Referring to
FIGS. 1-6 , a quick assembled house according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises aframe 2 including a plurality of side walls and a roof, the side walls and the roof being formed of a number of first andsecond planks 1. - The
frame 2 is made of aluminum alloy based on desired sizes and shapes and includes the side walls and an inverted V-shaped roof, on theframe 2 are disposed the first andsecond planks 1, each including a plane sheet and a combined sheet having at least one curved board 1 a andstraight plate 1 b. The plane sheet is used to be the side walls and the combined sheet serves as the roof. Each of the first andsecond planks 1 also includes a joining structure mounted on two sides thereof, wherein the joining structure includes anengaging groove 11 fixed on one side of each of the first andsecond planks 1 and alocking tenon 15 secured on the other side of each of the first andsecond planks 1, theengaging groove 11 includes two retainingrecesses 13 arranged therein, and thelocking tenon 15 includes two downwardly-tilted fasteningarms 16 on a top portion thereof. Each of the first andsecond planks 1 is formed in a square shape and includes a plurality ofhollow chambers 14 disposed therein and spaced apart from each other. In each chamber is filled with temperature keeping and sound insulating material (such as foaming material). Besides, the straight plate lb includes a connectingpanel 3 mounted thereon and being perpendicular thereto, the connectingpanel 3 includes a number of joiningholes 31 arranged thereon. In assembly, thelocking tenon 15 of thefirst plank 1 is inserted to theengaging groove 11 of thesecond plank 1 so that thefastening arm 16 of the first plank engages in theretaining recess 13 of thesecond plank 1. Thereafter, some combined first andsecond planks 1 are attached to theframe 2 by ways of screwing elements, and others combined first andsecond planks 1 are fixed to the roof by inserting a nylon lock through the joiningholes 31 of the connectingplane 3 to engage with theframe 2, thus finishing the assembly. - While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
