Abstract

Provided is a cooker including: a cavity including a cooking chamber; and a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas, in which the burner includes a first combustor having a plurality of flame holes and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and having a plurality of flame holes.

Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to a cooker.
  • BACKGROUND
  • A cooker is an appliance cooking a cooking food by using a heat as a heat source. The heat source may include a heater generating a heat using an electric resistance and a burner generating a heat using a gas.
  • The cooker includes a cavity having a cooking chamber. In addition, the heat source heats the cooking food housed in the cavity. At this time, a cooked state of the cooking food varies depending on a uniform or ununiform heating of the cooking food.
  • Technical Problem
  • The present invention has been made in an effort to provide a cooker capable of heating uniformly a cooking food.
  • Technical Solution
  • An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a cooker including: a cavity including a cooking chamber; and a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas, in which the burner includes a first combustor having a plurality of flame holes and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and having a plurality of flame holes.
  • Another exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a cooker including: a cavity including a cooking chamber; and a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and an air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas, in which the burner includes a first combustor generating the flame and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor, and the second combustor is formed in a closed curve shape.
  • Yet another exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a cooker including: a cavity including a cooking chamber; and a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and an air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas, in which the burner includes a first combustor generating the flame and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor, and the second combustor is formed in an open curve shape in which a part thereof is opened.
  • Advantageous Effects
  • According to the exemplary embodiment, the second combustor is formed in a closed curve, pressure equilibrium in the second combustor can be implemented.
  • According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since the cooking food in the cooking chamber is directly radiative-heated and cooked by the flame formed by burning the mixed gas in the flame holes of the first combustor and the flame holes of the second combustor, the cooking food in the cooking chamber is entirely heated, such that cooking efficiency of the cooking food is increased.
  • Further, since the flame is generated in both sides of the first combustor and the inner and outer portions of the second combustor, a flame-generated area is increased such that the cooking food can be rapidly heated.

  • MODE FOR INVENTION
  • Hereinafter, an exemplary embodiment will be described in detail with reference to drawings.
  • FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cooker according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention and FIG. 2 is a plan view showing an oven burner installed on the ceiling surface of a cooking chamber according to the first exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIG. 1, the cooker 1 according to the exemplary embodiment includes a top plate part 100, an oven part 200, a drawer part 300, and a control part 400.
  • The top plate part 100, the oven part 200, and the drawer part 300 are provided at the top, the center, and the bottom of a main body 10 of the cooker 1, respectively. In addition, the control part 400 is provided at a rear end on the top of the main body 10.
  • Particularly, the top plate part 100 includes a plurality of top plate burners 110. The top plate burner 110 cooks a cooking food by directly heating a container containing the cooking food with flame generated by burning a gas.
  • The front end of the top plate part 100 includes a plurality of knobs 120. The knobs 120 control open and close or open degree of a valve (not shown) adjusting supply or not and supply amount of the gas into the top plate burner 110.
  • The oven part 200 includes a cavity 210 having a cooking chamber 211.
  • The cavity 210 is formed in a front-opened rectangular shape, but the shape is not limited thereto. The oven part 200 includes a heat source for heating the cooking food housed in the cooking chamber in the inside or outside of the cavity 210. The heat source includes at least one oven burner 500 and further includes a heater and the like.
  • The cooking chamber 211 is selectively opened and closed by an oven door 270. The cooking chamber 211 is opened and closed by the oven door 270 in a pull-down method in which an upper end of the door is vertically rotated based on a lower end of the door. A door handle 271 held with a user's hand in order to rotate the oven door 270 is provided at the top front of the oven door 270.
  • In addition, the drawer part 300 acts to warm the container containing the cooking food at a predetermined temperature. The drawer part 300 includes a drawer 310 storing the container.
  • The control part 400 receives an operational signal for the operation of the cooker 1, more particularly, an operational signal for the operation of at least one of the top plate part 100, the oven part 200, and the drawer part 300. In addition, the control part 400 acts to externally display various kinds of information on the operation of the cooker 1.
  • Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 2, the heat source includes the oven burner 230 as described above. The oven burner 230 may be installed on the ceiling surface 212 of the cooking chamber 211 in the cavity 210.
  • The oven burner 230 acts to radiative-heat directly the cooking food in the cooking chamber 211 by a flame generated by burning the gas.
  • The oven burner 230 includes a first combustor 231 and a second combustor 235. In addition, each of the combustors 231 and 235 is disposed on a level with the bottom of the cavity 210.
  • In detail, the first combustor 231 is wholly formed in a linear shape having a predetermined length. The first combustor 231 extends in front and rear direction of the cavity with the installed oven burner. In addition, although not shown in the drawing, the oven burner 200 includes a nozzle for supplying the gas to the first combustor.
  • Further, the nozzle may pass through one sidewall of the cavity and may be arranged with the first combustor 231 while being separated from the first combustor 231.
  • In this case, the first combustor 231 may be positioned on a line laterally bisecting the ceiling surface 212 of the cooking chamber 211. In addition, the rear end of the first combustor 231 is disposed to be adjacent to the rear end of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber 211 and the front end of the first combustor 231 is disposed at approximately the center of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber 211.
  • A channel (not shown) in which the gas and the air supplied in the first combustor 231 are mixed is formed in the first combustor 231. In addition, a plurality of flame holes 233 are formed at both sides of the first combustor 231.
  • The flame hole 233 of the first combustor 231 burns the mixed gas flowing in the channel of the first combustor 231.
  • The second combustor 235 is formed in an open curve shape in which a part of the exterior is entirely opened.
  • The second combustor 235 is positioned at the front end of the ceiling surface 212 of the cooking chamber 211. In this case, the second combustor 235 may have a bilateral symmetry based on a line laterally bisecting the ceiling surface 212 of the cooking chamber 211, that is, the first combustor 231.
  • In addition, an opening of the second combustor 235 is disposed toward the front of the cooking chamber 211.
  • A channel (not shown) communicated with the channel of the first combustor is provided in the second combustor 235. That is, the mixed gas flowing through the channel of the first combustor 231 is transferred into the channel of the second combustor 235. In addition, the mixed gas supplied from the first combustor 231 flows into both sides divided from the second combustor 235.
  • That is, the second combustor 235 includes a distributer 235 a to which the mixed gas is supplied from the first combustor and a plurality of branches 235 b and 235 c branched from the distributer 235 a. The plurality of branches includes a first branch 235 b and a second branch 235 c. In addition, one side of each of the branches 235 b and 235 c is connected with the distributer 235 a and the other sides are separated from each other.
  • In addition, at least a part of each of the branches 235 b and 235 c is rounded. In addition, at least a part of the second combustor 235 is entirely formed in a linear shape.
  • Each of the branches 235 b and 235 c includes an inner portion 236 and an outer portion 237.
  • In addition, a plurality of flame holes 238 are separated from each other in the outer portion 236. The inner portion 237 includes a plurality of first flame holes 239 a and a plurality of second flame holes 239 b.
  • The first flame holes 239 a are formed at the linear portion of the inner portion 237 and the second flame holes are formed at the curved portion of the inner portion 237. In addition, in order to prevent interference between the flames generated at the curved portion of the inner portion 237, an interval between the plurality of second flame holes 239 b is larger than an interval between the plurality of first flame holes 239 a. In addition, the interval between the plurality of first flame holes 239 a is the same as an interval between the flame holes 238 of the outer portion 236.
  • Hereinafter, an operation of the cooker according to the exemplary embodiment will be described.
  • First, a user operates the control part 400 to input an operational signal for cooking the cooking food using the oven part 200. In addition, when the operational signal is inputted through the control part 400, the oven burner 230 is operated and the cooking food in the cooking chamber 211 is cooked.
  • In detail, the gas and the air are supplied to the first combustor 231. The gas and the air supplied to the first combustor 231 flow and are mixed in the first combustor 231. In addition, a part of the mixed gas mixed in the first combustor 231 is burned in the flame holes 233 of the first combustor 231 to form the flame.
  • In addition, the rest mixed gas flowing in the first combustor 231 is transferring to the second combustor 235. In addition, the mixed gas transferred to the second combustor 235 flows to be divided into each of the branches 235 b and 235 c and is burned in each of the flame holes 238, 239 a, and 239 b of the second combustor 235 to form the flame.
  • In the exemplary embodiment as described above, the cooking food in the cooking chamber 211 is directly radiative-heated and cooked by the flame formed by burning the mixed gas in the flame holes 233 of the first combustor 231 and the flame holes 238, 239 a, and 239 b of the second combustor 235.
  • In this case, since the first combustor 231 is positioned at the rear end of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber 211 and the second combustor 235 is positioned at the front end of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber 211, the cooking food in the cooking chamber 211 is entirely heated, such that cooking efficiency of the cooking food is increased.
  • In addition, since the flame is generated in both sides of the first combustor and the inner and outer portions of the second combustor, a flame-generated area is increased such that the cooking food can be rapidly heated.
  • FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an oven burner installed on the ceiling surface of a cooking chamber according to a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
  • In the exemplary embodiment, other components are the same as the first exemplary embodiment, but a shape of an oven burner is different. Accordingly, only a specific component of the exemplary embodiment will be described.
  • Referring to FIG. 3, an oven burner 240 of the exemplary embodiment includes a first combustor 241 and a second combustor 245. Each of the combustors 241 and 245 is disposed to be horizontal to the bottom of a cavity.
  • The first combustor 241 is formed in a linear shape. The second combustor 245 has an entire exterior of a closed curve shape. For example, the second combustor 245 may be formed in an elliptic shape. However, in the exemplary embodiment, the shape of the second combustor 245 is not limited thereto. However, in order to uniformly heat the cooking food, the second combustor 245 may is laterally symmetric based on a bisecting line of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber 211.
  • The second combustor 245 may include a plurality of linear portions 245 a parallel to each other and a curved portion 245 b connecting each linear portion.
  • In addition, the first combustor 241 is connected to any one of the plurality of linear portions 245 a. The first combustor 241 may extend vertically from any one linear portion 245 a. In addition, a portion connected with the first combustor 241 acts as a distributer in the any one linear portion 245 a. In addition, a plurality of branches extend to both sides of the distributer and ends of the plurality of branches are connected to each other.
  • A plurality of flame holes 243 are formed in both sides of the first combustor 241. The second combustor 245 includes an outer portion 246 and an inner portion 247. In addition, a plurality of flame holes 248 spaced apart from each other at regular intervals are formed in the outer portion 246.
  • A plurality of flame holes 249 a and 249 b are included in the inner portion 247. The plurality of flame holes include a first flame hole 249 a formed in the linear portion 245 a and a second portion 249 b formed in the curved portion 245 b.
  • In addition, in order to prevent interference between the flames generated at the curved portion 245 b of the inner portion 247, an interval between the plurality of second flame holes 249 b is larger than an interval between the plurality of first flame holes 249 a. In addition, the interval between the plurality of first flame holes 249 a is the same as an interval between the flame holes 248 of the outer portion 246.
  • According to the exemplary embodiment, the second combustor is formed in a closed curve, pressure equilibrium in the second combustor can be implemented.
  • According to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, since the cooking food in the cooking chamber is directly radiative-heated and cooked by the flame formed by burning the mixed gas in the flame holes of the first combustor and the flame holes of the second combustor, the cooking food in the cooking chamber is entirely heated, such that cooking efficiency of the cooking food is increased.
  • Further, since the flame is generated in both sides of the first combustor and the inner and outer portions of the second combustor, a flame-generated area is increased such that the cooking food can be rapidly heated.

Claims (17)

1. A cooker, comprising:
a cavity including a cooking chamber; and
a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas,
wherein the burner includes a first combustor having a plurality of flame holes and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and having a plurality of flame holes.
2. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the second combustor includes a distributer to which the mixed gas flows from the first combustor and a plurality of branches branched from the distributer.
3. The cooker of claim 2, wherein ends of the plurality of branches are spaced apart from each other.
4. The cooker of claim 2, wherein the ends of the plurality of branches are connected to each other.
5. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the first combustor has a linear shape.
6. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the second combustor includes a curved portion rounded at a predetermined curvature, the curved portion includes an outer portion having a plurality of flame holes and an inner portion having a plurality of flame holes, and an interval between the flame holes of the inner portion is larger than an interval between the flame holes of the outer portion.
7. The cooker of claim 6, wherein the curved portion further includes a linear portion having a plurality of flame holes and an interval between the flame holes of the inner portion is larger than an interval between the flame holes of the linear portion.
8. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the second combustor includes a linear portion and the first combustor is connected to the linear portion.
9. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the first combustor is positioned on a lateral bisecting line of the ceiling surface of the cooking chamber.
10. The cooker of claim 1, wherein the second combustor has a bilateral symmetry based on the first combustor.
11. A cooker, comprising:
a cavity including a cooking chamber; and
a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and an air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas,
wherein the burner includes a first combustor generating the flame and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor, and the second combustor is formed in a closed curve shape.
12. The cooker of claim 11, wherein the second combustor includes a distributer receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor and the mixed gas flowing into the distributer is branched and flowed.
13. The cooker of claim 11, wherein the second combustor includes an outer portion having a plurality of flame holes and an inner portion having a plurality of flame holes, and an interval between the flame holes of at least a part of the inner portion is larger than an interval between the flame holes of the outer portion.
14. A cooker, comprising:
a cavity including a cooking chamber; and
a burner disposed in the cavity, receiving a mixed gas of a gas and an air, and generating a flame by burning the mixed gas,
wherein the burner includes a first combustor generating the flame and a second combustor connected with the first combustor and receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor, and the second combustor is formed in an open curve shape in which a part thereof is opened.
15. The cooker of claim 14, wherein the first combustor is formed in a linear shape and extends horizontally from the second combustor.
16. The cooker of claim 14, wherein the second combustor includes a distributer receiving the mixed gas from the first combustor and the mixed gas flowing into the distributer is branched and flowed.
17. The cooker of claim 14, wherein the second combustor includes an outer portion having a plurality of flame holes and an inner portion having a plurality of flame holes, and an interval between the flame holes of at least a part of the inner portion is larger than an interval between the flame holes of the outer portion.
