTC heating element 3, a comb seat 4 and comb teeth 5. The upper cover 1 is provided with a groove 6 matching with the comb seat 4, and the comb seat 4 is arranged in the groove 6; an upper portion of the comb seat 4 is provided with an aluminum component 7, and a comb teeth seat 8 is arranged under the comb seat 4; the comb teeth 5 are connected to the comb teeth seat 8 through the aluminum component 7; the upper cover 1 is also provided with holes 10 matching with insulation comb teeth 9, and the insulation comb teeth 9 are fixed to the upper cover 1 through the holes 10; the PTC heating element 3 is arranged under the comb teeth seat 8, and the PTC heating element 3 is fixed to the lower cover 2 by a metal fixing sheet 12; a mica sheet 13 is provided between the PTC heating element 3 and the metal fixing sheet 12, and a insulation foam cotton 14 is provided between the metal fixing sheet 12 and the lower cover 2; an insulation sleeve 23 is provided inside of the lower cover 2; a PCB board 22 is arranged in rear end of the lower cover 2; a retainer ring 15 is arranged between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2, and the retainer ring 15 is provided with a key groove matching with a power key 16 on the side thereof, and the power key 16 is arranged in the key groove; a hole 17 for connecting a power cable is provided on rear end of the upper cover 1, and a power cable 18 is arranged in the hole 17 for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat 19; the comb teeth 5 are provided with a plurality of teeth, and the comb teeth 5 are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction; a further insulation sleeve 20 is provided at the back end of the comb seat 4; the insulation foam cotton 14 is also arranged at the power key 16; a decorative panel 21 is provided on the outer surface of the lower cover 2; a bead head 11 is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth 5, and the bead head 11 is connected to the comb teeth by hot melt technology; the comb teeth 5 is made of aluminum material.
With reference to FIG. 5, in embodiment 2 of the present disclosure, another comb with a function of combing hair and straightening hair is provided. The comb has an upper cover 1, a lower cover 2, a PTC heating element 3, a comb seat 4 and comb teeth 5. The upper cover 1 is provided with a groove 6 matching with the comb seat 4, and the comb seat 4 is arranged in the groove 6; an upper portion of the comb seat 4 is provided with an aluminum component 7, and a comb teeth seat 8 is arranged under the comb seat 4; the comb teeth 5 are connected to the comb teeth seat 8 through the aluminum component 7; the upper cover 1 is also provided with holes 10 matching with insulation comb teeth 9, and the insulation comb teeth 9 are fixed to the upper cover 1 through the holes 10; the PTC heating element 3 is arranged under the comb teeth seat 8, and the PTC heating element 3 is fixed to the lower cover 2 by a metal fixing sheet 12; a mica sheet 13 is provided between the PTC heating element 3 and the metal fixing sheet 12; an insulation sleeve 23 is provided inside of the lower cover 2; a PCB board 22 is arranged in rear end of the lower cover 2; a retainer ring 15 is arranged between the upper cover 1 and the lower cover 2; a decorative panel 21 is provided in the lower end of the lower cover 2, and rear end of decorative panel 21 is provided with a key groove matching with a power key 16, and the power key 16 is arranged in the key groove; a hole 17 for connecting a power cable is provided on rear end of the upper cover 1, and a power cable 18 is arranged in the hole 17 for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat 19; the comb teeth 5 are provided with a plurality of teeth, and the comb teeth 5 are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction; a bead head 11 is provided on upper end of the comb teeth 5, and the bead head 11 is connected to the comb teeth by hot melt technology; the comb teeth 5 is made of aluminum material; the comb further comprises an NTC heating element 24 which is arranged between the metal fixing sheet 12 and the mica sheet 13.
When using the comb with a function of combing hair and straightening hair of the present disclosure, at first the power line 18 is connected with the external power source, to energize. When the function of straightening hair is needed, the power key 16 is turned on, so that the PTC heating element 3 is heated, and heat is converted to the aluminum component 7 by the comb teeth 5. When the temperature reaches to 200° C., it can perform the straightening hair function. When the function of combing hair is needed, directly use the comb, with easy operation.

Claims

1. A comb with a function of combing and straightening hair, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth, wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching the insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and the PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet, and an insulation foam cotton is provided between the metal fixing sheet and the lower cover; an insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover; a PCB board is arranged in the rear end of the lower cover; a retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover, and the retainer ring is provided with a key groove matching with a power key on the side thereof, and the power key is arranged in the key groove; a hole for connecting a power cable is provided on rear end of the upper cover, and a power cable is arranged in the hole for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat.

2. A comb with a function of combing hair and straightening hair, comprising an upper cover, a lower cover, a PTC heating element, a comb seat and comb teeth, wherein the upper cover is provided with a groove matching the comb seat, and the comb seat is arranged in the groove; an upper portion of the comb seat is provided with an aluminum component, and a comb teeth seat is arranged under the comb seat; the comb teeth are connected to the comb teeth seat through the aluminum component; the upper cover is also provided with holes matching the insulation comb teeth, and the insulation comb teeth are fixed to the upper cover through the holes; the PTC heating element is arranged under the comb teeth seat, and the PTC heating element is fixed to the lower cover by a metal fixing sheet; a mica sheet is provided between the PTC heating element and the metal fixing sheet; an insulation sleeve is provided inside of the lower cover; a PCB board is arranged in rear end of the lower cover; a retainer ring is arranged between the upper cover and the lower cover; a decorative panel is provided in the lower end of the lower cover, the rear end of decorative panel is provided with a key groove matching with a power key, and the power key is arranged in the key groove; a hole for connecting a power cable is provided on the rear end of the upper cover, and a power cable is arranged in the hole for connecting a power cable by a power cable seat.

3. The comb according to claim 1, wherein the comb teeth are provided with a number of teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction.

4. The comb according to claim 1, wherein a further insulation sleeve is provided at the back end of the comb seat.

5. The comb according to claim 1, wherein the insulation foam cotton is also arranged at the power key.

6. The comb according to claim 1, wherein a decorative panel is provided on an outer side of the lower cover.

7. The comb according to claim 1, wherein a bead head is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth.

8. The comb according to claim 1, wherein the comb teeth is made of aluminum material.

9. The comb according to claim 2, wherein the comb further comprises an NTC heating element which is arranged between the metal fixing sheet and the mica sheet.

10. The comb according to claim 2, wherein the comb teeth are provided with a number of teeth, and the comb teeth are arranged to form a linear shape in fore-and-aft direction, and to form an S shape in left and right direction.

11. The comb according to claim 2, wherein a bead head is provided on upper end of each of the comb teeth.

12. The comb according to claim 2, wherein the comb teeth is made of aluminum material.
