Abstract

This invention will have six (6) pencil-pen pocket pleats. Two (2) each out of the six (6) from these pocket pleats will carry and secure two (2) each different lengths and sizes of pencils or pens which will be worn securely around the waist on a fashion and utility leather belt. This new method will minimize the use of students carrying sharp school supply objects in their hands and in a back pack.

Description

  • This development of the Pencil-Pen Holder Utility Pouch is very unique, because it can carry up to eight (8) pencils or pens depending on the size and length. A durable plastic strip will be used on the inside bottom of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats to support the penetration of sharpen pencils or pens from piercing through the fabric. Also, this pencil-pen holder utility pouch will primarily be used by all students and will attach itself to the inside (Velcro area) of my Fashion and Utility Leather Belt which I developed and patent (see application Ser. No. 12/313,214 and the filing date was Feb. 12, 2009. The TC/A.U. is 3715 and look on page 15 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 4 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • This pencil-pen Holder Utility Pouch which will be manufactured from durable nylon fabric of different colors (water resistant) for good looks and from durable foam rubber for strength. Also, durable nylon thread to match the exterior and interior of different colors will be used for all stitching (see page 2 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 1 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full elevational view thereof).
  • So, lets get started with putting together all of the formulated components for the manufacturing of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch. First, lets formulate two (2) sides (front and rear) of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric patterns (water resistant), and the cutting measurements are seven and seven-eight of an inch (7⅞) in length and five inches (5) in width. Also, cut one-fourth (¼) of a three-fourth of an inch (¾) circle around all four (4) corners for a curve finish look on both patterns (see page 3 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 3, reference 1 and FIG. 4, reference 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now lets formulate the durable foam rubber pattern for the pencil-pen holder utility pouch by using one-eighth of an inch (⅛) thick for strength and the cutting measurements are seven and seven-eighth of an inch (7⅞) in length and five inches (5) in width. Also, cut one-fourth (¼) of a three-fourth of an inch (¾) circle around all four (4) corners for a curve finish look (see page 3 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 2, reference 1 and 2 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now lets formulate the overlap cover pattern with two (2) sides (left and right) of durable nylon fabric (water resistant) to create a finish look around the edges of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch. Next, the cutting measurements are for both sides twelve and five-eighth of an inch (12⅝) in length and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width. Measure starting from both ends of the two (2) overlap cover patterns, two and five-eighth of an inch (2⅝) in length from the edge (inward) to center, cut open one-eighth of an inch (⅛) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) deep (wedge) on both sides of the two (2) patterns. This method will give a finish look around the outer edges and corners of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch (see page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 17, reference 1, 2, 3 and page 2 of 7, FIG. 1, reference 1 and 2 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now lets formulate the plastic strip pattern of durable plastic one-thirty second of an inch ( 1/32) thick and there will be two (2) different sizes in length. The cutting measurement for the first size will be ten and seven-eighth of an inch (10⅞) in length and three-fourth of an inch in width. Next, the cutting measurement for the second size will be five inches (5) in length and three-fourth of an inch (3/4) in width.
  • Now, from the bottom right and left corners of both plastic strips, cut one-fourth (¼) of a three-fourth of an inch (¾) circle around the corners for a curve finish look (see page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 18, reference 1, page 4 of 7, FIG. 6, reference 4, and page 3 of 7, FIG. 3, reference 1 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Next, lets formulate the belt loop pattern which will be standard for all of the rear “Utility Pouches” coming later. This belt loop pattern will have two (2) sides (front and rear) of durable nylon fabric (water resistant) and the cutting measurements are five and one-fourth of an inch (5¼) in length and two inches (2) in width. Next, measure starting from both top and bottom ends of the two (2) patterns one inch (1) in length (down-ward) and cut one-half of an inch (½) in width from both sides of the patterns (in-ward). See page 5 of 7 of the replacement sheet, FIG. 11, reference 1, 2 and FIG. 14, reference 1 and 2 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof.
  • Now lets formulate the belt loop durable foam rubber pattern. The durable foam rubber pattern will give the belt loop the strength needed and will be one-eight of an inch (⅛) thick. Next, the cutting measurements are the same as the durable nylon fabric belt loop pattern above (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 9, reference 1, 2 and FIG. 10, reference 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Next, lets formulate the belt loop durable Velcro fabric area tab pattern for both top and bottom ends of the belt loop pattern and also, for the middle of the belt loop with a durable Velcro area tab pattern. The cutting measurement for the two (2) Velcro area tabs of durable Velcro fabric patterns are one-half of an inch (½) by one-half of an inch (½) squared shape (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 12 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). Next, the cutting measurement for the middle of the belt loop durable Velcro fabric area tab pattern is one and three-fourth of an inch (1¾) in length with one and one-half of an inch (1½) in width (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 13 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now lets formulate the overlap cover belt loop pattern with two (2) sides (left and right side) of a three (3) part section of durable nylon fabric (water resistant), to create a finish look around the outer rough edges on both sides of the belt loop. The first (1) part section is the top area (left and right side areas) and the cutting measurements are one and seven-eighth of an inch (1⅞) in length and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width; and starting from left to right measure five-eighth of an inch ( 5/8) in length (on center), cut open on both sides one-eighth of an inch (⅛) in width and wedge deep; and from right to left (on center), cup open one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) in-ward to create a finish look on both corners and folding edges (see page 7 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 19, reference 1 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof). The second (2) part section is the middle area (left and right side areas) and the cutting measurements are four and three-fourth of an inch (4¾) in length and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width; and starting from the left edge (on center), cut open one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) in-ward; and also starting from the left edge measure five-eighth of an inch (⅝) in length (on center), cut open on both sides, one (1) one-eighth of an inch (⅛) in width and wedge deep; and now starting from the right edge (on center), cut open one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) in-ward; and also starting from the right edge measure five-eighth of an inch ( 5/8)) in length (on center), cut open on both sides, one (1) one-eighth of an inch (⅛) in width and wedge deep to create easier folding on both corners and edges for a finish look (see page 7 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 19, reference 2, of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). The third (3) and final section is the bottom area (left and right side areas) and the cutting measurements are one and seven-eighth of an inch (1⅞) in length and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width; and starting from right to left measure five-eighth of an inch ( 5/8) in length (on center), cut open both one (1) one-eighth of an inch (⅛) in width and wedge deep; and from left to right (on center), cut open one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) in-ward to create a finish look (see page 7 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 19, reference 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Next, lets formulate the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats pattern of durable nylon fabric (water resistant) and the cutting measurement is ten and seven-eighth of an inch (10⅞) in width starting from the bottom right to left. Now, starting from the bottom left side (up-ward), the cutting measurement is six and seven-sixteenth of an inch (6 7/16) in length. Next, starting from the bottom right and left corners, cut one-fourth (¼) of a three-fourth of an inch (¾) circle for a finish look (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 1 and 4, FIG. 6, reference 5 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). Starting from across the top area of the pencil-pen holder utility pocket pleats pattern and the measurements will have three (3) different intervals of cutting, from left to right. The first interval (1) cutting measurement is three and seven-eighth of an inch (3⅞) in width; starting from the top right corner (down-ward), the cutting measurement is one and nine-sixteenth of an inch (1 9/16) in length (see page 4 of 7 of the replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 1 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). Starting from the middle left (top) to right, the second interval (2) cutting measurement is three and nine-sixteenth of an inch (3 9/16) in width; starting from the middle right (top) corner (down-ward), the cutting measurement is one and nine-sixteenth of an inch (1 9/16) in length (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 2 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). Starting from the far right (last top), the third and final top interval (3) cutting measurement is three and seven-sixteenth of an inch (3 7/16) in width; starting from the third top right corner (down-ward), the cutting measurement is three and seven-sixteenth (3 7/16) in length (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5 reference 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now, from the top three (3) different intervals of cutting, the measurements for the corners and wedges are starting from the first interval (1) left to right (top) on the corner, cut out an opening one-eighth of an inch (⅛) and like wise cut out an opening one-eighth of an inch (⅛) on the right corner; and starting from the right corner (down-ward) measure one and nine-sixteenth of an inch (1 9/16) in length, cut out an opening one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) deep (wedge) forty-five (45) degree angle (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 1, 5 and 6 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • The second interval (2), starting from the right (middle top) on the right corner cut out an opening one-eighth of an inch (⅛) and from the right corner (down-ward) measure one and nine-sixteenth of an inch (1 9/16) in length, cut out an opening one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) in width and one-fourth of an inch (¼) deep (wedge) forty-five (45) degree angle (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 2, 5 and 6 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • The third and final interval (3) starting from the far right (last top area) on the right corner, cut out the final opening one-eighth of an inch (⅛). Now we have completed the final cutting measurements of the three (3) intervals, so lets finish the top three (3) intervals rough side area edges with a finish look. First, turn over the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats pattern with the rough side showing face up; and starting from the top first interval (1) left to right fold back the top area one-eighth of an inch (⅛) and firmly hold in place; now fold back the right side of interval (1) one-eighth of an inch (⅛) and firmly hold in place. Repeat this method for the second (2) and third (3) intervals. Now from all of the firmly held folded back areas with the rough side showing face up stitch one row of stitches with durable nylon thread one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from all the top area edges only for now to create a finish look (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 5, reference 3, 5 and 6, FIG. 6, reference 1, 2 and 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Make sure the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats pattern is showing the rough side face up and place on the bottom area in position the durable plastic strip pattern ten and seven-eighth of an inch (10⅞) in length; and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width and one-thirty second of an inch ( 1/32) in thickness, starting from the bottom left to right align evenly around both corners and hold firmly in place; now stitch one row of stitches with durable nylon thread one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from around the top edge only to secure the plastic strip in place and to strengthen the nylon fabric from the penetration of sharpen pencils or pens. After completing the stitching, turn back over the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pleats pattern with the finish side showing face up (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 6, reference 4 and page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 18 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Next, place the front pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric pattern with the finish side face up and place in position, the durable plastic strip pattern of five inches (5) in length and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in width and one-thirty second of an inch ( 1/32) in thickness, starting from the bottom left to right align evenly around both corners on the bottom area and hold firmly in place; stitch one row of stitches with durable nylon thread one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from around the top area edge only to secure the durable plastic strip in place and to strengthen the nylon fabric from penetration of sharpen pencils or pens (see page 3 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 3, reference 1, FIG. 18 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Make sure the pencil-pen utility pouch pocket pleats pattern finish side is face up and place on top of the front pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric pattern with the finish side face up; and make sure to align the left edge area from top to bottom and around the left bottom corner and hold firmly in place; now measure five-sixteenth of an inch ( 5/16) from left edge and starting from top to bottom, stitch one row of stitches to attach both patterns (see page 3 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 3, reference 2 and page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 6, reference 5 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now we are ready to formulate the pocket pleats. Lets start with the first (1) interval starting from left to right, measure the first (1) and second (2) row of the pocket pleats with having one-half of an inch (½) in width (bottom base line) and five-eighth of an inch (⅝) height (pocket pleats will be in a slanted position) with one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart; gather and push up-ward the first (1) and second (2) row of the pocket pleats and hold firmly in place. From the measurement given, stitch two (2) vertical rows of stitches with durable nylon thread one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart on the right side top to the bottom to attach the first row of the pocket pleat. To attach the second (2) row of the pocket pleat, stitch one vertical row of stitches with durable nylon thread on the right side of the second (2) row of the pocket pleat from top to bottom (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 6, reference 1, FIG. 7, reference 1, and FIG. 8 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now, lets start with the second interval starting from left to right, measure the third (3) and fourth (4) row of the pocket pleats starting one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart from the second (2) row right side of the pocket pleat having one-half of an inch (½) in width (bottom base line) and five-eighth of an inch ( 5/8) height (pocket pleats will be in a slanted position) with one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart; gather and push up-ward the third (3) and fourth (4) row of the pocket pleats and hold firmly in place. From the measurement given, stitch one vertical row of stitches from top to bottom with durable nylon thread one-fourth of an inch (¼) from the right side of the second (2) row of the pocket pleat which will complete the stitching on the right side of the second (2) row of the pocket pleat and which will attach the third (3) row on the left side of the pocket pleat. To attach the (3) row on the right side of the pocket pleat, stitch two (2) vertical rows of stitches from top to bottom with durable nylon thread one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart which will attach and complete the stitching on the left side of the fourth (4) row of the pocket pleat. To attach the fourth (4) row on the right side of the pocket pleat, stitch one vertical row of stitches with durable nylon thread on the right side of the fourth (4) row of the pocket pleat from top to bottom (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 6, reference 2, FIG. 7, reference 2, and FIG. 8 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now lets start with the third (3) and final interval starting from left to right, measure the fifth (5) and sixth (6) row of the pocket pleats starting one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart from the fourth (4) row right side of the pocket pleat having one-half of an inch (½) in width (bottom base line) and five-eighth of an inch (⅝) height (pocket pleats will be in a slanted position) with one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart; gather and push up-ward the fifth (5) and six (6) row of the pocket pleats and hold firmly in place. From the measurements given, stitch one vertical row of stitches with durable nylon thread one-fourth of an inch (¼) from the right side of the fourth (4) row of the pocket pleat which will complete the stitching on the right side of the fourth (4) row pocket pleat and will attach the left side of the fifth (5) row of the pocket pleat. To attach the fifth (5) row of the pocket pleat on the right side of the pocket pleat stitch two vertical rows of stitches from top to bottom with durable nylon thread one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart which will attach and complete the stitching on the left side of the sixth (6) pocket pleat. To attach the right side of the sixth (6) and final row of the pocket pleat stitch one vertical row of stitches with durable nylon thread starting from top to bottom five-sixteenth of an inch ( 5/16) from the right side edge to complete the pocket pleats (see page 4 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 6, references 1,2,3, FIG. 7, references 1,2,3, FIG. 8, reference 1 and page 2 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 1 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now, lets get started with the completion of the rear section of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch. First, place the rear of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric pattern (finish side face up) and place two (2) one-half of an inch (½) squared shape durable Velcro area tabs for the attachment of the belt loop. Measure the first (1) durable Velcro area tab starting from across the top left to right (to center) two and one-half of an inch (2½) in width and one-half (½) in length down from the top edge (to center), place the first durable Velcro area tab and hold firmly in place. Measure for the second (2) durable Velcro area tab from the end of the first (1) durable Velcro area tab two and one-fourth of an inch (2¼) in length (vertical in line to center), place the second (2) durable Velcro area tab and hold firmly in place. From the measurements given, stitch one row of stitches with durable nylon thread one-sixteenth ( 1/16) from all around the edges to attach both Velcro area tabs. After stitching is completed, turn over the rear section of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric pattern with the attached Velcro area tabs finish side face down and the rough side face up (see page 3 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 4, reference 1, 2 and page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 15, reference 1 and 2 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • So, lets proceed in putting all of the formulated components together for the assembly of the front and rear of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch. First, take the front of the completed pocket pleats which was attached to the front pencil-pen holder utility pouch of the durable nylon fabric pattern and place on top of the durable foam rubber pattern for strength and hold firmly in place. Now take the rear pencil-pen holder utility pouch of durable nylon fabric pattern with the two (2) Velcro area tabs attach showing face down and the rough side face up and place on the rear of the foam rubber pattern for strength and hold firmly in place. There are two (2) overlap cover left and right patterns. Now, place and fold the left and right side overlap cover pattern evenly around both rough sides, corners and at the top and bottom where the ends meet, tuck fold and hold the overlap cover pattern firmly in place five-sixteenth of an inch ( 5/16) around the edges of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch. Next, stitch two (2) rows of stitches starting from the middle top right one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from the right edge and one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart with durable nylon thread all around the edges for a finish look. From the top and bottom where both ends meet, stitch one (1) vertical row of stitches one-fourth of an inch (¼) in length, for a finish look on both ends. We have now completed the front and rear of the pencil-pen holder utility pouch (see page 2 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 1, reference 1, 2 and page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 17 reference 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).
  • Now, the last formulated component for the pencil-pen holder utility pouch will be the assembly of the belt loop pattern. The belt loop will be a standard item for all my pouches and will have three (3) sections of durable nylon Velcro fabric area tabs attached to snap on and secure all of the pouches onto a utility belt. So lets get started with placing of the durable nylon Velcro fabric area tabs in position by taking the front belt loop pattern (with the finish side face up showing), measure from the edge of both ends of the belt loop one-half of an inch (½) in length and from both sides, one-fourth of an inch (¼) in-ward and place on both ends a one-half of an inch ( 1/2) by one-half (½) (squared shape) durable nylon Velcro fabric tab pattern and hold firmly in place. Now, stitch one row of stitches of durable nylon thread one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from the edges all around to secure the Velcro area tabs on both ends to complete the first and second section (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 11, reference 1, 2, FIG. 12 and page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 16, reference 1 and 3 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof). The third and final section, measure from both ends of the belt loop one and three-fourth of an inch (¼) in length and one-fourth (') in-ward from both sides, place in the middle of the belt loop one and three-fourth of an inch (¾) in length, one and one-half of an inch (½) in width the durable nylon Velcro fabric tab pattern and hold firmly in place. Now stitch one row of stitches one sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from all around the edges to secure the Velcro fabric area tab (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 13, FIG. 14, references 3, 5 and page 6 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 16, reference 2 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • So, lets complete the final assembly of the belt loop by taking the completed front durable nylon fabric pattern with the attached Velcro area tabs with the finish side face up and place on top of the durable foam rubber belt loop pattern for strength and hold firmly in place. Next, take the rear of the durable nylon fabric pattern with the rough side face up and place on the rear of the foam rubber belt loop pattern and hold both front and rear patterns firmly in place. Now stitch one row of stitches starting one-eighth of an inch (⅛) from all around the edges (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIGS. 11, 9, 10 and 14 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof). Now, we are ready to place the overlap cover belt loop pattern around the rough edges of the belt loop which will have three (3) part sections, top, middle, bottom and for the left and right side of the belt loop. Now, lets place the top section area of the left and right side of the overlap cover belt loop pattern starting from the top middle area on the side, tuck and fold evenly around the belt loop top rough corners and like wise with the left side and hold both sides firmly in place to create a finish look. Next, lets place the middle section area on the right side and fold evenly around the belt loop middle rough corners, side areas and like wise with left side and hold both firmly in place to create a finish look. Now, lets place the bottom section area of the left and right side of the overlap cover belt loop pattern starting from the bottom middle top area on the right side, tuck and fold evenly around the belt loop bottom rough corners and like wise with the left side and hold both sides firmly in place to create a finish look. Next, measure one-sixteenth of an inch ( 1/16) from all around the overlap cover belt loop pattern edges and stitch two (2) rows of stitches one-fourth of an inch (¼) apart around the belt loop edges. From both ends where the left and right side overlap cover pattern meets, stitch one vertical row of stitches one-fourth of an inch (¼) length to create a finish look (see page 5 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 14, reference 1, 2 and page 7 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 19, reference 1, 2 of the Amendment to the drawings for a full description and review thereof).
  • Congratulation!! The Pencil-Pen Holder Utility Pouch Pocket Pleats and the Belt Loop has been completely assembled together. For a completed full elevational view from the front of the Pencil-Pen holder Utility Pocket Pleats (see page 2 of 7 of the drawing replacement sheet, FIG. 1 of the Amendment to the drawing for a full description and review thereof).     • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • There were many sources of background information which led to the discovery of this invention, the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats which will be worn around the waist and will be associated with two parts listed below:
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • First from having the opportunity to associate myself with the teachers and the classroom students of all grade levels, there were behavior problems. These behavior problems started in classrooms, hallways, cafeterias and later onto the playground area to play. In the classroom, some students displayed disruptive defiant behavior, for example, “bully tactics”. These bullying tactics continued in hallways and onto the next class sessions, with students carrying in their hand sharp school supply objects, such as pencils, ink pens and crayons ready to use in their offense or defense from pushing and shoving. After reaching the playground area in the afternoon, it became less supervision because of the vast areas to play. These school supply objects can become dangerous.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • Secondly, the problems which occurred with the classroom students of carrying dangerous sharp school supply objects in their hands, now most of these problems can be resolved by placing these school supply objects securely in the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats which was developed for that purpose. The pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleats will fasten securely with a belt loop on the inside of my fashion and utility leather belt to be worn around the waist. This method will resolved most of the problems and will free the students from carrying sharp school supplies in their hands. Also, this will give the teachers more control over advising the students what school supplies to use and will substitute the need for complete backpack.
    • BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • My new invention will have some advantages and will eliminate most previous existing problems for classroom students listed below:
    • (1) The first advantage will be to keep and secure the sharp school supply objects such as pencils and ink pens in the pencil-pen holder utility pouch pocket pleat areas and secure with a belt loop to attach onto the inside of the fashion and utility leather belt to be worn around the waist while the students are changing classrooms, in hallways, cafeteria and onto the vast playground areas to play.
    • (2) The second and final advantage will be that the students will no longer have to carry sharp school supply objects in their hands. This method describe above will eliminate most injury problems while changing classrooms, pushing and shoving in hallways or onto the vast playground areas
    BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SEVERAL VIEWS OF THE DRAWING

    •  DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention will formulate into a pencil-pen holder utility pouch of pocket pleats once all of the figures one (1) through twenty (20) mention through-out the drawings are placed in order and stitched together using said measurements from the Substitute Specification is completed. This pencil-pen holder utility pouch of pocket pleats are far different from most of the other pouches in many ways because:
      • (1) This invention will carry pencils and pens secured inside the pocket pleats and with a belt loop will attach to the inside of the fashion and utility leather belt to be worn around the waist
      • (2) Finally, this method will minimize the use of hands, arms, shoulders and from carrying these supplies in a back pack.

1. I claim the different sizes of the Pencil-Pen Pocket Pleats—which snaps securely on the inside of a fashion and utility leather belt.
