Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a wrap case for packaging, and in particular to a wrap case for packaging, which is characterized in that a component for fixing a wrap is integrally provided, not separately, in order to fix the wrap, so the wrap is prevented from moving during the packaging of a predetermined thing, and a packaging work is easy, and the weight is light while effectively protecting the built-in wrap along with an easier recycling. Safety may be enhanced since metallic teeth are not used.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • A predetermined container filled with food is generally sealed using a wrap in order to prevent the food from being oxidized as the food comes into direct contact with air. Such a wrap is a packaging material made from a synthetic resin in a form of film and is configured to maintain the freshness of food in such a way to seal the container containing a variety of foods.
  • The related packaging wrap is wound on a cylindrical winding roll and is accommodated in a predetermined shaped packaging wrap case. Such a related packaging wrap is manufactured by bending a sheet of paper into a rectangular parallelepiped shape wherein a cover is integrally provided while leaving one side of the rectangular parallelepiped open. In order to cut the wrap, metallic teeth are formed along one edge of the above open side.
  • In the above-described related wrap case, the winding roll is simply inserted inside of the case, not fixed to the case. When a user unwinds the wound wrap when in use, the wound roll moves inside of the case, so cutting the wrap properly becomes hard.
  • When the wound roll moves, it may roll out of the case. In order to prevent the wound roll from rolling out of the case, the user needs to hold the wrap tightly. Since the related wrap case is made from paper, if the user holds the wrap tightly, the wrap case may be easily crushed, thus damaging the wrap accommodated inside of the wrap case. When the user packs a predetermined container using a packaging wrap while holding the related wrap case with a hand, the metallic teeth of the wrap case may hurt the user's hand due to the user's carelessness.
  • As one of the related art, the Korean Patent Publication Number 10-2010-0100460 describes a wrap cutter for packaging.
  • DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Technical Field
  • Accordingly, the present invention is made in an effort to improve the above-described problems. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wrap case for packaging, which is characterized in that a component for fixing a wrap is integrally provided, not separately, in order to fix the wrap, so the wrap is prevented from moving during the packaging of a predetermined thing, and a packaging work is easy, and the weight is light while effectively protecting the built-in wrap. Recycling is easy because a heterogeneous material is not used. Safety may be enhanced since metallic teeth are not bonded using an adhesive, along with easier recycling.

For this, manufacture is easy, and manufacturing cost is low. Since any heterogeneous material is not used, recycling is also easy. The paper pipe 2 is inserted in the shaft hole 21 and is fixed in place, the wrap 3 does not move inside of the wrap case 1 when drawing the wrap 3, so the user does not need to hold the wrap 3 with hands when in use, thus preventing the wrap case 1 from crushing. Also, since the paper pipe 2 rotates in the shaft hole 21 when drawing the wrap 3, the wrap 3 may be efficiently drawn out.
  • Since a bottom surface and front and rear surfaces all belonging to the wrap case 1 are formed in a dual structure, the whole structure of the wrap case is stronger than the related product structure, and the accommodated wrap 3 may not be easily crushed by an external impact. In particular, even when the user holds the wrap case with hands when drawing the wrap 3, the wrap is not easily crushed. In addition, the present invention further comprises a cutter 40 which is slidably engaged at the wrap case 1 as compared with the related art wherein the metallic teeth are attached to the case using an adhesive so as to cut the wrap 3. So, it is possible to prevent any injuries when in use. The cutter 40 may be easily separated from the wrap case 1, which results in easier recycling.
