The main objects of this invention are to provide a container which may be readily mounted on a wall; and further to provide a removable receptacle fitting within the con. taincr; and further to provide a vremovable receptacle spring-pressed in fitting position tensionally held within the container.
An illustrative embodiment 'is shown in the accompanying drawings wherein Figure l is perspective front elevation of the assembled wall pocket; f
Figure 2 is a perspective view of an insert member; and
Figure 3 is a sectional view of the structure mounted on a wall and taken on line 3--3 of Figure l.
The construction shown in the drawings comprises the container 1 having a rear wall 2, front wall 3 and angularly disposed An insert member 5 having a back portion 6 and a top portion 7 is adapted to detachably fit within the container, its back portion 6 lying adjacent the inner side of the rear wall of the container. This back portion of the insert member is provided with a pair of bayonet slots 8 which register with a similar' pair of bayonet slots 9 in the rear wall 2 of the container. Screws 10 in the Wall 11 are provided for mounting the container and its insert member. These screws are spaced to register with the bayonet slots in the rear wall of the container and those in the back portion of the insert member. An aperture 1.2y in the depending lip 13 of the insert vmemberis provided for detachably securing the insert member within its container by a screw 14.
The top portion of the insert member is provided with a rectangular opening 15 from which marginal anges 16 and spring t'ensioned'lips 17 depend. y
A receptacle 18 having spaced openings v19 in its top for ashes, matches, cigarettes,
or toilet articles' is adapted to be r'emovably and tensionally retained Within the rectangular opening 15 of the insert member.

In a device of the class described, a container having a'rear Wall provided with bayonet slots for securing the container to a Wall, an insert member detachably fitting within the container and having a back and top portion, said back portion having bayonet slotsadapted to register with the slots in the container and said top portion having an opening therein, and a receptacle adapted to be removably held within said opening of the insert member.
2. In a device of the class described, a container having a rear wall provided with bayonet slots for securing the container to a wall, an insert member detachably fitting within the container and having a back and top portion, said back portion having bayonet slots adapted to register with the slots in the container and said top portion having an opening therein', a spring tensioned lip depending from the inner edgeo'f said opening, and a receptacle adapted to be removably and tensionally held within saidv opening of the insert member.
3. In a device of the class described, a container having a rearwall provided with bayonet slots for securing the conta-mer to a wall, an insert member detachably fitting within the container and having a back and top portion, said back portion having bay-I onet slots adapted to register with the slots vin the container and said top portion having an opening therein, a plurality of spring tensioned lips depending from thev inner edge of said opening, and a receptacle adapted to be removably and tensionally held within said opening of the insert member.-
In testimon whereof I'have hereunto set my hand at rand Rapids, Michigan, th1s 29th day of July, 1927. i, l
