The top 10 and the sides 11 constitute the elements of a container cover,of box like construction, adapted to slidably engage uponca container proper of similar shape and construction, not shown in the accompany- The above mentioned container cover, is provided with a handle 12, secured thereto, as a meansfor facilitating the handling of the container. The container cover is reinforced, as at 13 and 14:, at the corners and edges thereof, and the parts thereof are riveted together, as at 15, or otherwise secured, by escutcheon pins, or any suitable fastening means.

The top 10, of the container cover, has formed therein an opening 16 of any desired shape, preferably elongated, and positioned in proximity to the one corner of the con tainer cover 10. The enclosing member 17*, is adapted to cover the opening 16, and is provided with extended elements 18, or flaps, formed or bent somewhat below the main portion of the enclosing member 17*. The container may be used with the card 30 in one or in the other of the said positions.

I have shown the guard 24 provided with two socket members 40 and 41 of ordinary snap fasteners, as a means of permitting the giiard member to be positioned so as to hold the transparent member 20 and the address card 30, in a fully engaged position in the enclosing member 17, or so as said transparent member and the said ad dress card, when somewhat extended as above set forth, from falling out of the said enclosing member.

Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new and desire to protect by Letters Patent of the lowszv 1.
