Abstract
A tri-functional carrier formed by a plurality of rods bending at two sides is disclosed. The tri-functional carrier is formed by a retainer, a driven unit being pivotally engaged to the retainer, a supporting unit pivotally engaged to one end of the retainer. By the aforesaid structure, after a frame of the tri-functional carrier is folded, it can be converted into a back frame, a chair or a baggage carrier which is stored and located easily.
Description
- The present invention relates to a tri-functional carrier formed by a plurality of rods bending at two sides, in which after a frame of the tri-functional carrier is folded, it can be converted into a back frame, a chair or a baggage carrier which is stored and located easily.
- Currently, people likes to go mounting or camping for releasing. However, a longer time is necessary for going mounting or camping, and therefore, many devices and objects are necessary to be carried. In the past, peoples often places the these objects in a back bag made of cloth or canvas. While it is often occurs that the objects are extruded to deform or even is destroyed for longer traveling. Therefore, a back frame is developed for receiving the back bag or trunk having object therein so as to retain the objects received not to deform or is destroyed. However, the prior art back frame is used to placed objects and can not be used in other function. Therefore, the folding and storing operation are not convenient.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a tri-functional carrier formed by a plurality of rods bending at two sides is disclosed. By the aforesaid structure, after a frame of the tri-functional carrier is folded, it can be converted into a back frame, a chair or a baggage carrier which is stored and located easily.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a tri-functional carrier which is formed by a retainer, a driven unit being pivotally engaged to the retainer, a supporting unit pivotally engaged to one end of the retainer.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic view of the present invention.
- FIG. 2 is a lateral schematic view of the present invention.
- FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing that the present invention is folded.
- FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing the present invention being converted as a baggage carrier.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the baggage car of the present invention.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing that the present invention is converted into a chair.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic view showing that the present invention is converted into chair.
- With reference to FIGS.1, and 2, the perspective view and schematic view of the present invention are illustrated. The present invention is related to a tri-functional carrier which is formed by a plurality of rods bending at two sides. The tri-functional carrier of the present invention includes a
retainer 1, a drivenunit 2, and a supportingunit 3. After the frame is folded. The present invention can be converted as a back frame, a chair and a baggage carrier, which is easily to be stored or placed. - The
retainer 1 has one end being installed with anaxial rod 12. The two sides of theaxial rod 12 can be installed with respectivesliding elements retainer 1 are installed withrespective pins pull strip 111 serves to connect the twopins back pad 14 withbuckle 141 andback strip 11 is installed on theretainer 1. Theback strip 11 runs across theaxial rod 12. - The driven
unit 2 is pivotally engaged to theretainer 1. The drivenunit 2 is installed withsliders unit 2 is engaged with thesliders cross bar 23. Aload portion 24 with abuckling piece 241 is supported across the drivenunit 2 and thecross bar 23. One end of the drivenunit 2 is installed with a supportingframe 25. One side thereof is installed with ahook 28. Theload portion 24 and theback pad 14 may be made by canvas or flannelette, or others. - The supporting
unit 3 is pivotally installed to one end of theretainer 1. One end of the supportingunit 3 is installed with asliding stopper 31. Two sides of the supportingunit 3 are installed withfixing portions fixing portions - Referring to FIGS.2, and 3, a lateral view and a schematic view showing the folded condition of the present invention is illustrated. As shown in the figures, as the back frame is used, the user may hook the
hook 28 to theaxial rod 12 of theretainer 1 for enhancing the strength of the back frame. If the tri-functional carrier is want to be stored, it is only necessary to move thehook 28 leave away from theaxial rod 12 of theretainer 1 so that the drivenunit 2 will not be fixed to theaxial rod 12. Then thecross bar 23 passes through the drivenunit 2 of thesliders unit 2 is folded upwards, then thesliders retainer 1 move the drivenunit 2 upward to a resistingportion 15 of theretainer 1. The drivenunit 2 will not further move upwards. Then thebuckle 141 on theback pad 14 will be buckled to thebuckle 241 of theload portion 24. Thus, the operation of storage is accomplished. - Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, an operation of converting the present invention as a baggage carrier is illustrated. As shown in the figures, when the back frame is desired to be converted into a baggage carrier, it is only necessary to move upwards the supporting
unit 3 upwards so that the supportingunit 3 is parallel to theretainer 1, and then thepull strip 111 is pulled so that thepins pull strip 111. Then, the throughholes 34 of the supportingunit 3 will be at positions with respect to thepins retainer 1. Thepull strip 111 is released so that thepins retainer 1 are inserted into the throughholes 34, and thus, the supportingunit 3 is in parallel to theretainer 1. Then, the supportingframe 25 of the drivenunit 2 is moved downwards. It will cause that as the back frame is converted into the baggage carrier, the supportingframe 25 is located on the ground as a supporter, and then thesliding elements - Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, an operation and schematic view of the present invention being converted into a chair. As shown in the figures, when the user is desired to converted baggage carrier into a chair, the user at first move the supporting
frame 25 to return to the original state, i.e., parallel to the drivenunit 2. Then, thehook 28 is moved away from theaxial rod 12 so that the drivenunit 2 is no further fixed to theaxial rod 12. Then, thesliders retainer 1 will move the drivenunit 2 upwards to the resistingportion 15 of theretainer 1. Then the supportingunit 3 will run across the drivenunit 2 so that thefixing portions unit 2. Therefore, the operation of converting a baggage car into a chair is accomplished. Furthermore, one end of the supportingunit 3 is supported on the ground to match to the slidingelements stopper 31, the supportingunit 3 on the ground is protected and is stopped from sliding. As a result, a user may seat on theload portion 24 as a chair and the back of the user resists on theback pad 14 of theretainer 1. Thus, the user is comfortable. - In summary, the tri-functional carrier of the present invention has improved the detects in the prior art so that the structure of the back frame is improved and the present invention is more convenient, stable, comfortable.
- The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways.
