IMPROVEMENT IN DEAD-CARTS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 168.438, dated October 5, 1875 application led June 1-2, w75.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, THOMAS F. WHITE, of the city, county, and State otl New York, have invented a new and Improved Dead-Animal Truck, of which the following is a specication:
My invention consists of a box for a deadanimal truck, with air-tight packing for the door through which the animals are taken in and discharged; also with adoor at the front end for the hauling-chain, having air-tight packing, the object being to prevent the offensive smells to which people-are now exposed when dead animals are carted through the streets.
