  • the teeth parts 106 are composed of a slanted surface 106 a which is slanted in the direction of the entrance part and gradually tightens the ratchet type buckle 130 and a vertical surface 106 b which is contacted with engaging protrusion (not shown) of the ratchet type buckle 130 and operates as a stopper in order to prevent the ratchet type buckle 130 from retracting.
  • a boundary surface 106 c between the slanted surface 106 a and the vertical surface 106 b is rounded for thereby enhancing a smooth movement of the buckle 130 .
  • the ratchet belt is formed of a polyurethane material and is divided into two or three parts.

  • the boundary surface between the slope surface 140 a and the upright surface 140 b is rounded for thereby corresponding to the boundary surface 106 c of the ratchet belt.
  • a plurality of first holes 142 are formed in the slope surface 140 a symmetrically at left and right sides.
  • the ratchet belt 100 is formed in such a manner that the ankle 140 is inserted, and polyurethane is injected, a certain amount of polyurethane is stacked on a curved portion of the slope surface 140 a.
  • the polyurethane passes through the first holes 142 , and the upper and lower surfaces of the ankle 140 communicate with each other.
  • the ankle 140 is stably fixed to the upper and lower surfaces of the ratchet belt 100 .
  • the upper side of the upright surface 140 b of the ankle 140 is directly engaged with an engaging protrusion (not shown) of the ratchet type buckle 130 , the upper side is more easily worn away. Therefore, the upper side of is the upright surface 140 b is formed in such a manner that a part of the same is exposed to the outside of the ratchet belt 100 .

  • the second embodiment of the present invention is the same as the first embodiment of the present invention. Namely, the metallic thin plate is repeatedly pressed in a concave and convex shape in such a manner that the slope surface 150 a and the upright surface 150 b are repeatedly formed.
  • the slope surface 150 a is slanted to coincide with the slanted surface 106 a of the ratchet belt 100 .
  • the slope surface 150 a is inwardly bent, and the second hole 152 is formed at the center portion. Therefore, the upper and lower sides of the ankle 150 communicate through the second hole 152 .
  • the polyurethane is filled into the interior of the bent part, so that the ankle 150 is more stably fixed to the ratchet belt 100 .
  • the ankle pressed using metallic thin plate is inserted into the interior of the ratchet belt, and a part of the same is exposed to the vertical surface of the teeth, it is possible to prevent friction in maximum due to a contact with the buckle.
  • an abrasion prevention part having a good durability is further formed in one side of the center of the ratchet belt.

  • the ratchet belt 100 is fabricated in such a manner that the abrasion prevention part 160 is inserted, and polyurethane is injected.
  • the slope surface 160 a and the upright surface 160 b are provided in the portion corresponding to the slanted surface 106 a and the vertical surface 160 b of the ratchet belt 100 and frequently contact with the engaging protrusion of the buckle 130 .
  • an engaging groove 162 is formed in the abrasion prevention part 160 so that the abrasion prevention part 160 is stably engaged with the ratchet belt 100
  • an engaging rod 108 is formed in the ratchet belt corresponding to the engaging groove 162 .
  • the engaging steps 164 and 166 are formed at the front and rear ends of the abrasion prevention part 160 , so that the abrasion prevention part 160 is stably engaged with the ratchet belt 100 .
  • the abrasion prevention part 160 is formed in a rectangular shape, but the construction of the abrasion prevention part 160 is not limited thereto. Namely, any shape construction, except for a rectangular shape, capable of preventing abrasion in such a manner that the abrasion prevention part 160 of synthetic resin is mounted on the ratchet belt 100 of polyurethane and that the abrasion prevention part 160 and the ratchet belt 100 are engaged, may be adapted.
  • the portion that receives fixing force is formed of plastic material such as polypropylene, the strength is much higher than the conventional belt of polyurethane material, so that it is possible to achieve an excellent fixing force. The durability is enhanced.
  • an abrasion prevention part having an excellent durability and anti-abrasion property in such a manner that a concave and convex shaped ankle in which a slanted surface and a vertical surface are repeatedly formed, is inserted at one side of the ratchet belt frequently contacting with the ratchet buckle.
