Abstract

A cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case is provided. In the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case including an upper body and a lower body coupled with each other, a cosmetic goods receiving device in which a pressing inclined segment and a plurality of small and large setting grooves in which cosmetic goods are settled are formed is coupled with the internal space of a lower body in which a supporting wall from which an elastically supporting device of an elastic spring protrudes is formed and steps and left and right protrusion-shaped rails are formed in the internal surfaces of a rear main wall and left and right main walls. Slide grooves are formed around the left and right main walls that form a plurality of cosmetics receiving parts in the internal surfaces of the lower body. A cosmetics receiving case in whose front part a locking groove and a pressing plate are formed is received to be pressed by an elastic spring so that a locking step is locked to the locking groove. The locking step formed in the front end of the upper body is locked to the locking groove formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case and the elastic spring is made elastic by pressing the cosmetics receiving case so that the locking groove formed in the cosmetics receiving case moves, that the locking step formed in the upper body is released, and that the upper body is opened. When the cosmetics receiving case is pulled, the cosmetic goods receiving device settled in the internal space is elastically rotated by the torsion spring to be erected so that it is possible to easily take out and insert the cosmetic goods. When the cosmetics receiving case is received, the cosmetic goods receiving device is pressed and is settled in the internal space so that it is possible to stably keep and carry the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case.

Description

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims the benefit of Korean Patent Application No. 10-2005-0026299, filed on Mar. 30, 2005, in the Korean Intellectual Property Office, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.

BACKGROUND

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case, and more particularly, to a cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case formed of an upper body and a lower body coupled with each other in which a pressing inclined segment is formed in an internal space formed in the lower body, a cosmetic goods receiving device into which cosmetic goods are inserted is coupled with the pressing inclined segment, steps formed in the lower body are coupled with a cosmetics receiving case that slides by left and right protruding rails, a locking step formed in the front end of the upper body is locked in a locking groove formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case, an elastic spring is made elastic by pressing the cosmetics receiving case so that the locking step formed in the upper body is released from the locking groove formed in the cosmetics receiving case and that the upper body is opened, the cosmetics receiving case is pulled so that the cosmetic goods receiving device received in the internal space is elastically rotated by a torsion spring and that the cosmetic goods can be easily taken out and inserted, and the cosmetics receiving case is received so that the cosmetic goods receiving device is pressed and that the cosmetic goods receiving case is received in the internal space to be stably kept.
2. Discussion of Related Art
Women first apply skin toners and lotions to their faces and then, apply mascaras, eye shadows, and lipsticks to their faces.
Cosmetic goods such as mirrors, brushes for mascaras, eye shadows, and lipsticks, and so on are to be prepared in order to apply the mascaras, eye shadows, and lipsticks.
The cosmetic goods may be included in the cosmetics but are commonly separated from the cosmetics so that the plurality of cosmetic goods are to be received in a cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case.
In a conventional cosmetic goods keeping case, since brushes are simply received, a brush collides with the other brushes so that different cosmetics are mixed with each other and that it is difficult to re-use the brushes. Also, the brushes are deeply received in the lower part of the cosmetic goods keeping case so that it is difficult to take out the brushes.
In order to solve the problems, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, a cosmetic goods keeping case in which cosmetic goods for various purposes are kept is used.
The cosmetic goods keeping case is a top-opened square box. A first circular hole 110 a is formed in one end and a bracket 110 b having a second circular hole 110 c is formed in the other end. The cosmetic goods keeping case also includes a receiving case 110 on whose inner bottom a mirror 112 is provided, a cosmetic goods receiving device 114 that is rotated based on a hinge pin 114 a inserted into the first circular hole 110 a of the receiving case 110 and in which brush setting grooves 114 b into which grips 116 a of a plurality of brushes 116 are inserted are formed, a torsion spring 118 whose linear extension part in one end extended from a coil is fixed to the receiving case 110 and whose linear extension part in the other end extended from the coil is fixed to the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 so that a force that makes the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 erect is applied, and a cover 120 that is rotated based on a hinge pin 120 a of a side surface part 120 b inserted into the second circular hole 110 c of the bracket 110 b of the receiving case 110, that is formed transparent to cover the receiving case 110, and in whose one end a locking protrusion 120 c locked to a locking groove 110 d of the receiving case 110 is formed.
In the cosmetic goods keeping case having the above structure, the cover 120 is closed in a state where the brushes 116 are inserted into the brush settling grooves 114 a of the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 and then, the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is forcibly pressed to be received in the receiving case 110 and is rotated. In the cosmetic goods keeping case, when the cover 120 is opened by releasing the locking protrusion 120 c of the cover 120, the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is erected by the elastic force of the torsion spring 118 provided in the hinge pin 114 a. At this time, the plurality of brushes 116 inserted into the brush settling grooves 114 a may be selectively taken out.
Therefore, when a user desires to apply make-up while carrying the cosmetics and cosmetic goods in the receiving case 110, the user releases the locking protrusion 120 c of the cover 120 from the locking groove 110 d of the receiving case 110 to open the cover 120. At the same time, the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is automatically erected by the torsion spring 118. At this time, the user selects the brush 116 to be used and then, applies make-up with one hand holding the receiving case 110 and the other hand holding the grip 116 a of the brush 116 while looking at the mirror 112 attached to the bottom of the receiving case 114.
However, in the conventional cosmetic goods keeping case, since the force that presses the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is removed when the cover 120 is opened, the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is rapidly erected by the elastic force of the torsion spring 118. Therefore, the brushes 116 inserted into the brush settling grooves 114 a deviate from the brush settling grooves 114 a. In order to prevent the brushes 116 from deviating from the brush settling grooves 114 a, the user must erect the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 while softly pressing the cosmetic goods receiving device 114.
When the used brushes 116 are inserted into the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 and then, the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is kept in the receiving case 110 and the cover 120, the force that erects the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 is applied by the elastic force of the spring 118 so that the brushes 116 settled in the cosmetic goods receiving device 114 always contact the internal surface of the cover 120 to be pressed and that the brushes 116 are deformed when the brushes 116 are kept in the receiving case 110 for a long time.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to solve the above-described problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case formed of an upper body and a lower body hinge-coupled with each other in which a pressing inclined segment is formed in an internal space formed in the lower body, a cosmetic goods receiving device into which cosmetic goods are inserted is coupled with the pressing inclined segment, steps formed in the lower body are coupled with a cosmetics receiving case that slides by left and right protruding rails, a locking step formed in the front end of the upper body is locked in a locking groove formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case, an elastic spring is made elastic by pressing the cosmetics receiving case so that the locking step formed in the upper body is released from the locking groove formed in the cosmetics receiving case and that the upper body is opened, the cosmetics receiving case is pulled so that the cosmetic goods receiving device received in the internal space is elastically rotated by a torsion spring and that the cosmetic goods can be easily taken out and inserted, and the cosmetics receiving case is received so that the cosmetic goods receiving device is pressed and that the cosmetic goods receiving case is received in the internal space to be stably kept.
There is provided a cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case. In the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case, a cosmetic goods receiving device in which a pressing inclined segment and a plurality of small and large setting grooves in which cosmetic goods are settled are formed is coupled with the internal space of a lower body in which a supporting wall from which an elastically supporting device of an elastic spring protrudes is formed and steps and left and right protrusion-shaped rails are formed in the internal surfaces of a rear main wall and left and right main walls. Slide grooves are formed around the left and right main walls that form a plurality of cosmetics receiving parts in the internal surfaces of the lower body. A cosmetics receiving case in whose front part a locking groove and a pressing plate are formed is received to be pressed by an elastic spring so that a locking step is locked to the locking groove.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4, in the case 1 according to the present invention, an upper body 10 and a lower body 20 are coupled with each other by a pin shaft 16. A locking step 12 is formed in the front part of the upper body 10 and an upper body bearing 14 having an upper body bearing hole 15 is formed in the rear part of the upper body. A mirror 17 is inserted into and fixed to the internal surface of the case 1.
A supporting wall 21 in which an elastically supporting device 21 a into which an elastic spring 21 b is inserted is formed is erected in the front part of the lower body 20. Steps 22 a, 23 a, and 24 a and left and right protrusion- shaped rails 23 b and 24 b are formed in the internal surfaces of a rear main wall 22 and left and right main walls 23 and 24. As a result, an internal space 25 is formed between the supporting wall 21 and the rear main wall 22 and the left and right main walls 23 and 24.
A lower body bearing 26 having a lower body bearing hole 27 into which the upper body bearing 14 formed in the rear part of the upper body 10 is inserted so that the lower body bearing 26 is coupled with the upper body bearing 14 by the pin shaft 16 is formed in the rear part of the lower body 20.
A cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is provided in the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 shaft-coupled with each other by the pin shaft 16. A pressing inclined segment 31 is formed in a proper position in the front part of the cosmetic goods receiving device. A plurality of settling grooves 32 into which various cosmetic goods 36 such as brushes are inserted are formed in the upper part of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30. Cosmetic goods receiving device bearing holes 33 are formed on both sides in the lower part of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 so that the cosmetic goods receiving device bearing holes 33 are rotatably coupled with shaft holes 28 formed on both sides in the front part of the internal space 25 of the lower body 20 by an additional pin shaft 29.
A cosmetics receiving case 40 in which a plurality of cosmetics receiving parts 46, a locking groove 42, and a pressing plate 44 are formed is provided in the upper part of the internal space 25 in which the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is received. The cosmetics receiving case 40 slides by the steps 22 a, 23 a, and 24 a and the left and right protrusion- shaped rails 23 b and 24 b formed in the internal surfaces of the lower body 20 so that the left and right protrusion- shaped rails 23 b and 24 b are supported by and locked to slide grooves 48 formed around the left and right protrusion- shaped rails 23 b and 24 b and that the cosmetics receiving case 40 stably slides.
On the other hand, the pressing inclined segment 31 formed in the front part of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 makes the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 easily rotatably received in the internal space 25 of the lower body 20 when the cosmetics receiving case 40 is pushed. A torsion spring 34 is inserted into the pin shaft 29 on one side of the lower part of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 so that the elastic force is always applied to the cosmetic goods receiving device 30. Therefore, when the cosmetics receiving case 40 is pulled to be opened, the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is automatically erected.
The operations and effects of the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case according to the present invention having the above structure will be described as follows.
As illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4, the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 in which the plurality of cosmetic goods 36 are received is received in the internal space 25 of the lower body 20 to be elastically pressed by the torsion spring 34 and is pressed and fixed by the cosmetics receiving case 40. The locking step 12 formed in the front part of the upper body 10 to correspond to the lower body 20 is inserted into and locked to the locking groove 42 formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case 40.
At this time, the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 received in the internal space 25 of the lower body 20 is supported by and pressed by the cosmetics receiving case 40 provided in the upper part.
The user carries the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case in a state where the plurality of cosmetic goods 36 are settled and the cosmetics receiving case 40 is provided so that the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 are closed. When the user wishes to use the brushes that are the cosmetic goods 36, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the user softly presses the pressing plate 44 formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case 40 and softly lifts the upper body 10 so that the locking step 12 of the upper body 10 coupled with and fixed to the locking groove 42 formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case 40 is taken out, that the upper body 10 is released to be opened, and that the cosmetics receiving case 40 slightly protrudes by the elastic force of the elastic spring 21 b formed in the front part of the lower body 20.
The user pulls the lower part of the pressing plate 44 formed in the front part of the cosmetics receiving case 40 in a state where the upper body 10 is rotated to be opened so that the force of the lower body 20 that presses the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is released and that the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is erected by the elastic force of the torsion spring 34. At this time, the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is supported by the rear end of the cosmetics receiving case 40 to be rotated and erected so that it is possible to prevent the cosmetic goods 36 from deviating unlike in the conventional art where the cosmetic goods receiving device is rapidly erected.
The user takes out and uses the various cosmetic goods 36 settled in the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 erected by releasing the locking step 12 and by opening the cosmetics receiving case 40 in a state where the upper body 10 and the lower body 20 are closed.
The user uses the various cosmetics 49 received in the cosmetics receiving parts 46 formed in the cosmetics receiving case 40 using the cosmetic goods 36 taken out from the cosmetic goods receiving device 30.
Therefore, in the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case according to the present invention having the above structure, the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is erected by opening the upper body 10 and the cosmetics receiving case 40 so that the user can easily take out the cosmetic goods 36 settled in the settling grooves 32 of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 and can apply make-up using the cosmetics 49 received in the cosmetics receiving parts 46 of the cosmetics receiving case 40 while looking at the mirror 17 attached to the internal side of the upper body 10.
When the user completes applying the make-up, the user keeps the cosmetic goods 36 in the settling grooves 32 of the cosmetic goods receiving hole 30 and pushes the pressing plate 44 of the cosmetics receiving case 40 so that the rear end of the cosmetics receiving case 40 presses the pressing inclined segment 31 formed in the front part of the cosmetic goods receiving device 30, that the force applied to the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is made small, and that the cosmetic goods receiving device 30 is rotatably received in the internal space 25 of the lower body 20.
In this state, the upper body 10 is rotated in the lower part of the cosmetics receiving case 40 while pressing the pressing plate 44 of the cosmetics receiving case 40 that slightly protrudes to the rear part. Therefore, the locking step 12 of the upper body 10 is locked to the locking groove 42 formed in the cosmetics receiving case 40 so that the upper body 10 can be firmly coupled with and fixed to the lower body 20 and the cosmetics receiving case 40.
In the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case according to the present invention, as described above, the elastic spring is made elastic and the locking step formed in the upper body is released from the locking groove formed in the cosmetics receiving case by pressing the cosmetics receiving case received in the lower body so that the upper body can be opened. When the cosmetics receiving case is pulled, the cosmetic goods receiving device settled in the internal space is elastically rotated by the torsion spring to be erected so that it is possible to easily take out and insert the cosmetic goods. When the cosmetics receiving case is received, the cosmetic goods receiving device is pressed and is settled in the internal space so that it is possible to stably keep and carry the cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case.

Claims

1. A cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case comprising an upper body and a lower body in which a cosmetic goods receiving device in which cosmetic goods are settled is hinge-coupled with an internal space formed in the lower body,

wherein the cosmetic goods receiving device in which a plurality of small and large setting grooves in which cosmetic goods are settled are formed is coupled with the internal space of the lower body in which a supporting wall from which an elastically supporting device of an elastic spring protrudes is formed and steps and left and right protrusion-shaped rails are formed in the internal surfaces of a rear main wall and left and right main walls,

wherein slide grooves are formed around the left and right main walls that form a plurality of cosmetics receiving parts in the internal surfaces of the lower body, and

wherein a cosmetics receiving case in whose front part a locking groove and a pressing plate are formed is received to be pressed by an elastic spring so that a locking step is locked to the locking groove.

2. The cosmetics and cosmetic goods keeping case as claimed in claim 1, wherein a pressing inclined segment is formed in a proper position in the front part of the cosmetic goods receiving device.
