Having thus fully described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- I v 1. A back-support for bathtubs, combined with means or devices for attaching it to the tub, and allowing adjustment thereof, substantially as shown and'described.

2. The combination, with longitudinal side rods of the tub, having retaining-pins, of the adjustable back support or cushion, applied to lateral suspension-straps, substantially as specified.
