  • the elastic, and, if desired, synthetic-containing foamed material 5 is clearly recognizable in the upper and lower region fixing the folded spectacles 3 .
  • the soft material 8 is arranged in order to prevent the damage or scratching of the spectacles 3 .
  • FIG. 2 shows a plan view of a further embodiment of the device according to the invention designed as spectacle case.
  • the form of the spectacle case is designed for the halfway storage of the folded spectacle frame 3 .
  • the exterior case 7 consists of a wear-resistant material. All common synthetics or composite materials from the group of synthetics, metals or ceramic materials may be used.
  • the present form of the exterior case 7 is a design of an open u-profile form. On the close side of the u-profile, a drilling 2 is disposed at the upper region described. This serves for the holding of a chain, a ribbon, a metal wire or similar flexible or non flexible materials.
  • the opening 9 of the exterior case 7 shows downward.
  • the spectacle frame 3 lies on the soft material 8 with which the exterior case 7 is coated.
  • a permanent magnet 12 between the exterior case 7 and the soft, tissue material 8 on the small sides 10 under the elastic, foamed and, if desired, synthetic-containing material.
  • the permanent magnet can be embedded as well in the elastic, foamed and, if desired, synthetic-containing material 5 .
  • a further permanent magnet 12 arranged on the level of the hinge of the closed spectacle side-piece.
  • a flat spring 6 is, if desired, additionally placed on at least one side of the opening 9 and separated from the spectacles 3 by the soft material 8 to prevent the damage of the spectacles. If the spectacles 3 have reached the end position, the glass of the spectacles is held by the flat spring 6 in the exterior case 7 .
  • the spectacle side-pieces are situated outside of the exterior case 7 after the insertion into the exterior case 7 according to the invention. It is advantageous that this modification allows the spectacle frame 3 to be withdrawn completely at the folded side-pieces.
  • FIG. 2 a shows the section A-A as side view of the plan view as embodiment of FIG. 2 .
  • Recognizable is the exterior case 7 with the drilling 2 at the upper end.
  • the permanent magnet is disposed below the drilling 2 and has a length which corresponds to the total height of the exterior case 7 .

  • Through the lug 13 the front and rear side of the exterior case are moved towards each other, thus ensuring an additional fixing of the spectacles.

  • the protection against the falling-out of the spectacles is carried out with a lug ( 13 ) integrated at the backside of the exterior case, and which is detachably connected at the upper part of the exterior case by means of a hook and loop fastener, a press button or the similar and which positively encloses the spectacle frame in the middle part of the nose saddle region.

  • a further object of the present invention is the use of the device according to the invention for the storage of spectacles.
  • the elastic and soft material can be the same or different, or there may be two layers of the same material, shown in the drawings separated from each other only for illustrative reasons.
  • the opening as a loop or a drilling ( 2 ) can also run longitudinally through the body or the rear side instead of from the front side to the rear side, i.e. over the long side of the device (that means not along or through ( 10 )).
  • FIG. 1 b or FIG. 2 b this opening would run as drilling for example through the side drawn on the left side, in FIG. 3 parallel to the upper edge and the alignment of the spectacles and in FIG. 4 parallel to the upper edge but crossways to the alignment of the spectacles through the device. For reasons of clarity this is not shown in the drawings.
