Definitions
- the present invention relates to a file configured to be attached to an attachment wall such as a front surface portion of a door of a refrigerator or the like, the attachment wall which is made of a ferromagnetic material such as an iron plate.
- FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1 discloses a storage file.
- the storage file has a plurality of sheets for storing documents and is provided with a magnet or the like.
- the storage file is attached to a refrigerator while being open.
- FIG. 3 of Patent Document 2 discloses an index in which magnets provided on both sides of an opening of a case attract hook pieces protruding from lower ends on both sides of a card pulled up from the case to maintain the card in visible state.
- Patent Document 1 JP-A-2004-249724
- Patent Document 2 JP-UM-B-63-23168
- the file When the file is attached to the refrigerator, it can be maintained in only one state of an open state and a closed state, and only a part of the document stored in the file can not be exposed.
- the card Since the card is maintained only in an entirely exposed state, the card cannot be maintained in a partially pulled-up state, or a plurality of cards cannot be maintained in a visible state.
- Exemplary embodiments of the present invention address the above disadvantages and other disadvantages not described above.
- the present invention is not required to overcome the disadvantages described above, and thus, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may not overcome any of the problems described above.
- a file comprising: a case having a first opening; and a first pocket removably stored in the case through the first opening, wherein the case (more preferably, an outer surface of the case) is provided with a first magnet to be attachable to an attachment wall made of ferromagnetic material by magnetic force of the first magnet.
- the file can be easily attached to the attachment wall, for example, a front wall portion of a door of a refrigerator.
- the first pocket is provided with a second magnet to be attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the second magnet in a state where that case is attached to the attachment wall.
- the first pocket can be maintained in a visible state where the first pocket is taken out of the case, so that documents or the like stored in the first pocket can be seen easily. That is, a state where a desired amount of pocket is taken out of the case can be maintained.
- the file may further comprises a second pocket removably stored in the case through the first opening and the second pocket may be provided with a third magnet to be attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the third magnet in a state where the case is attached to the attachment wall
- the first pocket can be fixed in a state where it is entirely taken out of the case and the second pocket can be fixed in a state where only a part thereof is taken out of the case. Therefore, it is possible to always display documents stored in any pocket.
- the first pocket may be provided with a hole (the hole may be a recessed portion or a through-hole) so that the second pocket is attached to the attachment wall through the hole by the magnetic force of the third magnet.
- the state where the first and second pockets are taken out of the case can be reliably maintained. Therefore, it is possible to simultaneously recognize documents stored in the plurality of the pockets.
- the first opening of the case may be provided with a slip-off preventing portion for preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- the slip-off preventing portion may be configured so that an opening width of the first opening is narrowed at both ends of the first opening.
- the slip-off preventing portion may be formed by folding an upper portion of the case toward the first opening.
- a lower end portion of the first pocket may be provided with a slip-off preventing piece for preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- the slip-off preventing piece may be configured so that an upper portion of the first pocket is formed to have a width which is the same as or smaller than the narrowed opening width of the first opening and the lower end portion of the first pocket is formed to have a width which is greater than the narrowed opening width of the first opening.
- the first pocket may include; a flat-plate-shaped base; and a flat-plate-shaped sheet superposed on and adhered to the base.
- the sheet may be adhered to the base at a first side and a second side perpendicular to the first side and is not adhered to the base at a third side opposite to the first side and a fourth side opposite to the second side and perpendicular to the third side.
- One of the base and the sheet may be thicker than the other.
- a contact point between one sheet and another sheet can be reduced, thereby preventing the pockets from becoming jammed (for example, becoming jammed at the adhered portion) when the pockets are stored in or taken out of the case.
- the thicker one of the base and the sheet of the pocket may be provided with the first magnet.
- the thinner one of the base and the sheet (for example, a thin sheet) is likely to be extended by the document stored in the pocket. Accordingly, if the first magnet is adhered to the thin side, the first magnet cannot be attached to the attachment wall such as the front surface portion of the refrigerator due to the extension of the thin side. This is prevented by the above configuration.
- a step between the first magnet and the one of the base and the sheet may be covered by a film.
- the step between the first magnet and the first pocket can be removed.
- the pockets hardly become jammed when the pockets are stored in or taken out of the case, so that smooth movement of the pocket for the storage or takeout is possible.
- the file may further comprise an cover which is openable from the case at an end side of the case.
- a holder may be provided on an exposed portion of the case, the exposed portion exposed to the outside when the cover is opened.
- a large document can be inserted into the holder. That is, a document having too large size to be stored in the case can be stored in the holder.
- a document having too large size to be stored in the case can be stored in the holder.
- an A3 paper having a size of twice the A4 paper can be stored by the holder.
- left and right ends of the large documents are stored in left and right side of the holder, respectively.
- the case may have a second opening
- the file may further comprise a third pocket removably stored in the case through the second opening.
- the pockets can be stored in a plurality of directions, and a storage direction of the pocket can be changed depending on an attachment wall to which the file is to be attached.
- the exemplary embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages.
- the pocket can be maintained in a state where only the desired amount of pocket can be exposed from the case.
- a plurality of pockets can be maintained in a visible state.

Abstract
Description
- The disclosure of Japanese Patent Application No. 2009-131537 filed on May 29, 2009 and Japanese Design Application No. 2009-12005 filed on May 28, 2009 including specification, drawings and claims are incorporated herein by reference.
- The present invention relates to a file configured to be attached to an attachment wall such as a front surface portion of a door of a refrigerator or the like, the attachment wall which is made of a ferromagnetic material such as an iron plate.
- FIG. 1 of
Patent Document 1 discloses a storage file. The storage file has a plurality of sheets for storing documents and is provided with a magnet or the like. The storage file is attached to a refrigerator while being open. - In addition, FIG. 3 of Patent Document 2 discloses an index in which magnets provided on both sides of an opening of a case attract hook pieces protruding from lower ends on both sides of a card pulled up from the case to maintain the card in visible state.
- Patent Document 1: JP-A-2004-249724
- Patent Document 2: JP-UM-B-63-23168
- However, the storage file described above has several disadvantages.
- (1) When the file is attached to the refrigerator, it can be maintained in only one state of an open state and a closed state, and only a part of the document stored in the file can not be exposed.
- (2) In a case where an area of the wall to which the file is attached is smaller than an area of the file in the open state, the file should be attached only in the closed state.
- (3) When the sheet-shaped file is turned over while being attached to the refrigerator or the like, the attachment of the storage file becomes unstable, and the storage file easily drops.
- In addition, the index described above has several disadvantages.
- (4) Since the card is maintained only in an entirely exposed state, the card cannot be maintained in a partially pulled-up state, or a plurality of cards cannot be maintained in a visible state.
- (5) Since the lower end of the card is maintained in the state where the card is pulled up, a card of which an upper side is not supported easily becomes unstable.
- Exemplary embodiments of the present invention address the above disadvantages and other disadvantages not described above. However, the present invention is not required to overcome the disadvantages described above, and thus, an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may not overcome any of the problems described above.
- According to an aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a file comprising: a case having a first opening; and a first pocket removably stored in the case through the first opening, wherein the case (more preferably, an outer surface of the case) is provided with a first magnet to be attachable to an attachment wall made of ferromagnetic material by magnetic force of the first magnet.
- Accordingly, the file can be easily attached to the attachment wall, for example, a front wall portion of a door of a refrigerator.
- The first pocket is provided with a second magnet to be attachable to the attachment wall by magnetic force of the second magnet in a state where that case is attached to the attachment wall.
- Accordingly, the first pocket can be maintained in a visible state where the first pocket is taken out of the case, so that documents or the like stored in the first pocket can be seen easily.
- Accordingly, for example, the first pocket can be fixed in a state where it is entirely taken out of the case and the second pocket can be fixed in a state where only a part thereof is taken out of the case. Therefore, it is possible to always display documents stored in any pocket.
- The first pocket may be provided with a hole (the hole may be a recessed portion or a through-hole) so that the second pocket is attached to the attachment wall through the hole by the magnetic force of the third magnet.
- Accordingly, the state where the first and second pockets are taken out of the case can be reliably maintained. Therefore, it is possible to simultaneously recognize documents stored in the plurality of the pockets.
- The first opening of the case may be provided with a slip-off preventing portion for preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first pocket from slipping off unintentionally, so that less care is needed to take out the first pocket.
- Specifically, the slip-off preventing portion may be configured so that an opening width of the first opening is narrowed at both ends of the first opening.
- More specifically, the slip-off preventing portion may be formed by folding an upper portion of the case toward the first opening.
- Accordingly, it is possible to easily prevent the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- A lower end portion of the first pocket may be provided with a slip-off preventing piece for preventing the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the first pocket from slipping off unintentionally, so that less care is needed to take out the first pocket.
- Specifically, the slip-off preventing piece may be configured so that an upper portion of the first pocket is formed to have a width which is the same as or smaller than the narrowed opening width of the first opening and the lower end portion of the first pocket is formed to have a width which is greater than the narrowed opening width of the first opening.
- Accordingly, it is possible to easily prevent the first pocket from slipping off of the case.
- The first pocket may include; a flat-plate-shaped base; and a flat-plate-shaped sheet superposed on and adhered to the base. The sheet may be adhered to the base at a first side and a second side perpendicular to the first side and is not adhered to the base at a third side opposite to the first side and a fourth side opposite to the second side and perpendicular to the third side.
- Accordingly, it is possible to allow articles such as documents to be easily stored in and taken out of the pocket.
- One of the base and the sheet may be thicker than the other.
- Accordingly, when the documents are stored in the first pocket, only the thinner one of the base and the sheet is extended so that the thicker one of the base and the sheet can be easily attached to the attachment wall such as the front surface portion of the door of the refrigerator.
- In addition, when a plurality of pockets includes a base and a sheet are stored in the case in a state where the pockets are directed in the same direction (for example, thick bases and thin sheets are alternatively arranged in the case), a contact point between one sheet and another sheet can be reduced, thereby preventing the pockets from becoming jammed (for example, becoming jammed at the adhered portion) when the pockets are stored in or taken out of the case.
- Accordingly, the step between the first magnet and the first pocket can be removed. With this configuration, the pockets hardly become jammed when the pockets are stored in or taken out of the case, so that smooth movement of the pocket for the storage or takeout is possible.
- The file may further comprise an cover which is openable from the case at an end side of the case. A holder may be provided on an exposed portion of the case, the exposed portion exposed to the outside when the cover is opened.
- Accordingly, a large document can be inserted into the holder. That is, a document having too large size to be stored in the case can be stored in the holder. For example, in a case where the case is set to store A4 papers, an A3 paper having a size of twice the A4 paper can be stored by the holder. In this case, left and right ends of the large documents are stored in left and right side of the holder, respectively.
- The case may have a second opening, and the file may further comprise a third pocket removably stored in the case through the second opening.
- Accordingly, the pockets can be stored in a plurality of directions, and a storage direction of the pocket can be changed depending on an attachment wall to which the file is to be attached.
- The exemplary embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages.
- (1) The pocket can be maintained in a state where only the desired amount of pocket can be exposed from the case.
- (2) A plurality of pockets can be maintained in a visible state.
- The above objects and advantages of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention will become more apparent by describing in detail preferred exemplary embodiments thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein:

With such a configuration, a magnet or the like can be attached to thewhite board portion 160, and a memo pad or the like can be conveniently attached thereto. - (Description of Method of Assembling Case 100)
- Next, a method of assembling the
case 100 will be described with reference toFIG. 6 . - The
case 100 is configured by folding the plate-like member in thefront surface member 102, therear surface member 103, and the right and leftsurface members bottom surface member 106 at, as illustrated inFIG. 6 , the thin hinges H1 to H7 into a box shape to have theopening portion 101 at the upper surface. - The
front surface member 102 is provided with aconnection piece 102 a which comes in contact with theleft surface member 105 via the thin hinge H6 as illustrated inFIG. 6 . Theconnection piece 102 a is folded toward an inner side of theleft surface member 105 when thecase 100 is folded and integrated by ultrasonic welding or the like. - The
bottom surface member 106 is provided from thefront surface member 102 via the thin hinge H5 as illustrated inFIG. 6 . - The
rear surface member 103 is provided with aconnection piece 103 a which comes in contact with thebottom surface member 106 via the thin hinge H7 as illustrated inFIG. 6 . Theconnection piece 103 a is folded toward an inner side of thebottom surface member 106 when thecase 100 is folded and integrated with thebottom surface member 106 by ultrasonic welding or the like. - In addition, the
connection piece 103 a is not limited to the case where it is folded toward the inner side of thebottom surface member 106 and may be folded toward a bottom side. - The slip-off
preventive portion 130 is provided with theconnection piece 131 which comes in contact with thefront surface member 102 via the thin hinge H8 as illustrated inFIG. 6 . Theconnection piece 131 is folded toward the inner side of thefront surface member 102 at an angle of about 90 degrees when thecase 100 is folded and is integrated by ultrasonic welding or the like. - (Pocket 200)
- The
pocket 200 includes abase 210 and asheet 220 having a flat plate shape as illustrated inFIGS. 7 and 8 to store documents or the like between the base 210 and thesheet 220. - Specifically, the
pocket 200 is configured by overlapping and adhering the base 210 to thesheet 220. - In addition, as illustrated in
FIG. 8 , thesheet 220 is formed to have a length in a height direction greater than a length of the base 210 in a height direction, and aconnection piece 221 by which thesheet 220 is longer is folded slightly to overlap with thebase 210. Then the slightly folded portion may be adhered. - With such a configuration, a slip-
preventive protrusion piece 230 which will be described later can be reinforced. - With regard to the adhesion, as illustrated in
FIG. 7 , two directions, that is, an entrance direction (for example, on the upper side) of thepocket 200 and a direction (for example, on the right) perpendicular to the entrance direction are open, and the other two directions (for example, on the lower side and left) are adhered. - Accordingly, as compared with a case where only one direction is open, documents stored in the
pocket 200 can be easily taken out. - In addition, as a type of the
pocket 200, there are a case where onesheet 220 and a base 210 are adhered as illustrated inFIG. 13 , a case where onesheet 220 is adhered to a base 210 to be partitioned into four parts as illustrated inFIG. 7 , and a case where onesheet 220 is adhered to a base 210 so as to be partitioned into upper and lower parts as illustrated inFIGS. 10 and 11 . However, the type is not limited thereto. - One of the
base 210 and thesheet 220, for example, thebase 210, is thicker than the other, for example, thesheet 220. - Accordingly, by making one side of the
pocket 200 to be thin, for example, by making only thesheet 220 side bigger using documents or the like stored in thepocket 200, the side thereof configured to be thick, for example, thebase 210, can be easily attached to the attachment wall of the front surface portion or the like of the door of the refrigerator. - In addition, the side thereof configured to be thick, for example, the
base 210, may be provided with a hole portion 211 (as illustrated inFIGS. 10 and 11 ). - The
hole portion 211 is provided at a predetermined position in the height direction of the base 210 as illustrated inFIGS. 10 and 11 for easily attracting themagnet 213 of thepocket 200 positioned on the opposite side to the attachment wall of thepocket 200 positioned on the attachment wall. - Accordingly, as illustrated in
FIG. 12 , thepocket 200 can be fixed in the middle of the height direction of thebase 210, so that a state where a part of thepocket 200 is visible can be maintained. - In addition, the
hole portion 211 is not limited to a case where thebase 210 is provided with an actual hole, and may be configured by thinning a portion at a predetermined position of the height direction of the base 210 to be thinner than other portions of the base 210 so as to penetrate the magnetic force of themagnet 213. - The
pocket 200 includes the following parts as illustrated inFIG. 7 : - (1) Slip-off
Preventive Protrusion Piece 230 - The slip-off
protective protrusion piece 230 is an example of the slip-off preventive piece and, as illustrated inFIG. 7 , is configured by allowing lower end portions of thepocket 200 to protrude in a left and right direction for preventing thepocket 200 from slipping off from thecase 100 when thepocket 200 is taken out. - Specifically, the slip-off
preventive protrusion piece 230 is configured by forming thepocket 200 to have a width which is the same as or smaller than an opening width of theopening portion 101 narrowed by the slip-offpreventive portion 130, and widening the lower end portions of thepocket 200 to be greater than the opening width of theopening portion 101 narrowed by the slip-offpreventive portion 130. - Accordingly, the slip-off
preventive protrusion piece 230 allows thepocket 200 to come in contact with the slip-offpreventive portion 130 so as not to slip off when thepocket 200 is entirely visible as illustrated inFIGS. 4 and 5 . - (2)
Magnet 213 - As illustrated in
FIG. 9 , themagnet 213 is provided on a rear surface side of anindex portion 212 provided in the upper portion of thepocket 200 to be attached to somewhere such as the front surface portion of the door of the refrigerator to which thefile 10 is attached. - Accordingly, the
file 10 can be attached to the front surface portion of the door of the refrigerator while thepocket 200 is taken out. - Specifically, the
magnet 213 is adhered to one of thebase 210 and thesheet 220 of thepocket 200, the one being configured to be thick, for example, thebase 210. Since the side of thepocket 200 which is configured to be thin, for example, thesheet 220 is made bigger by the stored documents or the like, in a case where themagnet 213 is adhered to the thin side, themagnet 213 cannot be attached to the attachment wall such as the front surface portion of the door of the refrigerator due to thesheet 220 made bigger by the stored document. This is prevented by the aforementioned configuration. - In addition, the
magnet 213 is covered by afilm 214 across the rear surface side of thepocket 200 from a rear surface side of themagnet 213 as illustrated inFIG. 9 . - Accordingly, unevenness between the
magnet 213 and thepocket 200 is removed, and thepockets 200 are unlikely to become stuck during storage or takeout, so that a smooth movement of thepocket 200 for the storage or takeout is allowed. - Next, a second embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to
FIG. 14 . - This embodiment is characterized in that, as illustrated in
FIG. 14 , theopening portion 101 of thecase 100 is provided on a plurality of sides, for example, a side surface side in addition to the upper surface side so that folders are stored to allow the folders to be stored in and taken out through the opening portions. - According to this embodiment, the pockets can be stored in a plurality of directions, and a storage direction of the pocket can be changed depending on an attachment wall to which the file is to be attached.
- In the description of this embodiment, like elements of the first embodiment described with reference to
