lVith the construction set forth above the operation of the door will become apparent. Assuming the door to be in the position illustrated in Figure 1 with the door in its normal or lowered position in frictional engagement with the supporting track 13, it is necessary, in order to move thedoor from such'position, to grasp the free end ofthe operating lever 30 and exert a downward pull thereon. 'Ihe downward movement of said lever will be communicated through the-link 25 to the bracket member 23 which, because of its connection with'the member 15, will cause said member Vto be rotated upon the' balls 22-22 as fulcrums about the pivotal connection establishedbetween said member and the door by means of thetrunnions 16-16 journaled in the bearings 17-17 formed in the brackets 114-11 secured to the door. It is observed that the journals 16-16 are located in eccentricl position with regard tothe longitudinal axis of the member 15. In'view of this fact the rotation of the member 15 will effect 4a lifting movement of the door. vWhen the door hasbeen raised it may then be moved to the desired position by exerting a pull or,
thrust against the operating lever. It should be 4noted that in the rotating movement of the member 15 inthe bearings 17 provided in,
the door brackets the longitudinally extending lugs 19 rotate with theomember l5 until engagement between said lugsand the longitudinally extending walls 20 formed on the brackets occurs. By this construction positive means to limit the rotation of the member 15 is provided.
A It is apparent that numerous changes andv modifications in the structural details of the embodimentdisclosed may bek made without departing from the spirit of this invention. It is intended that all such modifications and changes are included within the invention which is to be limited only by the scope of the claims appended hereto. v
We claim:
f 1.V Door elevating mechanism comprising, in combination, a member eccentrically piv-l oted to said doom/rolling means seated in said member and having horizontal movement' relative thereto,- a lever pivotally supported on said door and means including a link connecting said member and said lever, whereby movement of said lever is communicated to said member to elevate the door.
,2. Door elevating mechanism comprising, 1n combination,a lever 'pivotally mounted upon said door for movement in a Substmr tially vertical plane, a longitudinally eX- tending substantially inverted V-shaped member eccentrically pivoted at its ends to said door for transverse oscillation relative thereto and providing a runway, balls movable relative to said member positioned in said runway and a link connecting said lever and said runway capable of transmitting the coplanar movement of said lever into transverse movement of said member about the balls as fulcrums.
3. Door elevating mechanism comprising, in combination, a lever pivotally mounted upon said door for movement in a substantially vertical planea longitudinally extending' substantially inverted V-shaped member eccentrically pivoted at its ends to said door for transverse oscillation relative thereto and providing a runway, spaced shoulders provided in said runway, balls movable relative to said member positioned in said runway in engagement with said shoulders and a link connecting said lever and said runway for the purpose set forth'.
34. In door elevating mechanism, in combination, av lever pivotally mounted upon said door, a member pivoted eccentrically to said door, a bracket secured to said member and a link having a base portion seated in said bracket, said link being connected to the lever.

In door elevating mechanism, in combination, a lever pivotally mounted at one end thereof upon said door, said lever having an opening intermediate the ends thereof, a member pivoted eccentrically to said door, a bracket rigidly secured to said member and a link provided with a head portion and a base portion connecting said lever and said member, said head portion extending loosely through the opening in the lever and said base portion being loosely seated in said bracket.
6., In door elevating mechanism, in combination, a lever pivotally mounted at one end thereof upon said door, said lever having an opening intermediate the ends thereof, a member pivoted eccentrically to said door, a bracket rigidly secured to said member and a link provided with a head portion and a base portion connecting said lever and said member, said head portion extending loosely through said opening in the lever and being provided with a flange establishing interlocking engagement with the lever, said base portion being loosely seated in said bracket.
7. Indoor elevating mechanism, in combination, a lever pivotally mounted upon said door, a casting secured adjacent each lower corner of the door provided with aligned bearings and a wall positioned forwardly of said bearings, a member extending between said castings provided with eccentric trunnions journaled in said bearings, said member including a runway, rolling means seated in said runway adapted to roll upon a supporting track'secured below said door, a lug extending from each end of said member in spaced overlapping relationship with said Walls, a link connecting said lever and said member, whereby pivotal movement of said lever will eect transverse movement of said member, the latter movement being limited by engagement of said lugs and said Walls.
