My invention relates to a. new and useful nnprovement 1n a revolving table in which the table may be revolved' onits support so l that a person sitting at the table may, by revolving the table, bring within easy reach the various articles positioned kon the table.

I am aware that revolving tables of this class generally have been previously invented but the present invention has as its object the elimination of disadvantages inherent in the revolving tables referred to. Where the revolving tables are used for dining tables a rotation or revolving ofthe .table while a person is dining thereon would yremove from before the person the dishes and foods beingused. In the present invention yI have overcome this diflicultyby providing a stationary portionv upon which the viands and dishes to be used by the individual may be placed. These stationary parts I have shown spaced apart so lthat the structure ,of the table may be simplified and an economi.-

As shown'in the drawings the invention comprises a preferably cylindrical support 7, secured to which are supporting legs v8, these supporting legs being formed from a strip of metal, the upper end of which is angularly turned to' provide the supporting arms 9, the extreme end of which are further angularly turned to provide the horizontally extendingportions 10, 4mounted upon which is asmallftable orsupportll.

While I have illustrated and described the preferred form of-structure,fI do not wish vto limit myself to the precise form of'structure shown, but' desire to avail myself vof such variations and modifications as come within the scopeof the appended claims.
