Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- This invention relates to structure design of one kind of pressurizing liquid delivery device, speaking in more details, it specifically relates to the transportation of sealed container, especially the PET bottle used for beverage or industrial liquid and all kinds of liquids in the plastic bottle, through the pressurizing method of injection of pressurizing gas, safe and speedy transportation of required liquid can thus be obtained, this is to achieve the goal of multiple functions.
- 2. Description of the Prior Art
- Among prior art techniques used in the transportation of liquid in the continuous delivery container in the industrial field, the most popular and simplest method is to use a guiding pipe for connection, during usage process, the guiding pipe is sucked, then liquid can be naturally sucked out through siphon effect; although this method is very simple, the liquid might sometimes cause danger, therefore, it can not be widely used in all applications.
- To solve this problem, some liquid pumping devices such as water pump has been seen in the industry, the frequently seen method is to add an extra power device, the power device comprising of at least: motor, pressurizing cylinder, check valve, pressure gauge and other additional accessories, the liquid inside the tank is quickly delivered out through the assistance of power device; this design not only solve the problem in early stage, but also ease the transportation of liquid inside the tank, moreover, safety is also one of the major concern.
- However, the power device taken in this method is too complicated in its structure, it can easily cause inconvenience in the assembly before embodiment and in the layout operation, moreover, its high cost is not economic at all; in addition, since liquid flows out naturally through siphon effect from the tank, the liquid pressure is easily not enough, this indirectly leads to the trouble of limited application scope.
- For some devices used in the agriculture and gardening application and available in the market, pressurizing methods are used to drive the liquid, however, special container is necessary for the operation, moreover, since pressurizing device is installed directly on the cover, it is very difficult to operate, the pressure-keeping effect is not good after pressuring action and bulky are their major drawbacks, some improvements are really necessary. In order to improve such situation, the inventor of this case, through his many years of accumulated experiences in this field and many trials, eventually developed a more practical and more convenient and progressive pneumatic liquid delivery device.
- The main purpose of the current invention is to provide an innovative pressurizing liquid delivery device, a pressurizing structure comprising of ball pressurizing device (or other high pressure gas supply source), first, second gas delivery tube, gas filtering device, check valve, etc. is used to provide pressurizing effect and to prevent gas backflow and its effective input into the sealed container, a spraying structure comprising of a first and second liquid delivery tube, liquid filtering device, first and second valve device, liquid outlet mouth to provide the powerful output of liquid, therefore, smooth and convenient extraction of liquid in the sealed container can thus be obtained.
- To achieve such goal, the pressurizing liquid delivery device comprising of: a cover used to screw tight and connect a sealed container to form a sealed shape, or to loosen or release the sealed container to form a released shape so that liquid can be inputted or the pressure can be reduced, an inlet end and an outlet end is installed on the cover respectively, and the two ends of the inlet end are connected respectively to first and second gas delivery tube, and the outlet end has two ends connected respectively to first and second liquid delivery tube; a ball pressurizing device used to provide pressurized gas source and is connected to first gas delivery tube; a gas filtering device, connected and installed at near end of first gas delivery tube; a check valve, penetrated and inserted in the upper medium section of second gas delivery tube to provide a channel between ball pressurizing device and the inside of sealed container, it only allows gas be injected into the sealed container and stops the backflow of gas out of the sealed container; a filtering device, connected and installed at near end of first liquid delivery tube and is used to filter out impurity in the liquid outputted from the sealed container; first and second valve device, they are distributed in certain interval and installed at the first liquid delivery tube, used to allow and limit the flow of liquid; a liquid outlet mouth connected to first liquid delivery tube with end in extended, curved and long constricted form; therefore, in the embodiment, pressurizing method with pressurizing gas injection is used to transport the liquid quickly and conveniently, and the goal of multiple element use is thus reached.
- In the followings, drawing and a better embodiment is used to describe the structural design used to reach the purpose and function described above. This is to let our esteemed examiner has a better understanding on the current invention.

FIG. 2 is thus formed. - According to the above-mentioned formed pressurizing liquid delivery device (1), when it is practically embodied, as shown in
FIG. 3 , a pressurizing liquid delivery device (1) is not activated wherein cover (10) is tightly connected to sealed container (11), besides, appropriate amount of liquid is contained inside sealed container (11) and second liquid delivery tube (132) is fully inserted into the liquid level; during the operation, as shown inFIG. 4 , through repeated squeezing of ball pressurizing device (14), compressed gas is injected into the inside of sealed container (11) through first gas delivery tube (121), gas filtering device (21) and check valve (15), the pressurizing effect is thus reached, therefore, liquid is forced to flow from second liquid delivery tube (132) and through liquid filtering device (16), first and second valve device (17, 18) and finally ejected out from liquid outlet mouth (19). - Further as shown in
FIG. 5 , the above-mentioned second valve device (18) can be selectively opened or closed according to real demand, therefore, the inside of sealed container (11) can be pressurized with gas in advance when the second valve device (18) is closed, it can be opened to form a channel when it is to be used so that liquid can be ejected, and the first valve device (17) is used to adjust the opening size, it can be used to control the flow rate in advance. - When the usage quantity of the liquid has reached the target value and a pause needs to be activated, only second valve device (18) needs to be selectively closed, the liquid flow can be immediately limited, since liquid flow is stopped and the check valve (15) above the second gas delivery tube (122) can prevent the release of gas, the subsequent use thus does not need pressurizing process, liquid can be ejected only through the open action of second valve device (18); besides, if first liquid delivery tube (131) is placed inside the space among fixing plug (20), inlet end (12) and outlet end (13), no manual operation is needed, both hands can be cleaned like in tap water, this is very convenient.
- We know from the above descriptions that the method to extract liquid from the inside of the sealed container for the current invention is to use a set of pressurizing structure comprising of ball pressurizing device, first, second gas delivery tube, gas filtering device and check valve to provide pressurizing effect, and to prevent gas backflow and to assure its effective flow into the sealed container, and a set of ejecting structure comprising of first, second liquid outlet tube, liquid filtering device, first, second valve device and liquid outlet mouth to provide the powerful output of liquid, therefore, it is very convenient either in the operation of pressurizing process or in the control of in-time powerful ejection of liquid, especially the check valve can prevent gas backflow, the pressurizing process is thus very force-saving; besides, first and second valve device can be controlled for open or close depending on the usage situation and real demand, the liquid ejection thus becomes more convenient.
- To summarize the above, the pressurizing liquid delivery device can reach expected purpose and effectiveness, it also has obvious functional enhancement as compared to the prior, art, therefore, the requirement for a patent invention is met, we thus file this application.
- However, the above-mentioned is only a better embodiment of the current invention, any equivalent structural change through the use of this specification and its claims of the current invention should all fall within the scope of what is claimed.
