- the invention provides a novel wrestling and bumping body builder product.
- the invention is creative in that the effect of the wrestling technique in wrestling sports, and the Chinese kungfu such as heavy bumping, flapping and beating in martial arts is integrated and achieved via it.
- a new wrestling and bumping body builder product comprises power system, the power system comprising power machine generating external force, drive component implementing the external force transmission and buffer device acting on the drive component; lifting frame, the lifting frame comprising rectangular frame and fabric pocket thereof, the inner circumference of the rectangular frame being larger than the periphery of the wrestling and bumping surface plate enables the lifting frame to separate from the lifting frame and the wrestling and bumping surface plate mutually at a preset distance so as to prevent the lifting frame from bumping against the wrestling and bumping surface plate when falling down, the fabric pocket being assembled on the rectangular frame allows to be released, tightened and replaced; wrestling and bumping surface plate, the wrestling and bumping surface plate comprising shock absorption device and spacers, and being shaped in rectangle, preset with a thickness and cast from reinforced concrete by pouring, prior to full solidification the placement surface of the support for supporting the wrestling and bumping surface plate being employed to die cast the wrestling and bumping surface plate to form a groove fitted in with the placement surface of the support so as to position the wrestling and bumping surface plate
- External force as referred in the technical scheme varies with selection of different power machines.
- the external force comprises various types such as the external force generating from the power machine formed by motor driving a change gear set, the hydraulic pressure being external force generating from the power machine formed by motor driving an oil pump, and the external forces generating from the power machine formed by motor driving a gear reducer, from the power machine formed by variable frequency motor and from the power machine formed by variable frequency motor driving the gear reducer.
- ‘In a drive mode’ as referred in the technical scheme means that the drive mode varies with the drive component as required for different products, and features non-determinacy.
- the drive modes comprises various types such as crank link drive produced by the drive component that is formed through the application of lever principle and the crank link mechanism driving the lifting frame, electric-hydraulic pusher drive produced by the drive component that is formed by electric-hydraulic pusher driving the lifting frame, and chain drive.
- the chain drive is produced by the drive component that is formed in a manner the hook drives the lifting frame to raise and fall down via stretching in or exiting the chain hole.
- crank-link drive mode power is inside-out transmitted to the power transmission arm via a jack in the fly wheel structure by the power output shaft, which is contrary to bicycle fly wheel drive;
- the positional structure of the power transmission arm in connection with the power output shaft is formed by bearing together with fly wheel structure, with the bearing at one side functioning in weight and shock carrying, and the fly wheel structure at the other side for directional drive to facilitate fast motion without resistance when directional speed is more than drive speed so as to be favorable for fitting with the motion of the falling body while guaranteeing from returning.
- the point capable of regulating the lifting and falling amplitude of the lifting frame can be regulated according to different requirements to the amplitude by different people.
- electric-hydraulic drive mode a sensor is added to realize remote-control automation.
- the power machine generating the external force, the drive component implementing some mode of driving, the buffer device being served as drive component and the assembly of the support and a protective casing that make up the power system are collectively known as power system.
- the power system is used for driving the lifting frame carrying human body to rise to a certain height and then wrestle and bump the lifting frame to a designated plane position; the power system has two modes for driving the lifting frame to move: one mode is up-and-down motion of both ends of the lifting frame at the same time, and the other mode is that one end of the lifting frame is fixed as circle center and the other end is arched up and down around the circle center under the action of external force.
- Human body lies in the plane of and in parallel with the lifting frame. Human body is both user and component part of the lifting frame. Once human body lies thereon, the lifting frame operates without bleep that is produced in idle running.
- the combination of human body with lifting frame is the main structure of the product.
- the lying postures of human body in exercise can be changed according to exercise requirements or their own needs, such as back lying, side lying and lying on stomach so that the human body can be wrestled and bumped all round.
- the lifting frame with two ends being lifted simultaneously under the drive of one crank link is fixed to a more central position of the body builder support by the chain being connected with the support rod; the position is the centre-of-gravity after human body combines with the lifting frame; the lifting frame is only allowed up-and-down motion rather than left-and-right motion.
- Chain comprises piston chain formed by piston rod and piston bush, guide rail chain constituted by guide rail and sliding block, and roller chain made up of roller and guide rail.
- the lifting frame with two ends lifting simultaneously may be fixed to four corners of the body builder support.
- the buffer device In crank link drive mode, the buffer device consists of spring and guide slope; one end of the spring is connected to the junction between the connecting rod of the drive component and the support rod, and the other end is fixed to a rotatable disc with steel wire passing through the pulley fixed on the body builder support; the use of the disc can regulate the spring either in looseness or tightness and relieve shock generating from falling body, and/or in combined use of the guide slope the shock is relieved via centrifugal force generating from the guide slope so as to be more conductive to converting buffering force into mechanical power and energy-saving;
- the guide slope is a circular arc centering on the axle center of the power output shaft of the crank link and having a radius equal to the length that is calculated by adding the distance between the axel center and the crank shaft of the crank link to the radius of a roller centering on the axel center of the crank shaft and rolling on the guide slope; a small section protrudes from the guide opening of the circular arched guide slope; the inner edge of the section
- the overweight person during exercise requires a little stronger wrestling and bumping strength while the lean person needs a little weaker wrestling and bumping strength correspondingly.
- This product drives human body to do the motion of falling body after rising, and therefore the law of universal gravitation is applied to the operating principle of the body builder.
- the overweight person is subjected to a little stronger wrestling and bumping strength of falling body, while the lean person suffers from a little weaker wrestling and bumping strength. That is in case the lifting and falling amplitude is the same, the wrestling and bumping strength suffered by the exerciser varies with weight.
- the wrestling and bumping strength is also associated with the lifting and falling amplitude, whereas the lifting and falling amplitude is in relationship with the length of the crank.
- the wrestling and bumping strength can be regulated by controlling the lifting and falling amplitude; the optimum effect on regulation of lifting and falling amplitude can be achieved by adapting the looseness and tightness of fabric pocket of the lifting frame to the amplitude of the drive system via regulating.
- the lifting and falling amplitude can be regulated by controlling the regulation point of the lifting frame; in electric-hydraulic drive mode the lifting and falling amplitude can be regulated by controlling the sensor that is used for amplitude regulation.
- ‘A certain height’ as referred in foregoing technical scheme refers to an indeterminately adjustable height for adaption of the wrestling and bumping strength to the requirements of different people.
- the lifting frame has two types consisting of soft and hard bodies; the soft lifting frame is usually used in uplifted and suspended wrestling and bumping, with the designated surface plate where the lifting frame is wrestled and bumped at is fixed and free from up-and-down motion along with the movement of human body; the hard lifting frame is generally used in up-thrown wrestling and bumping at a certain speed and inertia required; the designated surface plate where the lifting frame is wrestled and bumped at is the hard lifting frame itself which moves up and down along with the motion of human body.
- Wrestling and bumping frequency can be co-regulated via variable frequency regulation of power motor and size regulation of the driving wheel; both can be used separately.
- the invention has the beneficial effects that the exercising in upright posture is converted into that in lying flat on back so as to avoid from organ prolapsed, a highly difficult exercise is simplified and popularized, thereby facilitating to spread, and the exercise is turned from energy consumption into energy absorption, achieving brawny rather than flabby body building without strength exerting and with less sweating. Besides, national physical exercise is promoted and physique is improved, keeping illness away.

- The invention relates to a national fitness equipment for improving the physique, and in particular for exercising internal organs and skeleton of human body. It belongs to the field of fitness equipment. But in fact, the technical field involved in accordance with different lifting and falling amplitude as well as wrestling and bumping frequency is not absolutely identical but variable considerably. The equipment with a lifting and falling amplitude above 25 cm and a frequency above 60 times per minute relates to the field of sports equipment for physical and martial arts training, which must not be used by common man. The equipment with a lifting and falling amplitude below 20 cm and a frequency below 40 times per minute relates to the field of national fitness equipment for improving the physique. The equipment with a lifting and falling amplitude between 5 to 30 cm and a frequency below 20 to 60 times per minute relates to the field of medical appliances for adjuvant therapy, therapy and rehabilitation therapy, and must be selected under the guidance of the doctor for the amplitude and frequency according to the age of the patient and the condition of illness.
- Currently, no such technical product exists but only man-to-man wrestling and man-to-pile bumping is provided. It is an undisputed fact that the wrestling techniques of wrestling sports, and the Chinese kungfu such as heavy bumping, flapping, beating, etc. in martial arts are known in physique improvement. However, a number of people, in particular the middle-aged and elderly people are terrified by its excessive intensity and high difficulty which have been overcame in the invention. The novelty of the invention lies in that no such product suitable for people at different age levels for bodybuilding, exercising, therapy, adjuvant therapy and rehabilitation therapy is launched at present. The invention is creative in that the effect of the wrestling technique in wrestling sports, and the Chinese kungfu such as heavy bumping, flapping and beating in martial arts is integrated and achieved via it while simplification and popularization is realized. It is applicable to promotion of Chinese culture, improvement of the physique, protection from illness, and adaption to anybody.
- To promote Chinese kungfu, popularize wrestling and bumping exercise, and improve the national physique, the invention provides a novel wrestling and bumping body builder product. The invention is creative in that the effect of the wrestling technique in wrestling sports, and the Chinese kungfu such as heavy bumping, flapping and beating in martial arts is integrated and achieved via it. A new wrestling and bumping body builder product comprises power system, the power system comprising power machine generating external force, drive component implementing the external force transmission and buffer device acting on the drive component; lifting frame, the lifting frame comprising rectangular frame and fabric pocket thereof, the inner circumference of the rectangular frame being larger than the periphery of the wrestling and bumping surface plate enables the lifting frame to separate from the lifting frame and the wrestling and bumping surface plate mutually at a preset distance so as to prevent the lifting frame from bumping against the wrestling and bumping surface plate when falling down, the fabric pocket being assembled on the rectangular frame allows to be released, tightened and replaced; wrestling and bumping surface plate, the wrestling and bumping surface plate comprising shock absorption device and spacers, and being shaped in rectangle, preset with a thickness and cast from reinforced concrete by pouring, prior to full solidification the placement surface of the support for supporting the wrestling and bumping surface plate being employed to die cast the wrestling and bumping surface plate to form a groove fitted in with the placement surface of the support so as to position the wrestling and bumping surface plate, the periphery of the wrestling and bumping surface plate being preset with rings or screw holes for fixing spacers to be arranged on the wrestling and bumping surface plate; support, the support being a frame is shaped in a rectangular box, the support being a frame for supporting and fixing the power system and the wrestling and bumping surface plate, being linked with a support rod by a chain, and installing and balancing the lifting frame by the support rod; and support rod, the support rod being a part for supporting and balancing the lifting frame and being in abutment with the connecting rod of the drive component of the power system, and the support rod being preset with portions and holes for assembling the chain and being linked with the support with the chain, and the support rod playing a role for the lifting frame in power transmission and frame body balancing, allowing mounting, dismantling and replacing; the technical scheme of this product is that in a driving mode the lifting frame that carriers a human body is lifted to a certain height under the action of the external force and subjected to a falling motion until falling to a designated horizontal plane, and therefore the wrestling and bumping motion of the human body is achieved.
- External force as referred in the technical scheme varies with selection of different power machines. The external force comprises various types such as the external force generating from the power machine formed by motor driving a change gear set, the hydraulic pressure being external force generating from the power machine formed by motor driving an oil pump, and the external forces generating from the power machine formed by motor driving a gear reducer, from the power machine formed by variable frequency motor and from the power machine formed by variable frequency motor driving the gear reducer.
- ‘In a drive mode’ as referred in the technical scheme means that the drive mode varies with the drive component as required for different products, and features non-determinacy. The drive modes comprises various types such as crank link drive produced by the drive component that is formed through the application of lever principle and the crank link mechanism driving the lifting frame, electric-hydraulic pusher drive produced by the drive component that is formed by electric-hydraulic pusher driving the lifting frame, and chain drive. The chain drive is produced by the drive component that is formed in a manner the hook drives the lifting frame to raise and fall down via stretching in or exiting the chain hole.
- In crank-link drive mode, power is inside-out transmitted to the power transmission arm via a jack in the fly wheel structure by the power output shaft, which is contrary to bicycle fly wheel drive; the positional structure of the power transmission arm in connection with the power output shaft is formed by bearing together with fly wheel structure, with the bearing at one side functioning in weight and shock carrying, and the fly wheel structure at the other side for directional drive to facilitate fast motion without resistance when directional speed is more than drive speed so as to be favorable for fitting with the motion of the falling body while guaranteeing from returning.
- In chain drive mode, power transmission is completed by chain driving the hook of the lifting frame; the hook of the lifting frame is similar to a ‘latch’ being pushed forward by the spring; the ‘latch’ is able to slide to and fro in ‘latch sleeve’ and the ‘latch sleeve’ is fixed on the connecting rod of the lifting frame to directionally fix the latch-like hook so as to ensure the hook mounting into or falling out from chain holes; a protruding point is arranged on upper back of the hook, and the sleeve at corresponding location is also provided with a protruding point; the two protruding points contact correspondingly; a clutch device is imposed on the protruding points; the clutch device is similar to a hand hay cutter, with one end in rotary fixation and the other end being a handle capable of moving up and down around the fixed point; the hand hay cutter body is in a shape of V; after the chain drives the hook to move the lifting frame to a designated height, a regulation point capable of regulating lifting and falling amplitude of the lifting frame in handle direction and located at the designated height prevents the cutter from moving upward so that the cutter move downward to push the protruding points apart, and therefore the protruding points drive the latch hook to exit the chain hole so as to bring the lifting frame to make motion of falling body; when the lifting frame falls down to a designated position, a control point in handle direction also functions in prevention the hand ray cutter from downward motion so that the cutter moves upwards to separate the protruding points and the latch hook stretches into the chain hole under the action of thrust from spring; the chain then prevents the lifting frame from continuously falling down while driving the lifting frame to rise upward, and so reciprocates.
- The point capable of regulating the lifting and falling amplitude of the lifting frame can be regulated according to different requirements to the amplitude by different people. In electric-hydraulic drive mode a sensor is added to realize remote-control automation.
- To protect the invention against infringement of patent right as far as possible, it is favorable to not restrict the invention on a certain point and so the driving modes are not specified.
The combination of human body with lifting frame is the main structure of the product. The lying postures of human body in exercise can be changed according to exercise requirements or their own needs, such as back lying, side lying and lying on stomach so that the human body can be wrestled and bumped all round.
Chain comprises piston chain formed by piston rod and piston bush, guide rail chain constituted by guide rail and sliding block, and roller chain made up of roller and guide rail. The lifting frame with two ends lifting simultaneously may be fixed to four corners of the body builder support.
- In crank link drive mode, the buffer device consists of spring and guide slope; one end of the spring is connected to the junction between the connecting rod of the drive component and the support rod, and the other end is fixed to a rotatable disc with steel wire passing through the pulley fixed on the body builder support; the use of the disc can regulate the spring either in looseness or tightness and relieve shock generating from falling body, and/or in combined use of the guide slope the shock is relieved via centrifugal force generating from the guide slope so as to be more conductive to converting buffering force into mechanical power and energy-saving; the guide slope is a circular arc centering on the axle center of the power output shaft of the crank link and having a radius equal to the length that is calculated by adding the distance between the axel center and the crank shaft of the crank link to the radius of a roller centering on the axel center of the crank shaft and rolling on the guide slope; a small section protrudes from the guide opening of the circular arched guide slope; the inner edge of the section is the tangent line of the inner circle of the guide slope.
- The overweight person during exercise requires a little stronger wrestling and bumping strength while the lean person needs a little weaker wrestling and bumping strength correspondingly. This product drives human body to do the motion of falling body after rising, and therefore the law of universal gravitation is applied to the operating principle of the body builder. As a result, the overweight person is subjected to a little stronger wrestling and bumping strength of falling body, while the lean person suffers from a little weaker wrestling and bumping strength. That is in case the lifting and falling amplitude is the same, the wrestling and bumping strength suffered by the exerciser varies with weight. The wrestling and bumping strength is also associated with the lifting and falling amplitude, whereas the lifting and falling amplitude is in relationship with the length of the crank.
In crank link drive mode, the lifting and falling amplitude can be regulated by controlling the regulation point of the lifting frame; in electric-hydraulic drive mode the lifting and falling amplitude can be regulated by controlling the sensor that is used for amplitude regulation. ‘A certain height’ as referred in foregoing technical scheme refers to an indeterminately adjustable height for adaption of the wrestling and bumping strength to the requirements of different people.
- The invention will be further described in details with reference to the attached drawings and embodiments.

Thepower machine 110 is put into operating state as the power switch is turned on or the power plug 115 is connected to the power directly, and then the gear reducer 112 generates crank link drive via thedrive component 120 to pass the power generating from themotor 111 on thelifting frame 200 or 210. At this time the needed external force gets ready. The user may lie down on thelifting frame 200 now (seeFIG. 2 ). After properly lying down by self-identification or under the guidance of the technical personnel, the user may hold the remoter of the control system or theswitch 116 to start up the lifting frame by pressing the switch button, and regulate the wrestling and bumping frequency and amplitude to a state as required. As shown inFIG. 1 , thepower machine 110 drives the fly wheel via the junction between thepower output shaft 114 and thepower transmission arm 126, thepower transmission arm 126 driven by the fly wheel drives the crank link 124 via theshaft junction 125 between thepower transmission arm 126 and thecrank link 124, and the crank link 124 transmits the external force through driving the connectingrod 122 to thelifting frame 200 so that thelifting frame 200 carrying human body is able to move from up and down. in crank link drive mode, the buffer device consists of spring and guide slope; one end of the spring is connected to the junction between the connecting rod of the drive component and the support rod, and the other end is fixed to a rotatable disc with steel wire passing through the pulley fixed on the body builder support; the use of the disc can regulate the spring either in looseness or tightness and relieve shock generating from falling body, and in combined use of the guide slope the shock is relieved via centrifugal force generating from the guide slope so as to be more conductive to converting buffering force into mechanical power and energy-saving; the guide slope is a circular arc centering on the axle center of the power output shaft of the crank link and having a radius equal to the length being calculated by adding the distance between the axel center and the crank shaft of the crank link to the radius of a roller centering on the axel center of the crank shaft and rolling on the guide slope; a small section protrudes from the guide opening of the circular arched guide slope; the inner edge of the section is the tangent line of the inner circle of the guide slope.
8. The wrestling and bumping body builder according to claim 1 , wherein
the wrestling and bumping strength can be regulated by controlling the lifting and falling amplitude; the optimum effect on regulation of lifting and falling amplitude can be achieved by adapting the looseness and tightness of fabric pocket of the lifting frame to the amplitude of the drive system via regulating.
9. The wrestling and bumping body builder according to claim 1 , wherein
the lifting frame has two types consisting of soft and hard bodies; the soft lifting frame is usually used in uplifted and suspended wrestling and bumping as well as in uplifted wrestling and bumping, with the designated surface plate where the lifting frame is wrestled and bumped at is stationary and invariant with up-and-down motion of human body; the hard lifting frame is generally used in up-thrown wrestling and bumping at a certain speed and inertia required; the designated surface plate where the lifting frame is wrestled and bumped at is the hard lifting frame which moves up and down with the motion of human body.
10. The wrestling and bumping body builder according to claim 1 , wherein
wrestling and bumping frequency can be co-regulated via variable frequency regulation of power motor and size regulation of the driving wheel; both can be used separately.
