Abstract

The personnel water jet, or boat jets, haven't really change there design or function that much, and there very limited use. The flying water jet-flying submarine are able to fly above the rough water waves and always get a very smooth ride and the true feeling of true flight, jump in and out of the water or through the waves just like a flying fish and stay in flight for a while and also be able to go under water at any given time, with and adjustable impeller water flow tube that can rotate 360 degrees with fins, at any given time, and also giving the operator a much more creative and thrilling or spectacular ride every time, further more many more uses for personnel and professional operations, and with the impeller having continues fins or blade on the entire impeller its self, and this system will use less fuel in an average motor. Further more this is self energizing with the solar panels that are part or the body it's self with an ever lasting of fuel that will not harm the environment.

Description

    BRIEF BACK GROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • What I have done is to make a personnel water craft and made it more user friendly and much more diverse to use, weather for pleasure or rescue operations.
  • (The impeller unit drive is not only horizontal, but a vertical impeller drive unit as well), and this movable impeller drive shaft, with continues fins or blades along the entire drive shaft unit, can go from in side the flying water power unit. This new invention from the personnel water craft to the flying water jet-flying submarine. will make the ride much safer to use by the operator and with or with out passengers.
  • The operator will be able to ride above the rough waves when riding the flying water jet-flying submarine or boat with the flexible and extended impeller drive unit firmly in the water and the wing section fully extended on the impeller unit area gliding through the water so there would be a very smooth ride, as if your riding on air, your also able to lean in to your turns as you would be able to do on a motorcycle, or a plane its just that simple and fun.
  • No matter how high the waves get, or how hard the wind blows, you will always be able to have a beautiful and smooth ride. The operator and the passengers will not get beat up or tired in an early part of the day of having fun in the sun on the water.
  • The ride that the operator and or the passengers will get will be just like flying through the air at all times and that's just what your doing is flying through the air, above the water surface, just like a flying fish or a bird or a plane, the height above the water is deter mend by the operator.
  • Your also able to jump up and down on to the water as if your on a mountain trail riding on a mountain motor cycle on land and also through the water or go under the water and just long as you can hold your breath and your passengers can hold their breath also, for a most thrilling and exciting water ride, just as a flying fish will do or a flying bird will do when looking to catch a fish underwater, and will self right up and never sink and always end up in the level and top side. Then if the operator wants to go under water like a submarine, they Would simply pull the water in let valve and let the water fill in the baffles and now you will be able to go under water for a unlimited time but still be buoyant enough so that when under water the flying water jet-flying submarine will always have the automatically ability to go up to the surface of the water.
  • And you can also release the air vent line that would feed air to the motor and the operator and passengers for a constant fresh flow of air. But the air flow line will also be release automatically so the operator and passengers along with motor will always have fresh air.
  • And if you hit an object with the extend impeller unit, there's no problem because the motor and the impeller will shut off right away to prevent any personnel injury or damage to the motor or impeller and any other moving parts, because the extend impeller unit will bend if needed and also will go back in to the flying water jet-flying submarine and stay flush with the bottom until release back out by the operator.
  • With this new and improved personnel water craft or what I call the (flying water jet-flying submarine) boat, there will be less fuel consumed during any usage and by this will be more environment friendly and there will be less fuel consumed making it also more cost efficient to use at any time.
  • Then there's also the one major problem with all personnel water crafts and boats, no matter how fast or slow they will go, every time they skip out of water, they will lose power, speed and control, because with out the constant water in take flow, there drive power source, steering control and able to stop or avoid and accident is lost for as long as there personnel water craft or boat is deprived of water.
  • And as everyone is trying to go away from the middle east oil depended, I have put a solar shield on top of the stealth body to collect the suns unlimited emergency source and this will help reduce the green house effect that every one is seeing first hand. But this is not limited to solar power, but one can even use a small electric power pacts or nuke power packs.

  • And how in flying through the air the tail wing section will automatically or manually go from the bottom to the top of the flying water jet-flying submarine for more aerodynamic control.

  • As the operator wants to obtain lift and get air borne whether the operators does this function manually or automatically.
  • As you will look at the impellers movement, you will also notice the fin of fins that are automatically or manually adjust for going through water and as the operator will in crease speed, on the flying water jet-flying submarine craft or boat, the fin or fins will help lift the craft out of the water and now the operator and the passenger or passengers will become air borne.
  • The water that is taken in from the impeller and up threw the impeller tube for the power source and out of the rear end, clearly showing that there is no loss of power even when the impeller is in the horizontal position or the vertical position,

  • The breathing tube is shown as it is being let out of its holding area and on top of the water, there is a safety water close valve in case the personnel water craft dives deeper in the water depths or if a large waves will go over the breathing shell.
  • There is a safety lock that is on the air line hose in case the line is extended.

  • As your looking at the in side of the flying water jet-flying submarine craft, you can see that there is one drive system.
  • There can also be a multi drive system.
  • That would use one motor but have two or more drive system, this would eliminate the extra space need for and extra motor and or any transfer cases, and with the right amount of power from the motor, you would have less weight and less moving parts. also you have more speed and less fuel consumption.
  • The one motor power source might need separate transfer cases that the operator could operate easily each impeller drive system, this would also give the operator greater control and a much safer operation when using in tight or rough conditions.   • Looking at the flexible canopy shell its self, and seeing the multi wall construction with the flexible holding brackets with in the multi wall shell.

  • As your looking at the flying water jet-flying submarine with the full flexible multi wall inflated canopy just glide under water just like a fish would do, there is a clear and unobstructed view of the beauty under the rough waves and wind storm on top to the water surface as you will also fully appreciate the inner construction work and design of the only flexible canopy, that is reinforced, but yet very clear and unobstructed views at all times. And as other water crafts are getting beat up from the rough waves that are above, you are just gliding through the depths of the water with little or no wave movement all, just a smooth and gentle ride.
  • If the operator wants to inflate the flexible canopy while operating on top of the water in case of rain or harsh wind conditions.

There is no wasted area space, the entire drive shaft will be pulling up water unlike any and all other impeller water jet drive shafts, that only use a fraction of the drive shaft for its water pulling or sucking in to the water tube, for there power. And my drive shaft with the entire drive shaft that has fins or blades for the pulling and sucking up water will get un match of so much more water that will be pulled and suck in to the water chamber tube and then thrust-ed out for and un president and un match amount of water threw the same area, I figure that my drive shaft will easily push more then sixteen times the amount of water threw the same water tube as the other personnel water crafts.
  • The impeller drive shaft that has the impeller fins on the in side of the drive shaft tube.
  • The rotating directional water tube, this will put the water force in other water out lets.
  • This four way water directional with open and close valves, will move water from one end of the flying water jet-flying submarine to the other side, the operator can go forward or backward and left or right, they can even go side ways and back or forward at the same time, this would make it much easier when trying to maneuver your water craft in tight docking spaces.

Claims (26)

1) Able to fly above the water and maintain the height above the water with the operator and passenger or passengers for as long as they want to be flying.
2) Flying through the air for a real feel of flight, just above the water, no rough ride because your cutting through the harsh rough waves with only the impeller drive system in the water at all times and the entire flying water jet-jet submarine is always above and out of the water.
3) Your also able to jump in and out of the water just like a flying fish will do and maintain flight for a while even through the water impeller is out of the water.
4) There's an adjustable fin or fins on the extended impeller unit that will help the flying water jet-submarine stay above the water by using and getting the extra air lift as needed.
5) The extended impeller unit will go up and down as needed and able to controlled by the operator at all times, or set on automatic movement.
6) The extended impeller unit will go up and down as needed and be able to be controlled by the operator at all times, or set on automatic movement.
7) The extended impeller unit also has an automatic safety sensors to prevent accidents before they happen, and manual safety feature on it, so to bend or collapse if the extended impeller unit gets hit or in contact with a human or hard object and will go back in to the flying water jet-flying submarine or boat and will remain flush with the bottom unit the operator wants to extend the flexible impeller unit.
8) There is much more control since you have an automatic or manual adjustable flying fin or fins on the extended flexible impeller unit.
9) The hollow tube that the water will go up the same extended impeller unite tube, as the impeller drive shaft with its continues length of water pulling fin or fins or blades draws in the water on the entire length of the drive shaft for the thrusting water power to move the flying water jet-flying submarine or boat, the waters in the same chamber while going up and past the impeller drive will then thrust-ed out the back for an unprecedented power source. That pond for pond no one can even come close, and the simple reason is, that all the other personnel water craft of jet boats only use a very small part for the drive shaft for the fins or blade to pull in the water, I invented a way for the entire shaft to pull in, suck in and push out the water force and no loss of power, and no loss of wasted water and power, it's a fact there is more thrust being used and less fuel in and average motor power source while the water is being pulled, sucked in an pushed out or the water flow tube than any other water jet boat or personnel water craft.
10) This is the only universal flexible power impeller that will go from the horizontal position to the vertical position with an adjustable fin for fins on the impeller unit, and rotate 360 degrees. This can be done automatically with safety sensors or manually at any given time.
11) There is automatically self adjusting or manual wings that are part for the flying water jet-flying submarine body, and you can't see them until they are extended, those wings sections help to obtain lift and stay in the air with little effort from the operator and the passengers.
12) There is a separate tail fin or fins, that is used when the operator is going very slow through the water, for a better steering control, but the tail or fins is also used when going through the air for better steering and control.
13) The steering mechanism will also help control movement of the wings and the tail sections to determine how high an low you want to go.
14) The drive unit for the extended, flexible impeller unit, can also be split in two sections or more power drive shafts with separate controlling handles for power drive Unit. This will eliminate the extra weight and space that would be need for a second motor and or transfer case. And will give the operator and safety along with the ease of a multi steering drive power source but with the use of only one motor.
15) The power drive system can also be and not limited to the drive unit that one would see on and out board motor, in board motor drive, stern drive unit, or a pod. This can also be a multi power source drive system.
16) The wings on the flying water jet-flying submarine are flexible enough that you may not have to use ailerons for steering, but just be able so to lean in and out of your terns and use your body by shifting to the left and right and back an fourth.
17) Because the flexible impeller is always in the water, the only power driving force even a low speed, the operator will not lose any control.
18) The water ram acts the same as the air ram on a car, it will catch extra water as needed at the water inlet section of the impeller housing that is located at the bottom drive and control, and when the motor is off, the water ram will go back automatically in side the bottom leaving a flat surface so when the operator wants to beach the craft, the water ram is in side the protection area, and will not open up again and go out or the protected area until the operator wants to and the motor is operating again, further another safety feature if the water ram gets in contact with a human or any other surface, it will automatically or manually go back in to the protected area the flying water jet-flying submarine until needed later on.
19) Flexible canopy on the flying water jet-flying submarine has multi air chambers with reinforced flexible holding brackets that are placed with in the multi flexible walls. The flexible canopy air inflated will not bend of lose its shape because the air pressure will keep the flexible air inflated canopy hard and firm at all times, even when going down deep in to the water, and the water pressure will always be kept out and the operator and passengers will always stay dry. The constant flow of the air with in the canopy air chambers will also keep the fog and moisture form building up, so the operator and passengers will al ways have a clear view of the under water marvels.
20) Reverse movement thruster, in the event the operator wants to go in reverse, the operator would simple put the water direction guide in the opposite direction so the water would now be forced out the front or the sides of the flying water jet-flying submarine, so the operator can now go backwards r sides easy through the separate water flow out let tubes.
21) The fully instrument panel is fully proof, and high lighted so the operator can always have easy access and know what's going on at all times.
22) There is a solar power shield that is part of the outer body so there will be and unlimited amount of fuel at all times. Even when the operator will go under water, the new and improved solar panels will still be able to regenerate the batteries at all times. And there will be no fumes to harm the air, water of any thing else.
23) The new and improved impeller drive shaft, will have more pulling power because of the simple reason, this impeller shaft or water jet drive has continues fins, of blades on the entire length of the impeller shaft, so there is no loss of water thrusting power, and further more, because of the continues fins of blades on the entire length of the impeller drive shaft, the motor will work less hard and less fuel to maintain speed, and the vibration has been reduced to a minimum because of the continues even flow of water being pulled in ward and pushed out ward.
24) The impeller extension tube in to place when it is release the impeller extension tube will come down by either on its own by the pulling force for the impeller pulling in water in to its tube or by piston or some other machine force.
25) The internal impeller or jet drive water system has the fins for blades on the inside of the drive shaft, this will pull and suck up water at a much easier and faster rate, because the entire shaft is being used for the power source this gives a more power, full and even water flow from the inside or the of the drive shaft core, and will also be able to prevent damage or the drive shaft blade shaft.
26) The rotating driving system that will rotate 360 degrees and be able to go from the vertical position to the horizontal position at any given time, is not limited to only the impeller drive force system, but can also be very easily implemented to the following power force systems, the jet drive power force system, stern drive motor power force system or the out board motor power force system, just to mention a few, all of these power source system are widely used in the marine industries, and there are other power source systems that are also used in the marine and other industries that can also benefit from this new invention, as a inadvisable power source system.
