Abstract

A clothing with incisions for tearing. The incisions may be in a linear pattern and may extend from the top end of the clothing to a bottom end of the clothing. Therefore, a user may wear the clothing once and then discard the clothing by tearing the clothing off.

Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to tear off clothing and, more particularly, to clothing with a linear plurality of incisions.
Currently, a lot of garments are inexpensive to make and may be easily made and replenished. Due to the inexpensive garments, users tend to wear their clothing only once and then never wear them again. Therefore, the garment ends up taking up space in the closet. The dry cleaning expenses and effort may prevent people from wearing the clothing more than once.
As can be seen, there is a need for disposable clothing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In one aspect of the present invention, an apparel comprises: a clothing comprising a top end, a bottom end, a first side and a second side; and a plurality of incisions, wherein the plurality of incisions is linear substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing.
In another aspect of the present invention, a method of undressing comprises: wearing apparel comprising: a clothing comprising a top end, a bottom end, a first side and a second side; and a plurality of incisions, wherein the plurality of incisions is linear substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing; tearing the plurality of incisions; and removing the clothing from a user's body.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The following detailed description is of the best currently contemplated modes of carrying out exemplary embodiments of the invention. The description is not to be taken in a limiting sense, but is made merely for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention, since the scope of the invention is best defined by the appended claims.
Broadly, an embodiment of the present invention provides a clothing with incisions for tearing. The incisions may be in a linear pattern and may extend from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing. Therefore, a user may wear the clothing once and then discard the clothing by tearing the clothing off.
The present invention may include clothing with premade cuts for an easy tear at a designated spot on a garment. The present invention may include the cuts in specific areas such as seams in which a user may rip the clothing off when the user is done wearing the item. Therefore, the clothing may be for one time use and may be disposable.
Users will no longer have to worry about dry cleaning bills, proper storage, hanging, stains, smells, or ruined fabrics. The concern of destroying your own clothing by stains or rips is no longer an issue, since the clothing may be made to rip off at the end of its usage.
In certain embodiments, the garment may be made similar to other garments on the market and therefore ripping the garment is optional. The user may decide to re-wear the garment and then rip the garment off at a different time. Further, to prevent accidental tears, the present invention may include a button. The button may be secured at the end of the linear incisions. The button may be about 1 to about 2 inches in length. Further, about a half inch wide piece of fabric may be implemented and secured covering the incision to avoid accidental rips and tears
Referring to FIGS. 1 through 6, the present invention may include apparel. The apparel may be clothing that may include a top end, a bottom end, a first side, and a second side. The clothing may include a plurality of incisions 10. The plurality of incisions 10 may be linear and may be substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing.
In certain embodiments, the clothing is a t-shirt 12 or sweater. For example, the t-shirt 12 or sweater may be a v-neck t-shirt. The t-shirt 12 or sweater may form a neck opening at the top end and a waist opening at the bottom end. In certain embodiments, the plurality of incisions 10 may run from the neck opening to the waist opening.
In certain embodiments, the clothing is a dress 16. The dress 16 may form a neck opening at the top end and a lower opening at the bottom end. In certain embodiments, the plurality of incisions 10 may run from the neck opening to the lower opening.
In certain embodiments, the clothing is a swim suit 14. The swim suit 14 may include an upper garment and a lower garment. In certain embodiments, the upper garment may form a neck opening at the top end and a waist opening at the bottom end. The plurality of incisions 10 may run from the neck opening to the waist opening. In certain embodiments, the lower garment may form a waist opening at the top end and a pair of leg openings at the bottom end. The plurality of incision may run from the waist opening to the pair of leg openings.
In certain embodiments, the clothing is pants 18. The pants 18 form a waist opening at the top end and a pair of feet openings at the bottom end. The plurality of incisions 10 may run from the waist opening to the pair of leg openings. In certain embodiments, the plurality of incisions 10 may run from the pair of leg openings to a crotch area of the pants 18.
In certain embodiments, the clothing is a button up shirt 20. The button up shirt 20 may include shoulder seems, a neck opening forming at the top end and a waist opening forming at the bottom end. In certain embodiments, the plurality of incisions 10 may run from the shoulder seems to the waist opening.
A method of undressing may include the following. An apparel may be worn that may include a clothing. The clothing may include a top end, a bottom end, a first side, and a second side. The apparel may further include a plurality of incisions. The plurality of incisions may be linear and may be substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing. A user may further undress themselves by tearing the plurality of incisions and removing the clothing from the user's body.
A method of making the present invention may include the following. A factory may manufacture the clothing with premade incisions. In certain embodiments, the incisions may be sewn into a seam. In other embodiments of the present invention, the incisions may be cut into the clothing after the clothing has been made.
It should be understood, of course, that the foregoing relates to exemplary embodiments of the invention and that modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. An apparel comprising:

a clothing comprising a top end, a bottom end, a first side and a second side; and

a plurality of incisions, wherein the plurality of incisions is linear substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing.

2. The apparel of claim 1, wherein the clothing is a t-shirt.

3. The apparel of claim 2, wherein the t-shirt forms a neck opening at the top end and a waist opening at the bottom end, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the neck opening to the waist opening.

4. The apparel of claim 3, wherein the t-shirt is a v-neck t-shirt.

5. The apparel of claim 1, wherein the clothing is a dress.

6. The apparel of claim 5, wherein the dress forms a neck opening at the top end and a lower opening at the bottom end, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the neck opening to the lower opening.

7. The apparel of claim 1, wherein the clothing is an swim wear comprising an upper garment and a lower garment.

8. The apparel of claim 7, wherein the upper garment comprises forms a neck opening at the top end and a waist opening at the bottom end, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the neck opening to the waist opening.

9. The apparel of claim 7, wherein the lower garment comprises forms a waist opening at the top end and a pair of leg openings at the bottom end, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the waist opening to the pair of leg openings.

10. The apparel of claim 1, wherein the clothing is pants.

11. The apparel of claim 10, wherein the pants form a waist opening at the top end and a pair of feet openings at the bottom end, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the waist opening to the pair of leg openings.

12. The apparel of claim 11, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the pair of leg openings to a crotch area of the pants.

13. The apparel of claim 1, wherein the clothing is a button up shirt.

14. The apparel of claim 13, wherein the button up shirt comprises shoulder seems, a neck opening forming at the top end and a waist opening forming at the bottom end.

15. The apparel of claim 14, wherein the plurality of incisions runs from the shoulder seems to the waist opening.

16. A method of undressing comprising:

wearing apparel comprising:

a plurality of incisions, wherein the plurality of incisions is linear substantially running from the top end of the clothing to the bottom end of the clothing;

tearing the plurality of incisions; and

removing the clothing from a user's body.
