control unit 10 not only send the feedback signal to thefeedback module 50, but also send the feedback signal to theterminal device 90 or theremote device 91 through theconnect module 80, whereby theterminal device 90 or theremote device 91 are also allowed to produce a feedback reaction, which is present by use of at least one of sound, light, and vibration manner. - With the foregoing configuration, operation of the present invention will be illustrated below.
- Referring to
FIG. 7 toFIG. 11 , the operation process of theathletic equipment 200 with thefeedback device 100 comprises following steps: (a) entering a value; (b) sensing and converting; (c) comparing; (d) producing feedback; and (e) displaying data. - In step (a), before operating the
athletic equipment 200, the user pushes thefirst button 21 a for a long period to turn on thefeedback device 100, and subsequently uses thebutton assembly 21, theterminal device 90, or theremote device 91 to enter a target waving value into thefeedback device 100. As shown inFIG. 7 , thefirst button 21 a is pushed for a long period, such that the user chooses a desired item of the target waving value (as shown inFIG. 8 ). Next, the user pushes thesecond button 21 b for entering a chosen target waving value. - In step (b), when the user operates the
athletic equipment 200, thesensing module 30 senses the waving status of theathletic equipment 200, such that a sense signal is produced and transmitted to thesignal processing module 40. Thesignal processing module 40 converts the sense signal into an actual waving data, which is then sent to the control unit, as shown inFIG. 9 . - In step (c), the
control unit 10 compares the actual waving data with the target waving date, so as to determine if the actual waving data matches the target waving value. If the comparison result is positive, thecontrol unit 10 sends a feedback signal to thefeedback module 50, as shown inFIG. 10 ; if the comparison result is negative, thecontrol unit 10 does not send the feedback signal. - In step (d), upon receiving the feedback signal, the
feedback module 50 produce a feedback reaction in a vibration manner to inform the user. - In step (e), the
display module 60 displays the actual waving data, such that the user is able to rectify the waving motion according to the displayed data, as shown inFIG. 10 andFIG. 11 . - Therefore, with the
feedback device 100 installed on theathletic equipment 200, the user does not have to hire a personal coach when learning to play various ball games; instead, by referring to the feedback reaction from thefeedback module 50 and the data displayed by thedisplay module 60, the user is allowed to be timely aware of the correctness of the waving motion, thereby rectifying the waving motion, thus increasing the learning efficiency. - Furthermore, the
control unit 10 is also able to have the actual waving data and the comparison result between the actual waving data and the target waving value to and saved in any of theterminal devices 90 available in the market or theremote device 91 provided by the present invention. As shown inFIG. 10 , the data is sent to and saved in theterminal device 90, facilitating the data saving and learning process recording function. - Additionally, since the
control unit 10 is capable of sending the feedback signal to theterminal device 90 or theremote device 91 through theconnect module 80, theterminal device 90 and theremote device 91 are also capable of producing a feedback reaction. For example, as shown inFIG. 10 , the feedback signal is sent to theterminal device 90. When the user applied theathletic equipment 200 to learn to play various ball games, other people, such as a coach, is able to use theterminal device 90 or theremote device 91 to be aware of the comparison result between the actual waving data and the target waving value, so as to supervise the learning process of the user. - Although particular embodiments of the invention have been described in detail for purposes of illustration, various modifications and enhancements may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the invention is not to be limited except as by the appended claims.
