- FIG. 1 shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
- the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is a short panty including a front part 101 , a back part 102 , and an intervening fabric member 103 .
- the intervening fabric member 103 includes a crotch part 103 A and a back hemline-forming part 103 B extending laterally from the back end of the crotch part 103 A.
- front and “back” refer to the front and back directions in the case where the front part side is defined as the front and the back part side is defined as the back.
- Embodiment 1 includes a lining crotch part 104 arranged at the wearer's skin side of the crotch part 103 A for improving wearing comfort, the lining crotch part 104 is not an indispensable component in the present invention.
- the front end of the crotch part 103 A is connected to the front part 101 and back side right and left peripheries S of the back hemline-forming part are connected to a periphery T of the back part 102 .
- the peripheries S and the periphery T are curved in such a manner that the peripheries S and the periphery T are convex to each other almost throughout except for a peripheral area of the back centerline.
- Three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing the facing edges that are convex to each other form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side.
- the front part 101 , the crotch part 103 A, and the back hemline-forming part 103 B are formed integrally in Embodiment 1, the present invention is not limited thereto and the front part 101 , the crotch part 103 A, and the back hemline-forming part 103 B may be separated members.
- fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming part 103 B to be fixed with the front part 101 and both sides M at the front side of the front part 101 in the width direction are fixed.
- the hemlines at the time of wearing the short panty are formed by both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of the front part 101 in the width direction, both outer peripheries (b) of the crotch part 103 A in the width direction, and front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part 103 B.
- the shapes of the front side peripheries (c) are concave curves.
- FIG. 2( a ) is a perspective view
- FIG. 2 ( b ) is a rear perspective view
- FIG. 2 ( c ) is a view of the short panty 100 from underneath.
- FIG. 13 shows views for comparing a pattern for the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 and a pattern for a conventional anti-ride up short panty.
- FIG. 13( a ) shows the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1
- FIG. 13( b ) shows the conventional short panty.
- parts R corresponding to the lines of the gluteal folds in the vicinity of the bases of the thighs are convex portions. This is because, for preventing ride up, it has been considered fine to wrap a wide range from the hips to the bases of the thighs by forming the lines of the gluteal folds in the vicinity of the bases of the thighs having the highest extension rate of the skin into convex shapes.
- the short panty wraps the lines of the gluteal folds right after wearing the short panty, the ride up of the hem while moving cannot be prevented sufficiently.
- the back hemline-forming parts 103 B are formed in such a manner that they are extended laterally from the back ends of the crotch part 103 A. That is, the back hemline-forming parts 103 B are formed at the back ends of the crotch part 103 A to form an inverted T-shape. The right and left ends of the back hemline-forming parts 103 B are arranged facing the direction of the crotch part 103 A.
- the peripheries (c) are formed into curves without convex portions, and there are no protruded parts on the peripheries (c). Since such a pattern allows to form a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of a wearer as compared to the conventional short panty, when the wearer wears the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the short panty tightly fits the bases of the thighs of the wearer so that the ride up can be prevented.
- the back hemline-forming parts 103 B are formed in such a manner that they are extended laterally from the back ends of the crotch part 103 A, and the fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming part 103 B to be fixed with the front part 101 are arranged orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part 103 A (the direction of the outline arrow shown in FIG. 13 ( a )).
- the fixing parts L may be extend diagonally to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part as will be described below.
- FIG. 14 shows photographs for comparing the state of wearing the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 and the state of wearing a conventional anti-ride up short panty.
- FIG. 14( a ) shows the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1
- FIG. 14( b ) shows the conventional short panty.
- the upper row shows the photograph from a lateral side
- the lower row shows the photograph from the back.
- a grid pattern (about 1.5 cm square) is applied so that the extension and contraction of the fabric can be checked.
- the grid pattern is applied by drawing the vertical lines and the transverse lines horizontal to each member before the members are fixed (state shown in FIG. 13 ).
- the grid pattern at the side of the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 ( FIG. 14 ( a )) is horizontal while the grid pattern at the side of the conventional short panty ( FIG. 14 ( b )) is diagonal.
- the back hemline-forming part 103 B is formed so as to wrap the hemlines from the back to the front.
- the grid pattern in the vicinity of the hemline (the area indicated by the arrow in the photograph) at the side of the conventional short panty is not different from the size of the grid pattern at other parts
- the grid pattern in the vicinity of the hemline of the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is extended as compared to the grid pattern at other parts. In this manner, in the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the short panty tightly fits at the hemline. Furthermore, in the photographs in the upper row, the corresponding positions are marked with white circles for comparison.
- the hindmost white circle is wholly exposed from the short panty in the case of the conventional short panty, the hindmost white circle also is covered with the short panty in the case of the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1.
- the grid pattern at the peripheral area of the top of the hip (the area indicated by Q in FIG. 14 ) is extended and this shows high adhesion of the short panty to the top of the hips. That is, this shows that the planar fabric is under a tension for adjusting to the shape of the wearer's buttocks. Therefore, in the conventional short panty, there is a force for getting back to the original shape acting on the extended fabric and the fabric is pulled to the side of the top of the hips when the wearer moves while wearing the short panty, and this results in the reason for the ride up of the hem.
- the size of the grid pattern at the peripheral area of the top of the hip is not different from the size of the grid pattern at other parts. That is, since the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is in a three-dimensional shape that is even closer to the wearer's buttocks, the fabric at the peripheral areas of the top of the hips is not under an unnecessary tension. Therefore, in the short panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the fabric is not pulled to the side of the top of the hips even when the wearer moves while wearing the short panty, and this results in the prevention of the ride up of the hem.
- Embodiment 1 there is no particular limitation on the fabric that can be used for each member of the short panty 100 , and examples thereof include woven fabric, knitted fabric, and nonwoven fabric.
- a preferable example of the fabric includes a fabric having a stretchability containing elastic yarn such as polyurethane or the like.
- the back hemline-forming part 103 B is preferably extended and contracted in the direction indicated by the black arrows shown in the pattern of FIG. 13( a ).
- the fabric in the vicinity of the gluteal fold is extended and contracted in the up-and-down direction and the fabric of the hemline at the side of the body is extended and contracted in the front-back direction, and these allow the fabric to follow the extension of the skin in response to the movement of the wearer.
- the back hemline-forming part 103 B may be hardly extended or easily extended in the direction orthogonal to the direction indicated by the black arrows.
- the front part 101 , the back part 102 , and the intervening fabric member 103 are right-and-left integrated members.
- the present invention is not limited thereto, and the right part and the left part may be separated members.
- the right-and-left integrated member is preferable because this allows the fabric to highly fit the body and allows the fabric to have a smooth texture as compared to the case where the separated right and left members are put together.
- the intervening fabric member 103 and the front part 101 are formed integrally.
- the front part and the intervening fabric member may be separated members, and the crotch part and the back hemline-forming part of the intervening fabric member may be separated members.
- Embodiment 1 a type of the short panty having short hemlines is described.
- the present invention is not limited thereto and can be applied to a long-type short panty in which members for covering the thighs are further arranged at the hemlines.
- FIG. 3 shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 200 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
- the short panty 200 of Embodiment 2 includes a front part 201 , a back part 202 , and an intervening fabric member 203 .
- the intervening fabric member 203 includes a crotch part 203 A and a back hemline-forming part 203 B.
- the short panty 200 further includes a lining crotch part 204 arranged at the wearer's skin side of the crotch part 203 A.
- Embodiment 2 shows a short panty designed such that a top P of the front part 201 and a top W of the back part 202 come to a high position at the waist.
- “top” refers to a part corresponding to the waist at the time of wearing the short panty.
- Embodiment 2 is the same as Embodiment 1.
- the height of the top P of the front part 201 and the height of the top W of the back part 202 can be set according to a design. In this manner, the present invention can be applied suitably to a high-waisted short panty, and wearing comfort can be improved and design variations can be expanded.
- FIG. 4( a ) shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 300 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
- the short panty 300 of Embodiment 3 includes a front part 301 , a back part 302 , and an intervening fabric member 303 .
- the intervening fabric member 303 includes a crotch part 303 A and a back hemline-forming part 303 B.
- the front part 301 and the intervening fabric member 303 are separated members. Furthermore, in the pattern for Embodiment 3, fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming part 303 B to be fixed with the front part 301 are arranged diagonally to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part 303 A. In this manner, in the present invention, the positions of the fixing parts L can be decided according to a design.
- the aspect in which the fixing parts L of the back hemline-forming part 303 B of Embodiment 2 are arranged diagonally to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part 303 A is described.
- the present invention is not limited thereto and the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming part of other Embodiments may have the same aspect.
- FIG. 4( b ) shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 300 in the state where the front part 301 and the intervening fabric member 303 are connected.
- a normal to a back centerline H through a point X at the hindmost position of one of the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part 303 B is defined as a first line J
- a line connecting the intersection Y of the first line J and the back centerline H and a front end point Z of the back hemline-forming part 303 B is defined as a second line K.
- the “point at the hindmost position” refers to the point of the periphery (c) that is closest to the back part side.
- the first line J as a standard)(0°
- the angle at the back side relative to the first line J is defined as a positive angle
- the angle at the front side relative to the first line J is defined as a negative angle
- the angle ⁇ between the first line J and the second line K is preferably 30° or less.
- the hem part of the back hemline-forming part 303 B is prevented from losing its shape.
- the angle ⁇ is set at 25° or less.
- adhesion of the back hemline-forming part 303 B to the buttocks is improved, the aforementioned shape loosing can further be reduced.
- the effect of preventing the hem part of the back hemline-forming part 303 B from losing its shape can further be improved.
- the crotch part and the hemline-forming part are in a substantial horseshoe shape. It has been found out by the research of the inventors of the present invention that, when the pattern for the conventional short panty is applied to the aforementioned description, the angle corresponding to the angle ⁇ is set at 35° or more.
- the angle ⁇ is set at ⁇ 15° or more at the ⁇ (minus) side.
- the adhesion of the back hemline-forming part 303 B to the buttocks can be improved as compared to the case where the value of the angle ⁇ is set at the plus side.
- the angle ⁇ is set at ⁇ 10°.
- the angle ⁇ is set as described above because it allows the pattern in which the back hemline-forming part is extended laterally from the back end of the crotch part and, as described above, a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of the wearer as compared to the conventional short panty is formed. Note here that, also in Embodiments 1 and 2, since the value of the angle corresponding to the angle ⁇ is minus, the angle is 30° or less.
- “to set the angle ⁇ between the first line J and the second line K at ⁇ 15° or more” can also be expressed as “the angle ⁇ between the first line J and the second line K is set 15° or less” based on the premise that the end point Z is provided at the B direction relative to the first line J when the angle ⁇ is expressed in an absolute value.
- the distance ⁇ between the front end point Z of the back hemline-forming part 303 B and the front end point E of one of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of the front part 301 in the width direction is about 18 cm in the case of a normal size.
- the distance ⁇ is about 32 cm when the angle ⁇ is 30°
- the distance ⁇ is about 29.5 cm when the angle ⁇ is 25°
- the distance ⁇ is about 26.5 cm when the angle ⁇ is 20°.
- the relationship between the angle ⁇ and the distance ⁇ is not limited to the above, and varies, for example, depending on the size.
- FIG. 5 shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 400 according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention.
- the short panty 400 of Embodiment 4 includes a front part 401 , a back part 402 , and an intervening fabric member 403 .
- the intervening fabric member 403 includes a crotch part 403 A and a back hemline-forming part 403 B.
- the short panty 400 further includes a lining crotch part 404 arranged at the wearer's skin side of the crotch part 403 A.
- Embodiment 4 As shown in FIG. 5 , in Embodiment 4, the front part 401 and the crotch part 403 A are formed integrally. The intervening fabric member 403 is being separated into the crotch part 403 A and the back hemline-forming part 403 B before assembly. Except for this, Embodiment 4 is the same as Embodiment 1.
- each member can be designed freely according to a desired aspect in view of, for example, the working efficiency in a design or a fixing step.
- FIG. 6 shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 500 according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a view showing the state in which the back hemline-forming part 403 B is fixed with the back end of the crotch part 403 A.
- lace members 505 are arranged at the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of the front part 401 in the width direction, the both outer peripheries (b) of the crotch part 403 A in the width direction, and the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part 403 B. Except for this, Embodiment 5 is the same as Embodiment 4.
- Embodiment 5 laces, tapes, and the like can be applied to the hemlines at the time of wearing the short panty. Furthermore, in Embodiment 5, lace members can further be arranged at the top of the front part 401 and the top of the back part 402 . In this manner, the short panty of the present invention can be decorated according to a design. Note here that, although the aspect in which the lace members are arranged at the hemlines of Embodiment 4 is described in Embodiment 5, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other Embodiments may have lace members.
- FIG. 7( a ) shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 600 according to Embodiment 6 of the present invention.
- FIG. 7( b ) shows a view in which the members of the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 are being disassembled.
- the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes a front part 601 , a back part 602 , and an intervening fabric member 603 .
- the intervening fabric member 603 includes a crotch part 603 A and a back hemline-forming part 603 B.
- the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 further includes side-forming part 606 arranged between the back hemline-forming part 603 B and the back part 602 .
- Each of the diagonally shaded areas in FIG. 7 ( a ) indicates the area in which the side-forming part 606 , the back hemline-forming part 603 B, and the back part 602 are overlapped.
- the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part 603 B are straight lines.
- outer edges of the back hemline-forming part 603 B are not necessarily curves in Embodiment 6, for example, the variations of the material that can be used for the back hemline-forming part 603 B can be increased such that a lace tape, a stretch lace, and the like having a predetermined width can be used directly.
- the back hemline-forming part 603 B is formed preferably of a lace material. This allows the design of the short panty 600 to be more delicate and beautiful.
- FIG. 7( c ) shows a view illustrating a pattern in the state where the crotch part 603 A and the back hemline-forming part 603 B are connected.
- a normal to a back centerline H is defined as a first line J
- an extended line of the linear periphery (c) of the back hemline-forming part 603 B is defined as a second line K.
- the first line J as a standard (0°)
- the angle at the back side relative to the first line J the direction of the arrow ⁇ in FIG.
- the angle ⁇ between the first line J and the second line K is preferably 30° or less, more preferably 25° or less, and yet more preferably 20° or less.
- the angle ⁇ is 10°. It is preferable to set the angle as described above because it allows the pattern in which the back hemline-forming part is extended laterally from the back end of the crotch part and, as described above, a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of the wearer as compared to the conventional short panty is formed.
- the distance ⁇ between the front end point Z of the back hemline-forming part 603 B and the front end point E of one of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of the front part 601 in the width direction is about 23 cm in the case of a normal size.
- the relationship between the angle ⁇ and the distance ⁇ is not limited to the above, and varies, for example, depending on the size.
- the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 further includes a side-forming part 606 and the back part 602 is formed of two members, the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes more structural members than other Embodiments. Therefore, in Embodiment 6, by assembling the members, the hem part is prevented from losing its shape and the short panty is allowed to have a more three-dimensional silhouette. As shown in FIG. 7( b ), in Embodiment 6, the sides of the back parts 602 to be fixed to each other are convex to each other. Also, the side of the back part 602 and the side of the side-forming part 606 to be fixed to each other are convex to each other.
- Three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing each of the facing edges that are convex to each other form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side. While the back side right and left peripheries of the back hemline-forming parts 603 B (the sides to be fixed with the side-forming parts 606 ) are straight lines, the crotch part 603 A-side end among the side of the side-forming part 606 to be fixed with the back hemline-forming part 603 B is convexly curved. In this manner, three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing each of the corresponding linear edges and convex edges form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side.
- the short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes a plurality of three-dimensional shape-forming parts at the back side relative to the back hemline-forming part 603 B, it allows to produce a short panty including a part wrapping the buttocks with a three-dimensional beautiful silhouette at the time of wearing it.
- the three-dimensional shape-forming parts are formed by fixing each of the corresponding edges of a plurality of members in Embodiment 6, the present invention is not limited thereto.
- the three-dimensional shape may be formed by making a plurality of dart seams in a single piece of cloth.
- the three-dimensional shape may be formed by making a plurality of slits in a single piece of cloth and fixing the corresponding edges of the slits.
- FIGS. 8( a ) and ( b ) show the short panty 700 which is a variation of Embodiment 6.
- FIG. 8( a ) shows a view of a pattern for the short panty 700
- FIG. 8( b ) shows a view in which the members of the short panty 700 are being disassembled.
- the part corresponding to the back hemline-forming part 603 B and the part corresponding to the side-forming part 606 are formed as a single member.
- this variation is the same as Embodiment 6. Since the number of fixing steps can be reduced by forming the back hemline-forming part 603 B and the side-forming part 606 as a single member as described above, it is convenient in working efficiency.
- FIG. 9( a ) shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 800 according to Embodiment 7 of the present invention.
- the short panty 800 of Embodiment 7 includes a front part 801 , a back part 802 , and an intervening fabric member 803 .
- the intervening fabric member 803 includes a crotch part 803 A and a back hemline-forming part 803 B.
- the back hemline-forming part 803 B is formed of a hem material.
- the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part 803 B are straight lines.
- the angle corresponding to the angle ⁇ is set at 30° or less in the back side direction.
- FIG. 9 ( b ) shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 900 which is a variation of Embodiment 7.
- the back hemline-forming part 903 B and the back part 902 are formed as a single member at the right and left. Except for this, this variation is the same as Embodiment 7.
- a hem material can be used for the back hemline-forming part and the end processing becomes unnecessary. If the end processing becomes unnecessary, it is preferable for the following reasons. That is, the working efficiency is improved because the number of sewing steps can be reduced and better wearing comfort can be achieved because a sewing line does not touch the wearer's skin. Furthermore, since the sewing line of the end processing does not affect an outerwear, it achieves a beautiful silhouette.

Abstract
The present invention provides a bottom garment that effectively prevents the hem part from losing its shape. The bottom garment of the present invention includes a front part (101), a back part (102), and an intervening fabric member (103). The intervening fabric member (103) includes a crotch part (103A) and a back hemline-forming part (103B) extending laterally from a back end of the crotch part. A front end of the crotch part (103A) is connected to the front part (101). Both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of the front part in the width direction, both outer peripheries (b) of the crotch part in the width direction, and front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part form hemlines at the time of wearing the bottom garment. In the back hemline-forming part (103B), the shapes of the front side right and left peripheries (c) forming the hemlines at the time of wearing the bottom garment are concave curves or straight lines. Back side right and left peripheries S of the back hemline-forming part are connected to the back part (102).
Description
- The present invention relates to a bottom garment.
- Heretofore, a bottom garment such as a short panty or the like has had a problem that the hem part often lose its shape i.e. the hem often rides up, bites into the skin, turns inside out, or the like. When the hem of the short panty rides up or bites into a wearer's skin, it gives discomfort to the wearer and distorts the silhouette of the hipline.
- For preventing the hem of the short panty from biting into the skin, the following technique has been proposed. That is, in a panty formed of a front part, a back part, and a substantially horseshoe shaped intervening fabric member arranged between the front part and the back part, the intervening fabric member includes side gusset wide parts arrange at a predetermined spacing and a wrapping narrow part connecting the side gusset wide parts at the bottom of the panty, and this intervening fabric member allows the whole panty to fit the buttocks (see Patent Document 1).
-
- Patent Document 1: JP-UM 06-54704 A
- However, in the aforementioned technique, the hem rides up while the wearer wearing the panty moves, and it was insufficient for preventing the hem part from losing its shape.
- Hence, the present invention is intended to provide a bottom garment that effectively prevents the hem part from losing its shape.
- In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a bottom garment including: a front part; a back part; and an intervening fabric member, wherein the intervening fabric member includes a crotch part and a back hemline-forming part extending laterally from a back end of the crotch part, a front end of the crotch part is connected to the front part, both outer peripheries at a back side of the front part in a width direction, both outer peripheries of the crotch part in a width direction, and front side right and left peripheries of the back hemline-forming part form hemlines at the time of wearing the bottom garment, in the back hemline-forming part, the shapes of the front side right and left peripheries forming the hemlines at the time of wearing the bottom garment are concave curves or straight lines, and back side right and left peripheries of the back hemline-forming part are connected to the back part.
- According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a bottom garment that effectively prevents the hem part from losing its shape.

-
FIG. 1 shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 100 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is a short panty including afront part 101, aback part 102, and an interveningfabric member 103. The interveningfabric member 103 includes acrotch part 103A and a back hemline-formingpart 103B extending laterally from the back end of thecrotch part 103A. Note here that “front” and “back” refer to the front and back directions in the case where the front part side is defined as the front and the back part side is defined as the back. Furthermore, “right” and “left” may be the right and left from the front side or the right and left from the back side. Although Embodiment 1 includes alining crotch part 104 arranged at the wearer's skin side of thecrotch part 103A for improving wearing comfort, thelining crotch part 104 is not an indispensable component in the present invention. The front end of thecrotch part 103A is connected to thefront part 101 and back side right and left peripheries S of the back hemline-forming part are connected to a periphery T of theback part 102. The peripheries S and the periphery T are curved in such a manner that the peripheries S and the periphery T are convex to each other almost throughout except for a peripheral area of the back centerline. Three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing the facing edges that are convex to each other form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side. Note here that, although thefront part 101, thecrotch part 103A, and the back hemline-formingpart 103B are formed integrally in Embodiment 1, the present invention is not limited thereto and thefront part 101, thecrotch part 103A, and the back hemline-formingpart 103B may be separated members. - In Embodiment 1, fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming
part 103B to be fixed with thefront part 101 and both sides M at the front side of thefront part 101 in the width direction are fixed. Thereby, the hemlines at the time of wearing the short panty are formed by both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 101 in the width direction, both outer peripheries (b) of thecrotch part 103A in the width direction, and front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 103B. In Embodiment 1, in the back hemline-formingpart 103B, the shapes of the front side peripheries (c) are concave curves. - By fixing the corresponding parts in the pattern shown in
FIG. 1 , theshort panty 100 according to Embodiment 1 shown inFIG. 2 is formed.FIG. 2( a) is a perspective view,FIG. 2 (b) is a rear perspective view, andFIG. 2 (c) is a view of theshort panty 100 from underneath. -
FIG. 13 shows views for comparing a pattern for theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 and a pattern for a conventional anti-ride up short panty.FIG. 13( a) shows theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 andFIG. 13( b) shows the conventional short panty. - As shown in
FIG. 13 (b), in the pattern for the conventional anti-ride up short panty, the right and left ends of apart 103B′ corresponding to the back hemline-formingpart 103B of Embodiment 1 are arranged facing the direction opposite to acrotch part 103A′, and thecrotch part 103A′ and the back hemline-formingpart 103B′ are in a substantial horseshoe shape. Fixing parts L′ to be fixed with the front part are arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part. In the pattern for the conventional short panty, parts N′ corresponding to the peripheries (c) of Embodiment 1 include convex portions. In other words, parts R corresponding to the lines of the gluteal folds in the vicinity of the bases of the thighs are convex portions. This is because, for preventing ride up, it has been considered fine to wrap a wide range from the hips to the bases of the thighs by forming the lines of the gluteal folds in the vicinity of the bases of the thighs having the highest extension rate of the skin into convex shapes. However, with this aspect, although the short panty wraps the lines of the gluteal folds right after wearing the short panty, the ride up of the hem while moving cannot be prevented sufficiently. - On the other hand, as shown in
FIG. 13( a), in the pattern for theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the back hemline-formingparts 103B are formed in such a manner that they are extended laterally from the back ends of thecrotch part 103A. That is, the back hemline-formingparts 103B are formed at the back ends of thecrotch part 103A to form an inverted T-shape. The right and left ends of the back hemline-formingparts 103B are arranged facing the direction of thecrotch part 103A. Furthermore, in the pattern for Embodiment 1, the peripheries (c) are formed into curves without convex portions, and there are no protruded parts on the peripheries (c). Since such a pattern allows to form a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of a wearer as compared to the conventional short panty, when the wearer wears theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the short panty tightly fits the bases of the thighs of the wearer so that the ride up can be prevented. In Embodiment 1, the back hemline-formingparts 103B are formed in such a manner that they are extended laterally from the back ends of thecrotch part 103A, and the fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-formingpart 103B to be fixed with thefront part 101 are arranged orthogonally to the longitudinal direction of thecrotch part 103A (the direction of the outline arrow shown inFIG. 13 (a)). However, in the present invention, the fixing parts L may be extend diagonally to the longitudinal direction of the crotch part as will be described below. -
FIG. 14 shows photographs for comparing the state of wearing theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 and the state of wearing a conventional anti-ride up short panty.FIG. 14( a) shows theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 andFIG. 14( b) shows the conventional short panty. In each figure, the upper row shows the photograph from a lateral side and the lower row shows the photograph from the back. - In each of the short panties, a grid pattern (about 1.5 cm square) is applied so that the extension and contraction of the fabric can be checked. The grid pattern is applied by drawing the vertical lines and the transverse lines horizontal to each member before the members are fixed (state shown in
FIG. 13 ). - First, in comparison between the photographs in the upper row, the grid pattern at the side of the
short panty 100 of Embodiment 1 (FIG. 14 (a)) is horizontal while the grid pattern at the side of the conventional short panty (FIG. 14 (b)) is diagonal. This shows that the way of fixing the back hemline-forming part at the time of assembling the members is different between theshort panty 100 according to Embodiment 1 and the conventional short panty. In theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the back hemline-formingpart 103B is formed so as to wrap the hemlines from the back to the front. Furthermore, while the size of the grid pattern in the vicinity of the hemline (the area indicated by the arrow in the photograph) at the side of the conventional short panty is not different from the size of the grid pattern at other parts, the grid pattern in the vicinity of the hemline of theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is extended as compared to the grid pattern at other parts. In this manner, in theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the short panty tightly fits at the hemline. Furthermore, in the photographs in the upper row, the corresponding positions are marked with white circles for comparison. While the hindmost white circle is wholly exposed from the short panty in the case of the conventional short panty, the hindmost white circle also is covered with the short panty in the case of theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1. This shows that theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 tightly covers the bases of the thighs in the vicinity of the gluteal folds by the hem part as compared to the conventional short panty. - Next, in comparison between the photographs in the lower row, in the conventional short panty, the grid pattern at the peripheral area of the top of the hip (the area indicated by Q in
FIG. On the other hand, in theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the size of the grid pattern at the peripheral area of the top of the hip is not different from the size of the grid pattern at other parts. That is, since theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1 is in a three-dimensional shape that is even closer to the wearer's buttocks, the fabric at the peripheral areas of the top of the hips is not under an unnecessary tension. Therefore, in theshort panty 100 of Embodiment 1, the fabric is not pulled to the side of the top of the hips even when the wearer moves while wearing the short panty, and this results in the prevention of the ride up of the hem. - In Embodiment 1, there is no particular limitation on the fabric that can be used for each member of the
short panty 100, and examples thereof include woven fabric, knitted fabric, and nonwoven fabric. A preferable example of the fabric includes a fabric having a stretchability containing elastic yarn such as polyurethane or the like. - In Embodiment 1, the back hemline-forming
part 103B is preferably extended and contracted in the direction indicated by the black arrows shown in the pattern ofFIG. 13( a). Thereby, at the time of wearing the short panty, the fabric in the vicinity of the gluteal fold is extended and contracted in the up-and-down direction and the fabric of the hemline at the side of the body is extended and contracted in the front-back direction, and these allow the fabric to follow the extension of the skin in response to the movement of the wearer. Note here that, the back hemline-formingpart 103B may be hardly extended or easily extended in the direction orthogonal to the direction indicated by the black arrows. - In Embodiment 1, the
front part 101, theback part 102, and the interveningfabric member 103 are right-and-left integrated members. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the right part and the left part may be separated members. Note here that the right-and-left integrated member is preferable because this allows the fabric to highly fit the body and allows the fabric to have a smooth texture as compared to the case where the separated right and left members are put together. - In Embodiment 1, the intervening
fabric member 103 and thefront part 101 are formed integrally. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. The front part and the intervening fabric member may be separated members, and the crotch part and the back hemline-forming part of the intervening fabric member may be separated members. - In Embodiment 1, a type of the short panty having short hemlines is described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and can be applied to a long-type short panty in which members for covering the thighs are further arranged at the hemlines.
-
FIG. 3 shows a view illustrating a pattern for the short panty 200 according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention. The short panty 200 of Embodiment 2 includes afront part 201, aback part 202, and an interveningfabric member 203. The interveningfabric member 203 includes acrotch part 203A and a back hemline-formingpart 203B. The short panty 200 further includes alining crotch part 204 arranged at the wearer's skin side of thecrotch part 203A. - Embodiment 2 shows a short panty designed such that a top P of the
front part 201 and a top W of theback part 202 come to a high position at the waist. Here, “top” refers to a part corresponding to the waist at the time of wearing the short panty. Except for this, Embodiment 2 is the same as Embodiment 1. There is no particular limitation on the height of the top P of thefront part 201 and the height of the top W of theback part 202, and the height can be set according to a design. In this manner, the present invention can be applied suitably to a high-waisted short panty, and wearing comfort can be improved and design variations can be expanded. -
FIG. 4( a) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 300 according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. Theshort panty 300 of Embodiment 3 includes afront part 301, aback part 302, and an interveningfabric member 303. The interveningfabric member 303 includes acrotch part 303A and a back hemline-formingpart 303B. - In the pattern for Embodiment 3, the
front part 301 and the interveningfabric member 303 are separated members. Furthermore, in the pattern for Embodiment 3, fixing parts L positioned at the right and left ends of the back hemline-formingpart 303B to be fixed with thefront part 301 are arranged diagonally to the longitudinal direction of thecrotch part 303A. In this manner, in the present invention, the positions of the fixing parts L can be decided according to a design. In Embodiment 3, the aspect in which the fixing parts L of the back hemline-formingpart 303B of Embodiment 2 are arranged diagonally to the longitudinal direction of thecrotch part 303A is described. However, the present invention is not limited thereto and the right and left ends of the back hemline-forming part of other Embodiments may have the same aspect. -
FIG. 4( b) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 300 in the state where thefront part 301 and the interveningfabric member 303 are connected. As shown inFIG. 4( b), in the case where the pattern is placed horizontally, a normal to a back centerline H through a point X at the hindmost position of one of the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 303B is defined as a first line J, and a line connecting the intersection Y of the first line J and the back centerline H and a front end point Z of the back hemline-formingpart 303B is defined as a second line K. In Embodiment 3, the “point at the hindmost position” refers to the point of the periphery (c) that is closest to the back part side. Furthermore, with the first line J as a standard)(0°, in the case where the angle at the back side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow α inFIG. 4( b)) is defined as a positive angle and the angle at the front side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow β inFIG. 4( b)) is defined as a negative angle, the angle θ between the first line J and the second line K is preferably 30° or less. In this case, the hem part of the back hemline-formingpart 303B is prevented from losing its shape. Furthermore, it is more preferable to set the angle θ at 25° or less. In this case, since adhesion of the back hemline-formingpart 303B to the buttocks is improved, the aforementioned shape loosing can further be reduced. Moreover, it is yet more preferable to set the angle θ at 20° or less. In this case, the effect of preventing the hem part of the back hemline-formingpart 303B from losing its shape can further be improved. Here, in the case of the conventional short panty, as described above, the crotch part and the hemline-forming part are in a substantial horseshoe shape. It has been found out by the research of the inventors of the present invention that, when the pattern for the conventional short panty is applied to the aforementioned description, the angle corresponding to the angle θ is set at 35° or more. - Furthermore, it is preferable to set the angle θ at −15° or more at the − (minus) side. Here, by setting the value of the angle θ at the minus side, the adhesion of the back hemline-forming
part 303B to the buttocks can be improved as compared to the case where the value of the angle θ is set at the plus side. On the other hand, in the case where the back hemline-formingpart 303B is likely to bite into the buttocks, it is more suitable to set the angle θ at −10° or more. In this case, the back hemline-formingpart 303B is prevented from biting into the buttocks while the adhesion of the back hemline-formingpart 303B to the buttocks is improved. In Embodiment 3, the angle θ is set at −10°. - It is preferable to set the angle θ as described above because it allows the pattern in which the back hemline-forming part is extended laterally from the back end of the crotch part and, as described above, a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of the wearer as compared to the conventional short panty is formed. Note here that, also in Embodiments 1 and 2, since the value of the angle corresponding to the angle θ is minus, the angle is 30° or less.
- Furthermore, “to set the angle θ between the first line J and the second line K at −15° or more” can also be expressed as “the angle θ between the first line J and the second line K is set 15° or less” based on the premise that the end point Z is provided at the B direction relative to the first line J when the angle θ is expressed in an absolute value.
- In Embodiment 3, the distance γ between the front end point Z of the back hemline-forming
part 303B and the front end point E of one of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 301 in the width direction is about 18 cm in the case of a normal size. In the case of a normal size, the distance γ is about 32 cm when the angle θ is 30°, the distance γ is about 29.5 cm when the angle θ is 25°, and the distance γ is about 26.5 cm when the angle θ is 20°. However, the relationship between the angle θ and the distance γ is not limited to the above, and varies, for example, depending on the size. -
FIG. 5 shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 400 according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention. Theshort panty 400 of Embodiment 4 includes afront part 401, aback part 402, and an interveningfabric member 403. The interveningfabric member 403 includes acrotch part 403A and a back hemline-formingpart 403B. Theshort panty 400 further includes alining crotch part 404 arranged at the wearer's skin side of thecrotch part 403A. - As shown in
FIG. 5 , in Embodiment 4, thefront part 401 and thecrotch part 403A are formed integrally. The interveningfabric member 403 is being separated into thecrotch part 403A and the back hemline-formingpart 403B before assembly. Except for this, Embodiment 4 is the same as Embodiment 1. - In this manner, in the present invention, the aspect of each member can be designed freely according to a desired aspect in view of, for example, the working efficiency in a design or a fixing step.
-
FIG. 6 shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 500 according to Embodiment 5 of the present invention.FIG. 6 is a view showing the state in which the back hemline-formingpart 403B is fixed with the back end of thecrotch part 403A. In Embodiment 5,lace members 505 are arranged at the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 401 in the width direction, the both outer peripheries (b) of thecrotch part 403A in the width direction, and the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 403B. Except for this, Embodiment 5 is the same as Embodiment 4. - According to Embodiment 5, laces, tapes, and the like can be applied to the hemlines at the time of wearing the short panty. Furthermore, in Embodiment 5, lace members can further be arranged at the top of the
front part 401 and the top of theback part 402. In this manner, the short panty of the present invention can be decorated according to a design. Note here that, although the aspect in which the lace members are arranged at the hemlines of Embodiment 4 is described in Embodiment 5, the present invention is not limited thereto, and other Embodiments may have lace members. -
FIG. 7( a) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 600 according to Embodiment 6 of the present invention.FIG. 7( b) shows a view in which the members of theshort panty 600 of Embodiment 6 are being disassembled. Theshort panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes afront part 601, aback part 602, and an interveningfabric member 603. The interveningfabric member 603 includes acrotch part 603A and a back hemline-formingpart 603B. Theshort panty 600 of Embodiment 6 further includes side-formingpart 606 arranged between the back hemline-formingpart 603B and theback part 602. Each of the diagonally shaded areas inFIG. 7 (a) indicates the area in which the side-formingpart 606, the back hemline-formingpart 603B, and theback part 602 are overlapped. - In Embodiment 6, the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming
part 603B are straight lines. As described above, since outer edges of the back hemline-formingpart 603B are not necessarily curves in Embodiment 6, for example, the variations of the material that can be used for the back hemline-formingpart 603B can be increased such that a lace tape, a stretch lace, and the like having a predetermined width can be used directly. In Embodiment 6, the back hemline-formingpart 603B is formed preferably of a lace material. This allows the design of theshort panty 600 to be more delicate and beautiful. -
FIG. 7( c) shows a view illustrating a pattern in the state where thecrotch part 603A and the back hemline-formingpart 603B are connected. As shown inFIG. 7( c), in the case where the pattern is placed horizontally, a normal to a back centerline H is defined as a first line J, and an extended line of the linear periphery (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 603B is defined as a second line K. Furthermore, with the first line J as a standard (0°), in the case where the angle at the back side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow α inFIG. 7( c)) is defined as a positive angle and the angle at the front side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow β inFIG. 7( c)) is defined as a negative angle, the angle θ between the first line J and the second line K is preferably 30° or less, more preferably 25° or less, and yet more preferably 20° or less. In Embodiment 6, the angle θ is 10°. It is preferable to set the angle as described above because it allows the pattern in which the back hemline-forming part is extended laterally from the back end of the crotch part and, as described above, a three-dimensional shape that is close to the shape of the buttocks of the wearer as compared to the conventional short panty is formed. Furthermore, in Embodiment 6, the distance γ between the front end point Z of the back hemline-formingpart 603B and the front end point E of one of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 601 in the width direction is about 23 cm in the case of a normal size. However, the relationship between the angle θ and the distance γ is not limited to the above, and varies, for example, depending on the size. - Since the
short panty 600 of Embodiment 6 further includes a side-formingpart 606 and theback part 602 is formed of two members, theshort panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes more structural members than other Embodiments. Therefore, in Embodiment 6, by assembling the members, the hem part is prevented from losing its shape and the short panty is allowed to have a more three-dimensional silhouette. As shown inFIG. 7( b), in Embodiment 6, the sides of theback parts 602 to be fixed to each other are convex to each other. Also, the side of theback part 602 and the side of the side-formingpart 606 to be fixed to each other are convex to each other. Three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing each of the facing edges that are convex to each other form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side. While the back side right and left peripheries of the back hemline-formingparts 603B (the sides to be fixed with the side-forming parts 606) are straight lines, thecrotch part 603A-side end among the side of the side-formingpart 606 to be fixed with the back hemline-formingpart 603B is convexly curved. In this manner, three-dimensional shape-forming parts formed by fixing each of the corresponding linear edges and convex edges form a three-dimensional shape that is puffed up to the side opposite to the wearer's skin side. Since theshort panty 600 of Embodiment 6 includes a plurality of three-dimensional shape-forming parts at the back side relative to the back hemline-formingpart 603B, it allows to produce a short panty including a part wrapping the buttocks with a three-dimensional beautiful silhouette at the time of wearing it. Note here that although the three-dimensional shape-forming parts are formed by fixing each of the corresponding edges of a plurality of members in Embodiment 6, the present invention is not limited thereto. The three-dimensional shape may be formed by making a plurality of dart seams in a single piece of cloth. Furthermore, the three-dimensional shape may be formed by making a plurality of slits in a single piece of cloth and fixing the corresponding edges of the slits. -
FIGS. 8( a) and (b) show theshort panty 700 which is a variation of Embodiment 6.FIG. 8( a) shows a view of a pattern for theshort panty 700 andFIG. 8( b) shows a view in which the members of theshort panty 700 are being disassembled. In this variation, the part corresponding to the back hemline-formingpart 603B and the part corresponding to the side-formingpart 606 are formed as a single member. Furthermore, there is no overlapped area of the back hemline-formingpart 603B and theback part 602. Except for this, this variation is the same as Embodiment 6. Since the number of fixing steps can be reduced by forming the back hemline-formingpart 603B and the side-formingpart 606 as a single member as described above, it is convenient in working efficiency. -
FIG. 9( a) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 800 according to Embodiment 7 of the present invention. Theshort panty 800 of Embodiment 7 includes afront part 801, aback part 802, and an interveningfabric member 803. The interveningfabric member 803 includes acrotch part 803A and a back hemline-formingpart 803B. - In Embodiment 7, the back hemline-forming
part 803B is formed of a hem material. In the case where the hem material is used, since each end is a straight line while an end processing is unnecessary, the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 803B are straight lines. Also in Embodiment 7, as in Embodiment 6, the angle corresponding to the angle θ is set at 30° or less in the back side direction. In Embodiment 7, there is no particular limitation on the material used for the members other than the back hemline-formingpart 803B. -
FIG. 9 (b) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 900 which is a variation of Embodiment 7. In this variation, the back hemline-formingpart 903B and theback part 902 are formed as a single member at the right and left. Except for this, this variation is the same as Embodiment 7. - In this manner, in the present invention, a hem material can be used for the back hemline-forming part and the end processing becomes unnecessary.

FIG. 10( a) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 1000 according to Embodiment 8 of the present invention. Theshort panty 1000 of Embodiment 8 includes afront part 1001, aback part 1002, and an interveningfabric member 1003. The interveningfabric member 1003 includes acrotch part 1003A and a back hemline-formingpart 1003B. Theshort panty 1000 further includes alining crotch part 1004 arranged at the wearer's skin side of thecrotch part 1003A. - In Embodiment 8, the
short panty 1000 is formed of a free-cut material. Furthermore, the hemlines formed of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 1001 in the width direction, the both outer peripheries (b) of thecrotch part 1003A in the width direction, and the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 1003B at the time of wearing the short panty are wavy lines. Except for this, Embodiment 8 is the same as Embodiment 1. - Furthermore, as shown in
FIG. 10 (b), in the case where the pattern is placed horizontally, a normal to a back centerline H through a point X at the hindmost position of one of the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 1003B is defined as a first line J, and a line connecting the intersection Y of the first line J and the back centerline H and a front end point Z of the back hemline-formingpart 303B is defined as a second line K. In Embodiment 8, the “hindmost point” refers to the point of the wavy outline of the periphery (c) that is closest to the back part side. Furthermore, with the first line J as a standard (0°), in the case where the angle at the back side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow α inFIG. 10( b)) is defined as a positive angle and the angle at the front side relative to the first line J (the direction of the arrow β inFIG. 10( b)) is defined as a negative angle, the angle θ between the first line J and the second line K is set at, as an example, − (minus) 15°. - As described above, in the present invention, the outlines of the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming part can be wavy lines as long as the shapes of the peripheries (c) are concave curves. Furthermore, for example, a part of the outline may be formed into a wavy line or convex. It is preferable to form the hemlines at the time of wearing the short panty into wavy lines with a free-cut material because the silhouette of the short panty is prevented from affecting an outerwear. Furthermore, this may ease the biting of the hemline part into the buttocks.

FIG. 11 shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 1100 according to Embodiment 9 of the present invention. Theshort panty 1100 of Embodiment 9 includes afront part 1101, aback part 1102, and an interveningfabric member 1103. The interveningfabric member 1103 includes acrotch part 1103A and a back hemline-formingpart 1103B. - In Embodiment 9, the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming
part 1103B are straight lines. Furthermore, also in Embodiment 9, as in Embodiment 6, the angle corresponding to the angle θ is set at 30° or less in the back side direction. In Embodiment 9, a dart part D (area enclosed by the chain double-dashed line inFIG. 11 ) is provided at each of the peripheral areas of the front end points E of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 1101 in the width direction and the peripheral areas of the front end points Z of the back hemline-formingpart 1103B. Here, the “peripheral areas” refer to areas each adjacent to and including the front end point E or the front end point Z. Furthermore, in Embodiment 9, the back side right and left peripheries S of the back hemline-formingpart 1103B are concave curves and theback part 1102 is formed of separated right and left members. - When the dart parts D are provided as in Embodiment 9, the hemlines at the front side of the
short panty 1100 can be puffed up by fixing the corresponding parts of the pattern shown inFIG. 11 . This prevents adhesion of the hemlines of theshort panty 1100 to the bases of the thighs at the front side of the body and allows the wearer to move the legs easily. Note here that, also in Embodiments 1 to 8 of the present invention, as in Embodiment 9, a dart part may be provided at each of the peripheral areas of the front end points of the both outer peripheries at the back side of the front part in the width direction and the peripheral areas of the front end points of the back hemline-forming part. -
FIG. 12( a) shows a view illustrating a pattern for theshort panty 1200 according to Embodiment 10 of the present invention. Theshort panty 1200 of Embodiment 10 includes afront part 1201, aback part 1202, and an interveningfabric member 1203. The interveningfabric member 1203 includes acrotch part 1203A and a back hemline-formingpart 1203B. - In Embodiment 10, the front side right and left peripheries (c) of the back hemline-forming
part 1203B are substantially straight lines. Furthermore, also in Embodiment 10, as in Embodiment 6, the angle corresponding to the angle θ is set at 30° or less in the back side direction. In Embodiment 10, the front end points E of the both outer peripheries (a) at the back side of thefront part 1201 in the width direction and the front end points Z of the back hemline-formingpart 1203B each are a round corner. Note here that the angle corresponding to the angle θ refers to the angle in the case where the extended line of the linear periphery (c) of the back hemline-formingpart 1203B excluding the corner adjacent to the front end point Z is assumed as the second line K in Embodiment 6. - By fixing the corresponding parts of the pattern shown in
FIG. 12( a), theshort panty 1200 according to Embodiment 10 shown inFIG. 12( b) is formed.FIG. 12( b) is a front view of theshort panty 1200. As shown inFIG. 12( b), the pattern for Embodiment 10 allows to form a split part F (area enclosed by the chain double-dashed line inFIG. 12( b)) at each of the hemlines at the front side of theshort panty 1200 and allows the wearer to move the legs easily. Note here that, also in Embodiments 1 to 8 of the present invention, as in Embodiment 10, the front end points of the both outer peripheries at the back side of the front part in the width direction and the front end points of the back hemline-forming part may be round corners and the split parts may be formed at the front side hemlines for allowing the wearer to move the legs easily. - The present invention was described above with reference to short panties as specific examples of the embodiments. However, the bottom garment of the present invention is not limited to those described in the specific examples, and can be embodied in various forms. For example, besides the garments described in the aforementioned embodiments, the present invention can be applied to foundation garments such as girdles, bodysuits, and the like and various other garments such as swimsuits, leotards, sports wears, outer wears, and the like. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied not only to daily short panties but also to, for example, sanitary short panties and short panties for light incontinence.
