Another object is to provide a device of this character which is adapted to be extended for the purpose of providing the propel' height for use by a child. f Y

Mounted on the lower portion of the sides of the receptacle 14, at regudevice storedin some part of the automobile, until such time as the receptacle `can be emptied and cleaned.
