A plant protector of marquee tent form comprising a plurality of like paper blanks, each of said blanks being symmetrical and having flap portions of gable form joined by a medial constricted waist, said blanks being assembled in cruciform relation'overlapping at their waists to provide an apex and having their adjacent marginal edges meeting one another, said blanks being creased transversely between hips; reinforcing and fastening strips extending along the meeting edges of said flaps, overlapping the marginal edges thereof and cemented thereto, and reinforcing belts ranging along and extending between the hips and cemented thereto, 'said strips being sharply creased longitudinally to provide V cross sections.

A plant protector of marquee tent form comprising a plurality of like paper blanks, each of said blanks being symmetrical andhaving flap portions of gable form joined by a medial constricted waist, said blanks being assembled in cruciform relation overlapping at their waists to provide an apex and having their adjacent marginal edges meeting one another for the major portions of their extents,said blanks being creased transversely between hips, the outer ends of said blanks being free and creased transversely to provide outwardly directed earth anchor tabs and reinforcing and fastening strips extending along the meeting edges of said flaps, overlapping the marginal edges thereof and cemented thereto, said strips being sharply creased longitudinally to provide v cross sections.

A plant protector of marquee tent form comprising a plurality of like paper blanks, each of said blanks being symmetrical and having flap portions of gable form joined by a medial constricted waist, said blanks being assembled in cruciform relation overlapping at theirwaists to provide an apex and having their adjacent marginal edges meeting one another for the major portions of their extents, said blanks being creased transversely between hips, the outer ends of said blanks being free and creased transversely to provide outwardly directed earth anchor tabs; reinforcing and fastening strips extending along the meeting edges of said flaps, overlapping the marginal edges thereof and cemented thereto, and reinforcing belts ranging along and ex tending between the hips and cemented thereto, said strips being 'sharplycreased longitudinally to provide V cross sections.

A plant protector of tent form comprising a plurality of like paper blanks, each of said blanks being symmetrical and having flap portions joined by a medial constricted waist, said blanks being assembled in cruciform relation overlapping at their waists to provde an apex and having their adjacent marginal edges meeting one another for the major portions of their extents, the outer ends of said blanks being free and creased transversely to provide outwardly directed earth anchor tabs; reinforcing and fastening strips extending along the meeting edges of said flaps, overlapping the marginal edges thereof and cemented thereto, and reinforcing belts ranging along the creased portions at the anchor tabs and cemented thereto, said strips being sharply creased longitudinally to provide V cross sections.
