Description

    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • (a) Technical Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to an article for daily use. More particularly, the present invention relates to a shoe molding and fixing structure, especially to a shoe molding and fixing structure which can increase changes in shoes.
  • (b) Description of the Prior Art
  • A variety of shoes are necessities for modern people. The shoes can be substantially classified into indoor shoes and outdoor shoes according to their functions. Moreover, in terms of functions, the outdoor shoes include cloth shoes, sports shoes, leisure shoes and other types of shoes. Through the ages, shoes are tools for protecting feet. People wear shoes to avoid the feet from being bruised by a sharp or foreign object on the ground. However, as the times progress, the functions of shoes are already not limited to protecting the feet.
  • In various modern party occasions, the shoes also have decorative functions. People often use shoes in different colors or shapes to match with the clothes they are wearing. Females generally wear high-heeled shoes, and because of wearing the high-heeled shoes, the females can effectively show the curve of their legs. Also, the high-heeled shoes make them look taller.
  • However, during use, the above shoes still have the following problems for improvement:
  • People choose suitable shoes in suitable colors to match with the appropriate clothes, but the changes of shoes are not sufficient. In order to be present in different occasions in appropriate clothes, people need to buy additional shoes, thus not only affecting the space and environment beauty, but also causing a resource waste due to unsuitable shoes. Nowadays, people need more variable shoes to match with various types of dressing according to different occasions.
  • Furthermore, due to different walking habits, most people has the problem that the feet are of different sizes, and thus they need to buy appropriately sized shoes according to the foot with a larger size, which results in that the shoe is too large for the other foot, causes the shoes to be inconvenient for walking, and affects the beauty of a walking manner.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention aims to provide a shoe molding and fixing structure, which can solve the problem of insufficient changes for conventional shoes, and the problem of inconvenient walking due to the looser shoe.
  • The present invention includes a shoe body and at least one ring body. The shoe body includes a shoe heel. The shoe body can be worn by a predetermined user, and at a bottom of the shoe body, an accommodation space is formed through the shoe heel. The ring body can be jacketed on the shoe body and the user, and the ring body is disposed around the accommodation space.
  • In the present invention, a decorative area can be disposed at an appropriate position of the ring body.
  • The ring body can be one of an elastic strap, a leather strap, a cloth strap and the like;
  • The ring body can be extended with a barrel.
  • The ring body can have a fastening member.
  • The shoe body of the present invention includes the shoe heel, the accommodation space is formed at the bottom of the shoes due to the structure of the shoe heel, and the ring body can be jacketed on the shoe body and disposed around the accommodation space. Thus, the user can present the shoes with a changeable effect through the ring body. Moreover, the ring body can be disposed with a decorative area and can be one of the elastic strap, the leather strap, the cloth strap and the like, and a plurality of ring bodies can be disposed. The ring body can be designed in a wide or narrow form for being tightened on the shoe body effectively. The decorative area can be decorated with decorations such as crystal and chaton, and the ring body itself can be designed in different colors, thereby matching with the shoe body and the clothes of the user, so as to solve the problem of inconvenient walking due to the looser shoe.
  • The present invention has the following advantages. The shoe body of the present invention includes a shoe heel, and the shoe body can be worn by the user. An accommodation space of the shoe body is formed through the shoe heel. A ring body can be jacketed on the shoe body through the accommodation space. Moreover, a decorative area can be disposed at an appropriate position of the ring body. Variations of the ring body itself, e.g. the ring body designed in different colors, and variations of the decorative area of the ring body can be used to match with the shoe body and the clothes worn by the user, for achieving the most changeable molding design.
  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 3 is a schematic implementation view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 4 is a schematic implementation view of another preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • FIG. 5 is a schematic implementation view of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • FIGS. 1 and 2 are respectively a perspective view and an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As can be clearly seen from the figures, the present invention includes:
  • a shoe body 1, wherein the shoe body 1 includes a shoe heel 11, the shoe body 1 can be worn by a predetermined user, and an accommodation space 12 is formed at a bottom of the shoe body 1 through the shoe heel 11;
  • at least one ring body 2, wherein the ring body 2 can be jacketed on the shoe body 1 and the user, the ring body 2 is disposed around the accommodation space 12, a decorative area 21 can be disposed at an appropriate position of the ring body 2, the decorative area 21 can have various designed patterns or decorations such as crystal and chaton, and the ring body 2 can be one of an elastic strap, a leather strap, a cloth strap and the like, wherein a plurality of ring bodies 2 can be disposed and the ring body 2 can also be designed in a wide or narrow form.
  • With the above structure and composition design, the using of the present invention is illustrated as follows. FIGS. 2 and 3 are respectively an exploded perspective view and a schematic implementation view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention. As can be clearly seen from the figures, since the shoe body 1 of the present invention includes a shoe heel 11 and the accommodation space 12 is formed at the bottom of the shoe body 1 through the shoe heel 11, the user then can wear the shoe body 1 of the present invention. The shoe body 1 can be any shoe that has the shoe heel 11, such as a high-heeled shoe and a riding boot. With the disposed accommodation space 12, the user then can jacket the shoe body 1 with the ring body 2, and the ring body 2 is blocked up through the shoe heel 11, so that the ring body 2 does not rub on the ground. The ring body 2 can be disposed with a decorative area 21, and the decorative area 21 can be disposed with decorations such as crystal and chaton. The ring body 2 can be designed in different colors. Thus, the user can effectively use different ring bodies 2 to match with different shoe bodies 1 and clothes, so that the shoe body 1 presents progressiveness in variability and practicability.
  • FIGS. 2 and 4 are respectively an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention and a schematic implementation view of another preferred embodiment of the present invention. As can be clearly seen from the figures, the ring body 2 of the present invention can be in a state as shown in the figures, and the ring body 2 can also be disposed around a user's ankle, so as to obtain more changeable applications and solve the problem of inconvenient walking due to the looser shoe.
  • FIGS. 2 and 5 are respectively an exploded perspective view of a preferred embodiment of the present invention and a schematic implementation view of a further preferred embodiment of the present invention. As can be clearly seen from the figures, the ring body 2 of the present invention can be fastened onto a barrel 3 through a fastening member 22, and the barrel 3 can be designed in different colors and styles, thereby matching with both the shoe body 1 and clothes in different colors to achieve colorful changes.
