What I claim is: 1. A bridle ring for use with a'headed supporting member and comprising a strip of resilient material bent upon itself to form a loop and substantially parallel inner and outer end portions, the inner portion having an opening dimensioned to receive the head of a supporting member and a recess adjoining said opening-for receiving the shank of said member and the outer end portion 7 having a notch extending thereinto from one side edge thereof for receiving the shank of the supporting member, and means at the outer end of said notch arranged to coact with the head of the supporting member for resiliently holding the outer end of the bridle ring against accidental separation of said head.

A bridle ring for use with a headed supporting member and comprising a strip of, resilient material bent on itself to form a loop, and inner and outer end portions arranged to be moved into substantially parallel relation to each other, said end portions having notches to receive the shank of the supporting member, one of said end portions having'an opening communicating with the notch therein and dimensioned to receivethe head of: the supporting member the other andout'er end portion having its notch L extending thereinto from one side edge thereof and being provided with outwardly projecting offset portions at the outer end of the notch arranged to 'coact with the head of the supporting member for releasably holding the outer end portion of the bridle'ring against accidental separation from said head.
