- My invention relates to improvements in handbags and more particularly has reference to and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in its application to a ladys handbag such as is usually used for carrying the purse and other small articles of requirement.

My invention relates to improvements in handbags and more particularly has reference to and is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in its application to a ladys handbag such as is usually used for carrying the purse and other small articles of requirement. One of the principal objects of the invention is to provide a convenient, durable and secure locking and fastening means in combination with the frame of the bag, which is preferably made of celluloid or other suitable material.
