IMPROVEMENT IN MATCH-SP-LINTS.
Specitication forming part of Letters Patent No. 183,258, dated October 17, 1876 application filed May 5, 1876.
To all 'whom it 'may concern:
. Be it known that I, UHARLEsA. FRENCH, of Davenport, in the county of Scott andState of Iowa, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Match-Splints, of which the follo wing is a full, clear, and exact description, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it pertains to make and use the same, reference'being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part of this specification, in which- Figure 1 represents a longitudinal section of the match, and Fig. 2 a transverse section on the line x x of'Fig. l; and Fig. 3 is a modification of my invention.
