A. further object of my invention is Vthe provision of a novel type of clamp member which is particularly adapted for use in connection with a foldable bracket' and so constructed that the clamp may be quickly and readily attached to any stationaryobjeet; such as, a chair or the like and be positioned either in a vertical or horizontal plane and will accommodate the supporting standard of the foldable bracket whereby to support the bracket in various adjusted positions.

The upper end of the supporting standard 15is provided with a sleeve 18 andthe inner end of the supporting arm 19 is provided with spaced sleeves 2O adapted to be aligned with the sleeve 18 on the upper end of the standard 15 and a pintle 21 passing therethrough to form pivotal connection betvveen the standard 15 and the bracket arm 19. The outer end of the bracket arm is provided with a plurality of supporting members 22 which may be of any design and formed integral with the arm 19 adjacent its pivoted end are the spaced fingers 23 one of which forms a stop adapted to abut the standard 15 inorder to support the arni 19 in a horizontal position as shown in Figure l. lThe other finger 23 toi-ins a rest tor the tray ot a high-chair when the saine is in a raised position.
