It is evident from the description that the various lparts herein may be simply and readily manufactured by simple stamping' operations and the entire device may be' quickly and easily assembled by hand without `the use of any tools Whatever.
Obviously7 modifications and variations may be made in the device herein disclosed and I do not wish to be limited'except as in- Mdicated in the appended claims.
I claim:
1. In a device of the class described, the combination of a support, la post thereona pairY of discs'adapt'ed to be clamped on the post and to rotate about the longitudinalaxis ofthe post, a pairy of cover discs adapted to overlie said clamping discs and tov oscillate about the transverse axis of the post, a pen socket, Vand screw means between the socket and vcover discs adapted to eifect clamping action of the cover discs on the clamping discs.
