A cylindrical container is formed of a per? forated side member a, to one end of which a base plate I), is' secured, the other-end being provided with a cap 0. The cap and base are secured by set screws d, to the perforated side member a. Interiorly of the said side member a, is a collapsible lining e, which prevents plastic material flinside the container from passing through the perforations 9, in the side member until extraordinary pressure is exerted from the inside of this purpose.
'ing 6, and forces the the cylinder. Mounted centrally of-the said container and extending from the cap to the base, is an expanding member h, in the form of a mild explosive cartridge and provision is made through the cap 0, for igniting the cartridge, an orifice 2', being provided for The ignition of,the cartridge causes expansion of the contents of the cylinder, which e-xpa-nsion'breaks the collapsible linplastic material I, through the orifices g.
