Description

    TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present invention relates to an assembling type sectional shelf structure, and in particular to an assembling type sectional shelf structure in which a plurality of shelves can be easily assembled to support members so that various things can be easily arranged and stored on each shelf.
  • BACKGROUND ART
  • As shown in FIG. 1, in a conventional assembling type sectional shelf structure, cylindrical assembling members 200 are welded at the corner portions of opposite sides of the selves 10 which are constituted in rectangular prism shapes, and the cylindrical support members 400 assemble and support the shelves 300. Fixing members 300 are inserted into the cylindrical support members 400 at regular intervals. The cylindrical assembling members 200 provided at the corners of the shelves 100 are inserted into the fixing members 300 engaged at the cylindrical support members 400.
  • Fixing grooves are formed at the cylindrical support members 400 at certain heights. Through holes and engaging shoulder portions are formed at the centers of each fixing member 300, so that they are inserted into the cylindrical support members 400, with the fixing members 300 being formed in cylindrical shapes of which upper sides are narrower, and upper sides are wider.
  • In the assembling type shelves, the engaging shoulder portions of the fixing members 30 are inserted into the position fixing grooves of the cylindrical support members 400 by inserting the fixing members 300 into the four cylindrical support members 400. The cylindrical support members 400 are inserted into the cylindrical assembling members 200 welded at the corner portions of the shelves 100, so that the cylindrical assembling members 200 of the shelves are inserted into the fixing members 300 engaged at the cylindrical support members 400 and are supported thereby, whereby the shelves 100 are engaged to the cylindrical support members 400.
  • In this state, the assembled shelves 100 are adjusted to have the same height by inserting the fixing members 300 into the cylindrical support members 400. The cylindrical assembling members 200 provided at the corner portions of the shelves 100 are inserted into the cylindrical support members 400, so that the assembling members 200 of the shelves 100 are fixedly inserted into the fixing members 300. • The fixing members 30 inserted into the through holes 21 of the assembling members 20 are formed each having a laid-down channel shape cross section which has one side opened. The outer side of the same has a narrower upper side, and a wider lower side to correspond with the through holes 21. Engaging protrusions 31 are formed at the inner surfaces of the same and are engaged with the engaging grooves 42 of the support members 40. As shown in FIG. 3, the support member holes 32 are opened in the rear side directions of the fixing members 30. Guide ribs 33 are formed at the inner walls of the same.
  • The support members 40 inserted into the support member holes 32 of the fixing members 30 include guide grooves 41 which are engaged with the guide ribs and guide the movements of the fixing members. Engaging grooves 42 engaged with the engaging protrusions 31 of the fixing members 30 are formed at one surface of each support member 40.
  • Here, the assembling members 20 are preferably made of metal or synthetic resin. When the assembling members 20 are assembled with the shelves 10, the fixing ribs 23 of the engaging parts 22 are bent and engaged with the horizontal support frames 11 of the shelves 10. The engaging parts 22 of the assembling members 20 may be engaged with the horizontal support frames 11 of the shelves 10 based on a bending engagement method or may be engaged with the same based on a hook engagement method. In another preferred embodiment, the engaging parts 22 may be engaged by a welding method.
  • The fixing members 30 are made of metal or synthetic resin and have cross sections of laid-down channel shapes with one side opened. In the outer sides of the fixing members 30, the upper sides are narrower, and the lower sides are wider. The support members 40 are engaged at the support member holes 32 by the support member holes 32 formed at the inner sides of the fixing members 30 and the guide ribs 33 formed at the both sides of the inner walls. Namely, the guide ribs 33 are guided by the guide grooves 41 and are assembled to the support members 40. The engaging protrusions 31 of the fixing members 30 are inserted into the engaging grooves 42 of the support members 40, so that the fixing members 30 are fixedly assembled at the certain positions of the support members 40.

  • Here, in the outer sides of the fixing members 30 assembled to the support members 40, the upper sides are narrower, and the lower sides are wider, so that the fixing members 30 are fixedly inserted into the through holes 21 of the assembling members 20 having narrower upper sides and wider lower sides. The shelves 10 are installed on the four support members 40.
  • In this state, the fixing members 30 are inserted at the certain heights of the support members 40, so that the engaging protrusions 31 of the fixing members 30 are engaged at the engaging grooves 42 of the support members 40, and the fixing members 30 are assembled to the support members 40. The support members 40 are inserted into the through holes 21 of the assembling members 30 assembled at the four corner portions of the shelves 10. The assembling members 20 of the shelves 10 surround the fixing members 30 of the support members 40, so that the fixing members and the assembling members are fixed.
  • The fixing members 30 are inserted into the support members 40 and are fixed at certain heights, so that it is possible to install the shelves 10 at the four support members 40 using the through holes 21 of the assembling members 20 assembled at the corner portions of the shelves 10 for thereby achieving a two or three or multiple-story structure.
  • In the shelves 10 assembled at the support members 40, the outer upper sides of the fixing members 30 are narrower, and the outer lower sides of the same are wider. Corresponding to the fixing members 30, the upper sides of the through holes 21 of the assembling members 20 are narrower, and the lower sides of the same are wider. The fixing members 30 assembled to the support members 40 are inserted into the through holes 21 of the assembling members 20 assembled to the shelves 10, so that the positions of the shelves 10 are fixedly set.
  • In a state that the shelves 10 are installed at the support members 40 in multiple stories, when the shelves 10 are needed to be disengaged, the assembling members 20 of the shelves 10 can be disengaged from the fixing members 30 of the support members 40 by simply lifting the shelves 10 in the upper directions of the support members 40.
