  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The present invention relates to a marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device. That is, a marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device capable of cutting off the burnt end waste portion of a marijuana roach clip, and storing the usable portion of the marijuana clip for future use. The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device can include, a body, a top, and an internal guide plate cutting chamber, two precut sections, a burnt end, waste exit, and a marijuana roach clip storage compartment.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, marijuana roach dip cutting and storage device 10, can include a body 12, a top 16, and vertical funnels 14, within the top 16, to hold the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips prior to cutting.
  • The marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device 10, can be made of any material, including metal, plastic or wood. The desired height of the body 12, can range from 3 inches to about 6 inches, with decorative designs to complement the device. The top 16, is designed for easy handling and control by the user.
  • In some implementations, the vertical funnels 14, within the top 16, can be up to 1 inch in height, but other measurements are contemplated. For example, top 16, can accommodate medical or recreational marijuana roach clips, up to an inch in size, to be processed for storage by the user.
  • As shown in FIG. 2, vertical funnels 14, are contained within the top 16, which holds in place the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips prior to the cutting and storage process. Said cutting process allows the burnt end waste portion to fall out of exit 20 b.
  • The vertical funnels 14, are receptacles for the medical or recreational marijuana roach clips, prior to initiating the cutting and storage process. Simultaneously, as the cut is made to the roach clip, the burnt end waste portion falls out of the exit 20 b, as the top 16, is turned and the usable marijuana roach clip drops into the roach clip storage compartment.
  • In one implementation, the exit 20 b, is made in a 45° angle to allow the burnt end waste portion to naturally fall out of the unit to be discarded.
  • As shown in FIG. 3, the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, is a round unit which has two precut sections, 18 and 20 a, which utilizes two lock clips, 24 and 26, which lock in place a razor blade within the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22. The internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, contains a split lead 28, which guides the marijuana roach clip into cut position 30.
  • As shown in FIG. 4, the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, is housed within the body 12, of the device. The internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, displays the razor blade 32, locked within the cutting chamber lock clips. 24 and 26, prior to cutting the marijuana roach clip. That is, when the full cycle of the device is completed, the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, completes the full cut. Causing the burnt end waste portion to fall out of the device, as the usable portion of the marijuana roach clip falls into the storage compartment.
  • As shown in top section view FIG. 5, the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, housed within the body 12, of the device, includes outlines of the vertical funnels 14, which hold the marijuana roach clips in place. The internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, contains a split lead 28, which guides the marijuana roach clip within vertical funnels 14, into cut position 30, initiating contact with, the razor blade 32. That is, when the contact points of the marijuana roach clip and the razor blade 32 meet, the cutting is initiated causing the burnt end waste portion to fall out of exit 20 b.
  • As shown in side view FIG. 6, the marijuana roach clip cutting and storage device 10, has a top 16, which contains the vertical funnels 14, as shown attached to the body 12. When the top 16, is turned, the razor blade 32, makes contact with the burnt end waste portion 36 b, of the marijuana roach clip at cut position 30, causing the burnt end waste portion to be sliced off as gravity allows the burnt end waste portion 36 b, to fall out of exit 20 b, of the device.
  • As shown in side view FIG. 7, the top 16, containing the loaded vertical funnels 14, are shown as the razor blade 32, makes contact with the burnt end waste portion 36 b, of the marijuana roach clip 36 a, on cut position 30, causing the burnt end waste portion 36 b, to get sliced off.
  • Perspective view FIG. 8 includes; the top 16, the internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, which is housed within the body 12, and displays the precut sections, 18 and 20 a, of the device. The internal guide plate cutting chamber 22, also contains a split lead 28, cut position 30, and the razor blade 32, which causes the cut, as the burnt end waste portion falls out of exit 20 b. As the cycle of the top 16, is completed, the usable portion of the marijuana roach clip then falls into the storage compartment precut section 18. That is, when the top 16, is turned, the split lead 28, guides the marijuana roach clip into cut position 30, which connects with the razor blade 32, cutting and causing the burnt end waste portion to fall out of exit 20 b. As the usable portion of the marijuana roach clip falls in, and is saved, in precut section 18.
  • As shown in side view FIG. 9, the usable portion of the marijuana roach clip 36 a, falls into, and is stored in the medical or recreational marijuana roach clip compartment for future use.
