Abstract
This invention is about a fountain movement flower, which includes a hollow outer barrel, the upper opening of inner chamber and its lower end connecting with water supply pipes through water inlet. The inner tank is inside the inner chamber of outer barrel. When inner chamber is charged with water, inner tank can float upward; artificial flowers are set in the upper section of inner tank. When they are within the inner chamber of outer barrel, the petals are closed. When the inner chamber is filled with water, the flowers float to the chamber opening and open their petals, a sight of splendid blossom. This invention has simple structure and clever design, and it can be placed various spectator fountains, water pools and horticultural fountains. When the water level inside outer barrel is rising, the artificial flowers rise in the outer barrel's inner chamber along the inner tank, and spread their petals at the upper opening of outer barrel's inner chamber, a dynamic sight of beautiful blossom. When the water level within the outer barrel is falling, the artificial flowers withdraw along the inner tank to hide in the inner chamber, extraordinary enticing.
Description
- This patent application claims the priority of the Chinese patent application No. 200820132472.2 filed on Aug. 15, 2008, which is incorporated herein by reference.
- This invention touches upon the technical area of handicraft article, a special artificial flower used in spectator fountain, water pool and horticultural fountain.
- At present, people often need to plant some flowers where there are spectator fountains, water pools and horticultural fountains. The costs are relatively high to plant flowers and it is restrained by many objective conditions. Although it is convenient and of lower cost to use artificial flowers, they cannot show the process of blossom and achieve very limited effects.
- Specific to the deficiency of current technology, this invention aims to provide a flower that can rise can fall for the fountain. This flower can create a sight of blossom by means of rising water level and the floating force. The flower can hide itself when the water level falls.
- To achieve the above, this practical fountain movement flower includes:
- One outer barrel with hollow inner chamber; there is the opening in the upper end of inner chamber, and its lower end is linked with water supply pipe through water inlet.
- Inner tank: it is located inside the inner chamber of outer barrel. When the inner chamber is serviced with water, the inner tank rises.
- Artificial flowers: they are set in the upper end of inner tank. When they are in the inner chamber of outer barrel, the petals close. The artificial flower is made by elastic petals which spread out. When the inner chamber is filled up with water, the flowers rise along the inner tank to the opening in the upper end of inner chamber, the petals naturally spreading out, and a sight of blossom.
- There is a water outlet connecting with inner chamber in the upper end of the side wall of the said outer barrel.
- The said inner tank is hollow with weights inside.
- The said inner tank is consisted of upper cover linked by screw thread and main body of inner tank. The weights are put inside inner tank through the opening in the top of main body of inner tank.
- There is a mounting flange in the upper end of outer barrel.
- The said outer barrel and inner tank are both in cylindrical shape.
- This invention has simple structure and clever design, and it can be placed various spectator fountains, water pools and horticultural fountains.
- Further illustration to this invention is given below with attached drawings:
-
FIG. 1 is the sectional structure of this invention. -
FIG. 2 is the sectional structure of this invention. -
FIG. 3 is the breakdown views of the flower and the inner tank. - The following is a better execution example that embodies the principles of this invention, which thus does not limit the protection scope of this invention.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 to 3 , the fountain flower of this practical new modal includes: - A cylindrical
Outer Barrel 10, with hollowInner Chamber 101. There is an Opening 11 in the upper end of Inner Chamber 11. There is a MountingFlange 12 outside the opening.Outer Barrel 10 can be stabilized where it is needed by means of the screw going through MountingFlange 12. In the lower end ofInner Chamber 101, there is Water Inlet 13 that links with water supply pipe. When the pump in the fountain begins to pump water, the water entersInner Chamber 101 ofOuter Barrel 10 throughWater Inlet 13.Water Outlet 101, which links withInner Chamber 101, can be set in the upper section of Outer Barrel 10's side wall. -
Inner Tank 20 in cylindrical shape is set within the inner chamber of Outer Barrel. When outer barrel's inner chamber is serviced with water,Inner Tank 20 floats.Inner Tank 20 is consisted ofUpper Cover 21 and hollow Inner Tank MainBody 22 to control the rising speed and stability of InnerTank 20.Upper Cover 21 is linked with Inner TankMain Body 22 by the screw thread.Weights 201, such as sand or metal block, can be placed inside Inner Tank MainBody 22. - Underneath
Artificial Flower 30, there is anInserted Link 31, which is inserted inside InnerTank 20 to stabilizeArtificial Flower 30 in the upper section of Inner Tank 20. When the fountain pump begins to pump water,Inner Chamber 101 of OuterBarrel 10 is serviced with water and water level begins to rise. WhenArtificial Flower 30 rises along withInner Tank 20 to the Opening 11 of upper section of Inner Chamber, the flower pedals spread, creating an enticing sight of blossom as shown inFIG. 1 . When the pump stops pumping water, water level inInner Chamber 101 begins to fall andArtificial Flower 30 withdraws along with inner tank intoInner Chamber 101, and the pedals close by the force of the wall ofInner Chamber 101, as shown inFIG. 2 . - When used with fountains and water pools, this invention can have regular or irregular blossom. When the pump pumps water to Inner Chamber of
Outer Barrel 10 on a regular or irregular basis,Artificial Flower 30 can blossom regularly or irregularly.
