This invention relates to a portable bath house particularly designed for the use of bathers.

The prime object of the invention resides in the provision of a structure of this nature which is capable of being easily set up and taken down and which when taken down may be carried in a relatively small bundle.

A still further very important object of 19 the invention resides in the provision of a bath house structure of this nature which is simple, inexpensive to manufacture, strong and durable, compact and convenient, thoroughly efiicient and reliable in use and otherwise well adapted to the purpose for which it is designed.

With the above and numerous other objects in view as will appear as the description proceeds, the invention resides in certain novel features of construction, and in the combination and arrangement of parts as will be hereinafter more fully described and claimed.

Each upright comprises a pair of telescopically associated sections, the lower section 7 being hollow to receive the upper section 8 which may be held in its raised position by a cotter pin 9 or the like anchored on {lie lower section by means of a cable or the In the lower end of the section 7 there is threaded or otherwise detachably mounted a spike 11. In the upper end of the upper section there is threaded or otherwise detachably mounted a lug or pin 12 for projection through an eye ring 14 in the top 5 at the corner thereof. On the lower portion of the lower section and on the upper end of the upper section there is fixed a bracket 16 having right angularly disposed slotted extensions 17 to receive the ends of cross rods 18 which are notched as at 19 to receive bolts 20 through the sections 17 so that the ends of the rod may be clamped therein.

A clothes hanger 21 or the like may be mounted on one or several of the upper sections 8. The utility of the apparatus is almost self apparent from an inspection of the drawings taken with the above detailed description. It will be seen that the frame is of an easy known down construction and when the parts thereof are detached from one another may be easily rolled up in the canopy as indicated to advantage in Figure 10 so as to make a relatively small bundle to carry about.

It is thought that the construction, utility and advantages of this invention will now be quite apparent to those skilled in this art without a more detailed description thereof.

The present embodiment of the invention has been described in considerable detail merely for the purposes of exemplification since in actual practice it attains the features of advantage enumerated as desirable in the statement of the invention and the above description.

It will be apparent that changes in the details of construction, in the combination and arrangement of parts, and in the material may be resorted to without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed or sacrificing any of its advantages.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new is:

1. A tent frame consisting of four corner posts each comprising a pair of telescopic sections, a pair of angle brackets connected to each post one adjacent one end and one adjacent the other end, each bracket having each arm thereof slotted, a plurality of cross pieces connecting the posts together, each cross piece having a notch therein adjacent each end thereof, the notched ends fitting in the slots in the arms of the bracket, bolts passing through the arms and through the notches in the cross pieces and removable means for fastening the sections of each post in adjusted position.

2. A post for a tent frame comprising a pair of tubular sections, the upper section sliding in the lower section, a removable pin fastened to the lower section and forming a seat for the lower end of the upper section,

U; a pointed member threaded into the lower end of the lower section, and a pin threaded in the upper end of the upper section.
