Abstract

A soccer-shaped cosmetic box includes an upper and a lower body having a plurality of connecting boards. The upper and lower body have a first and second connecting portions inside respectively, and the a receiving slot which can be used to store a brushing pen is formed between the connecting boards and the first and second connecting portions. The cosmetic box also has a plurality of lateral covering unit with a plurality of displaying areas and at least one receiving slot is formed inside the lateral covering unit to store powder, lipstick, eye shadow, cheek rouge, etc. The lateral covering unit is hinged with the connecting board and covering between the upper and lower body for form a ball-shaped unit. When a user wants to use the cosmetics stored in the receiving slot, the user can open the lateral covering unit or completely unfold the cosmetic box. It is not only convenient for the user to use without taking too much space, but also providing ornamental functions.

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention is related to a cosmetic box, and more specifically to a soccer-shaped cosmetic box which is formed by a plurality of lateral covering units, an upper body and a lower body, wherein the lateral covering unit creates a plurality of receiving slots to store cosmetics and when a user wants to use the cosmetics stored therein, the user can merely open the lateral covering unit or completely unfold the cosmetic box. It is not only convenient to use without taking too much space, but also providing ornamental functions.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

It is an old saying that “fine feathers make fine birds.” Almost every woman has certain kinds of skin care products or cosmetics in her bag to put on makeups whenever she wants. Women may also put the cosmetics or skin care products on a dressing table. The skin care products are usually contained in bottles with different shapes, which can not only hold the skin care products, but also provide ornamental functions.
Conventionally, the cosmetic box is function-oriented and usually includes just one of the cosmetics (e.g. powder, lipstick, eye shadow, cheek rouge, etc.) with a brushing pen that can take the cosmetic from the box and put it on the woman's face. In addition, there is usually a mirror in the cosmetic box so the user can watch the mirror while putting the makeups on. However, this kind of cosmetic box can only provide single cosmetic product without coupling with other cosmetics or the cosmetic with different colors.
A better-designed cosmetic box includes several smaller rectangle cosmetic boxes that are placed in a bigger cosmetic box. The smaller cosmetic boxes, which are well organized, may include powder, lipstick, eye shadow, cheek rouge, etc. The cosmetics in the smaller boxes can also be coupled with other cosmetics or the cosmetic with different colors. Furthermore, there is a small brushing pen in the bigger cosmetic box that is used to take the cosmetics in the smaller boxes, as well as a mirror placed in the bigger cosmetic box so that the user can watch the mirror while putting on the makeups. However, this kind of cosmetic box lacks ornamental functions.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Conventionally, the cosmetic box emphasizes on practical usage and ignores its ornamental functions, so the cosmetic box cannot be used as ornamentation.
The main object of the present invention is to provide a ball-shaped cosmetic box which is formed by a plurality of lateral covering units, an upper body and a lower body, wherein the lateral covering unit creates a plurality of receiving slots to store cosmetics and when a user wants to use the cosmetics stored therein, the user can open the lateral covering unit or completely unfold the cosmetic box. It is not only convenient to use without taking too much space, but also providing ornamental functions.
The secondary object of the present invention is to provide color paintings in a display area to increase the aesthetic value. For example, the soccer ball can be painted with golden color that can be used as a reflecting mirror, so the user can user the mirror while putting makeups on.
In order to achieve the goals stated above, the cosmetic box in the present invention includes: an upper body having a plurality of connecting boards which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the upper body; an opening slot located between the connecting boards of the upper body; a first connecting portion, which is a hollow tube, located at an inner portion of the upper body; a receiving unit located between the connecting board and the first connecting portion; and a recessed unit located outside the connecting board, wherein the recessed unit is recessed and has a separating portion, at least one supporting unit and at least one protruding unit; and the first connecting portion has a positioning wall outside and a ladder slot inside, wherein the positioning wall has a protruding positioning unit and a positioning hole located opposite to the protruding positioning unit;
a lower body having a plurality of lower connecting boards which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the lower body, and the lower connecting boards of the lower body and the connecting boards of the upper body staggered with each other; a lower opening slot located between the lower connecting boards of the lower body; a second connecting portion, which is a hollow tube, located at an inner portion of the lower body; a lower receiving unit located between the lower connecting board and the second connecting portion; and a lower recessed unit located outside the lower connecting board, wherein the lower recessed unit is recessed with a lower separating portion, at least one lower supporting unit and at least one lower protruding unit; and the second connecting portion has a lower positioning wall outside and a ladder column inside, wherein the lower positioning wall has a lower positioning slot outside which can be engaged with the protruding positioning unit, and at least one positioning protruding hole which is located opposite to the lower positioning slot and can be engaged with the positioning hole;
a plurality of lateral covering units having a plurality of displaying areas which are of geometric shapes; at least one receiving slot where a powder, lipstick, eye shadow or cheek rouge can be placed; and a recessed body which can be recessedly formed in the recessed unit and the lower recessed unit and the recessed body having a recessed slot which can be engaged with the supporting unit and the lower supporting unit, wherein the lateral covering unit is hinged with the connecting board and the lower connecting board, and covers the upper body and the lower body to form a ball-shaped unit, and the recessed body has a protruding edge which can be restricted by the protruding unit and lower protruding unit, so that the recessed body cannot be detached easily when it is engaged with the recessed unit and the lower recessed unit; and
at least one brushing pen which can be placed in the receiving unit and the lower receiving unit; one end of the brushing pen has either a soft or brush pen head and the other end of the brushing pen can be connected to a connecting rod to extend the length of the brushing pen for the user to hold and the connecting rod can be placed in the receiving unit and the lower receiving unit.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The detailed description set forth below is intended as a description of the presently exemplary device provided in accordance with aspects of the present invention and is not intended to represent the only forms in which the present invention may be prepared or utilized. It is to be understood, rather, that the same or equivalent functions and components may be accomplished by different embodiments that are also intended to be encompassed within the spirit and scope of the invention.

In order to further understand the structure and means to practice the present invention to achieve the expected goal, a number of embodiments along with the drawings are illustrated as following:
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 6, this invention provides a soccer cosmetic box, including:
an upper body (10) having a plurality of connecting boards (11) which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the upper body (10); an opening slot (12) located between the connecting boards (11) of the upper body (10); a first connecting portion (13), which is a hollow tube, located at an inner portion of the upper body (10); a receiving unit (14) located between the connecting board (11) and the first connecting portion (13); and a recessed unit (15) located outside the connecting board (11), wherein the recessed unit (15) is recessed with a separating portion (151), at least one supporting unit (152) and at least one protruding unit (153); and the first connecting portion (13) has a positioning wall (131) outside and a ladder slot (132) inside, wherein the positioning wall (131) has a protruding positioning unit (133) and a positioning hole (134) located opposite thereto;
a lower body (20) having a plurality of lower connecting boards (21) which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the lower body (20), and the lower connecting boards (21) of the lower body (20) and the connecting boards (11) of the upper body (10) staggered with each other; a lower opening slot (22) located between the lower connecting boards (21) of the lower body (20); a second connecting portion (23), which is a hollow tube, located at an inner portion of the lower body (20); a lower receiving unit (24) located between the lower connecting board (21) and the second connecting portion (23); and a lower recessed unit (25) located outside the lower connecting board (21), wherein the lower recessed unit (25) is recessed with a lower separating portion (251), at least one lower supporting unit (252) and at least one lower protruding unit (253); and the second connecting portion (23) has a second positioning wall (231) outside and a ladder column (232) inside, wherein the second positioning wall (231) has a lower positioning slot (233) outside which can be engaged with the protruding positioning unit (133), and at least one positioning protruding hole (234) which is located opposite to the lower positioning slot (233) and can be engaged with the positioning hole (134);
a plurality of lateral covering units (30) having a plurality of displaying areas (301) which are of geometric shapes; at least one receiving slot (32) where a powder, lipstick, eye shadow or cheek rouge can be placed; and a recessed body (31) which can be recessedly formed in the recessed unit (15) and the lower recessed unit (25) and the recessed body (31) having a recessed slot (311) which can be engaged with the supporting unit (152) and the lower supporting unit (252), wherein the lateral covering unit (30) is hinged with the connecting board (11) and the lower connecting board (21) and covering between the upper body (10) and the lower body (20) to form a ball-shaped unit, and the recessed body (31) has a protruding edge (312) which can be restricted by the protruding unit (153) and lower protruding unit (253), so that the recessed body (31) cannot be detached easily when it is engaged with the recessed unit (15) and the lower recessed unit (25).
at least one brushing pen (40) which can be placed in the receiving unit (14) and the lower receiving unit (24); one end of the brushing pen (40) has either a soft or brush pen head (41) and the other end of the brushing pen (40) can be connected to a connecting rod (42) to extend the length of the brushing pen (40) for the user to hold and the connecting rod (42) can be placed in the receiving unit (14) and the lower receiving unit (24).
The description above illustrates the structure, location and relationship of each component in the present invention. The expected goal after integrating each component in the present invention is illustrated as following:
Still referring to FIGS. 1 to 6 along with FIGS. 7 to 9, the upper body (10) is integrated with the lower body (20) and the ladder column (232) is plugged into the ladder slot (132). Also, the protruding positioning unit (133) is engaged with the lower positioning slot (233), while the positioning protruding hole (234) is engaged with the positioning hole (134) to avoid mis-positioning between the upper body (10) and the lower body (20), which may affect the covering of the lateral covering unit (30).
The lateral covering unit (30) is hinged with the connecting board (11) and the lower connecting board (21). More specifically, the lateral covering unit (30) uses the recessed slot (311) to hinge with the supporting unit (152) and the lower supporting unit (252), such that the lateral covering unit (30) can be hinged with the connecting board (11) and the lower connecting board (21).
When the lateral covering unit (30) is between the upper body (10) and the lower body (20) to form a ball-shaped body, the lateral covering unit (30) can be pushed to either the upper body (10) or the lower body (20), and the protruding edge (312) is restricted by the protruding unit (153) and lower protruding unit (253), so that the recessed body (31) cannot be detached easily when it is engaged with the recessed unit (15) and the lower recessed unit (25).
If the user wants to use any of the cosmetics such as powder, lipstick, eye shadow or cheek rouge in the receiving slot (32), the user can open the lateral covering unit (30) from the opening slot (12) and the lower opening slot (22), taking the brushing pen (40) and the connecting rod (42) out. One end of the brushing pen (40) can be connected to at least one connecting rod (42) to extend the length of the brushing pen (40) for the user to hold, and the user can use the brushing pen (40) with the cosmetics placed in the receiving slot (32).
In the present invention, a plurality of lateral covering units (30) are used with the upper body (10) and the lower body (20) to form a ball-shaped unit, and the lateral covering unit creates a plurality of receiving slot (32) to store cosmetics. When the user wants to use the cosmetics stored therein, the user can open the lateral covering unit (30) or completely unfold the ball-shaped unit. It is not only convenient to use, but also save spaces. In addition, it can be a soccer ball, basketball, rubber ball, etc. with ornamental function. The user can also paint the displaying area (301) (e.g. with golden paint), so that the user can use the golden displaying area as a reflection mirror when putting on makeups.

Accordingly, the invention is not to be considered as limited by the foregoing description, but includes any equivalents.

Claims

1. A cosmetic box, comprising:

an upper body having a plurality of connecting boards which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the upper body; a first connecting portion located inside the upper body; and a recessed unit, which has at least one supporting unit, located outside the connecting board;

a lower body having a plurality of lower connecting boards, which are distributed equidistantly at an upper portion of the lower body and the lower connecting boards of the lower body and the connecting boards of the upper body are interlaced; and a second connecting portion located at an inner portion of the lower body, wherein a lower recessed unit, which has at least one lower supporting unit, is located outside the lower connecting board; and

a plurality of lateral covering units having at least one receiving slot located at an inner surface; and a recessed body which is recessedly formed in the recessed unit and the lower recessed unit, wherein the recessed body has a recessed slot which is engaged with the supporting unit and the lower supporting unit, so that the lateral covering unit is hinged with the connecting board and the lower connecting board, covering the upper body and the lower body to form a ball-shaped unit.

2. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein an opening slot is located between the connecting boards of the upper body.

3. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein a lower opening slot is located between the lower connecting boards of the lower body.

4. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the first and the second connecting portions are hollow tubes.

5. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein a receiving slot is formed between the connecting board and the first connecting portion, and the lower connecting board and the second connecting portion.

6. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the recessed unit, which has a separating portion and at least one protruding unit, is inwardly recessed.

7. The cosmetic box of claim 6, wherein the recessed body has a protruding edge that is downwardly restricted by the protruding unit, so that the recessed body is not easily detached when it is engaged with the recessed unit.

8. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the first connecting portion has a positioning wall outside and a ladder slot inside, wherein the positioning wall has a protruding positioning unit and a positioning hole located opposite to the protruding positioning unit.

9. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the second connecting portion has a second positioning wall outside and a ladder column inside, wherein the second positioning wall has a lower positioning slot outside which is engaged with the protruding positioning unit, and at least one positioning protruding hole which is located opposite to the lower positioning slot and engaged with the positioning hole.

10. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the lateral covering unit has a plurality of displaying area with geometric shapes.

11. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the receiving slot is used to store any of the following cosmetics: powder, lipstick, eye shadow, cheek rouge, etc.

12. The cosmetic box of claim 1, wherein the receiving slot is used to store a brushing pen.

13. The cosmetic box of claim 12, wherein one end of the brushing pen is either a soft or a brush pen head.

14. The cosmetic box of claim 13, wherein the other end of the brushing pen is connect to at least one connecting rod to extend the length of the brushing pen for a user to hold, and the connecting rod is stored in the receiving slot.
