Description
- This application claims the benefit of priority of U.S. provisional application No. 61/676,780, filed Jul. 27, 2012, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.
- The present invention relates to a tiered beer pong device and, more particularly, to a device that provides elevated beer pong cups on multiple levels.
- Beer pong is a drinking game in which players throw a ping pong ball across a table with the intent of landing the ball in a cup of beer on the other end. The game typically consists of two teams of two players each with six or ten cups set up in a triangle formation on each side. Each team then takes turns attempting to shoot ping pong balls into the opponent's cups. If a ball lands in a cup the contents of that cup are consumed by the other team and the cup is removed from the table. The first team to eliminate all of the opponent's cups is the winner. The current game of beer pong is played on a flat surface and therefore is two dimensional.
- As can be seen, there is a need for a multi tiered beer pong device for enhanced play.
- In one aspect of the present invention, a tiered beer pong device comprises: at least one base having a substantially flat bottom to support the tiered beer pong device; at least a first tier and a second tier, wherein the first tier and the second tier are connected to and elevated above the at least one base by at least one riser, wherein the first tier comprises a first platform supported by the at least one riser and wherein the second tier comprises a second platform supported by the at least one riser, wherein a distance from the second platform to the base is greater than a distance from the first platform to the base.
- These and other features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become better understood with reference to the following drawings, description and claims.
-
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the present invention; -
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention; -
