FIG. 3 is an overall schematic view of the assembled ventilating fan according to the embodiment of the present invention;FIG. 4 is a side view of a shutter according to the embodiment of the present invention;FIG. 5 is a front view of a shutter according to the embodiment of the present invention. - As shown in figures, an
adapter structure 100 of a ventilating fan according to the present invention comprises: anoval metal adapter 200 and anoval metal shutter 300 provided in themetal adapter 200 and being cooperated with a shape of theoval metal adapter 200, theshutter 300 is formed by resin of a plate body, twoclamp parts 370 are provided for clamping the rotatingshaft 230 and erected from left and right edges of the plate body to an outside surface. Theshutter 300 is rotated in themetal adapter 230 by therotating shafts 230. - The present application gives the following definitions: under the statement of the
shutter 300 closing, a surface located at anair inlet 210 side of themetal adapter 200 is defined as aninner surface 320, and a surface located at anair outlet 220 side of themetal adapter 200 is defined as anouter surface 330, parts over the rotatingshafts 230 of theshutter 300 is defined as anupper part 340 of theshutter 300, parts under the rotatingshafts 230 of theshutter 300 is defined as anlower part 350 of theshutter 300, an end of thelower part 350 of theshutter 300 is defined as atail 360, a symmetry axis of a longitudinal cross-section of theoval metal shutter 300 in the horizontal direction is defined as amajor axis 375, and a symmetry axis in the vertical direction is defined as aminor axis 380. - As the
rotating shafts 230 according to the present invention are provided on both sides of theshutter 300, the shafts bodies are not located on the center of theshutter 300, and an imagination line connecting and extending between both sides of therotating shafts 230 is defined as a center line of therotating shafts 230. Alternatively in the present invention the rotatingshafts 230 may be one shaft running through both sides of theshutter 300. A projection of a center line of therotating shaft 230 on theshutter 300 intersects theminor axis 380, and the intersection point is defined as aprojection point 383, acurve point 382 is provided between theprojection point 383 of the center line of therotating shaft 230 on theminor axis 380 and thetail 360 of theshutter 300, and acurve portion 390 is formed by curving theshutter 300 from thecurve point 382 to theinner surface 320 side of the shutter along theminor axis 380. - When the ventilating fan operates, air is flowing from the
air inlet 210 of themetal adapter 200 to theshutter 300, and theshutter 300 is opened. Before the air reaches thecurve point 382, air density on the lower side of theinner surface 320 of theshutter 300 is equal to the air density on the upper side of theouter surface 330. As thecurve portion 390 is formed by curving theshutter 300 from thecurve point 382 to theinner surface 320 side of theshutter 300 along theminor axis 380, air density on the lower side of theinner surface 320 of theshutter 300 starts to increase from thecurve point 382, and the air density increases as a radian of thecurve portion 390 increases, and air density on the upper side of theouter surface 330 of theshutter 300 starts to decrease from thecurve point 382, and the air density decreases as a radian of thecurve portion 390 increases, so more closer toward thetail 360 of theshutter 300 the position is, more larger the air buoyant is, theshutter 300 is stable by virtue of thecurve portion 390 at the opening position and the vibration of theshutter 300 is suppressed. - The
shutter 300 is formed smoothly from thecurve point 382 to thetail 360 by thecurve portion 390, so that the air flowing is guided to flow the outdoor smoothly, and the turbulent is avoided. - In the embodiment, the
curve point 382 is located on an upstream side where a distance is a third from therotate shaft 230 to thetail 360. With the above structure, air density on the lower side of theinner surface 320 of theshutter 300 starts to increase at the upstream side where the distance is one third from the rotating shaft to the tail, so that the air buoyant applied on theinner surface 320 of theshutter 300 is efficient, and the vibration of theshutter 300 at the opening position is suppressed, and the opening degree of theshutter 300 is maintained. Comparing the shutter with curving edges in the prior art, the air flowing in the present invention is more smooth and the air flowing quantity is increased. - The
shutter 300 according to the present invention is formed by resin injection molding as a whole. With injection molding, it is not necessary to use the rubber ring for mounting the shutter on the metal adapter, instead, clamp parts 370 are provided vertically on theouter surface 330 of theshutter 300, and theclamp parts 370 andshutter 300 are formed as a whole, clamp holes 371 are provided on theclamp parts 370, arivet 201 is mounted on the inner wall of themetal adapter 200. When theshutter 300 is mounted, the clamp parts are elastically deformed so that the clamp hole is cooperated with therivet 201 on the inner wall of themetal adapter 200, and the mount of theshutter 300 is finished. Additionally, reinforcingparts 372 are provided on theclamp parts 370 for reinforcing themselves. Specifically, the reinforcingparts 372 are shaped as a triangle when theshutter 300 is opened horizontally, and are configured to have two reinforcing parts to clamp therivet 201. Due to the support of theReinforcing parts 372, therivet 201 is clamped in theclamp parts 371 so that then theshutter 300 is mounted on themetal adapter 200, theclamp parts 370 is vertical to the upper surface of theshutter 300. - As the
shutter 300 is formed by resin injection molding, the noise caused by collision between the metal shutter and thelimit structure 400 of themetal adapter 200 is reduced, and the sponge is not necessary. Therefore, the present invention is advantageous in reducing the cost, lowering the working time. Further, as the resin is lighter than metal theshutter 300 is light and opened easily so as to reduce noise and ensure air quantity. - A
rib 381 is formed on theminor axis 380 of theshutter 300 according to the present invention, and arib 231 also is formed on a projection of the center line of therotate shaft 230 on theshutter 300. - As the
shutter 300 is formed by resin injecting molding as a plate body, the shutter is designed to be light and thin. Though the plate body is provided to be thin, as therib 381 is formed on theminor axis 380, thecurve portion 390 is provided on the plate body surely. Though the plate body is provided to be thin, as therib 231 also is formed on the projection of the center line of therotate shaft 230 on theshutter 300, the strength of theshutter 300 is efficient for mounting after the shutter is elastically deformed. - Additionally, the rotating
shaft 230 of the shutter is provided at the outer surface side of the plate body, even though the shape of themetal adapter 200 is oval, it may increase air flowing quantity in the upper side of theouter surface 330 of theshutter 300 when theshutter 300 is opened. Accordingly it helps to equalize the air flowing quantity in the lower side of the inner surface, and it is easy to maintain the shutter in a status of being opened horizontally. - In the embodiment, the rotating
shaft 230 is integrated to be arranged on themetal adapter 200. Alternatively, grooves are provided in two inner sides of themetal adapter 200, and a protrusion is provided on both sides of theshutter 300 integrally. When theshutter 300 is mounted, theshutter 300 is deformed slightly so that the protrusion is fitted into the grooves so as to form a rotating shaft. Those skills in the art may understand that rotating shaft of the present invention can be modified or some technical features are replaceable with equivalents without departing from the spirits of the technical solution of the present invention, which should be considered as falling into the scope of the present invention.
