Description

    BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
  • This invention relates to roofing tile more particularly a tile made of Polymeric-Arenaceous.
  • Background
  • Conventional roof tiles have a generally rectangular shape. These tiles may be made from a variety of materials such as clay, polymer bound aggregates, and cementitious materials. These materials wear out over time resulting in leaks in roof and damage to the structure being covered. There are increasing high costs in replacing and repairing these tiles over time.
  • There exists a need for a better tile for use with roofing.
  • SUMMARY OF INVENTION
  • The current invention is a Polymeric-Arenaceous tile for roofing. It can be made in any color such as red, brown, black, gray, green, cherry as it is stained in mass therefore the color will not fade. It looks like any other type of ceramic tiling on the surface with a look that is trim and solid. The Polymeric-Arenaceous tile has a long life in terms of many decades. The tiling is hardy, stands differential temperature, range of temperature from −65 C to +250 C. The tile is a good insulator so it does not transfer heat and cold. Polymeric-Arenaceous tile stifles noise. The weight of one square meter is up to 21 kilograms so it doesn't require strengthening of rafters. It is lowing in costs less than a similar roof made of another material with many of the disadvantages of the other material.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION
  • The following description of an exercise machine is demonstrative in nature and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention or its application of uses.
  • There are a number of significant design features and improvements incorporated within the invention.
  • The current invention is a Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 for roofing as shown in FIG. 1. It can be made in any color such as red, brown, black, gray, green, cherry as it is stained in mass therefore the color will not fade. It looks like any other type of ceramic tiling on the surface with a look that is trim and solid. The Polymeric-Arenaceous tile has a long life in terms of many decades. The tiling is hardy, stands differential temperature, range of temperature from −65 C to +250 C. The tile is a good insulator so it does not transfer heat and cold. Polymeric-Arenaceous tile stifles noise. The weight of one square meter is up to 21 kilograms so it doesn't require strengthening of rafters. It is lowing in costs less than a similar roof made of another material with many of the disadvantages of the other material.
  • The use of the Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 on a roof 20 on a building 30 is shown in FIG. 2.
  • The technical characteristics of the tile 10 in the preferred embodiment is shown in FIG. 3 and is as follows: Size=310*400 mm, Covering width, average covering width=290 mm, Angle of the roof slope between 5 to 75 degrees, the quantity in 1 mI is equal to 9 pieces with a weight of equal to up to 22 kg. The tile 10 will be acid-resistant and water-resistant.
  • Polymeric-Arenaceous tile has a number of perfect qualities and doesn't have the drawbacks peculiar to other kinds of roof materials. Owing to its quality this material is the best chouse for roofing. Among the main qualities of polymeric-Arenaceous tile are given below.
  • Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 is a very durable material: it doesn't break during transportation, mounting and fall from height. It is also serviceable material: that means you can walk on it, which is impossible for many roofing materials.

  • The price of Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 is much less than the price of the natural tile and is usually less than the prices of other kinds of roofing.
  • Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 stifles the sound of rain and strong wind. The owners of roofs covered with galvanized steel are often disturbed by raindrops patter and gusts.

  • Polymeric-arenaceous tile is produced according by using the method of hot pressure with the use of polymeric raw materials and sand. This method allows the tiles to be produced with high exploitation characteristics and a nice surface. During production the polymeric-arenaceous tile is dyed in the mass and not just only over the outer surface. This allows for a durability of the coloring.
  • This process produces a tile 10 that is not sensitive to moisture, chemical-resistant, mold-resistant, durable and frost-resistant. The process can be used to produce Polymeric-Arenaceous tile can have mat surface or a glossy surface.
  • Advantages
  • The Polymeric-Arenaceous tile 10 has high durability and strength. The durability is more than 100 years and it has a pressing strength 15 MPA. The tile 10 is water absorption at 0.6%. It has a temperature range from −60 C to +250 C. The tile 10 has a combustibility class of B2 (incombustible material). The tile 10 has a paint guarantee no less than 50 years. It is wearability at 0.2 g/smi and with a density of 1500 kg/mi. It is water-resistance with a factor of 0.2 and Acid-resistance with a factor of 0.2.
  • Although the present invention has been described in considerable detail with reference to certain preferred versions thereof, other versions are possible. Therefore, the point and scope of the appended claims should not be limited to the description of the preferred versions contained herein.
  • As to a further discussion of the manner of usage and operation of the present invention, the same should be apparent from the above description. Accordingly, no further discussion relating to the manner of usage and operation will be provided. With respect to the above description, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of the invention, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
  • Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the invention. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the invention to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the invention.

Claims (20)

1. A tile comprising:
being made of a Polymeric-Arenaceous material.
2. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile dyed with color as said material is mixed.
3. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile being used on a roof of a building.
4. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile being water resistant.
5. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile being acid-resistant.
6. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile having a low thermal conduction.
7. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile having a cover width of 290 mm.
8. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising having said tile having a dimension of 310 mm by 400 mm.
9. A tile as in claim 1 further comprising 70% sand and 25.5% polymers and 0.5% dyes.
10. A tile comprising:
being made of a Polymeric-Arenaceous material and being used to roof a building.
11. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile dyed with color as said material is mixed.
12. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile being water resistant.
13. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile being acid-resistant.
14. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile having a low thermal conduction.
15. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile having a cover width of 290 mm.
16. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising having said tile having a dimension of 310 mm by 400 mm.
17. A tile as in claim 10 further comprising 70% sand and 25.5% polymers and 0.5% dyes.
18. A tile comprising:
being made of a Polymeric-Arenaceous material comprising 70% sand and 25.5% polymers and 0.5% dyes.
19. A tile as in claim 18 further comprising having said tile being used on a roof of a building.
20. A tile as in claim 18 further comprising having said tile dyed with color as said material is mixed.
