Abstract

A dual-functional cosmetic bottle includes a bottle body having a first housing and an opening end at an upper portion thereof; a rotating cap having an eyelash brush inside, which can be inserted into the first housing and has a second housing inside; an extending tube extended from an upper portion of the rotating cap; and an eye-shadow pen inserted into the second housing and one end of the eye-shadow pen connected to an upper cap. In one embodiment, the bottle body can include the eyelash brush and the eye-shadow pen simultaneously, while including the first and second housings to store eyelash liquid and eye-shadow liquid respectively. Therefore, this dual-functional cosmetic bottle can include both eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen simultaneously, which is convenient and more portable for the user without carrying multiple bottles that may take more spaces.

RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims priority to Taiwanese Patent Application Serial Number 099225629, filed on Dec. 30, 2010, the entirety of which is hereby incorporated by reference.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a cosmetic bottle, and more specifically to a portable and dual-functional cosmetic bottle that includes both eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

It is an old saying that “fine feathers make fine birds.” Women usually put on some makeups and dress up when going out. Also, putting on some makeups is etiquette. Women may put cheek rouge on the cheek, lipstick on the lip, eye shadow on the top portion of the eyes, or brush the eyelash to make them look more beautiful and graceful.
Conventionally, the eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen are two separate objects, or stored in the eyelash liquid and eye-shadow liquid respectively. When using them outside, a user may have to carry two bottles simultaneously, which may occupy certain spaces in the handbag. Moreover, it may be annoying that the bottles in the handbag can generate some noises when colliding with each other.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, the eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen are stored and used separately, and it may be annoying that the user may have to carry two different bottles that occupy more spaces.
The main point of the present invention is to provide a bottle that includes both eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen, wherein the bottle has a first housing to store eyelash liquid, and the eyelash brush has a second housing to store the eye-shadow liquid. The present invention provides a dual-functional bottle that enables the user to carry the eyelash brush and eye-shadow pen simultaneously, and it is more convenient for the user without carrying multiple bottles that may take more spaces.
In order to achieve the goal stated above, the bottle in the present invention includes: a bottle body with a first housing to store eyelash liquid and an upper portion of bottle body having an opening end which has a first outer thread located at an outer surface of the opening end; a rotating cap having a first inner thread inside engaged with the first outer thread to secure the rotating cap at an upper portion of the opening end of the bottle body; the rotating cap having an eyelash brush inside which can be inserted into the first housing; and the eyelash brush having a second housing to store eye-shadow liquid, wherein an extending tube can be extended from the upper portion of the rotating cap and an outer surface of the extending tube has a second outer thread; an eye-shadow pen which can be inserted into the second housing and one end of the eye-shadow pen connected to a upper cap having a second inner thread inside to engage with the second outer thread, such that the upper cap can be secured at the upper portion of the extending tube; a first scratching unit located between the bottle body and the rotating cap, and more specifically at the opening end of the bottle body, wherein the first scratching unit is made by soft and resilient materials and the front portion of the first scratching unit has a first adjusting opening; and a second scratching unit located inside the extending tube of the rotating cap, wherein the second scratching unit is made by soft and resilient materials and the second scratching unit has a second adjusting opening inside.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

Although any methods, devices and materials similar or equivalent to those described can be used in the practice or testing of the invention, the exemplary methods, devices and materials are now described.

In order to further understand the structure and means to practice the present invention to achieve the expected goal, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, this invention provides a dual-functional cosmetic bottle, including:
a bottle body (10) with a first housing (11) to store eyelash liquid and an upper portion of bottle body (10) having an opening end (12) which has a first outer thread (13) located at an outer surface of the opening end (12);
a rotating cap (20) having a first inner thread (21) inside which is engaged with the first outer thread (13) to secure the rotating cap (20) at an upper portion of the opening end (12) of the bottle body (10); the rotating cap (20) having an eyelash brush (22) which can be inserted into the first housing (11) and the eyelash brush (22) having a second housing (23) to store eye-shadow liquid, wherein a extending tube (24) can be extended from an upper portion of the rotating cap (20), and an outer surface of the extending tube (24) has a second outer thread (25);
an eye-shadow pen (30) which can be inserted into the second housing (23) and one end of the eye-shadow pen (30) connected to a upper cap (31) which has a second inner thread (32) inside to engage with the second outer thread (25), such that the upper cap (31) can be secured at the upper portion of the extending tube (24);
a first scratching unit (40) located between the bottle body (10) and the rotating cap (20) and more specifically at the opening end (12) of the bottle body (10), wherein the first scratching unit (40) is made by soft and resilient materials, and the front portion of the first scratching unit (40) has a first adjusting opening (41); and
a second scratching unit (50) located inside the extending tube (24) of the rotating cap (20), wherein the second scratching unit (50) is made by soft and resilient materials, and the second scratching unit (50) has a second adjusting opening (51) inside.
The description above illustrates the structure, location and relationship of each component in the present invention. The expected goal after integrating each component in the present invention is illustrated as following:
Still referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 along with FIGS. 4 to 5, the eyelash liquid is stored at the first housing (11) and the first scratching unit (40) is placed between the bottle body (10) and the rotating cap (20), more specifically at the opening end (12) of the bottle body (10). Also, the eyelash brush (22) is inserted into the first housing (11), and the rotating cap (20) can be secured at the upper portion of the opening end (12) when the first inner thread (21) is engaged with the first outer thread (13).
Furthermore, the eye-shadow liquid is placed at the second housing (23) and the second scratching unit (50) is located inside the extending tube (24) of the rotating cap (20).
Finally, the second scratching unit (50) is located inside the extending tube (24) of the rotating cap (20) and the eye-shadow pen (30) is inserted into the second housing (23), and the upper cap (31) can be secured at the upper portion of the extending tube (24) when the second inner thread (32) is engaged with the second outer thread (25).
When a user wants to use the eyelash brush (22), the user only has to unscrew the rotating cap (20) an pull out the eyelash brush (22) with the eyelash liquid and remove excessive eyelash liquid at the eyelash brush (22) at the first adjusting opening (41) of the first scratching unit (40), so that the user can use the eyelash liquid with an appropriate amount.
When a user wants to use the eye-shadow pen (30), the user only has to unscrew the upper cap (31) an pull out the eye-shadow pen (30) with the eye-shadow liquid and remove excessive eye-shadow liquid at the eye-shadow pen (30) at the second adjusting opening (51) of the second scratching unit (50), so that the user can use the eye-shadow liquid with an appropriate amount.
Therefore, the user can carry both the eyelash brush and the eye-shadow pen at the same time by using the dual-functional cosmetic bottle in the present invention. It is convenient and more portable for the user without carrying multiple bottles that may take much more spaces.
Having described the invention by the description and illustrations above, it should be understood that these are exemplary of the invention and are not to be considered as limiting. Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.

Claims

1. A dual-functional cosmetic bottle, comprising:

a bottle body, which has a first housing and an opening end at an upper portion of the bottle body;

a rotating cap having an eyelash brush inside, which is able to be inserted into the first housing and the eyelash brush having a second housing, wherein an extending tube is extended from an upper portion of the rotating cap;

a eye-shadow pen which is able to be inserted into the second housing and the eye-shadow pen connected to an upper cap.

2. The dual-functional cosmetic bottle of claim 1, wherein a first scratching unit is located between the bottle body and the rotating cap, and more specifically at the opening end of the bottle body; and the first scratching unit is made by soft and resilient materials, having a first adjusting opening at a front end.

3. The dual-functional cosmetic bottle of claim 1, wherein a second scratching unit is located inside the extending tube of the rotating cap, and the second scratching unit is made by soft and resilient materials, having a second adjusting opening inside.

4. The dual-functional cosmetic bottle of claim 1, wherein the first housing is used to store eyelash liquid and the second housing is used to store eye-shadow liquid.

The dual-functional cosmetic bottle of claim 1, wherein a first outer thread is formed at an outer surface of the opening end, while a first inner thread is formed inside the rotating cap, and the rotating cap is secured at the upper portion of the bottle body when the first inner thread is engaged with the first outer thread.

6. The dual-functional cosmetic bottle of claim 1, wherein a second outer thread is formed at an outer surface of the extending tube, while a second inner thread is formed inside the upper cap, and the upper cap is secured at the upper portion of the extending tube.
